"I like the service nice fast and friendly . It's always good to stop a grab A great song by running around doing errands or for lunch."
"Owned by Jason from Freddy vs Jason fame. Apparently. This is a pretty good location of Jason's Deli, and one which we come to on a fairly regular basis, and one which we appreciate. They're tasty and get the job done and not too expensive. I don't like the chain in general but it's better than some others. Not too bad."

"Sandwiches were made promptly and exactly how we requested them. They seem to use a ton of olive oil at this location. Everything was good and satisfying!"
"A great and healthy alternative to fast food chains. I really liked the place. They were very nice. The sandwich was great. I will definitely come back."
"I always get the original. Good food, worker guy is kind of grumpy though. Let's step up the customer service, be happy to see people."
"Oh, Jersey Mike's CYPRESS you never fail me! The hubby and I went for a quick lunch date today and we could not have been happier with our visit. First we were greeted by Miguel, the owner. Then we went to order and a wonderful young man, Cory helped us. I told him about my food allergies and we jumped right in and started preparing the area. He was so pleasant. Manners and everything!!! Miguel, you should be so happy to have this young man working for you. Your staff has ALWAYS accommodated me and my allergies! Thanks again for the great service and great sandwiches. We will see you soon."
"I always will Drive Pass Masala pantry most of the time . I finally decided to try them out and I was pleased! Available parking options . Well organized store . Nice price. You do not have to drive far off into town to get some Indian food no more . Customer service is great . I love the samosas! I believe it's buy one get one free!"
"100% the best Rueben in town. I felt like I was in a NYC diner. The soups are all incredible- definitely made from scratch and several options daily - just pick your favorite. And while I'm personally not a fan, my dining companion raved about the liver and onions. Cookie, one of their incredible servers, makes every visit memorable - truly one of the best of the best. And the sangria made from her mother's recipe is a must try! The restaurant is known for their breakfast, but we're always here for their excellent lunch and dinner specials. The portions are huge - I usually take half of whatever I order home. We always have to take our black and white cake to go - too full but so totally worth it in a few hours! The dining room is spacious with lots of comfy booths. Excellent food, excellent service, great prices, huge portions - the best!"
"So delicious! We got the Piggy and the Tuna Salad Po Boys plus several sides and pickles. The food was outstanding- both po' boys were on a really good hoagie roll with high quality toppings and cheeses. The ham and salami salad on the Piggy was outstanding- super yummy-creamy-salty-goodness- super rich but offset by tangy dill pickles and pepper Jack. Tuna salad was also fresh and delicious. We went crazy for the pasta salad- really yummy olives and marinated veggies in an herby vinaigrette. I can't wait to go back!"
"There are lots of reasons to come here, in fact, there are Schlotz of reasons to come here, but healthy food is none of them!So this is a famous deli which may be from Austin originally, but is all over the place now. A little expensive and not very good for you, but some of their stuff is actually pretty decent tasting. This location is in Spring Branch right off of Interstate 10 on the north side of the Katy freeway, and it's one of the better options for food in this particular plaza, which is well known for having a lot of chains and way too many stores."
"Nothing special here.I came here based on a recommendation from a friend. The sandwiches (and burgers) always come plain. You get the bun and the meat. You can then go to the condiments bar to get whatever else you want to add. However, for the sandwiches/burgers, there's only lettuce, tomatoes, and onions along with ketchup/mustard/mayo. Considering that I love my onion grilled and caramelized, this is kind of a downer for me.The first time I came here, I ordered the chicken fried chicken sandwich. Even though the size of the chicken is pretty big, the taste was mediocre at best. I've had some good/great chicken fried chicken and this wasn't it. They also charge close to $3 for fries. Yikes!!! My meal today cost me over $10 with drinks and tax included. The second time I came here, I ordered the Philly steak hoagie. I had a high expectation because I love Philly cheese steaks. This time around, the sandwich tasted a bit better than the chicken fried chicken. Plenty of steak with grilled in pepper. However, it could use a little bit more cheese and if the bread was also grilled, it would've been better. No comparison to Texadelphia in terms of taste or price, though. The third time (yes, I keep giving them a chance) I came here, I got the Angus burger combo. It was pretty good, but I was kind of disappointed that they didn't even bother asking me how I wanted my burger. I like my burger medium, and mine was a little too well done in my opinion so it was a little too dry for me. I think it's time for me to venture for other places in the area (there's not that many, that's why I keep coming back here) and give them a chance. For the price that they're charging and the food that I get, I think I could get more out of my money somewhere else."
"Nice little place to stop it. When you're driving through you can get special little things. The food is okay. The service is okay. The ambiance is great. It's like a huge barn"

I have been craving firehouse subs for days. Funny story, I woke up at 9 am the other morning and had a craving for a hook and ladder. I finally got my sandwich tonight. This location was very clean. Probably the cleanest firehouse subs I've seen. This location also has a drive thru which I thought was really cool. We ate inside but I am more likely to come to this location since there is a drive thru and I wouldn't have to get out my car. Firehouse subs is ALWAYS good no matter which location you go to. I always get the hook and ladder. My husband gets the New York steamer add honey mustard and oil & vinegar. I would recommend you to try it that way too. The rewards program is really good too, you can easily gain rewards and who doesn't like something free every now and then.

This location essentially does not deliver. We live 2.2 miles away and they refused order. They only deliver up to Kirby which is only less than 0.5 mi awayI hope corporate is watching. If the owner is this lazy then I am sure how clean or fresh the food is. Buyer beware

Really disappointed in our experience. My fiancé ordered first and then me. And then the guy helping us looked at my fiancé and said "okay what do you want?".....uhhhh???So he repeated his order. And also clarified he wanted pastrami on rye bread...both times he ordered. We got our food and of course, no rye bread. The soda machine was literally out of almost every option, had I known I wouldn't have even gotten a drink. My Turkey sandwich came with literally one slice of tomato on the entire thing. It was so hard to even have our order taken, it wasn't worth it to try to get it correct. We ate it and left.Definitely not worth the $30 just spent. Yikes.

Amazingly friendly service and staff! Fresh food and easy to get food to go. The staff was so nice to offer us a cup with ice to drink our bottle of Pepsi to go. We will be returning to get food here! 5 stars in my book!

GREAT food if you go to the little cafe in the back! The garlic naan was super delicious. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, and tried the samosas. Everything was tasty and fresh. We wish there was more seating but we had plenty since it was a slower day. We will be back. Dine in or take out, I highly recommend both. Check out their daily specials if you want to save some change, I wish we did that prior to us ordering but know for next time.

Enjoyed coming here on Mother's Day. We walked in and were sat almost immediately. I opted for the grilled cheese and I got it with hash browns instead of fries. The grilled cheese was cooked perfectly and they have a wide verity of cheeses you can choose from. Also got a cup of coffee and a refill. Over all friendly staff and lots of parking. They have a huge menu too. Just posted part of it.

"Creative and fresh subs with a great corporate ideals. I see a lot of employees at many locations with a great attitude. Love their giving you o the community."
"This place customer service is amazing! The food is always fresh and so good. Even when I went in person, the restaurant is very clean, comfortable, the owner should be proud! This is my go to wing spot now and I order from here often! They sent me some cute trinkets."
"Considering this is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Houston, the place looks like absolute crap, or to put it more politely, it's a "dive". I'm not kidding either - it's as basic of a diner as it can get with basic bingo parlor tables and chairs and if you were blind folded and brought here, you'd think you had just landed in the bad part of Pasadena (as opposed to the Cosmopolitan part of Pasadena). So why the 4 stars? They are the only game in town and have held that spot for at least the 10 years that I can remember. That's quite a feat when you consider how many restaurants in the most popular parts of town shutter their doors after a few months so they must be doing something right and that is feed all the contractors that service the luxury houses in the area at reasonable prices. If you go there at high noon, you'll see a half dozen service trucks and vans inside while the hard working immigrant owner(s) work hard to bring out the food. The food is kind of all over the place and you can get a burger, chicken sandwiches, fajitas, or cold cut deli type sandwiches. Granted this isn't a health food store, but for less than 10 bucks, they will get you out of a bind and back to your work. I am curious how the place is in the evenings. I wonder if the Tanglewood folks dress up and go there to dine. Someone let me know."
"Best and the cheapest stuff around the town !!! Did not know they even exist anymore ! But I was shocked, yeah I hands down can eat there everyday and be happy don't forget the sauce !!!"
"This small mom and pop (correction: local mini-chain) deli in the Commons Shopping Center is similar to the Honey Baked Ham stores in the Houston area. There are only 5 tables and 4 barstools to sit at when dining at the restaurant. Their menu consists of sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts and specials. They also have a menu for ordering sandwich trays and a party menu for large gatherings, which consists of whole hams, turkeys, and boneless turkey and ham by the pound. They offer a soup of the day format Tues - Sat.You can easily spend less than $10 here with a sandwich, side and a drink since their sides and drinks aren't marked up much compared to other places.Sandwich bread - white, wheat or croissant (except for the po-boy and muffalatta)Cheese - american, swiss, cheddar or jalapenoSides - you can choose between chips, baked beans, pickles, fruit cup or potato salad. I visited during lunch and ordered a specialty sandwich because the lunch special only includes "boring" sandwiches. With the triple decker club, I added a side of potato salad and a fountain drink. I did not like the potato salad, it was pretty bland. The sandwich was good though and was stacked with a lot of turkey and ham. Of course their honeybaked ham and the bacon they use make the sandwich. They forgot to put lettuce and tomato on my sandwich but when I mentioned it to the cashier, he quickly brought it out with an apology.Their customer service was excellent here. I would come back just for this."
"Yes and Yes and Yes and Yes and an itty, bitty tiny no.Loved this place, food and Star Wars decor on point. Sad its taking me so long to try. So many soup/sandwich days gone that I can't get back. Small menu and venue, but quaint and easy to talk to people here. Came with a few friends and all orders were praised highly. Monday special grill cheese with a nice warm cup of tomato basil soup, YES. Meatball sub with a side of pesto salad, YES. Brewben with a Beer and a side of pesto salad, YES. Service and friendly patrons, YES. The spicy ginger slaw....the itty bitty tiny no. Though I heard it was popular, but none of us were fans.Need to stop by on a Wednesday for ppls choice sandwich, the Philly...everyone said it was there favorite."
"This is a small deli inside a business center down the street from Tinsel Town on 290. The place looks pretty old fashioned inside. It's kind of like an older cafeteria look. I've tried their cheese burgers and their roast beef sandwiches. Both were pretty good but definitely nothing to write home about. If you're in the area and don't want to drive far, this is definitely an option. I just wouldn't drive far to come here. Price wise it's on the cheap side which is definitely a plus."
"I came on tax day because you got a free small original sandwich with purchase of a drink and chips. This was my first time at this chain because it's not really located anywhere on my way. Nonetheless, I was hungry and didn't really feel like cooking. Plus, who doesn't want to take advantage of a deal when you can?I had no issues with the tax day deal (unlike Great American Cookies in the Fountains who did not know what I was talking about). My order was ready within a few minutes, so it was very fast. I paid $4.32 for a small bag of chips and a lemonade. I thought this was expensive, but hey, I'm getting a sandwich for free.Interestingly enough, the menu has generic names of small, medium, etc., but no one tells you the actual measurements, like Subway. The small is about 4" in diameter and about 3" in height. It's a pretty decent size, better than the small at Quizno's in my opinion. The most surprising thing to me is that the sandwich is hot. It is not like Subway or Quizno's where their cold cut sandwiches are cold. It's a pretty decent taste as well. My sandwich had a bit of a crunch to it, most likely because of the toasted bread. I liked it.I would probably return again if wanting a sandwich, especially for the convenience of a drive-thru. FYI there was no one in line at 10:30AM on a Tuesday morning, so service was really fast. Not bad!"
"Alright there are several lunch choices around this area, but few of them offer great service food and timely serving as Firehouse does. The taste has never changed, they take the time to walk to your seat and serve you a hot sub, and they are always friendly! The crew making the sandwich seem to be having fun in the process, talking to each other and just having a good time at work! It's good to get out of the office and sit at this location enjoying a well served sub!The best about it is the fact that they support local firefighters! I think that's just awesome and knowing that I can contribute makes it all worth the stop."
"Love this place, everything I've had here is delicious! This is one of the few places in Houston I've been able to find a Cuban sandwich which is awesome (just don't expect it to rival those you'd find in South Florida, you need to be realistic). The menu has a pretty big variety sandwiches, paninis and salads, so you should probably read up online. Haven't had a chance to try the breakfast yet, but it looks amazing. Soups and chili are outstanding and the cookies and muffins are to die for. It's a little bit hidden in between buildings 8 and twelve on the ground floor, but don't that fool you because they can get a large fast moving line during lunchtime."
"I have never had a bad experience at FHS until today. I typically go to a different location closer to home. This location I tried today was dirty (floors and tables), got my name wrong (even though I used my points and my name is on the ticket), the sandwich was sloppy, no flavor and had items on it I asked to be removed (onions). I was disappointed with this experience especially since I thought FHS were all the same as my home location. The food and cleanliness (lack of) needs attention! The parking at this location is pretty bad and after my experience, so not worth the hassle. What a shame. I love FHS's Engineer sandwiches, but this one today was very disappointing. If I never had the pleasure of a wonderful FHS and this was my first experience, I would never enter another location ever. My location near home was given 5 start when I reviewed them. I guess I will stick with my location."
"The pizza game in Houston is a tough pill to swallow for overall credibility of the food scene and no place epitomizes this more than Two Guys Pizzeria. As one of several pizza spots (#1) in the immediate vicinity, this might seem like a good sign for West U / Med Center pizza lovers. Unfortunately, I can't give them my blessing given how subpar the pizza is and more importantly, the unpleasant service.Med Center Plaza has a number of bizes plugged in and Two Guys is located between Southwell's (#2) and SportsClips Haircuts. On the surface it looks like an ideal casual eatery to come in, enjoy a slice, and chill out. There's outdoor seating and decent number of tables and chairs on the interior. There's always a steady flow of people, but it's never that busy.Normally, I try to grade on a curve when it comes to H-Town pizza. Whenever a place calls themselves a New York pizzeria, I have to grade them on how close they are to the real thing and here's the verdict: This is not New York pizza. And in some ways, it's not even good pizza. Granted the schtick here is their giant slices, but this is hardly comparable to giant slices even in NYC (#2). The pizza here is messy in that the cheese doesn't necessarily hold well, the crust is gummy, and the sauce is very mediocre. I appreciate novelty in many forms, but never with poor execution. I would highly recommend adding peppers and parm to bring it to form, but that's not enough to save this pizza. There's more than just pizza but their calzones, subs, and pizza rolls are not their primary attraction and it shows. The subs are kind of just slapped together and unlike the pizza, is not exactly an abundant combo of fixings. Their pizza rolls and calzones are stuffed quite well, but a semi-salt bomb flavor wise. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I've seen mishaps for pizza toppings or charges in my takeout experiences here but they're usually resolved quickly upon noticing. However the issue is that I've had to check *every* time and more often than not, something is up. The staff behind the counter isn't the warmest, which would be a non-issue if the food was outstanding. One is looking at about $60 for a full giant pie and roughly $25-30 for the others. Slices range from $5-9 and toppings are .75 extra. They have a range of other little things such as auto-gratuity for 4 people or more, no coupons accepted, and 49 cents for credit card usage. __________(#1) It might not look like it, but there might be a half-a-dozen pizzerias in just these 2-3 blocks.(#2) This is how you do it. "Love coming to jimmy johns for a fresh cold sub . I got the Italian today and enjoyed every bite with the fresh veggies. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great place to enjoy lunch and by the way they're fast freaky fast .The bread was soft and delicious I'm definitely coming back to try other subs ."
"This is the very first time I've tried this franchise out. I was quite surprised, it was very good and clean and tasty. What I liked about this place was how the fresh meats were sliced as you ordered each sandwich sandwiches."
"If you're Mike'd Up, then you're either in the entertainment business, or you're eating one of these "sarnies" as we say in England. They're pretty similar to the one in League City in terms of standards. It's a step above Subway but that's not saying much because thems was the worst sandwiches imaginable. I mean JM are not bad by any means - but when you had some of the sandwiches I've had and when you live in the city that makes Subs as well as Buffalo does then these don't cut it. No pun intended. For once. They get a bonus star for excellent service, though."
"I was in the mood for a fresh tasting sub and jimmy johns is the place for that. I was working in the heat so a cold refreshing sub was the way to go and I'll tell you what they didn't disappoint at all . Fresh baked bread, fresh veggies and a bag of chips and and I enjoyed every bite . The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great place to enjoy a great sandwich or wrap for lunch or anytime of the day ."
"Came in to pick up a quick lunch to take to go. I only wanted the sandwich; no drink or chips. I ordered the hook & ladder, no tomatoes, no onions. The sandwich was good but not great. I don't eat here very often because i just don't think about them. There is not anything really "wow" about their sandwiches. I will say the 2 guys who were working were very nice. The gentlemen who took my order was friendly and polite. I will return- just don't know when."
"I was in town visiting family and decided to stop here for breakfast!! I must say what a pleasant surprise. If you are a NY bagel fan you can get your fix here. Yes, the owners are native New Yorkers! I got the lox and it was pretty darn tasty. Make sure you do not leave out the scallion cream cheese! It is not to be missed. I also tried a latte which was just alright. I think the winner here is their food. The restaurant is HUGE and great for bringing loved ones. It did get pretty busy in there and loud. So, if a bustling diner feel is not your thing maybe go elsewhere. Phenomenal service as well. I will say I did like it enough to return. I sat around the espresso bar solo and had a lovely time chatting it up with the baristas."
"Bringing them up two stars. Great burger and fries for sure. They've dropped the extra $1 beef charge from the receipts which was a dollar more than the menu price. Their prices have gone up as has everyone else's prices !! Let's Go Brandon - Let's Make America Broke Again !! Back to Freddy's. The owner, Freddy (imagine that), was surprised and happy to see my Houston Safety Team and I as it's been a while. We used to have an office next door and we ate here frequently. But since we relocated, about a year ago, we haven't been back. The dining area is clean, and tight, and it does get crowded."
"Like all the other jersey mikes but on sat and Sunday's gets packed . Not sure if he's the manger or the owner but he's very friendly. Seating can be a challenge on Sunday after church let's out. Great sandwiches great as always."
"If you're looking for a place that serves authentic gyros, this is the place to go. I've been to Ekko's Greek American Deli multiple times. My go to is the gyro plate which comes with a side of fries and salad. Most times I substitute the fries for extra salad. Portion sizes are great for the price!"
