Wow this is my first time having ackee and salt fish and I have to say it was really delicious. Also the service and turnaround time was quick and kind. Definitely want to come back and try some of their other specialties. Glad to see a black owned business pop up in the neighborhood and seems to be fairly busy as well! Peace & Love,Max

Ugh we are so happy we stopped in here on our morning walk yesterday. We've been saying each time we pass how we need to stop in and we finally did and so thrilled to meet the owner and have a bomb breakfast sandwich. We went with the sausage egg and cheese on a waffle and it was just what we needed. Everything was home made and made to order and you can tell he just loves what he does. We can't wait to come back!

Where do i begin?Raheem is a friend of mine. It doesn't stop me from being objective lolHe has awesome customer service. His prices are great. Food is hot/fresh. Clean restaurant. Good location for quick pick up. Variety of selections with a Chestnut Hill flare. No complaints.

I'm a porky dude (in more ways than one) and generally enjoy bacon or sausage with my breakfast. You're not gonna find pork here, but... BRISKET and eggs for breakfast? Yes, please! On top of that I haven't been to many restaurants that will FILL your omelet with Everything ( spinach, onions, tomato, whatever ) without an upcharge, plus chz! On Rahim's suggestion we put the brisket in the omelet ( such sacrilege! ). Very good choice! Everything tender and tasty. On hearing that I like flavor and spice they gave me a bit of their jerk sauce. Omelet great by itself, but the sauce created a whole new dish.Don't be afraid to ask for things your way. If they got it they'll do it.I ate here several times last year as they were starting and beyond. It's been a few months since my last confession of this torrid pleasure. They still have great food and awesome service. They started in the middle of Covid and are still strong. They are planning on mutating and improving! A plan is in place to expand the menu with new equipment and improve their seating!As I said in previous reviews they will be cherished!... I think for many they already have been.

The food is great, breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I like how they take chances and try new things too! The owners make you feel like family when you walk in.... The energy in there is amazing.

Stopped in for a late breakfast on a whim. Was greeted by all three employees working. Music playing, all staff and customers were smiling, chefs were singing and dancing. The whole place just had a great vibe. Ordered the mango smoothie and a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on pancakes ("the double entendre"). Took a few minutes to prepare, but everything was delicious, fresh, and generously sized. I'll definitely be back.

Solid breakfast. I ordered the breakfast sandwich( turkey bacon, egg, and cheese) on an everything roll. It was good, but needed more seasoning on the eggs. The home fries were fine. I prefer a more southern style with a lot more onions. I came home, fried some onions, and added them to the potatoes. My sister wasn't happy with her French Toast because she didn't know they were going to use cinnamon raisin bread. The young woman at the counter is a great representative for the restaurant... very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely give this place another try.

The food here is really amazing I order to support them every Thursday I love the frozen vanilla chai tea , pancakes are great as well as the brisket I have not had anything from here I don't like and the prices are great

Excellent food and really nice people. My advice is get some kind of brisket omelette
