They do have bowls that have selected ingredients you can choose from or you can make your own. If you don't know what to get, select a bowl that's already "pre made". can't speak to the service since we ordered through Uber Eats but my husband and I both got the harissa chicken and then chose the veggies and dressing that we wanted. BOMB. 10/10."

"We loved the food and service at the Hubcap. This is a small chain. There's a new location opening up soon in Santa Fe TX. I think this one's been open a couple years. We showed up right at 11 am and we were the first customers. My wife and grandbaby and I shared the chicken tender basket. Came with crispy fried chicken tenders and fresh cut fries, country gravy and toast.....there was nothing left but a few fries. I had to try the Nola Muffaletta Burger with a beef patty topped with their homemade olice dressing/salad, swiss cheese and a mayo sauce of their own creation. No part of this burger survived it's encounter wit' me. The fries were done to perfection and the fried okra was just as good. We did haves some fries and okra left over, they were too good to leave behind so we snarfed them up for dinner. You order at the counter and they bring it to you in a short length of time. We'll be back."

"5 stars for this location! In true Chick Fil A fashion, the line is always sooo long, but I'm always in and out in no time! I've stopped by this location numerous times and don't think I've ever been disappointed. Staff is always polite and quick to get cars through the drive thru and my wait usually isn't long when choosing curbside. Of course, I've everyone's favorites: sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and the wrap is really good as well. This time I decided to try tot Lemon Kale Caesar Salad but a modified version. I went with regular nuggets instead of the grilled (sorry for the grilled nugget lovers, this review is not for you..I've tried them, but they aren't my thing) and with a basic ranch instead of when Cider VinagAbsolutely delicious! There is a perfect balance of iceberg and kale and the regular nuggets and parking add a bit of crunch and additional flavor. Not sure if it's a seasonal item, but this salad is my new go to salad at Chick Fil A. They definitely knew what they were doing with this one! Not sure how long it'll be offered (its seasonal), so try it while you still can!"

And if you break it all down, it's fairly tough to beat that price making all these things at home yourself. I got the etouffe and collard greens. The swai was fried nicely but also a small piece of fish. The etouffe and greens had good flavor. Very disappointed with the Po Boy."

"wow. service was unbelievable! we had the happy hour margaritas and the seven layer dip. we thought we couldn't eat anymore, but the crispy tacos kept calling to us. I hate crispy tacos that fall apart, are super greasy, or have so much stuff on them that you can't take a bite. These were perfect. No grease, slightly spiced, and just enough toppings that i could eat them without having to get a fork or spoon to finish them. Charros were very nice too!Only drawback (and it's just a little one), they kept pushing us to order and move on, I guess cause there was a line. I wanted to relax and slowly sip my margarita but I kept being asked every 3-5 minutes if we could order. "We watched this renovation go up with great curiosity, initially believing the orange paint was for the corporate America donut shop that shall not be named. This is quite the opposite! You can't get much for under $10 these days, but today I greatly enjoyed a chicken Caesar salad with extra chicken for just under $10 - no joke. Lettuce was fresh, chicken plentiful and nicely flavored, really great croutons that were not soggy or soft. They also offer lemonade, my kryptonite, but their menu also lists calorie counts -- and that saved me from buying a drink. The drive through was really fast, and I imagine we'll be stopping in again many times."

And since he really wanted to try this spot, we ended up here.Multiple reviews claim this is a hidden gem and they couldn't be more accurate in their claim. It's a small venue with a coffee shop-like interior (minus the cozy sofas and lounge chairs) containing several tables and booths for seating. May not be appealing on the inside but the smell of grease, coffee, and jam as you walk in will compel you to stick around and order.Upon being seated and receiving some H20s, coffee, and orange juice, I decided on the Brisket benedict w/ potatoes and my friend ordered the Southern Breakfast (dog eggs, pancakes, pork sausage, and grits). We also got a side of chorizo and extra biscuits for both of us. The portions are quite large (typical of Texas) so we couldn't finish everything but did the best we could. First, those biscuits, OMFG!!!!! Fluffy, buttery, great texture, slap some of that butter/jam mixture on top and you'll want to slap someone. Might be the best biscuits I've had in Houston so far. The brisket benedict had a nice amount of brisket that was lean and tender; pierce that egg and mix it with the brisket and hollandaise over the biscuit platform gives a savory rich bite every time. My friend enjoyed the grits they served, not too runny and seasoned well. The pancakes were also rich and savory as well with some syrup and add that butter/jam mix to it. We probably didn't need to order chorizo since we we're stuffed from everything else but I added some to the benedict (and he added some to the grits) and it takes the dishes to another level!If you're in the Spring area, you've got to check this place out. Aside from brunch/breakfast ,they have a keto menu and lunch items (burgers, sandwiches, wings, entrees, salads) if you're not in the mood for breakfast/brunch. But let's face it, breakfast is what they are known for and they kill it here!"

They were serving happy hour when we got there. I got a $3 Stella Artois and decided on half-off Sticky Wings. They were gluten free, so no breading and honestly, I prefer them that way. The skin was super crispy and the sauce was almost asian flavored with a side of what I assume tasted like an organic ranch. It was really good nonetheless. For our entrees, I decided on the White Chicken Parm which consisted of "pan-seared chicken, lightly crusted with lemon pepper parmesan; served with gluten free spaghetti pasta tossed with olive oil, homemade béchamel & white wine sauce with garlic, shallots, roasted tomatoes & parmesan; garnished with broccolini, parsley & grilled lemon." I used the grilled lemon atop the chicken and pasta for an extra lemony taste. YUM!Robbie chose the Way Bacon Burger which included "Heartbrand Akaushi Wagyu with sweet & spicy candied bacon, caramelized onions & raspberries, house-made pickles, lettuce, tomatoes & roasted garlic aioli on a brioche bun," however, he ordered without the bun, substitute lettuce wrap. There was a mix up and we ended up getting charged for the gluten free bun, but was promptly offered a refund or a dessert. We took the dessert!The dessert we chose was the Candy Cane Cheesecake. The consistency was almost like cookie dough, the crust was like a cookie and it was delicious. We left Bellagreen feeling good about what we ate, not feeling overly stuffed or guilty about it, Incredible staff and food, I can't wait to try their whole menu."

She started out attentive with a smile, and then the smile faded by the end. It may have been too much. I expected service to be slow with a big party, but it was disjointed. Half of the guests had finished their meals by the time the other half had just gotten theirs to take a first bite. She didn't have any help, and it was a lot of food and drinks, so I get it. This likely was out of Jasmines hands. We just had to ask multiple times for a lot of things. Drinks - I had a glass of the "Sparking Almond" for $13. I liked it. But I wish I had just done the wine tasting so I could try a bit of everything. I bought a glass of "Fight like a Girl" for $12, there pink Moscato for the birthday girl. She liked it. So I decided to buy her a bottle of "Fight like a Girl" as a bday gift, for my friend as well for $40. And to support this Black Owned business. It's cool because some of the proceeds go towards breast cancer. Great cause to drink!Food - I ordered the mushroom risotto appitizer. I liked that they had an appetizer portion of this as well as an entree to give a chance to sample it instead of making it a whole meal. I also ordered the cheese flat bread. Both were ok. I wanted it to be delicious. The risotta, while cooked properly, did not have the depth of richness needed to pull off the creamy unami expectation of a risotta. But risotto is hard to pull off in general, so I understand. The cheese flat bread looked different than previous reviews on here. The bread itself almost seemed like a cauliflower or gluten-free like crust. Vibes - The live band began to play Louisiana style music and entered the private room, and we really had a good time.I love supporting black owned businesses. Our server said the owners would come say hello, but they didn't arrive. The live music is nice to enjoy while eating, and I am guessing the $5.00 band fee we were charged, covers the band cost, which makes sense. Overall, the place has good vibes! So I would actually give this another chance if in the area. I hope service is great in their regular dining section as opposed to their private party room. Some of the guests said they had been here for brunch, and it was good."

"My tastebuds had a party from the beginning to the end! I started with the Seafood Campechana as the appetizer; and it comes with Tortilla chips. I say appetizer, but this dish is huge. I taste every ounce of flavor! It was like a party in my mouth with the combination of lime, jalapeno, pineapple, and small chunks of avocado, and to top it off, the shrimp and crab had their own flavors and spices fused together! Did you all see how big the shrimp were? After the appetizer, I knew I couldn't go wrong with the Pecan-Crusted Salmon, which has a nice favorable crust. Also, the sides are a mushroom risotto with grilled vegetables, making for a great dish with many flavors. For the second dish, my niece went for the Mango Stuffed Chicken, and of course, we shared our plates with each other. It had a very nice crust covering the outside, and it came with a mango buttery sauce to pour on top or inside; we did both. I don't know how they got all the stuffing inside, but I will be getting that next time. We also added two servings of fish tacos, and I must say they were good, too. But let's brag about the service; my nephew is seven, and he's very picky. He eats only eggs and pepperoni pizza! Well, that didn't have either! So the waiter and Chef made a pizza just for him with cheese and grilled shrimp on the side. One more thing: I'm surprised this place isn't charging more for their dishes. They put so much love into each dish, and the service is exceptional."
