"How awesome is it to have a Tibetan momo spot in my nearby Chestnut Hill Farmer's Market? I have long loved momos - be they Nepalese or Tibetan. In Vienna, I have my go-to Tibetan and Nepalese eateries whenever I get a craving. And I have the same in Philadelphia - well not the Nepalese. This stand in the market usually has an offering of six different types of Momos. Recently I took home the beef, the butternut squash, and the spinach & potato nonos. Of course I asked for their hot sauce as well. They tasted good and hit the spot. Now in the future, the proprietor tells me he wants to make Tibetan Shapale for sale. When that happens you can add a star to this review."
"This place had good and friendly customer service, the chicken sandwich was made perfectly. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Now it's a fast food place but not your average fast food. I ordered the medium level heat, the spices and the sauce they put on the chicken were flavorful for a fast food spot. I am glad that they serve halal chicken which I find tastier and cleaner. I'd try this place again."

"My neighbor brought me here for lunch. And I'm so happy he did. I was mildly familiar with Ethiopian food before this. I've been learning through our neighbors. After this meal I want to learn so much more. I went with the special beef tibs on the mild side. The flavor and tenderness were extraordinary. Paired perfectly with the injera And I love the iced coffee. Ethiopian coffee is special. Highly, highly recommend this place!"
"SERVICE- cute cafe off of the main road in downtown Bryn mawr- street parking or lot nearby- lots of indoor seating- good place to meet friends or work- no menu posted so need to look at one near register- salad came out quickly but smoothie bowl took a whileMENU- wide selection of smoothie bowls, sandwiches, salads- lots of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options- average priced ($12 per dish)FOOD- hail to the kale bowl (8/10): green smoothie base with avocado topped with granola, mango, blueberries and added almond butter. This is a great smoothie for keeping you satiated as it has fiber from the greens and fat from the avocado and the coconut milk. I really liked how crispy the granola was. The base was not completely blended and had a chunk of avocado in it. Overall, a good option for brunch.WOULD I GO BACK? Yes! There are so many options for smoothie bowls that I want to try."
"Rolled ice cream is a work of art and this place knows how to make it! Topped with all kinds of lovely toppings, this is a delicious treat and enough for two to share in my opinion. We ordered the Brownie Boy; vanilla ice cream with bits of brownie chopped into it, flattened and rolled to perfection. Topped with whipped cream, strawberries, chocolate syrup, an Oreo and a little animal cracker! The place has some seating inside and a few tables on the outside. It's located on a busy corner, you'll have to find street parking. We arrived in the evening on a weekend night when it was busy but the orders came out in a timely manner."
"We had a great experience this last time around. I had the best service, the tastiest and most tender chicken wings I have ever had. Round of applause for the cheesesteak with cooper this was my favorite of the two sandwiches. Loved sitting outside/ at the bar when it's nice outside. Pay them a visit for a sports game or just a good place to grab a drink and a solid meal"
"While another Playa Bowls is my favorite location ever for acai bowls, this spot needs some work. I pretty much live for acai bowls. I swear they have addictive properties in these wonderberries. When I'm not actively eating them I am daydreaming about them. So this is why I'm super hype to eat them and super destroyed inside when they are messed up. Playa forgot my apples. They didn't forget to charge me for my apples, and definitely repeated the work "apple" back to me when I placed my order, but alas, there were no apples. I was devastated. My bowl tasted like disappointment. I will go back because I have faith in Playa Bowls and the wonder that is the acai berry, but that doesn't mean this didn't sting."
"Great little addition to the Villanova area! I've been there twice in the 6 days since they opened. My coworker/friend and I stopped in on one of our lunchtime walks to get some lunch. She had one of the smoothie bowls and something else that I don't recall, and I tried the chicken avocado toast and a smoothie. Everything was really good and made with good quality ingredients. We chatted a bit with the owner who seemed very noce and eager to do well in this location (they also have a place in Avalon). I stopped in again yesterday to introduce my daughter (VU '23) to the place. She got a smoothie bowl which she loved and I tried another smoothie. So far so good with Good ess Bowls. I know they will do well in VU!"
"Jamber's Juice Bar is a hidden gem that you could easily miss, but should definitely make a part of your regular routine. The owner, Amber, and her staff are friendly and accommodating. Everything I've had so far has been fresh and delicious. The juices are well thought out with the right combos of fruits and vegetables so that there isn't too much of one and not enough of another. The sourdough is fresh, local, and incredibly delicious! I really appreciate that the blueberries are wild & frozen, as they're better for you and I generally prefer them to the fresh ones. It's clear that Amber has done her research on health and nutrition. I highly recommend Jamber's Juice Bar and will return regularly."
"I'm so excited I found the Juice Pod! I have worked in Exton for over 7 years and have struggled to find somewhere with healthy, fast breakfast options nearby. There are a ton of smoothie and smoothie bowl options. I have tried 2 different green smoothies so far and they were both delicious! It's a little expensive, but to find a healthy, good quality smoothie to me is worth it! I tried a coffee last time I was there as well, and I didn't love it. I prefer light to medium roast flavorful coffee, and this was definitely a dark roast. It wasn't bad, just not for me. I did appreciate that they had oat milk and could make me a cafe au lait. They also have great sounding salads, paninis and some other lunch options. Definitely going to give those a try in the future! I think there location is a little hard to find, I found it because I was searching for nearby coffee on apple maps and it popped up. I hope the word gets spread about their location and I think they could benefit from marketing to nearby businesses."
"I ordered Hibiscus via Uber Eats. I wanted something fresh and healthy. I haven't eaten at this place in a while, so it was a perfect choice to get back to loving their food. They give good portions and good flavors. I ordered the super powers smoothie, garden wrap salad and salmon platter with veggies and jerk sauce. I definitely could've bought two of the super power smoothies because it was so refreshing and tasty. The super power smoothie contains, blueberries, strawberries, antioxidants, gogi berries, sea moss and rice milk. I was initially interested in ordering it because it has the added bonus of sea moss. The smoothie is a beautiful dark red or purple color and has a thick consistency. I couldn't wait to drink it from the look alone. I'm definitely thinking about getting another smoothy soon. Maybe one of their green goddess smoothies. The salad is a very simple and delicious. It has fresh crunchy lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and avocado and a side of sesame vinegarette dressing. It was wrapped in a tortilla and cut in half. The portions was enough for one hungry person. I also ordered the salmon platter option with brown rice, sautéed veggies and jerk sauce. The jerk sauce was a good flavor and little spicy. The brown rice was accompanied with brown beans and the salmon cooked well. I was given a lot of salmon, enough to share a piece with someone else. The meal was so filling I couldn't eat it all. Wish I lived closer get smoothies everyday. I've never actually went into the store. This is my first time ordering via Uber eats and the previous time someone ordered it for me. Will visit soon!"
"This coffee is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Found this when my daughter was at Abington hospital having our first grandchild... love Jenkintown, my first apt was there years ago ... needed a good cold brew and hubby found this place ... it was the best ... always told everyone about this gem in Jenkintown, made me wanna move back to the neighborhood lol anyway I'm up in Bucks County and saw they now sell the brand at Bolton's Turkey farm market which is so close to me .... I was THRILLED! Made my first batch of cold brew with it and it was awesome !!! Thanks for having it available there ,"

MoMos of Tibet is tucked inside the Chestnut Hill's Market at the Fareway and was a must-try for our first time in the area! Unfortunately, they looked much better than they tasted as the meat inside was really dry. We had 6 for $10 and tried one of each flavor (pork and cabbage, butternut squash, veggie and cheese, spinach and potatoes, chicken and veggie, beef). I expected them to be like Chinese dumplings but unfortunately they were so dry, no soup inside, and the skin was lacking in flavor. The best one was butternut squash because it was moist. Pro tip: you can try all the sauces, the owner gave us all 3 sauces to try and was really nice! Definitely worth a try.

Hey, folks, just gonna share some thoughts on Asad's Hot Chicken. Been around for a bit now in West Philly, and gotta say, those two-piece BIG OLE chicken fingers with fries? Yeah, they're kinda hitting different.I mean, you wouldn't expect much, just some chicken and fries, right? But these chicken fingers? They've got this subtle heat, this crunch that's kinda addictive. And the fries? Simple, but slightly spicy. It gives old bay-ish seasoning, but they just work, you know?Service? It serves. And the vibe at Asad's? It's cool, laid-back. Like, you walk in, and it's like, "Yeah, I could hang here for a bit...just a little. lol (Not the biggest place and there's no chairs or tables. Strictly pick-up.)So, if you're ever in the area and feeling peckish, might as well swing by Asad's Hot Chicken. Give those two-piece chicken fingers with fries a shot. Can't hurt, right? What's your fave hot chicken spot?

the juice pod is great. Inside the decor is light and airy, with various seating both inside and out. The menu has lots of variety. the service is quick, especially for how busy it can get. I get a custom bowl, which includes acai base, granola, peanut butter, nutella, and bananas. the bowl is huge and I think worth the price. I usually can't even finish the whole thing. If you're in the mood for something fresh and filling, this is the place. the employees are also very kind.

Rode past this place on a couple of occasions and finally stopped in today as I happened to be craving something cold. I decided to try the Mango Tango rolled ice cream and WOW everything about it was delicious from the ice cream to the mango and mochi pieces. I will say it was packed but they move pretty fast in there, and I came in on a Friday night before close. The parking is a little difficult on the street but worth it if you have the time. I will most definitely be returning!! Next time going to try the match ice cream--Yum!

"Cute little juicery located on spring garden & 20th street. It's very conveniently located as there are multiple gyms around the area. There are string light decors outside and the interior walls colored with health benefits of the ingredients they use. They have 2 outdoor tables available for you to sit and enjoy under the tree shade. Something about this place just makes you feel peaceful and relaxed. I got the OG acai bowl and it comes with peanut butter. I'm not sure about this but it tasted like the peanut butter was blended in with the acai mix - and it tasted so good! Especially after a morning workout. The consistency of the blend is not running which I love! They give you so MUCH acai blend (feels like a 7:3 acai blend to topping). Most acai places I've been don't give you as much and some even have like a 50/50 topping to blend ratio. I love this place and the staff were all very friendly. Definitely come try this place especially if you're working out around the area! I would make this my daily routine if my wallet could afford it :')"
"I recently found out all of the malls operated by the Simon Property replaces all Starbucks with Gregory's. This was my first time trying Greogory's and I do have to say I enjoyed their coffee and pastry. The service was "okay", a bit chaotic behind the counter (maybe they were training new employees), and the counter some tables and napkin/condiment counter was not wiped. I would like to think maybe they had a busy time and didn't to clean the mess. I will go back again for sure since the drinks were good."
"I love this place and hate their prices. Everything is vegan, customer service is excellent, and the brazil nut milk is made in-house.I had the elvis smoothie, green fiend juice, and almond butter blueberry muffin. The muffin is impressive - dense, moist, and flavorful. I'm usually not a fan of vegan muffins, but I'm now a convert. The elvis smoothie and green fiend juice were refreshing and energizing. I wished for more almond butter in the smoothie and more green apple in the juice, but both were otherwise good."
"Great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Offers unique blends of ingredients as well. I was surprised at the quantity of smoothie I received....and yes, I finished it!"
"The woman working here was helpful and friendly. But the smoothie was a little gritty, watery, and expensive."
"Loved my acai bowl and smoothie. Friendly service. What a great little place to get some healthy options."
"Delicious well done dragonfruit cold tea with its different layers of flavors from different ingredients they give it for the color, presentation, and taste. Two friendly workers in a very small working area. Hard work. Open area. Wish they had a private area to breathe in. Seating is just the food court for people who want to stay in the building. I avoided this Mr Wish for awhile because there is a more local shop in the same area that makes similar shakes and teas. Nothing caught my attention from there this time so I finally "gave in"!When I think of the name of this place, I remember being a 90s baby with that song "I Wish" by Skee-Lo. (Rolls eyes)"
"This place has such great smoothies! So glad my friend told me about it because I don't know of many smoothie places on the Main Line. The strawberry, banana, blueberry is delicious and so is the peanut butter banana kale! So refreshing and delicious :)"
"Wow! What a nice addition to Blue Bell area. I purchased both a smoothie and bowl. I ordered a pink flamingo drink and it was so refreshing. I brought the bowl home to my hubby and he was impressed how it was still cold and the presentation was nice. They also have an app, when you download it you receive a free smoothie. I cant wait to come back and try some different smoothie. They also have vegan ice cream which im dying to try. The place itself is super clean and bright. The service is pretty fast a lot of workers preparing the fresh smoothies."
"I was pleasantly surprised that they had so much more than smoothies!!!! The atmosphere was very vibrant, clean and welcoming. You can see your food being prepared, which is a bonus. I had the began sandwich which was pretty good. Along with my smoothie was very fulfilling. I can't wait to return to try a salad and all of the smoothies."
"A+ excellent food, excellent service and over all amazing. The food is healthy and a great choice."
"Pineapple Raisin Tamale is understated!Get Pineapple Raisin Tamale if it is offered. Get two! Get Three! It's pretty awesome and I am kicking myself for getting just one and having to share! Relative to the tacos I think these tamales may not get as much publicity but they are unique and fantastic!Of course the tacos are great as well. Of the two taco versions, Lamb and Pork, the Pork was my favorite. The lamb was slightly dry and maybe needed a little spice for my taste. If you have to get them to go because of lack of seating, don't wait too long to eat!If only their standard hours of business were better I'd be there more often."
"Great little spot down the street from my childhood friends place. Family run for espresso, salads and a sandwich. Super friendly customer service and several tables to sit while enjoying your food and beverages. Top notch customer service. Treat yourself you deserve it."
"Delcious vegetarian restaurant. They have a easy online ordering site. Its a unique little place. I love the food, its a generous portion size and taste yummy!"
"I absolutely loved it here! It's clean & bright & offers made to order unique smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, & acai bowls. They also have wellness shots, charcoal goods, nut butters, protein bars, & powders, plus other grab & go items. I indulged in a cacao avocado smoothie that was to die for!! It was so creamy & thick!! It was decadent & felt like the biggest sugary splurge ever...but without the nasty unhealthy stuff. You would actually have never known that it was perfect for you, consisting of chicory root, flax, & pumpkin butter! Yum!! What I really love here, & what I've never seen at ANY smoothie place, is the option to sub 1/2 banana with 1/2 cauliflower!!! Amazing!! The smoothies are pricey. I paid $9 plus for a small, but it was really plenty. It was the perfect treat for shopping the square.I look forward to having it again!! I also bought my girls mint chocolate hemp bars they loved. Again, pricey, but worth it for the quality. Such an excellent addition to the square! It's located right near the fire pit! The staff was fantastic, helpful, & friendly."
"What i beloved to be a quick ice cream stop turned out to be a 30m ordeal. They run on diesel or slow speed.Besides the slowness, there are no other issues. Ice cream is very tasty, food they serve is very typical for a Mexican ice shop. The paletas (ice pop) variety is large and the place is very clean. They need to improve on speed. More people they see the more money they make. It's crazy to make a line across the street to also have to make one here."
"Nice fresh squeezed juice joint on Lancaster Ave. They have quick-to-grab fresh juices with a one day expiration date, which seems to represent the overall emphasis on natural foods and raw ingredients. I found this place on accident but I'd certainly return."
"YUM YUM AND YUM!! Best breakfast meal I've had in years! And the staff was lovely. I wish I had took a pic of the food but I inhaled it. I'll be back for sure! PS- I had the fish and grits."
"Everything is reasonably priced. Great drinks with some tasty baguettes and friendly service. Bonus rooftop with a view and fresh air."
"Man I am really loving this place! I'm pretty sure I've gained at least 10lbs since I started following the Hangout on the gram but I have no regrets. Everything I've tried here has been delicious. The staff here dreams up marvelous looking and tasting concoctions but are also able to make your wildest ice cream dreams come true, for a totally customizable experience. Recently I wasn't feeling ice cream and was thrilled to find out they also offer pretty solid açaí bowls! That being said I'm coming back for that s'mores milkshake that recently caught my eye. Friendly people, delicious desserts, and a super cute location awaits you at the Hangout and I suggest everyone gives them a try!"
"Conveniently located within the Villanova train station, the allure for fresh coffee is enormously high. And indeed, convenience is often the victor when certain students arrive on campus each morning. I must say, I do love this place. The woman who is literally always working there, who at this point I have no choice but to assume is the owner, is adorable. She is very friendly and clearly loves the students and her job. The coffee and smoothies are super delicious, again, no doubt about that. I also love that you can buy greek yogurt and bagels here--graduate student staples. However, the prices are madness. I understand that it's Villanova, and you're also paying for the convenience, but whoever created the menu here seriously did not have students in mind. Paying $7 or more for a bagel/coffee combo is absurdity to me. Just across the train tracks, at Second Story Cafe, you can purchase a bagel and a medium coffee for $0.95--yes, you read that correctly. Unless I'm running super late or am feeling ridiculously lazy, I walk right by Rosie's Mug. There are on-campus options that are equally as good that don't attempt to rob me blind."
"Quaint full-service restaurant with Ethiopian food. About half the food is Ethiopian, and the other half is (American) sandwiches and soup. I got the sega alecha (beef stew). Came with injera bread (a sour, spongy flat bread made from teff). Definitely different from the usual fare."
