"This review is based off of 2 visits in the last 1 week. One was during the week and the other on a Sunday morning! Both visits are service was fine; it was pretty standard. The food on our 1st visit was great! Everything was as we asked on the 1st try! However, our 2nd visit was not so much. Idk why people feel as if everyone like parsley and cilantro but I don't and Ive never had it randomly put on my eggs before. So they recooked my eggs which then came out runny. Bacon definitely under cooked. Had to pretty much send my whole plate back. My potatoes were not cooked completely and had to send them back not once but 4 times before they came out right. And I felt bad sending them back but I was very clear i wanted them completely cooked, actually I wanted them over cooked. Looking at the pictures; uou can see the difference. By the time they did come out we were done eating. Honestly the only things i enjoyed this 2nd trip was the juice and avocado. The other person was happy with all their food. Ill take this as a bad day.. idk!"

"We decided to stop here on our way down the highway to another restaurant. It was early and no other diners were inside. The restaurant look clean and well laid out. We were seated immediately by a very nice and attentive waitress. The menu had a lot of variety that was typical for a place like this. We started out with the "highly requested" (as stated on the menu) fried pickles. The pickles were fried in a tempura style batter which I don't care for. They were also very greasy (the plate had grease on the bottom). My daughter ordered the 3 mini burgers that were on the lunch special for $7 (?). They were pretty good. I had a craving for the chicken fried steak for $9. It was ok. It didn't have much taste to it, but it was fairly tender. The cream gravy didn't have much of a taste to it and tasted a little watered down.Overall, I would say our experience with 36 Bar and Grill wasn't terribly bad. Since it's out of the way for us it probably won't be one of our regular stops. However, I wouldn't have a problem trying it again."

"Came here with my family around 1pm to grab a bite to eat! It's so unassuming on the outside, and super cute and cafe like on the inside! There is parking in the front and side of the building. It's Halal! There is a huge illuminated menu on the wall and they have something for everyone! Breakfast is served until 4pm!We ordered breakfast foods: Cosmos bagel, French Toast, and an omelette! Great portions, reasonably priced, and the service was so nice! We also did gelato and a smoothie! I tried the Turkish coffee too. They have a patio and offer hookah. Definitely will return and there is another location off Almeda in the midtown area."

"My fried fish was light and fresh, and fried perfectly. The shrimp was spectacular as well and both shrimp and fish were prepared without heavy seasoning. Her turkey burger was the best she'd ever tried as she left not a morsel behind . She asked "Wow! How'd you find this place?" We both liked the fries too! Our frozen margaritas were just right. We will be coming back to check out the DJ and see what the crowd looks like at night. From what we can tell it looks like it will be lively as they have a small stage, ample seating room, a floor for dancing and a DJ booth."

"Never been to Texas and this is the welcoming aloha that someone from Cali/Hawaii needed when stepping into a restaurant! Especially by Uncle Bubba! The staff was super friendly and helpful with the menu. We ordered all of the meats and sides and it was pretty tasty. The brisket was very tender, chicken fell off the bone, pulled pork just melted. Loved the mac n cheese and potato salad. The ambiance is very clean and simple with a pretty good amount of seating. Thanks Uncle Bubba for kickstarting our hunt for good bbq!!!"

"We came on a weeknight for an early birthday dinner. TR was able to accommodate our party of 7 with an additional high chair for my baby nephew. I liked the booth seating here for a more private experience. Shoutout goes to our waiter, Erick, who provided such great customer service to our table. He checked up on us often and refilled our bread and drinks. He also communicated with us when our entrees would be arriving. He did this all with enthusiasm and a smile. So, my family and I definitely appreciated this. Thank you, Erick! As for our food, they were all good. I think the only outlier was the bbq chicken my SIL ordered. The chicken itself was dry and the sauce too sweet. Otherwise, here's a breakdown of the other items on their menu: Complimentary bread (5/5): I love these dinner rolls. Just their glistening appearance when they arrived to our table was beautiful. The rolls were soft and delicious. They were sooo good with their cinnamon whipped butter. I had to eat two of them, at least. Well, I didn't have to, but I wanted to. Lol. Frozen margarita (4/5): I forgot to take a picture. But, I really enjoyed my margarita drink. It had an ample amount of salt on the rim and the cup was huge. This is not different from other margaritas I've had. But, it was delicious and gave me just the right amount of buzz. Safe to say, I drank all of it. Lol. Blooming cactus (4/5): Everyone enjoyed this appetizer. We thought the onion was cooked well and the batter not too heavy. It was a bit salty, though. But, it was still good. My lil bro said this was better than the blooming onion at Outback Steakhouse.Chili (4/5): I really enjoyed this chili with onions and cheese. I think it tasted bean-less, which I preferred. This reminded me a lot of the Zippy's chili in Hawaii from my childhood. I would recommend this as one of the sides that come with the steak entree.Loaded baked potato (4/5): Yummy. Normally, I don't really like sour cream. But, in this potato, it was yummy mixed in with the cheese and bacon. This was definitely worth the additional charge as a side that came along with my steak. FYI - You get two sides with the steak entree. Forth Worth Ribeye (14 oz) (4/5): I've had this steak before at another TR and loved it. So, of course I'd order it again. My family all ordered the same steak too. Lol. It was cooked to medium rare and had that beautiful charbroiled flavor. I did add sautéed mushrooms and onions to my steak this time around, which was delicious. But, I found it did make my steak a bit saltier than I'd like. Next time, I think I'll just order my steak sans the mushrooms/onions. Overall, my family and I had a great food and customer service experience at this TR location. We will be back. Come check them out as well."

"Fav dishes Eggs not Benedict received rave reviews from my husband and friend. Next time I might have to order this too! Ham n cheese is my favorite kinda sandwich. Lots of ham and just the right proportion of cheese and cranberry chipotle jam on perfectly toasted Texas toast. My comfort food sandwich. Philly cheesesteak was a winner according to my friend and had a nice spicy kick from the jalapeño aioli. The patty melt was just ok - thick beefy patty cooked medium well which was good but husband said it was missing some moisture / sauce factor. Portions are just right to maybe a teeny bit too much. I wish I had more room for dessert! Service was friendly and experienced, and getting everyone seated and served as fast as they could on a busy Saturday. Enjoyed finding this place and would definitely come back whenever we're in the area!"

"Some friends and I decided to try this place after reading the reviews and someone from the Jersey Barn said we needed to go here too. So glad we did!! The food is delicious! I had the smash burger, my friend had loaded fries with I believe it was brisket, other friend had the back porch sandwich and my husband had the smash burger as well. They were delicious!! We all ate everything off our plates. Then to top it off we shared a banana pudding. I would definitely come back here!"

"I found this on yelp, the 5 stars intrigued me. I pulled up and met Mr Skip. A very funny guy, who aided me through picking something good to eat. Customer service is spot on. The cornbread was fluffy, so light and buttery and melts in your mouth. The turkey necks were really good. Cabbage and Mac were solid. I will definitely be back to get something different. The specials change daily and they also have standing menu items. I plan on returning soon. This was a really good dinner. The inside is very clean and it seems like this place is fairly new. Or renovated. It's nicely setup inside."

It's funny that I never really know what I want until I get to the counter.You can't go wrong with the Deli Club either on regular bread or my favorite, the croissant. You can't go wrong with the chicken Caesar salad. You can't go wrong with the salad bar option. You can't go wrong with muffins and/or garlic bread at the mini bar...that is until they run out and don't refill! You can't go wrong with the free ice cream...until you realize it's broken or not working properly. I've been here 3 times in a span of a month, each time the ice cream machine wasn't working properly or at all!I love the actual food, the service is great. But the muffins/garlic/ice cream are what makes me want to come back here even more! If they aren't restocked in a timely manner and the ice cream machine is never working, should I continue to go if I'm not receiving the full Jasons Deli experience? Tbd..."

"Came here on Good Friday to enjoy their impossible burgers! It was my first time and I was pretty excited we could select an impossible patty for any of their gourmet signature burgers! Everything started off great and we were seated promptly upon arrival. The servers came out and one was in training so we were pretty understanding and patient. He got our drinks ordered and gave us a few mins to decide. Came back in time for us to order our food. Food came out promptly as well as exactly what we ordered. I had the sautéed shroom burger which was fairly bland to me. Shrooms lacked flavor and could have used a bit of salt and butter during the sautéing process... hubs got the cheeseburger. Nothing spectacular. Garlic fries could have been fried a little longer. Onion rings was great and I wish I ordered that instead of garlic fries. Pretzel bites with beer cheese was excellent, however I wished they had informed it was a .99 charge for another beer cheese before ordering another. We were interrupted twice and asked if they could take anything away for us. Clearly we were still working on our meals so there was absolutely nothing to take away. The second time the server came around to ask to take something away, my husband reached over to hand him an empty plate and he knocked over his beverage that took awhile to be refilled. I just don't understand why they can't just wait for us to leave to take our plates! Before the drink spillage, my husband had asked for a refill on his tea and more beer cheese, the girl and guy in training said sure but forgot. I saw them in a corner just hanging out and definitely knew they forgot. They came back later with the beer cheese and took about 10 mins where we pretty much finished most of our food. My husband asked for his drink and they were like "oh yeah!" Not sure how two people could both forget... Might be awhile until I give this place another try. But not so happy with my first experience so far."

"Found this place on Yelp and ratings looked great so we decided to check it out. My father ordered the three meat plate Brisket, Sausage and Ribs. I ordered the fully loaded baked potato. Let me tell you the size of the plates were huge! Especially for the price it was great! The food was so delicious. Literally the best BBQ I have had anywhere. This place is a hidden gem! The meat was literally falling apart it was so tender. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone the food is amazing! The place is so cute as well. They have outside seating with a little covered area. Great place to take family and they also serve beer. Like I said this place is great and the food is the best for BBQ that I have ever tasted and I have ate a ton of BBQ places and this is the best in my opinion so far. Will definitely be going back great prices and delicious food."

"The only bad thing about Sandy McGees is the size. It's not huge, but it should be. Food was great and the service was as well. It's a nice little staple of Richmond that reminds me of a small town restaurant with all the comforts you would expect. I find it baffling that people complain in their 1 star reviews of this place. Some lady said she paid 17.50 for a kids plate? Where? They are 8.50, which don't get me wrong it isn't the cheapest out there but don't lie. Also, another person said it was cramped, uh duh. "This is your new stop between Houston and San Antonio. Trust me. Wow. Okay, first of all this place is set in a wonderful old house nestled just north of downtown Columbus. This place actually hugs you with wit and humor and class all at the same time. Fun paintings along with white table cloths and brass fixtures. Elegant. But what's a nice setting if the food isn't also great? MS delivers. We had apps and entrees from a full but not too-large a menu. Simple recognizable dishes for extremely well. We had salads, southern shrimp, braised short rib etc. All prepared and plated with an elegance and attention that matches the decor. Service was delightful attentive and kind. The owner even stopped by our table twice and spoke to us. Magnolia Society is worth the very short trek off of I-10 for food that is not a classless chain burger or prepackaged truck stop fare. This is your next go-to stop between San Antonio and Houston."

"If you like seafood eat here. There are SO many options you are sure to find something you like. I rarely post on a first visit but I am not likely to return to Edna any time soon. I almost didn't come here because I didn't think the posted pictures were very appealing. But against my judgement I came and I must say I enjoyed my visit. I ordered the lunch special of grilled flounder with came with dirty rice and staemed veggies. You also get a choice of salad or coleslaw. I like to try different coleslaws and found this one to be drowning in mayo. I posted my own photos that show the spices in which the fish is grilled. It was almost too salty, but I ate it with lemon and/or coleslaw. The rice has meat in it-ground beef. The veggies were perfectly steamed. I do recommend this restaurant. I came on a cold day at lunchtime. The locals do seem to enjoy this place and for good reason. The servers are friendly and helpful and aren't afraid to make recommendations or confirm with the cook if they don't have an answer as to how something is cooked."

"Stopped in for lunch today and was very pleased with the experience. The server was prompt and friendly and the food was very good. I had a hamburger steak with loaded mashed potatoes. The steak was good sized and was cooked to order. The seasoning was perfect and I liked that they topped it with sautéed onions. It came with an excellent brown gravy that was served on the side, something I really appreciate. The loaded mashed potatoes were topped with bacon, sour cream, and cheese and were excellent. They were basically a cross between a baked potato and mashed potatoes and will be my side of choice in future visits. Overall a very satisfying lunch in a nice, small town pub!"

"I love peaky grinders! By far one of the best burgers in Houston, no exception. They use high quality, crumbly meat and I also like the bun (slightly squished in my photo but in person she was fluffy and perfect). Great toppings and really if you don't go crazy on the toppings it's very reasonably priced considering 5 guys is like $15 now. The chili cheese fries were spectacular too with a hint of spicy and were the perfect compliment to the meal, but their plain fries are delicious too. The people are friendly but they seem to make them to order so be patient as it may take 10-15 minutes to get your food but it is WORTH IT!"

I can't fairly review the restaurant, customer service, food etc. However, I can offer my personal opinion to the owner. I think it would be beneficial to add the hours of operation on Yelp and actually upload business information on Google so those of us who enjoy delicious Caribbean food can frequent your establishment. We're ready for you here in the Humble and northeast side of Houston. C'mon, let's make you some $$$$!!!!!!!Update: Fair is fair so I must share this positive update. As I was completing my review in my vehicle in front of the restaurant, a nice gentleman came out of the restaurant and approached my vehicle. He explained that they were closed and preparing for a private event that evening. He apologized for the inconvenience but invited me in and said he would check to see if they had something on the menu available for me as a takeout option. I gladly agreed and entered the restaurant with him. He was a complete gentleman and offered me a seat and something to drink. He proceeded to speak with the person in the kitchen who informed him that there was nothing prepared at the moment. I didn't get any food but the hospitality was off the chart and not only will I return but I will send family and friends there as well. I'll be back for my delicious Caribbean meal"
