"Delicious food, and immaculate service every time I visit! This go-around I had the Danny Caesar Salad and it simply amazed me. Loved the taste, freshness was on point and steak was cooked to perfection. Come for the food , stay for the service and atmosphere!"
"This heart led Ecuadorian restaurant is among my top two Miami favorites right now. It's hidden in plain sight, right in Downtown miami. This is only my second time here (tried to get back a few times, but they are sadly closed on Sundays and seem to close around 9pm other nights - a little early for Miami standards). However, I'd say it's definitely worth getting in early and trying the food. You can make reservations and also seems still undiscovered for a spontaneous walk in!From the host to the waitstaff, everyone is very friendly and supportive of each other. Matt took great care of us again tonight and even remembered us from our last visit! The manager checked in later in the meal too. All staff very helpful, professional and welcoming. The food here is amazing. My friends started with the yucca cheese rolls and palo santo butter + corn bread and immediately devoured it. I shared the goat corn empanadas with a friend and wow were they amazing. The corn shell is something special. It's not greasy. It's crispy yet melts in your mouth until the savory salty filling hits you. Fantastic pick. My friends enjoyed the Amazonian fish as well as a vegetable take on their tortellini. Both were beautifully plated and enjoyed. I ordered the goat pasta, which is phenomenal. It seems they changed the pork dish from the first time we visited (prior it was shredded with a very flavorful seasoning on top of pancakes). This dish was good, but honestly not as good as the first pork dish that was on the menu previously. A few felt it was a little dryer than expected and only poked at the corn mix that accompanied the dish, but to be honest this is pulling out of critique from an amazing dish to a not bad one. Any first timer might like it right off the bat. We had ended with the yucca cinnamon donuts + Ecuadorian chocolate. This was a new addition too, I saw it on instagram and it pulled me back. I wasn't disappointed nor my friends. I'm not even a donut lover and I thought this was very well balanced and enjoyable. Ambiance is elevated but not over the top fancy. I think you could get away with a wide range of styles here, but maybe a nice excuse to dress up! I believe the value for the quality and experience is totally worth it. I look forward to returning and seeing what this talented chef and crew has in store for next time! Keep of the great work team! You're doing something very special."

They really know how to marry the concept of a market and an open kitchen restaurant. All the offerings are excellent...from baked goods to soups to salads, to their grocery items.Their jams and oils are top notch quality.Stop here or at any of the other locations when you get a chance, you will love it....."
"This is one of my favorite little spots. They basically don't have a menu, if you come here you will eat a mixed green salad, with candied walnuts, and a mustard vinaigrette. This is served with perfect French bread and real butter cups. For your main dish you will get steak served with their signature sauce and bottomless French fries. The steak is prepared sous vide, which means it is sealed and boiled. This is the only place I have experienced this preparation. Somehow it turns the meat into the most tender cut you will ever experience. You can cut it with your fork. The tables are covered with white butcher paper as the table cloth. One of the coolest things Lenterecote does is come out and stamp the dessert menu on the paper when it is time. There is a Yelp check-in for a free dessert but is only good Mon-Thurs. I had the two traditional French desserts they offer. For my tastes, the Creme brûlée was the one. The Profitaroles were good, especially the melted chocolate, but the pastries that held the ice cream were not fresh. Lentrecote has a solid spot in my rotation of restaurants I revisit. They are unpretentious, and just get down to the few things they serve with excellence. I highly recommend."
"If you are looking for a place where some of the best in Miami hospitality come together to create the coolest jungle vibes, look no further than Understory.Picture this - you walk into a tropical oasis and have the option of cocktails from Jaguar sun, wine selections from Bad Seed - a new wine bar pop up from Karina and the folks at Niu Wine -, rotating food from some of Miami's most loved chefs and last but not least - MUSIC!You'd think these folks just took your best friends magical back yard and created the most fun party in their house, but instead its at Understory and you can enjoy this oasis weekly on Thursday's and Fridays.I went for the first time last Thursday where I got to try a rum punch but with Mezcal that was delish. Then I moved on to a selection of delish wines and pizza by Flour and Weirdoughs. To say the vibe is impeccable is an understatement. I happily stayed until they closed at midnight, passing the time hanging out with friends and listening to the most fire playlist. They also have live jazz that starts at 9, which you can't really hear from the wine bar area since the space is so large, and DJs later in the evening as well as Friday. You can enjoy free entry before 8:30 pm.The best way to stay up to date on their weekly pop ups is to follow them on IG at @Understorymia.Can't wait to return!"
"My friends and I stopped in Margot at about 7:00 on a Friday night. We were seated at a cute 4 top that included a wraparound couch bench. I'm glad we came when we did, because there wasn't an open table when we left at 9!We ordered the "El Burro" Malbec from the Maipu region of Argentina. If you're not familiar with natural wine, or wine in general, the servers are knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, this was our nightcap stop so I didn't get to try their food. Of course, to end the night we had to get a round of espresso martinis. They had a great foam top, real espresso, and weren't too sweet! The ambiance inside Margot is amazing. Modern, clean lines, soft colors and wood, it is trendy while still feeling comfortable. I'll be back soon for more wine and to try their food menu!"
"I came here with a group of 4 relatively early on a Saturday evening (by Miami standards, anyway) for dinner. We were seated right away, but the host did make it clear that there was an 8:15 reservation for the table he'd sat us at, so we couldn't dally. We were given menus and a basket of soft and warm mini baguettes for the table along with waters. It took a surprisingly long while for them to take our food orders, especially when we were told when we'd first arrived that we needed to free up that booth for the next patrons to be seated. We started with an order of grilled octopus to share, and for our main courses 2 of us got the pasta bolognese, one got the honey roasted salmon, and one got the pasta with clams. Everyone was happy with their meals and the service staff were outgoing and friendly, including the gentleman who served our wine and took a few moments to chat with us. This restaurant was full, but not packed during our time here, and it appears they also have outdoor seating located on the sidewalk in front, a bit further down the plaza from the entrance of Costa Med."
"IL Mercato Cafe was such a quaint gem. We wanted a quiet dinner and were both in the mood for Italian so we decided to give it a try.The menu stated that they serve a German/ Italian cuisine. With options like: chicken cutlets and spätzle to more traditional Italian fair.We ordered the baby roasted artichokes, linguine and clams and the short rib gnocchi. All of the dishes were delicious, fresh and seasoned accordingly. The price point was very reasonable and the service was great. Nice little place to grab a relaxing meal and sip on a glass of wine."
"Fun night club with cute decor and good vibes! The shows are cool but don't last more than a couple of songs usually. Will definitely be back!"
"Wow! Wow! Wow! An absolutely amazing find!Located across from the Citadel in the Little Haiti/Little River area, you could miss it if you are not looking. The dining room is small and intimate which I really like. Great for date night! The service was top notch. I mean not the typical "Miami service" you get on the day to day at places around. Our server Euri was super attentive and made great recommendations based on our preferences in food and wine!I cannot forget the wine! A absolutely great selection for any wine enthusiast! You will definitely find something that suits your palette. We started with the empanadas and blood sausages served with chimichurri and criolla sauces. Fantastic! It a party in your mouth. I couldn't get enough. I even took home extra sauces because I needed to.My wife had an amazing cooked flap steak and I enjoyed the rib eye. Super good, cooked perfectly. I cannot wait to go back!"
"Grazianos is consistently good. I've never had a bad experience here. The ambiance is great for date nights or celebration of all types. The quality of meat is always on point. I'm a creature of habit so I always get the sweet bread, and the lamb chops, but I also will add steak to the mix and we share it all. Service is always great. Very friendly and they always deliver consistent, knowledgeable service."

Came here once with my sister for a night cap, now I can't stop going back. All of the pastas are amazing, especially the pear ravioli and Frank's bolognese. The calamari is great too. Service is super friendly and the decor and atmosphere is gorgeous. Will continue to keep supporting small businesses like this one.

Miami needed this As soon as this place opened I knew I had to check it out. Especially since it was part of The Bloom's beautiful food hall. Let's take a second to appreciate how beautiful this food hall really is. The place is class. The place is first date worthy. The place is definitely a collective of master chefs showing off their craft. There aren't too many Ecuadorian restaurants in Miami. At most, a handful and they lack the ability to elevate their dishes to make it attractive for non-Ecuadorians. Cotoa changed that. They added class and esthetic to the many delicious Ecuadorian dishes. They upscaled goat meat to the point where you know this dish deserves a prize. The pan de yuca, was definitely not just out of a bag. It was fresh, it was cheesy and laced with a bit of sweet. The ceviche was fresh and introduced Ecuador's very good version of ceviche to Miami. I'm excited to see whatever else they bring to the table as their menu continues to change and evolve.

We stumbled upon this gem in Coconut Grove and were so pleased we returned the next day too! The ambiance is bright and inviting and the service is great also. We came for a quick breakfast before a meeting we had in town and this felt like dining at someone's home. The coffee drinks were fresh - I had a decaf cappuccino and my friend had a latte. We both ordered the croissant sandwich with eggs and bacon and avocado with a fresh salad on the side. What a delicious and healthy meal. Will absolutely return the next time I'm in the Grove.

I don't know anything about Lentrecote or French cuisine but the food was seriously great. The simplicity was refreshing. The salad dressing was simple yet had depth. Very good. The steak and sauce had great flavor tones and was better than I expected. It was so good I wanted another steak even though I was a bit full. The fries were perfectly crispy and didn't get soggy when sitting there. The Ice Cream Profiteroles were so good. The French Blue Bordeaux was fantastic. Our server Isaac L was great, always refilling our wine and asking if we needed anything. If I come back to the area I'd have to come here again. If I had to critique anything it'd be the following. The salad could have been a bit smaller and elegantly plated. It was kind of thrown on a small plate and a bit too much. It could of had more walnuts too. I wish the music was French or something more romantic or traditional vs American billboard hits.I wouldn't recommend this place if you are bringing kids. The menu doesn't support having children but I kind of love that. I have two kids so I'm not coming from a no kid mindset.

Understory is such a cool and chill spot. A really bit venue with a lot to offer. Lots of lush greenery around and cool decor. It feels like a big maze, where you keep discovering something new. Their nights vary with different events from djs to jazz and they have a variety of food on given nights. When I went they had pizza and tacos. A main bar with cocktails, a wine bar, and beer bar. I opted for the vodka passion fruit cocktail. It was pretty tasty, just had too much ice. It comes in a cute re-usable plastic cup. Staff was nice and helpful throughout the venue. There is seating scattered throughout Understory for food or just to relax. Definitely want to come back again soon!

Ugh I feel like this place is Miami's best kept secret and I love it so much. The location itself is so cute, cozy, and the ambient lighting is 10/10. The menu is vast and will definitely have something for everyone's palate. I have only been for drinks but the food bites all sound (and smell!) delicious. We usually just sit at the bar for a few glasses before going out to dinner and the bartender is always friendly and attentive. This would also be a great spot for a girls night and there's typically always sitting available. Big fan of Margot. Highly recommend.

Costa Med isn't just a Key Biscayne restaurant, it's a KB resident favorite. Trust me, it's best to make a reservation, they are usually pretty busy. They had indoor & outdoor seating but it's not a huge space. We have been to Costa Med many times I can confidently say it's not just a restaurant, it's an experience. The food consistently impresses, the service is warm and welcoming and you truly feel like they put love in their food. Their Caprese Avocado salad is one of my absolute favorites on their menu. We order this every single time it's the classic Caprese salad reimagined, and it's absolutely divine. But beyond the avocado masterpiece, Costa Med's menu holds countless treasures. My personal favorites include the octopus, cooked to tender perfection and bursting with seared goodness, and their tostones. crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the perfect canvas for any topping. I also have a soft spot for the lobster ravioli its unique flavor combination never failing to leave me amazed. Come hungry, bring your friends, and prepare to be enchanted by their culinary artistry. And if you like salad, like avocado don't forget to order the Caprese Avocado Salad - it's a dream come true on a plate!

Wow little hidden spot that you definitely need to try. Don't be fooled by the location. A few tables so definitely call for reservations. The service is excellent. They have specials too and seems menu changes periodically. This is definitely more of a local hidden gem. Lasagna was excellent! Also has other pasta that was so good! Will add photos. The tiramisu and in house made gelato so good! Bread is hot and served with butter. Can't wait to try more of the menu items next time. Find The Covid puzzles hangin on the wall! My only little complaint is the bathroom could could use someLove! Otherwise everything else wasFabulous!
Visit Restaurant Page"I had the chance to stop at Pasion for lunch while running errands nearby. Having heard that it's essentially a practice restaurant for a nearby vocational (including culinary) school, I was curious to try it. Both the instructors (front of house) and student chefs came by the guest tables to check. The complementary empanada amuse bouche woke up my palate with a slight tangy kick I enjoyed. My burrata salad was both tasty and beautifully plated. The ball of cheese looked like a flower & was creamy, as well as generously complimented with baby tomatoes (95/100). Similarly pretty plating was in the syllabus for the vanilla bean creme brulee. with the berry garnish placed to look like a face. It's crust was crispy as I like as well (100/100).The demerits come in from the fries, as they were a little overly salty for my preference and the ketchup dish to balance them was small. The fries were nice and crispy though (70/100). The churrasco they accompanied was almost perfect. Medium well, it was still juicy and I didn't hear the cow moo. Besides the fries, it was accompanied with more fresh vegetables including baby tomatoes like my salad, asparagus and kale (94/100). The only reason it's not a 100 is because of a little extra salt. With an average of 90, that's an A- and they pass the exam of my taste buds. There's a parking lot with about 5 spaces. The restaurant's interior is accurate to within what one would expect at a "nice" place to eat, and they have some outdoor seating as well."
"I found this place through Yelp. This place is adjacent to the hotel. The place is clean and modern but feel cozy. We went early dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had cocktails and glasses of red wine with some mussels to start our meal. They serve these yummy focaccia in a basket. We kept asking for more. Then, we decided to share parrillada. It came with 4 different kinds of meat. I loved ribeye. It was so much. The place is not cheap but if you live meat, you should try this place."
"Tasty, authentic Spanish tapas and entrees in a historic looking restaurant! You have the feeling of being transported to another country being in here. Performance stage has live music like flamenco on weekend nights. Service is the weakest point---spotty and not knowledgeable---but if you can work with it, the food is worth a visit.I went for their brunch, to celebrate my birthday, which is typically only offered on Sundays, but the owner was kind enough to have the chef accommodate a request for brunch items on a Saturday. They have bottomless cava-mosas for $35, which we took very full advantage of as the combination of fresh orange juice with the cava helped our party have a great time.A few of us would ask for refills, and our server would take three or four flutes back to the bar to pour the drinks. It became clear that he was not keeping track of whose glass was whose and simply came back and placed glasses in front of us without checking anything. Luckily we all liked each other enough to be able to be comfortable with sharing glasses.I had the Chistorras a la Casuela and Spanish Tortilla which were both tasty. The Chistorras had well seasoned potato cubes, crisped chorizo and a beautifully runny fried egg. The tortilla was hefty with its layers of scalloped potatoes, held together with fluffed egg. I shared one and a half slices with my friends, then asked for the rest of it to take with me. The server took it and never returned with the takeout container. If you can't tell by now, our server was young, distracted, and quite clueless. There was a soccer game on in the restaurant, and we caught him watching the game a few times while we were trying to get his attention for an order. He told me that the owner wanted to give me a surprise, so he wanted to know when our meal was done. Obviously, he didn't get the memo about what a surprise is.However, like I said, the ambience of the restaurant, and its food are worth a try. The owner, William, is an incredibly sweet gentleman whom you should be able to meet since he is at the restaurant almost every day. Hopefully, you'll have a different service experience. You may have a better chance going with a smaller group rather than the large group I had!"
"Of all places I have met Owner / Chef Benoit several times in Reno at Belleville. So on a recent pass through Miami I made it a point to stop here to eat. What a great bonus to discover he served brunch on the weekends, so Saturday morning I ventured up to the Hialeah area. I was greeted promptly and offered a seat, which I requested on the small patio out front. It was a gorgeous sunny morning and I wasn't going to was any of it.The brunch menu was fabulous, if I hadn't already had my heart set on a croque madam, it would have been a difficult decision. The fresh bread was layered with thin slices of ham and gruyere cheese and perfectly grilled, then blanketed with a silky gruyere cheese sauce and topped with a farm fresh soft egg. The bonus to sandwich were the duck confit potatoes. Mmmm. Accompanied by a fresh guava mimosa. How much better could the day start than all of this. The staff was fantastic- refilling water, offering another mimosa and clearing the table while I just enjoyed the morning.I can't wait to stop in again on my next pass through Miami. The evening menu looked just as delicious.Great hidden gem"
"I wanted to wrap a long day with a drink and decided to stop by before calling it a night. The bar is nice, modern and has comfortable sitting. It took a bit to be taken care of but not a big deal. I waited and Carlos was able to prepare the sparkling negroni I wanted and told me it was the first tome he made that drink! A good experience, something to consider and convenient."
"First time here. Greeted by an exceptionally friendly and qualified host (far better than most I come across). She walked us in, explained the concept warmly, and offered to help with seating or the menu. A true all star. Keep her! Wish had her name to share. Tables were a bit cramped, but they make the best of the space. Nicely mixed drinks. Beautiful live acts, a lot of talent, all in what feels like a very homey environment. I'd return and recommend! I've vibe, decor, as well as eclectic crowd."
"I've never met a Graziano's that I didn't like, so imagine my excitement when I discovered there was a new one in the Lifetime building where my beloved Trader Joe's is!It's got all the makings of the perfect Graziano's market- specialty Argentinian goods for you to take home and cook, as well as fresh meats and prepared foods. They e also got a nice wine selection. Onto the bakery, they're serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner. I opted for an omelette and I loved that you could get a half order for under $10. The half order was huge and I could barely finish it.Service was super friendly, and similar to the rest of Graziano's markets. You order, get a buzzer, and they bring you the food. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Have no fear of outdoor seating in the summer, as it is part of a covered patio from the building. The perfect fuel before a Trader Joe's trip!"
"Stopped in for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. Wanted to give this place another try because the food was good. However, the service was TRASH our first time here previously! Anyway, when we arrived, it wasn't too crowded and we were seated immediately. The DJ was playing really good music throughout and it wasn't too loud. We had the prickly pear margarita (the BEST!! Just get it), calamari, chicken and waffles, and the truffle filet steak sandwich. Everything was prepared fresh and seasoned well. Jodeci was our waitress and she was great! She provided great service and was friendly. This time around, made up for our first experience. Great food and drinks!"
"Adding to my collection of Italian restaurant reviews, I bring you Emilio's Trattoria (should I catalog every Italian place in South Florida :)? ) It's a cozy spot right on Kane Concourse, Bay Harbor's main strip, and next to another pleasant dinner out. I arrived early enough that I was the first diner for the evening and had a corner table, just like a Don. I was in the mood for soup, and had ordered the pasta fagioli - my usual - but was pleasantly surprised by my waitress' substitution to their soup of the day, carrot puree. It was nicely blended while maintaining richness in flavor and a subtle sweetness. Throw in some pieces of their rustic toasted bread if you want some substance. Their chicken parmesan, duh, was seasoned with a tasty and full bodied marinara sauce. While thinly cut, the size of the chicken breast was really generous. Instead of pasta, I enjoyed a side of nicely aromatic oven roasted potatoes. Dessert was an apple pastry a la mode with a mixed berry glaze. The crust was nicely thin, allowing me to enjoy the actual fruit flavor. Coffee was my beverage of choice and the wait staff kept my cup full. Another great hidden find in the area!"
"Great drinks here! Super easy to get to in coral gables. On the same strip of plenty of other restaurants and bars. Take a quick elevator ride to the second floor and you reach Cebada Rooftop! They have 2 bars and plenty of tables and couches to sit on. They also have a railing you can sit along and watch the street below. They have a long list of craft cocktails here, which were very good!! I had the "Place is Great but the Owner Sucks" and "This isn't Town" which was like a Lychee martini with hibiscus tea. So great! Also will say the service was really good! Our server was so attentive and checked up on us frequently. Great experience overall, great vibes, location and drinks!"
"If you want Italian food, this is the place . Located near south beach with a home style type of cuisine and service."
"Can I tell you how much I love this place?? I really enjoy the food, the different textures and amazing flavors. I love that everything is served little by little so you can really enjoy it. The service is top of the line which makes the ambiance, and great music they play, all that much better. Now I've told you. Can't wait to go back."
"Miami's best kept Italian fusion secret! This place is a hidden pearl in a sea filled with so many duds ... it's a pearl gem of a place !I had the pleasure of visiting and experiencing this beautiful little beautiful restaurant this evening and I was incredibly amazed by the authenticity. This hidden place was incredible the vibe and the atmosphere is so romantic. I would take anyone on a first second or hundredth date to this spot. It is very beautiful the lighting decor and everything screams unique and romantic. The mini lights on every table is so cute and the seating outside which is where most of the guest seat is breathtaking with the fresh breeze...Superbe.Service : A1! We had amazing service from Marco. He was super attentive to everything we did! If we had half our glass filled,he would direct the waitress to come refill our glasses. They sat us down very quickly let us pick which table we wanted. It's a beautiful place and we enjoyed our time spent coming here on a romantic dinner dateThe food: was absolutely extraordinarily perfect just wished there was more on the plate. We had a nice red wine paired with Lamb my favourite was the : roasted cauliflower. It was so delicious. I decided without hesitation to order a second order. I loved the spinach gazpacho and feta mousse with the roasted Cauli. It paired beautifully together. It was cooked to perfection shoutout to the chef juste delicious wowThen we had the chineese eggplant. It was delicious also paired with some gazpacho spinach ricotta mousse unfortunately it was not enough we wished there was more we devoured the dish in 2 minutes. We shared the lamb chops dish extremely tender fall off the bone and very well seasoned with lots of flavour the cook was perfection again! We also had some duck prosciutto it was amazing but again portions were limited wish it was thicker cuts of the amazing prosciutto and the lamb chops were minute as well. But the cook is/was: Perfection ! Every single bite we took kept us wanting more and more it was irresistible. The plates were all cleaned up in minutes! For dessert, we had coffee to settle all what we devoured down .. maybe we will try the desserts on our next trip definitely count us in! we will be back here for sure ! 10000% recommend Cheers!"
"This the best Latin American steak house in South America and it finally landed in the Gables-Grove area. I first heard of La Cabrera in Malaga. The Malaga location is yards from the main Cathedral. Like it's Grove brethren it is known for its shareable plates and lollipops at the end. Reservations were easy to come by and the hostess sat us down. As of the time of this writing they didn't have a full liquor license so were comping Malbec! May they never get that license! So good was the Malbec we ordered seconds. They give you complementary bread and some olives. We ordered the Provoleta and it did not disappoint. You could taste the smokiness and the gauchos roasting it on the plains of Argentina over coals in their cast iron skillets. We ordered a 14oz filet and had them split it in half. The entree was served with a side of broccoli and mash. We were unable to even touch the mash; the portions were that generous. My only quibble is that the filet was medium rare when we asked for medium. We sent it back and it came out medium well. A star is docked. The waiter and manager were both incredibly engaging. I believe that unlike the other places that have come and gone in this former Masonic lodge, this one may prove the one that stays the course."
"When you put on the reservation that it's a birthday dinner - as well as mention it to the host - and nothing is done for the birthday girl, that's going to cost you stars. Otherwise, what's the point of asking? I'd taken my friend and fellow foodie Jacquie for a belated Birthday dinner to this neighborhood spot and would have liked even a candle or "Happy Birthday" written on the plate like a lot of restaurants do. Located right on Main Highway with great people watching of Coconut Grove nightlife, we were able to find a parking spot in the cozy lot right behind the restaurant ($7/hour plus a "Convenience Fee" on the app). We got our outside table and served bread and olive oil (I'm more partial to Balsamic but that's just personal preference. I ordered their beef ragu pappardelle which was actually pretty tasty, hearty in flavor and a nice amount of marinara sauce. The portion sizes are meant for sharing and tasting, not getting full.We ordered a dessert to share - but alas no birthday decor. The lemon semifreddo with chocolate crumble was nicely presented but again after the service miscues had taken out most of the flavor. On reading some of the other reviews, I'm wondering if we went on an off night."
"PUB CRAWL - 2ND STOP....Was told by a bartender from another bar to stop into Carmela's Speak Easy (no front signage), which we did and met with the bartender, Marco, who made the wife a Carmela Spritz $15.00 with basil which she went nuts over. Marco even has his own extracts that he blends into the drinks. The bottles of liquor behind the bar was stacked tastefully. If youre into custom cocktails this is your place. Many classy white sheet tables in the main room. The bathroom is very clean."
"We had a great Miami Spice meal here. $45 per person with fine cuts of meat. You're lead to a refrigerated area where you pick out your own cut. What keeps the price down is that it's BYOB, with $10 corkage fee, so you won't run up a big liquor bill. Bit of an odd location but pleasant inside. Definitely worth a try."
"I am old enough to remember when Miami had a bunch of art parties in Wynwood and places that were open late not just closing the kitchen at 9pm. Gentrification and other things happened and no places seem to close too early. Well forget all that! A lot of the galleries - and late night calories - have moved to the Little River arts district next to the railroad tracks and NE 70th Street, and you can find a cool artsy pizza place here as well.A friend invited me to an art show in the area recently, and the sips and art we're making us hungry. D'Ivo79 is located in the same complex of galleries, and we decided to pop in. The hostess welcomed us even though it was close to closing time (after 1030) and wasn't rushing us out the door. The interior was cozy and dimly lit, and has art as well - a lot of paintings of soccer starts, mostly the great Maradona. From what I understand , they also have live music. My friend and I stuck to the comfort classics. We shared a very fresh caprese salad with basil, salty prosciutto and creamy mozzarella. Our main dish was their "DOLCE PICANTE" pie. The dates, honey and almonds balanced nicely with the tangy Gorgonzola and pleasantly hot Calabrian chili oil.Definitely a find, go check them out!"
