"This food stand is located in the food court. They sell both Japanese and Chinese food (although I think there were more Chinese options than Japanese options). I ordered the seafood fried noodles which was $7.20 ($8 with tax). It looked like they accept credit cards (not sure if there is a minimum amt) but I just paid in cash. I ordered my food to go and it smelled of garlic and extremely delicious on my way home. The portions are a good size for one person but not for two. I was able to eat the entire order in one sitting. The taste of the seafood fried noodles was very good. There were a few pieces of shrimp, one or two fish balls, one calamari, and one or two pieces of small oyster (maybe from a can?), and fresh veggies (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, cabbage). There was someone behind me that ordered the garlic chicken fried rice dish. It seems to be popular at this location. I may have to come back to try that dish! There was only one person working the stand on the day I visited. The lady took my order and also cooked my food. Wait time was about 10 minutes (which she had let me know ahead of time)."
"I did an online takeout order from them on a Friday night. The promised time was about an hour wait, which I thought was a little too long, especially when I arrived it didn't seem that busy for it to take that long. I did arrive a lot sooner than my promised time, hoping it would be close to be completed but still had to wait some time. They invited me to sit at the bar while I waited and offered me a drink and also gave me a glass of water. Outstanding top notch customer service. I ordered their Maki Combo. It came with their Tako Maguro, Ceviche and Sake Yaki. They were all delicious. My favorite was their Ceviche, then the Tako Maguro. Ceviche came with tuna, white fish and shrimp, spicy mayo and pineapple salsa. You get a nice fusion of tropical with sushi. Definitely a great combination. The Tako Maguro came with spicy octopus, and spicy tuna. It was definitely spicy, but a good spicy. And the Sake Yaki came with grilled salmon and almond. I also ordered a Miso Soup, but only because they would let me pay with a credit card unless it was $50 or more. The Maki Combo was $48. Was not a big fan of their credit card limit. It's definitely on the pricier side for what you get. The rolls are tiny. They're like bite size versions of standard making rolls. But these tiny little suckers are full of flavor. The quality and attention to detail is what you're paying for. While this isn't an everyday type of sushi place, I can definitely see myself returning."

Visit Restaurant Page"Kinta Sushi has one of those unassuming store fronts since it's tucked away in a small strip mall next to a convenient store and Chinese buffet, but they're actually pretty legit. We came in on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty, so it seems to be more of a take out spot. The portions are fairly generous at the price point and we've always had a good experience. All the servers are always hustling and make sure drinks are always topped off and the food comes out quickly. As someone with a more Americanized palate who doesn't typically eat more traditional sashimi/nigiri, I usually stick to the deep-fried specialty rolls. The King Kong and Miami rolls are my personal favorites. The other rolls our group usually recommends are the Cry Cry, Love Love, and Atlantic rolls.Overall, Kinta is a super reliable, local sushi spot. They are a small business with hard-working employees so I'd recommend to give them a shot."
"We came in for an early dinner and we're seated right away. The waiter was quick to bring water and take our order. We had some miso soup, spicy edemame, and shumai for starters. I loved the wasabi shumai. They were different and had a really great flavor! The miso soup was piping hot. I almost burned my mouth multiple times. We had a couple salmon avocado rolls and half of a specialty roll. The sushi was really good! Everything was fresh! The rolls were packed well and didn't fall apart. I would come back to Umai! The food was really good! Definitely get the wasabi shumai!"
"Sushi Badaya clearly strives for excellence and their passion is palpable with every bite. If it's true that we eat first with the eyes, then your peepers are really going to enjoy a trip here. Beautiful plating accents every order, and is as wonderful to look at as it is to taste.Sashimi was incredibly fresh, oysters were perfectly prepared, and three sake courses paired excellently.Service could not have been better. Korean speakers will especially enjoy the sushi bar."
"Stopped in here to get some smoothies after a long walk around the loop and it didn't disappoint. For the very reasonable price for $5.50 for up to a mix of two different fruits, I was pleasantly surprised to see them use full fruit for the whole smoothie (instead of powders or other mix-ins and fillers). The taste of the drink reflected the amount of fruit they used the the lemon syrup was light and provided a nice way to make the drink a little more refreshing without adding too much sweetness. The boba in the drink was fairly chewy and there was a good amount provided, though maybe too much in the drink. Even with the extra boba, since the smoothie was 20 oz, there was still plenty of drink to enjoy."
"Here is a long time favorite for sushi in Evanston. It's been around here since the 1980s, so that's a long time for a restaurant. Kuni's Bistro looks like it may not have changed that much in that time. Even though it may look outdated, the food is still fresh. This is like getting old school sushi without all the fancy sauces and some other crazy stuff. A pretty good menu and the prices are a throwback as well, pretty cheap. It has a few Asian beers including Asahi, the most popular one in Japan according to the label. The sushi is the main thing though. It's about $5 for hand rolls. These are like typical sushi rolls except these aren't cut and are thicker. Kind of like a long triangle shape. We got the Avocado and the Veggie Hand Rolls, and these were a pretty good value. Liked these. Packed full of rice and vegetables, in a pretty tough seaweed wrap. Good tasting and good looking. There's also the more common types of rolls. Best place for getting classic styles of sushi without being fancy. It's been around a long time and it's easy to taste why, as well as the good prices. There's a pretty good amount of choices for vegans and vegetarians."
"This is our new favorite sushi place. Great ambience, outstanding sushi, and great service. Plus the pricing is very fair, quality is high, great vibes."
"LOVE. If I had to describe our experience in 1 word, it's love! We came by for an early dinner on Sunday and were immediately sat. The parking is paid metered parking, but there was plenty of it despite being in a busier area. The restaurant was decked out with colors, lights, palm trees and was truly an escape from Chicago. To start we had the Crying Tiger, and the Spicy Crab Rangoon. The Crying Tiger was full of flavor, and cooked to the perfect temp. The steak was delish with and without the dipping sauce, but to amplify the flavors... highly recommend dipping! The spicy crab Rangoon was a fun party of its own. The crunch from the wrap to the warm creamy crab filling, the spice wasn't too crazy with all the cream filling but with the sweet chili sauce it made for the perfect bites. We shared the lava roll, it reminded me of the viva Las Vegas roll from ra sushi, but this was filled with so much more. The crab meat on top had a nice kick to it. As if we weren't already full, we also ordered the general tso chicken sandwich, and the burger to try. Both of which were delish! The general tso was my pick between the two. The pineapple had a nice sweet and tangy flavor to each bite. For dessert, I wanted to try the Vietnamese tiramisu but they were sold out. All the more reason to come back again soon! The service was great, despite how busy they got the team really made each table feel special in their own way and were extremely attentive."
"Had reservations here for Friday night birthday dinner for my friend. It was a nice touch from the staff where they printed a personal Happy Birthday to my friend on her menu! All of the staff also wished she a happy birthday to make it extra special. The vibes are dark & moody with your Japanese influences. Seems like a great place for date night! Also a plus, the bathrooms are stocked with everything you need, including hair ties! Feels very personable. I got the chef seasonal nigiri selection and it did not disappoint! Each piece was well seasoned and some pieces even provided a smoky finish! The 10 day dry aged tuna nigiri sampler was also so delicious. The fish is on point here. I would come back here again! Just prepare to spend a pretty penny here, haha!"
"What a great place to get food! TLDR: Great food, great service, chill vibes, great prices, will be coming again for sure! So, my partner and I visited for lunch, around 1 pm. We've never been but walking in, the decor was chill but also I can see how it could be busy at night. So note this: We love Japanese food and they were craving sushi and I was craving ramen but when we got there, we flipped our choices and chose to get lunch bento boxes and we were not disappointed! So, firstly, we ordered edamame and takoyaki for appetizers. The salt with the edamame looked great and tasted great! Then the takoyaki was so fresh that we blinked and they were gone. Also, the lunch bento boxes came with miso and that bowl of miso was so so good during a 40 degree day. Then the bento boxes came. The presentation? So clean! Salad? Bomb. California maki? Yum! Wasabi? Fresh. Ginger? Ate mine and my partners lol! I split my katsu with my partner's food and traded them katsu for veggie tempura, and that was a great decision because their tempura? SO GOOD. And don't even get me started on the rice and katsu combo. I wanted seconds!! All that and even with tip it was affordable! Well done, Nori! Can't wait to be back!"
"I passed by this place a few times. Buts it's honestly very hard to miss if you peak into the alley. Pretty bold wall murals on the side. I'm honestly making my way through the strip between Belmont and Diversey. This week Sumo. Did not disappoint. We stuck with basic staple dishes seafood Udon and Chicken katsu which came with miso soup, side salad, and rice. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. I'd like to head back and try some of their sushi next. It's was just a wet day and I wanted something warm. But service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was nice and chill. Lots of people on dates with some upbeat music in the background. It's a great spot and I great area too with a ton of cute shops. I'll def be back."

KT has been here since the beginning of the Richland food court it seems but we've never figured to order anything because it's a Japanese focused offering in a Chinatown food court. But as a nod to their commitment to the food court as well as one of our most convenient options to order okonomiyaki, we did so today. It'll take sometime to make since it is made to order. For us it was 15 minutes and I was the end of a number of orders. $6 I thought it was a acceptable option, though maybe not the best ever. Maybe I'd say others have been a better balance of crisp and chew, and for show - other places are able to get the bonito flakes to dance as it is served hot (I know that doesn't affect the taste of it) :)Either way, a good spot to get the need met. Next time the takoyaki!

Here's what you need to know: outstanding omakase experience and great sake/Japanese whisky list. Exceeded my expectations. The quality of the omakase was exceptional.Every course through the progression was well thought through and complimented the previous dish. The visually Spectacular dishes were matched with the flavor construction, creativity, and execution. Even the cocktails were amazing!I would highly recommend this restaurant. No it's not cheap but you're paying for the Intellectual property, skill, and quality.

Oh, Umai... you had a good thing going, but then you went a couple steps too far. Namely on the sugar and salt. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with black garlic oil and half a Chicago maki roll. The Tonkotsu was solid. The broth was savory, the noodles pleasant, and it was well balanced in terms of veggies. The Chashu pork was middle-of-the-pack, though I do appreciate the layers of meaty and fatty. Overall, it wasn't melt-in-your-mouth, but also wasn't an uninspired piece of boiled meat. Where this bowl of ramen goes wrong is the salt content. Look, I fully understand and realize that by its very nature ramen is salty. However, this specific bowl took is a step too far. When finishing a bowl of ramen, I ordinarily happily slurp up whatever broth remains. In the case of Umai's Tonkotsu, this was impossible. Now, let's talk about the sushi. This Chicago roll had a lot going for it: a generous amount of fish, the stalwart classic avocado and cucumber, and some tempura(ish) stuff for crunch. Unfortunately, they took this classic and ruined it was a heavy handed use of the honey miso sauce. Sweetness in a sushi roll isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it must be done carefully. Here, the overly generous use of an extremely saccharine sauce clashed with anything the roll had going on and overpowered everything. To be fair, I would be open to ordering this one again, providing I can get the honey-miso on the side, or excluded entirely. Finally, the vibe is modern with black, wood, and just the right amount of splashes of color. The service was also appropriately fast and reasonably attentive. Thus, while I am curious to try the spicy ramen, and the Chicago roll without sweet sauce, given the size of Chicago's dining scene - I do not necessarily feel a pull to return.

Sushi Badaya is very likely to be one of the best sushi spots in all of Lake County, if not the best in regards to quality, cost, and service. This was our second time visiting and this time around, my wife and I enjoyed the sushi dinner and some a la carte uni while our baby had the basic udon dish. It's a rare combination of high quality ingredients and fish tied together with expert craftsmanship in the preparation of the sushi that elevates the food altogether in a supremely enjoyable bite! Every piece of sushi we had during either visit was truly excellent! The venue is cozy, open, and familiar, while allowing you to comfortably talk and enjoy the company you are with. Chef Moon, Allie, and the whole staff are stellar at providing excellent food and service. There is much value to be had at Sushi Badaya, and I would recommend it to sushi lovers and first-timers alike. As an aside, I feel that many of the 1-2 stars are outdated (from before Chef Moon's tenure) or speaking from a flawed perspective and unable to fairly rate the establishment. If sushi is on the schedule, Sushi Badaya would be my first choice in Chicagoland!

Located on Michigan Ave, in the heart of the busy tourist area of the Mag Mile you would never expect to find a place like this. This is a cozy café serving sushi, soup and smoothies. We already had dinner elsewhere but wanted to have some Boba tea. I loved that all of their smoothies are made with fresh fruit right when your order them. There are no powders or sugary syrups used here. I also enjoyed that you could have two flavor combinations without having an upcharge. I chose the strawberry and kiwi, my travel companions peach and watermelon. They were delicious. You could taste the real fruit flavor. There were many different customers that came in and out, showing it's popularity. Deliciousness is waiting for you in a cup or roll here at Osaka.

I live in the area and saw positive reviews for Kuni's but I didn't set foot until this month. I love having sushi on occasion. Kuni's menu was appetizing so I bookmarked it for a future visit. My family visited a couple weeks ago and we were able to secure patio seating without a reservation. Although I appreciate that they offer patio seating, the chairs we sat on were stiff and wobbly. My parents shared a salmon bento box and my husband and I ordered sushi and rolls a la carte. We started off with a fried oyster appetizer and it was pretty middle of the road like much of what we ordered. I had a French maki and a spicy lobster handroll. They were edible but both kinda fell flat in flavor. The hand roll was spicy but there wasn't much depth to it and I wasn't wowed by the French maki either. My parents being elderly have small appetites but looking at their bento box, the salmon piece was a tiny portion. I would have expected something slightly bigger especially since the bento box was nearly $25.00. They didn't seem, to raise any issues with their meal and appeared stuffed since they weren't able to finish the other side dishes in the box.My husband said his meal was okay but nothing remarkable stood out.The service was good but if the food quality doesn't match the service, I doubt I'll return.

The lunch specials are so good! We had the Vegetable Fried Rice, Vegetable Lo Mein, and two Beef Broccoli lunches. All were delicious. See you next week!!!
Visit Restaurant Page"We are on vacation and wanted sushi and this was close to our airbnb, so we decided to stop in. All of our sushi was excellent, we had 2 of the speciality rolls and 3 of the spicy rolls. We also got the steamed dumplings, which you could tell are hand made and delicious. The fried rice was heavy on the soy sauce, the walnuts in the walnut shrimp were not candied and it needed more sauce were our only complaints"
"I had decided to make a quick Chicago trip and this restaurant kept coming up as #1 or #2 on so many top ten lists that I decided I had to at least eat lunch here. I am so happy that I did! This sushi was literally phenomenal. I am sorry but besides the A5, the o-toro, the Hokkaido Scallop, and the Hokkaido Uni, I lost track of what all I consumed. I am a total sushi snob and this place literally blew me away. Now I did have to hand the obviously Americanized menu back to the waiter and tell him no I am sorry but I need the Japanese menu and better yet just keep bringing us the real thing until we tap out. He fulfilled my wish completely. Perfect service and the waiter crafted a perfect over the top lunch for us. The space is modern and has a great ambiance and open floor plan but yet still manages to capture some of the traditional sushi bar feel you get when in Japan. I will return every time I am in Chicago."
"I wanted to add 3 additional items that are worth ordering. Beef tataki, soft shell crab, and tonkatsu dinner. Tokatsu dinner you get a nice big piece of pork loin. It's crunchy and moist. 5/5. Soft shell crab is not overly fried it's just right. Tastes great with that ponzu sauce. 5/5. Beef tataki has great quality NY strip meat. Make sure you eat it with the garlic, green onions, and ponzu sauce. Those components will amplify the taste"
"Enjoyed a very nice dinner here on the back patio with my friends. Service was very good and we enjoyed a good variety of menu items including drinks, appetizers and different sushi rolls.I specially had a green tea, ginger salad, shrimp dumpling and a sushi roll with shrimp tempura and mozzarella on top. Everything was delicious. This restaurant has a large menu with many options. There are two patios (one in the back and one in the front) and a pretty large space for inside dining. I'd recommend a reservation because it was pretty packed for a Friday night dinner."
"A business that provides me sushi at a late hour can do no wrong in my mind! And there's the added bonus of it being BYOB.This is a small quaint establishment, with a handful of tables. The sushi was very good, and all the appetizers we got were too! I would probably skip the sashimi next time. Pro tip: they have free crab Rangoons with your order if you dine in and show them the coupon from their website. The service/kitchen is a bit on the slow side, so come here if you are wanting a leisurely meal."
"Amazing no frills sushi restaurant. Started off with the house salad with some of the best ginger dressing I've ever had an an order of veggie egg rolls. 6 mini rolls, very satisfying start. Followed up with 5 rolls which was more than enough for 2. The sushi is packed with fresh fish and light on rice which I prefer. The pieces are huge too! Our waitress was attentive and I think also cooking some of the food? Very minimalist atmosphere but I could see them cranking out the take out orders. Will return."
"Forget about the name of this place because you can get sushi for lunch and evenings. It's also not open particularly late, so that adds even more confusion to it. Late Night Thai & Sushi may not be accurate in sense of time, but it does have pretty good Asian cuisine though. Average prices for pretty good sized rolls, and there's a lot to choose from. They also have Thai but I haven't tried any yet. Came here for pickup at lunch. It still has a closed dining room. They let you in just enough to place your order, and then you can come back later or sit and wait. Basically sushi is the better menu. It's about $6 for a roll. Got a few of the vegetarian ones. The Avocado Roll was creamy and my favorite of these. Also there's the Oshinko Roll, which is made with a kind of radish. This was pickled, so it was salty and soft. Good place for both sushi and Thai cuisine. It's not like it's open way late but it's good for some late night drunk eats. The prices are pretty good on rolls and whatever."
"I have been craving their food something fierce. It is so good.Highly recommend their Nigeri and roll special, sushi bowl, chicken basil, and egg rolls. So much flavor and totally fresh."
"I was in the area and heard the sushi here was good. The person who told me was wrong, it's not good... IT'S GREAT!!!I had the volcano roll, the Miami roll, and fried shumai...all three were delicious. I will come all the way over here again to get more delicious sushi at great prices!!"
"Checked out this long time favorite in Glenview. It's one of the best places around for sushi. Nobori is a pretty nondescript looking place, but don't let that fool you. Has better looking and tasting food. There's good ways to save including the combos at lunch. After finding out about this place we made sure to come in the next time being around here. It's a bit of a ways from the downtown area along Waukegan Road. This is located in a pretty boring looking strip mall, but the food wasn't boring though. It's about $17 for a Lunch Combo. The Roll Combo comes with a choice of 2 rolls. Lots to choose from. We got a couple vegetarian ones: the avocado and the spinach. Except for being kind of small, these had some excellent flavor. These were fresh and we got pretty good service. Better place to get sushi it seems than among the places around here. It has really good value at lunch. There's lots more to choose including ramen and whatever."
"We recently went here for the first time on Christmas Eve and we really enjoyed our experience! The hosting staff isn't the friendliness, and it's not the fanciest of places... but the food was great, and the staff who waited on us were great. The amount of food you get too is crazy! Plus most hibachi places do rice with your protein... Tokyo does noodles AND rice! I'd recommend and we'll be back!"
"We came here as a group of 7 on a Saturday for lunch around 11:30 AM. The restaurant was already filling up fast at that time. Service itself was good and quick. We got our items ordered and food delivered pretty rapidly. However, it seemed like the servers were pretty busy so one of them let me go grab a to go box myself since she did not have any hands to do so. The lunch menu was a bit limited but they did have a couple of specials in the front. I ordered the SABA SHIOYAKI KURUMAYA BENTO BOX. The box came with a lot of variety of items. Everything was very tasty. However, the saba was a little dry unfortunately. All in all, a great, affordable option for Japanese food in the area."
"Went to Kikuya for my second time in 18 years recently. I moved away from Chicago 18 years ago. I used to patronize this place enough. My wife's nephew and I stopped here for lunch after the Museum of Science and Industry. He ordered the following:Combination 5c: Tempura, California Roll, Miso, and RiceI ordered Combination 5b: Salmon Teriyaki, California Role, Miso, and RiceThe food was very good. Good quality. If I am back in this neighborhood again, I will definitely come back, if they are still open. Very good quality food and service."
"Here is yet another place for sushi in a city full. If looking for a chill hip place to get this delicacy, come here. Sushi X is just east of the Expressway on Chicago Avenue close to the Blue Line station. Just so happened to be around here so it was convenient. They had just opened up for lunch so we came in and got a table. As with many of these sushi restaurants, there's a menu of contemporary and more traditional rolls, most with some kind of fish. It has a few vegetarian ones. This made choosing pretty easy though. It's $5 for most rolls, which is good. We got an Avocado Roll and a Spinach Roll. Both were awesome. The Avocado Roll was pretty typical, except this one had sesame seeds. Basically if you've had one this isn't much different, but you know what you're getting. The Spinach Roll was more unique. It's seasoned with garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. This was the first time we ever had this type. Good enough. The spinach thankfully wasn't wilted like we thought it could have been like. Cool little place for sushi and some other appetizers. It closes between lunch and dinner Mondays to Fridays. They're open for dinner only on the weekends."
"More than just sushi, has a plethora of Chinese food as well! Got dinner here on our way to the barcade down the street. Though it has a lot to cover on the menu, our foods were better than we expected. Cocktails are a skip since they seemed a bit heavy on the artificial sugars. Takeout orders were flying off the rails while we ate so it must be popular with the locals!"
"This is our new go-to Japanese restaurant. The main reason besides the great food is the wine list by the glass. We dropped in after the show and ordered the Acacia Pinot and the Raymond Chardonnay. They were both excellent. We had the lobster egg roll. Wow the portion size was immense. My wife had the salad. I don't think they spun the lettuce so the dressing was really watery. I've had better sesame dressing. Then my wife had the been and avacado appetizer. It was also huge. We brought most of it home. I had the tempura bento box. There is so much food. I brought the california roll home. I left the salad almost uneaten."
"Classic old school kind of place for sushi with a bit of modernness but not too much of course. It's the best place for sushi in Morton Grove. Sushi Kaya is authentic but it's not stifling creativity at the same time. Get lots of the classic rolls along with a few new kinds. The prices are pretty good for the lunch specials. A lot to like about the sushi including that you get a lot for cheap. It has quite a few specials to choose from. There's sushi along with noodles and other items. It's $16 for the Maki Combo. This is a meal with miso soup and the choice of 2 maki rolls. Good value for a lot of food. We got it with the Avocado and the Sweet Potato Maki. Lots of food. The avocado was creamy, and the sweet potatoes were cooked enough to be soft and firm at the same time. Hard to stand out from all the sushi places around here. It manages to yet do so even though it's an unassuming place. The miso soup and quite a few of the rolls are okay for vegetarians."
"This eatery is at the strip mall by the Jewel on Roselle and Golf. It seems unassuming from the outside but it is a hidden gem. It is a counter service and you will be greeted by friendly staff. Their go-lunch menu is reasonably priced, and you get a lot of food. I ordered the Katsu Go Lunch set which came with two generous pieces of fried pork, stir fried vegetables and rice. The box seemed to weight about a pound! The fried pork was crispy, and juicy but not oily , and the stir fried vegetables was flavorful and al dente (still has crispness). The sauce paired well with the pork - a little tangy and sweet. Overall a good spot! Overall a good lunch spot!"
"This is the secret spot best brunch in town! The plating and presentation make it over the top. Don't miss brunch at Bangkok Tokyo! The scramble was unbelievable."
"Menu: *****Service: *****Atmosphere: *****Value: *****A party of four all hungry, we made reservations and seated immediately upon arrival. Indoor and outdoor seating. Modern decor almost Neuvo. We had a nice table towards the middle of the restaurant with a view of the kitchen. Two people in our party had been here previously and said food is great but service was so-so. Tonight, our service was excellent. Attentive but not interrupting. The chef came out and brought a few items on the house. We ordered various drinks, martinis, wine and beers. Two of us started off with Starfish Greens. I had no idea how big these salads are, so one could have fed the four of us as an appetizer. One in our party could not have shellfish. We decided to order something each and share them all. Two of us started off with something not on the menu. Salmon with caviar and quail egg, which was amazing. We also got Bulgoki Taco, which is Soft shell taco with marinated sliced rib eye, lettuce, cheese & guacamole. We then ordered rolls: Dragon Fire, Rainbow Roll, Crazy Dragon (did have shellfish so we kept that separate from the other rolls), Salmon Avacodo and Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna. I felt the prices were very reasonable considering the quality and proportion. All in all, a great dinner and we will return. Worth the visit."
"We ordered takeout and were happy with the ordering experience. I really like the option to order either 3 or 5 rolls. Price point was also very reasonable.Rolls were fresh and well executed. I don't like much sauce with my rolls and a handful of these had mayo. The vibe was trendy and the place was very busy in a Thursday night."
"We ordered:1. Tonkatsu - Panko crusted pork tenderloin, sliced cabbage, katsu sauce, mild chili aioli2. OG Tamago - Kewpie egg salad, soft boiled egg, furikake3. Matcha Creme - House made whipped matcha cream with strawberries. 4. Popcorn Chicken - gochujang, kimchi aioliAll the sandwiches were very tasty and well made. Great flavor and texture profile with not too many complicated ingredients. I was even impressed that the matcha cream was very matcha-y and strawberries were ripe.Popcorn Chicken needs to be crispier and bigger pieces to be juicier.Service was good, employee was very nice, and there's a decent amount of seating for small groups."
