Rex C. "First and foremost, thank you Ashley for getting us a table for 10 during OTC. At first the host said you all didn't have room. I talked to Ashely and she got us in.! So thank you for that as we all really enjoyed it! Food: the appetizers were amazing! The deviled eggs are so dam good! The bread they bring out is good too. The meatballs were Excellent! I was getting real full by time our main course came. Also how could I forget about the wedge salad. Top notch like pimp C said. The bone in ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection. Full of flavor and just amazing. The sides, my god, the best whipped potato's and Mac and cheese I've ever had. Really enjoyed the meal. The dessert. The Oreo pop corn sundae lol. My god. It was so good too. I wish they would have told us they bring out cookies after. I could have just ate a dozen of those as dessert. Top notch spot. I'll definitely be back asap. Decor: I really enjoyed the look. Also it wasn't as loud as other steakhouses so I appreciated that a lot. I'll be back soon. Easy five star review."

Our only complaint is each time we come we consistently have an issue using one particular credit card of ours. Managers have tried to get to the bottom of the issue, but it remains a mystery despite the card being fine on our side. Keep an eye out on their specials and drink concoctions. They are always worthwhile."

This is a Mexican-style seafood cocktail with the biggest savings of fresh fish, crab and avocado. The oyster selection has diversified in the past years and they offer oysters from all different Gulf locations, each with their own style and size."

Decor was elegant and artistic. Service was fine. For food we ordered two platters of steak plus 8 oz of Japanese Wagyu (8oz is the minimum order), along with a number of appetizers. Steaks were yummy. Complementary side dishes were so so - all tiny pickle dishes. Steam egg was good. Spicy Naeng Myun was alright - noodles all stuck together - they should have provided more watery sauce. Japchae portion was not big. Raw crabs were yummy - very spicy. Salad coming with spicy sauce as dressing?? Very interesting... In general everything is on pricier end."

I had the Roka fashion and asked for no ice and a lemon wedge and it was perfect. My friend got lychee martinis and enjoyed them. We tried a few things on the happy hour menu and the assorted sashimi tacos and dumplings were awesome. The hamachi Serrano roll was good as well. The burger is a STEAL at $9 for the mini burger and fries. We very easily spent $100 but definitely worth the price for 4-5 items (food/drink) per person. Service was great though the marketer manager awkwardly stopped by and told us how to book the private room lol. Parking: complimentary valet right in front. If you pull further down it's a diffenrt valet for the apartments and they will act very confused."

Once we arrived the ambiance had a small town vibe to it and the staff welcomed us!I ended up ordering the Jalapeño Cream Cheese Burger, and let me tell you! It tastes as good as it sounds. I ordered it on a sourdough bun and had it served with half regular fries and half sweet potato fries. The presentation was great and so was the taste.Once done we thanked the waitress and payed for our meal! It had a great price and we will definitely be back again to try the other burgers!"

It's been years since I last ate here, so I wanted to enjoy a couples dishes. I had the Shrimp and Crab salad with balsamic vinaigrette. The shrimp were large and the dressing was lightly drizzled, which is what I prefer. If you like more dressing, you may want to ask for extra on the side. The shrimp were also dipped in a delicious sauce. I also had the Lobster Bisque. The Lobster Bisque was light and complimented the salad very well. My mother in law has the Crawfish Etouffee. It was a large portion, so she was able to take home leftovers. The service was prompt and friendly. As always, the restaurant was very clean and had great views of the pier."

Earl A. "Bungalow was a great experience. It is located downtown on Main St so packing would have to be on a offsite parking lot located around the corner at the back of their building. We arrived on time for our reservation and it took 30 minutes for us to be seated. You were told if you arrived more than 15 minutes late you would lose your reservation. Why weren't we seated in that time frame?Once seated, we ordered our appetizer which was the Seafood Dip. This was excellent! We could have ordered 2 and had them for our main course. e also had two drinks which one was a BOF and cant remember the other but my wife enjoyed it.Next for our entrees we ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and the Grilled Pork Chop with Asparagus and Mac and Cheese sides. All were excellent. The only problem here was it took a long time for our entrees to come out. hence the reason I took 1 star off this review due to the two things I mentioned above. Neither of those things I mentioned would keep me from revisiting or recommending them to my friends. The service was good and all of our food was excellent and also there were large portions. We had food to eat the next day. I look forward to my next visit."

The ambiance of the restaurant upon entering was beautiful, light and bustling with staff and customers! Greeted promptly by the hostess and whisked away to our private dining. Entering into the private area there was quite beautiful decor and familesque style of dining around a large table! The staff were absolutely phenomenal throughly all the courses of the meal. The great thing I enjoyed most is that there was a preset menu that was printed and placed in in front of us. But they would still allow you to order from the full menu if you'd like. We were served white and red wine, and had a full four course meal with appetizers, calamari and flat bread (both amazing!). Second course was a house salad or Caesar, I got the Caesar and it was delicious! For the third course I got a steak with a spicy hollandaise sauce and asparagus and IT WAS AMAZING! Just enough heat and the asparagus cooked to perfection. Sides were served family style which was perfect so you could try a bit of everything. Lastly, fourth course finished off with Nutella cheesecake with an Oreo crust which I wish would've been my first course! So so good! This place was truly a great first experience and I look forward to coming back for more!"

"Our visits to Perry's have waned over the years but we started the new year with some take out and we decided to go back and have a dining experience...we should have gotten takeout instead. Service was super duper slow so much that the manager offered us an appetizer to compensate (it took an hour just for the appetizers to come out) so by the time our main course came out we were eating dinner very late. Food was good however service from our waiter was lackluster. Ugh a lot of money for such an average experience. Christopher T. "Definitely in my Top 3 of fine Dining! It was time to try something new, so why not Perry's. In recent years when I looked at the menu, I had not seen anything for a vegan diet. However on today and to my dismay that has all changed now, due to a delectable treat on the menu.I ordered the Chop Steak that comes with a Trio of Veggies. The steak was covered in a tasty mushroom gravy and underneath lies the carrot, zucchini and asparagus. You get 1 of each veggie that's cooked and prepared, very well. Although, I do wish there was more. The steak does come in a decent size and I don't see why this is not a dish with mashed potatoes added as well. So, I did order mashed potatoes separately that were as creamy and as smooth as buttery spread. Delicious! The server and staff are top tier, with an added flair of team work adding to the experience. There was always someone asking to refill your glass as soon as it got close to empty!Although it was busy during the lunch hour the noise level was very acceptable. The tall glass walls truly stood out alongside of the glass wall allowing visual access to the kitchen. This was an incredible lunch! So, until the next one. Bye - Bye!"

Dave O. "I've only eaten at one other McCormick & Schmick's Steakhouse and that was a number of years again while in Atlanta and that visit played a major part in the decision process to dine here. I met a few business associates here for dinner after a long day at work. The atmosphere is very inviting and we were able to find parking without utilizing the valet service. Fortunately there was no wait time and after being greeting by the extremely welcoming hostess we were seating immediately. Our server was very friendly and professional and really set the tone for our visit - he missed nothing and was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu and made a number of recommendations. After placing our drink orders we had time to explore all the offering and once the cold bottle beers arrived we discuss our decision with our server as he poured and distributed the beers in chilled glasses. We all ordered the Dry Ages Ribeyes at different temperatures and a different choice of the three potato dishes offered (fries, roasted and mashed) and decided to order a side of the truffle Mac n Cheese for the table. The steaks arrived perfect cooked to order each with a temperature stake proving the kitchen understood what the expectation were - everything arrived correct and nothing was missed even though our server never wrote anything down hence my comment on his professionalism. True to their reputation M&S delivered on their promise, the steak were of high quality and perfectly executed and the sides were prepared and served hot and of course the beer was cold. This was truly a four star experience and a place I would highly recommend and return to when in the area even though there are so many options in the area, for this occasion it was a great choice and the prices aren't too hard on the expensive report..."

Sheldon H. "Angus Grill offers an exceptional churrascaria experience without the price tag or oppulence that one may come to expect from other similar high-end restaurants in the same area of town.I have been here a number of times over the years, and have honestly never been dissapointed with the food, service or atmosphere. The food is just as good as Fogo or Chama, in my opinion. The service and atmosphere are just as comparable, exept I will say it is more laid back. I really cannot find much to complain about. One of the things that stands out to me here is the garlic beef. Every American churrascaria basically serves the same cuts and types of grilled meats, one of them being garlic beef. It is actually my favorite in the genre, and this place serves the best tasting to me (it is extra garlicy!). The other big bonus is the price. At most other places, you can expect to pay nearly $100 a person for dinner. Here it comes out to around $58 a person after tax - not a bad deal!I would highly recommend Angus Grill to anyone looking for a good Brazillian steakhouse experience on this side of town."

Denise S. "You can't get a view like this at any of the other Churrasco's locations. I've always loved their food. We went for dinner and asked to sit outside, which was my favorite part of being there. Our server was Chris R. and he was absolutely fabulous. He gave great recommendations and was on top of everything. Ordered a mojito. The kids ordered popcorn chicken and slider meals. My husband had the sea bass platter which sits on a bed of pineapple risotto and mango sauce. I had the Pollo Encamisado which is plantain crusted chicken on mashed refried beans, topped with melted cheese and tomatos. I would've given the place 5 stars except for these reasons- the lemonade my kids ordered were almost $6 each (that's pretty steep) and the chicken I ordered used to come with plantains and they swapped these for fries. For the prices they charge, fries is not what I would expect with my meal. That being said, I take the blame for not realizing the menu had been changed. I hope they consider changing it back to the way it used to be. I can get fries pretty much anywhere else and I specifically came here for South American cuisine. Thankfully, the view and service really made this a more pleasant experience."

Mike M. "This week, I visited Dario's for the first time as the occasion was to celebrate Houston Restaurant Weeks with 2 friends for lunch. It wasn't too busy when we arrived so getting a table was easy. It's a nice looking restaurant inside with some outside seating also available and features a full bar. From the HRW menu, I chose the Boston salad followed by filet mignon tips for the main and then chocolate cake to finish all for $25. The salad arrived less than 10 minutes later and with the first bite I noticed it was served at room temperature and not cooler like normal. The salad tasted good and had more nuts like pecans than average. The salad was fine except for the temperature (3). The filet mignon tips were served over mashed potatoes with green beans. I liked the taste however some of the beef tips were chewy with some sinew while other tips were tender (3). Not your typical filet mignon experience. Finally the dark chocolate cake was rich, flavorful and delicious (5). The frosting was perfect. Loved it! Finally during the meal our waiter seemed to stay busy with a couple of other nearby tables but not very visible at ours. For some reason other restaurant staff took more care of us than he did. This included the manager on duty. The 3 of us agreed that we didn't feel the love as much as we would have liked. I was debating on whether this was a 3 or 4 star Yelp experience and could have gone either way. When my bill arrived I noticed a charge of $4.15 for the iced tea I ordered. $4.15 for iced tea? Seems a little excessive to me. $4 is too high to begin with and then why add another .15c??? That made my 3 star decision easy. Looking at their regular menu it appeared that many of their entrees are a little expensive especially for the area. I might return however with their prices I would want to be sure my experience was commensurate for what I paid for."

Chi A. "It was a rainy Friday night and my friends and I were debating if we'd stay in and order food, or go out and try somewhere new. I suggested Perry's for dinner and luckily, they had availability for a party of 4 at 7pm. We checked in at the host table after valeting the car and headed to our table. At first they wanted to sit us upstairs but we elected for a table next to the bar for quicker service. Our waiter came over with the menu and we got to ordering. I ordered the crab cake and scallops as a starter, and for my meal, I went with the red fish. My friends got the pasta and another did the pork chop. The apps came quickly but it wasn't a fan favorite. They were drenched in oil which made it difficult to enjoy. Our food also came out within 15 mins and my red fish was decent. Wasn't the best I'd ever had but, it got the job done. Since it was a friend's birthday, our waiter brought us a round of champagne in lieu of the birthday dessert. The experience was pretty good and I've now added Perry's to my list of go to steakhouses. Only thing I'd suggest is for them to get some purse stands/hooks. Every steakhouse should have them as it's such an inconvenience to hold your purse while you eat. Overall, I enjoyed our time here and the service was great!"
