"I went to the South Florida Porsche which this year was held on Sunrise Drive right in front of Cecile Bakery + Café. So, as I could see most of the Porsche show from there, I sat down at a table in their outdoor sidewalk patio. Though it was crowded, I got rather quick and polite service. For my meal, I had their Huevos Iberico which consisted of Fried eggs, chorizo, "Brava" sauce, serrano ham, matchstick fries, Manchego cheese, and sourdough toast. The chorizo was of some of the best in flavors I've ever had. Unfortunately, it was of a very skimpy amount. My partner had their Eggs Benedict Croissant which were poached eggs served with smoked ham, Hollandaise sauce, and a homemade flaky croissant sided with house salad. Overall, I was rather pleased with the food and attentive service."
"Probably one of the best meals I've had on my trip to Miami this time! While it is casual dining, it's great food at a great price. The crew got the $5 margaritas which were tasty. But hey, even if they weren't great, for $5 you really can't beat it. For entrees, we got some tacos which were gobbled up quickly. I shared the quesabirria... so good but doesn't come with consome so definitely add that on. Another person had the smash Birria burger which he said he wanted another Food and drinks came out really fast. 100% recommend. I really wanted to try the Birria ramen so.. maybe on a future trip."
"Gorgeous hidden patio area makes outdoor dining a breeze. Loved the ambiance and the outdoor mural. The food was super rich- the chorizo croquettes were salty and heavy, I wish they came with more sauce to cut through and lighten the bite. But really interesting flavor. My partner had a chicken rice (arroz imperial) dish that was flavorful but I wish it was slightly more aesthetic than just a blob of cheese on top. The passion fruit mojito was the perfect drink super light and refreshing! Space was awesome, food was decent but overpriced for what it was which is standard meats, rice, cheese, chicken. Think we spent a little over $70 on a light dinner."
"My bacon, egg and cheese bagel was fantastic. My cappuccino was delicious. Everything's wheelchair accessible and I highly recommend this place. Staff is very nice and place is clean."
"I recently dined at Lafayette Steakhouse, a new addition to Brickell's vibrant food scene, and it was a stellar experience. The food was absolutely incredible, from the perfectly cooked hanger steak to the branzino, both of which were served with flavorful condiments that elevated the dishes. One of the standouts for me was the pork belly--crispy, succulent, and utterly delicious. And let's not forget dessert! The cookie was simply to die for--oozy on the inside, with a perfect crisp on the outside, a real must-try.The atmosphere of Lafayette is elegant, chic, and sophisticated, with darker shades that create a moody yet inviting vibe. It feels like stepping into a stylish escape from the bustling Brickell streets--a perfect setting for a special night out.The service was friendly, but admittedly a little on the slower side. However, the overall ambiance and quality of the food more than made up for it.Lafayette is clearly aiming to be more than just a steakhouse--it's an experience, blending the charm of a vintage steakhouse with a modern flair. I can't wait to return!"
"Excellent food and fantastic hospitality from the staff. Sadly, I didn't take any photos of the food and got right to eating however I can say that the lamb platter was cooked to perfection. I hope to return to enjoy more food and take some pics."
"We had a wonderful date night at Barceloneta! I'm surprised by the average reviews because the night we went here, the food felt authentic to the many times we traveled to Mallorca and Barcelona. We have loved the Italian restaurant next door for years, and so happy we finally stopped here to try it out. We will DEFINITELY be back soon."
"Best pancakes EVER! It was nice to go back so many years later and see the same menu items I enjoyed then still on the menu. My friend had the duck sandwich, which is a staple there. I had the nova platter and the pancakes. Like I said, best pancakes ever. Like ever. We went for brunch on the weekend. Per usual and as to be expected, it was packed. We sat at a 4 top in sunset tavern and waited a bit for our server. She had a lot of tables and since we hadn't been there for some time didn't mind hanging out and waiting, reminiscing. Food came out unbelievably fast, actually faster than the server brought over the Bloody Mary for my friend. Because she was busy it sat at the bar and we watched many many employees stand by it, walk passed it, grab their drinks and leave it there, not one single person brought it over to him. Mid way into our meal, the waitress appeared with it. Though service wasn't the best because server was extremely overwhelmed and "slammed", as we say in the biz, we still had a great experience and food was good. I'll be back just for the pancakes."
"My snapper was good and the pikliz is nice and spicy. I realized I had some film type material in my rice which was a little disturbing but it had a good taste. I would return. Service was good I got my food at a decent time as well"
"My brother is always looking for new places to explore. This was a treat. Cheeses, butter, bread, desserts, the staff was very helpful. There was so many items to choose from we didnt know where to start. So we took a little of lots of things. I am sure we will be heading back for refills and try new things. It was worth the drive"
"I can't believe I waited so long to finally try kraken crudo, it exceeded my expectations and it's my new go to sushi spot!! The quality and unique selection of rolls are top notch, the price is absolutely affordable and worth it. I would even come here by myself for a roll!Must try the nori tacos, the seaweed shell is crunchy. We had tuna and salmon, couldn't get enough. The tuna pizza is also the perfect crispiness, with a drizzle of honey to die for. Mr.bombtastic roll was also heavenly with crunchy quinoa, tuna, salmon, shrimp, all the things. I love how most rolls come with tobiko or ikura to give it More Flavor. My favorite part is that you can have the rolls rolled in quinoa or arugula rather than rice! We finished with the Oreo roll WHICH IS SOOOO GOOD! It's the first time I tried an Oreo sushi roll and I will come back just for this!"

"I consider this a he said/ she said review, because my experience wasn't at the actual store but rather at the EeeeeatsCon food festival. Caracas Bakery and my hours never seem to sync. But when I saw their booth at the festival..I realized I need to put the effort into making my timeframe work. They serve this delicious Shakshuka Foccaccia that is the definition of chef's kiss. It kinda looks like a lasagna but is a light toasted yet airy focaccia bread seasoned with tomato sauce and topped with a yummy runny egg and ricotta cheese. A guava cruffin (croissant & muffin hybrid) with a generous helping of guava jelly and sprinkled powdered sugar gave me a sweet ending. Food like this makes me hope for a time my schedule will sync!"
"It is what it is and what it is is amazing. A date night spot this is not, but a place to comfortably grab great food is what you find under the Tropical food sign. I wrote this place off when I passed by because it looked like a little sketch buffet but boy was I wrong. If you take the time to venture into this spot and go try some of the dishes you'll find what I found. What I found is a great place that is easily a 5 in its own category of restaurants. I can't speak from a long background in eating Cuban food. I'm from San Diego California and know my Mexican food. What I can tell you is that I thoroughly enjoyed my food selection. Yelp reviews spoke highly of this place and that is what led me through the doors of this eatery. Not just the random reviews by people with no history of reviews, but some of the local elites were in on this secret spot. You can either pay by the pound or get a plate with 1 protein and 2 sides. Not sure of what to get, we asked if samples were possible and they were. It made what looked like questionable choices into solid decisions when you realize the pork is amazing. To maximize variety we opted for plates and got everything different. The pork and the beef in a stew were the mains we opted. The sides we went with were the red beans and rice, sweat plantains, mashed potatoes and the garbanzo bean soup. Last minute when we checked out I added the 3 leches and flan.Everything was really good and I cannot recommend enough that if you are in the area and want some good Cuban food while being comfortable then come here.On the service side the guy was very helpful and polite and unintentionally funny. When I asked what kind of chicken one of the dishes was he smiled and said it's chicken. Not really a language barrier but that didn't hinder me ordering.Place was clean and small amounts of seating served us well. No complaints and if I come back to Miami I'm coming here again."
"Awesome Welcome and service by Ernesto. We had visited Ecuador twice and were delighted to now see Noe Sushi Bar in Miami, but what a surprise that Chef Noe was actually there!! The Passion Piscos were delicious. We delighted on; Truffled Dumplings, Crab Fire and Lobster Tail Rolls. The Noe Tataki is truly special. Blu Fin Toro and the Umi are delicacies and the Lamb Tacos were mouthwatering. At the end a Key Lime Pie was shared by all. Very open airy ambiance. We want a Noe Sushi Bar in Orlando!!"
"I came here for dinner and really enjoyed it! Everything was cooked so well, and you could tell that they're usually really high quality ingredients. My favorite dishes of the night were the Scallops, the Quesabirria, and the Baked Miami. They were all really flavorful and delicious! The scallops were cooked so well (which I believe is hard to do)!The decor and vibe inside are really nice, too. The server we had was nice and gave us lots of suggestions. It did take a while to get our drinks and appetizer(chips and salsa), but it was worth the wait.Everything here is a bit pricy, but the high quality makes up for it! I definitely recommend checking them out."
"Over the weekend I revisited this restaurant and I'm so glad to mention that the food, the service, and the wonderful staff is still providing a wonderful service.Came back for the bandeja paisa and the empanadas! Thanks to the staff for helping celebrate my bday and for singing to me! Ps Your Halloween costumes were incredible! I loved the new signs and the added outside seating. Please play more vallenatos! :)"
"I had the pleasure of trying the Omakase experience from Shingosan, and it was definitely hands down one of the best sushi spots in MIAMI 101%!The decor, cool calm vibes felt like i was back Japan for sure. I like the simplicity and design of the overall place, with the bar counter style. Not only Sushi chef Shingo, there were also "Toro Papi" and "Arrel" who were perfectionists as well . Throughout the meal, of course we engaged conversation making the whole atmosphere laugh and lively! The other staff were cool as well... Kaori was one of the main ladies who will show you the experience as well. Parking was easy and the location is a nice quiet spot. Now for the food! Lets get to the food... Actually i'll just let the pics do the talking! Like i said prior this place is hands down the best sushi place in Miami!"

"Stop now and come to this restaurant. This is easily the best Italian food that I've had in Miami. This quaint little restaurant looks unassuming, but as soon as you walk in, you know you're about to have the best food of your life. They have a live band playing music, which is also really nice here.Get the short rib ravioli. This is a must. This umami bomb of a dish is easily, the best ravioli I've ever had. It is packed with incredibly tender and well seasoned short rib, and covered in beautiful cheeses and sauce. I also personally really recommend their potato gnocchi. This is another handmade pasta. That is absolutely delicious, filled with ricotta and potatoes, and served with an excellent fresh tomato sauce, and topped with mozzarella.Again, if you want some of the best Italian food you may ever have, and definitely in Miami, this is a place you must come to."
"We love this place when we don't feel like cooking breakfast or dinner. It's typically not too busy, and you can get seated within 5 minutes, if not immediately. The service is usually pretty great and everyone is attentive and food is reasonably priced. On our particular visit we ordered Ropa Vieja. With rice and beans and Maduro it makes this a solid meal that never disappoints. Our server Juan was friendly and very attentive. His positive attitude made our visit enjoyable. I wanted to take photos but we were hungry, so hopefully next time!"

I only went to pick up some baked goods. I got some plain croissants, chocolate croissants, a palmier and a baguette. All were really fresh and really delicious. It felt like I got it from a bakery in France. Everyone was very kind upon entering, then when ordering, and as we departed.I'll be back for breakfast/brunch/lunch one day soon and will update on food. It looked so great on the people's plates.

Great prices!! Great service. Great flavors. The menu is small but mighty. It's got a very relaxed atmosphere. Large room with tables and chairs and honestly that's how I like to eat, at ease. You order and then they call your name and boom. So grab a table first. They may fill up quickly. I ordered the quesadilla and it did not disappoint. Perfect amount of cheese and beef. It was cooked perfectly. Nice and soft. It came with a Birria sauce and it was great. I never dipped a quesadilla in a sauce before and it hit the spot. The only con is that because it's in downtown the parking can be very difficult. But there's plenty to do around so it's definitely worth it.

This might be my new favorite spot in Miami !!! Cannot express how lovely this dining experience was from start to finish. Walked in on a Friday night without a reservation and was seated almost immediately. We had Ruben take care of us and he was so attentive with food recommendations and great service. I was shocked at how quickly all of the food came out, and the quality was EXCELLENT. Super creative Cuban cuisine and there was not a single dish I wouldn't order again. My favorites if I had to pick would be the Vaca Frita Tostones & Birria Quesatacos. Doce has both outdoor patio and indoor dining space, and I loved the intimate vibe. Will DEFINITELY be returning and bringing anyone here to visit Miami!

I would say this is a solid choice for breakfast if you're staying very close by as there's not a ton of options on this side of the beach. However, I was expecting to be blown away based on other reviews, and I have to say I was not. But the food is pretty good and you have have some options as far as bagels and bowls go. I got a side of cream cheese to put on my bagel sandwich and that made a big difference so give that a try if it seems a little dry to you. I think the big thing is the prices, and feeling like you could replicate the same thing at home for way cheaper, but you have to expect that when you're at the beach. I also ordered a pistachio latte and I didn't love it. It just felt too artificially flavored and overly sweet for me, but that's a personal preference thing. The inside of the restaurant was really cute and beachy. The staff are super friendly, as well. I can see that parking would be extremely painful if it was during busy season, so either plan to walk here or park elsewhere. Overall, I would recommend this place, but just keep a few of these things in mind for your visit.

This place is so elegant. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly suprised! This is the perfect spot for date night , anniversary or special dinner. The waiter was so help and nice. We did same day reservations. The decor is IG picture worthy! The food was so good! My favorite was the seas bas! They also have a live singer . We went on Saturday night it was very quiet and romantic

I don't know why it took me so long to try this place but I'm so glad I came! My friend told me it was amazing so I had to see for myself. The spanakopita was so delicious and lemony. The hummus wasn't bad just not my favorite but the labneh was . I had lamb kebab and my boyfriend had the traditional beef kebab. He's not a fan of lamb but he said my entree was better (so that says a lot about how good the lamb is). Only thing that didn't catch our attention was the dessert but everything else was fantastic.

We drove by,and decided to go in. We got a nice table for three near the open kitchen. We were in the mood for light fare and what better place than Tapas.Brussels Sprouts,Kale & Beet Salad, Tabla de Jamón y Queso, Berenjenas con Miel. Pudín de Chocolate con Helado de Avellanas y Cañas, Agua Gaseada Refresco.Everything was delicious. My favorite dishes were the Brussels Sprouts and the Salad. El Manchego & Ibérico do not need explanation. The Berenjena had a very smoked taste, not as sweet as I expected Service was attentive and prompt.Love the Ambiance. We need to go back to explore more the menu.

"Was on our way to grab wine in Miracle Mile and stumbled upon what now happens to be one of my favorite Jazz bars in Miami. There weren't any spots available but Alfred Santamaria escorted us to 2 seats at the bar and our night was extravagant. Let me start with the decor and the overall ambiance. I absolutely loved the way the shape of the jazz house was in accordance to a regular shop on Miracle Mile except the jazz band was the display. Definitely attracts customers and definitely attracted me.There are chandeliers over every table, beautiful lighting, there is an entire shelf wall filled with items that outline jazz culture and just pretty pieces of all sorts of things that adds to the decor. The music.Incredible. The entire band played so well together and got the crowd to sing and dance throughout the night. And mind you, this was a Wednesday night. I can't imagine a weekend. It may have been the wine but I can't recall the name of the saxophonist, but he was amazing. He took song recommendations from the crowd and played for different tables which made the experience more personal. The story of how he ended up playing at Armstrong Jazz House makes his talent even more admirable. Drinks and DessertThe champagne and wine were great. There was an off the menu Prosecco they were testing that I loved.Ended the night with a Tres Leches and were strongly advised by Alfred to have tea with the dessert to give an aromatic experience when combined with the dessert's sweetness.Turns out, I will be incorporating that into my daily dessert dosage now.The serviceSome of the best service I've experienced at a bar/jazz house.Nobody was too busy to help or check on you, despite the place being packed.Sitting at the bar is not my favorite but The bartender was very attentive and sweet and had an elegance to him that made me respect the bar and the overall place. The service and treatment was the same all throughout, whether you were sitting at a table, at the window seat, or at the bar.A truly respectable place.Definitely aligns with the true character of a Jazz House.I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place."
"Updating to a 5- I went back yesterday to do some work and was over the moon with the quality of food, attentive service, and clean atmosphere, service was truly above and beyond and helped me to lock into my pilot training. LOVE BARHOS!!! They even give discounts to locals"
"I was so happy to see they were open this past weekend as we were biking past. There were no customers so my friend and I took turns giving our order as the other waited outside with our bikes. I ordered the spicy tuna again and it was great - they are consistent in their quality. Also got another yogurt drink with our order. Very sweet but cleanses the palate. We ate our bowls at a nearby park and just really grateful to Sunny Poke's staff and food."
"Sweet Manifesto is a bakery located in the Shoma Bazaar food hall in Doral. You can park in the garage for $1 and hour or by valet. Sweet Manifesto is the creation of Pastry Chef Robert Gonzalez who grew up in Venezuela learning to bake European style desserts alongside his father. After arriving in Miami, he worked under some of Miami's top chefs eventually becoming the executive Pastry Chef for Myles Restaurant Group where he oversaw Prime 112, Prime Fish, Prime Italian, and Big Pink. He has also been a staple at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival. As soon as I saw the sugary creations in the case at Sweet Manifesto I knew I had to save room for dessert. The appealing layer cakes were enormous and ranged from $17 to $19 a slice. It was so hard to choose between all the mouth watering cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars, breads, parfaits, and specialties. After doing several drive-bys I finally decided on the personal pineapple upside down cake ($9) and slice of the Devil's Triple Chocolate bread with dark, milk, and white chocolate ($9). I took my desserts to go but the pineapple cake was thoughtfully heated for me first which turned the sugar to liquid gold. The chocolate bread was moist and fudgy making it sinfully good. I loved both my choices but I don't think you can go wrong with anything here. It would be worth another visit to Shoma Bazaar just to try more of Sweet Manifestos tempting creations."
"Took me back to when I was in Italy! Had an amazing time here. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Miami weather. The team is fresh making the pasta in front of you so you know it's going to be good. The food was incredible! Our server suggested the carbonara and it did not disappoint. I loved it! So happy we have a piece of Italy here."
"Stopped by here for a drink while walking around the Bayside Marketplace, and they have one the BEST piña coladas. Perfectly creamy and smooth with just the right thickness and that perfect pineapple/coconut flavor. We ordered it in a pineapple, and they give you some of the pineapple on the side to go with the drink. Definitely enough to share between two. It is a little pricier here. The drink itself was $35, which is a fair price for what you get, but they charge a mandatory 20% service charge on the bill. That being said, I enjoyed this drink so much I would still go back for it. Nice area to sit and enjoy while looking over the water.Definitely a must-stop for their Piña Colada."
"PUB CRAWL - 2ND STOP....Was told by a bartender from another bar to stop into Carmela's Speak Easy (no front signage), which we did and met with the bartender, Marco, who made the wife a Carmela Spritz $15.00 with basil which she went nuts over. Marco even has his own extracts that he blends into the drinks. The bottles of liquor behind the bar was stacked tastefully. If youre into custom cocktails this is your place. Many classy white sheet tables in the main room. The bathroom is very clean."
"Set in the touristy heart of Calle Ocho by galleries of Viernes Culturales, El Santo Taqueria provides a spot to satisfy your taco cravings. It's supposedly owned by the same group that runs Kiki and Gramercy; I believe there's even a speakeasy lounge to Santo but my experience was average. The logistics are that you order at the counter, and the food is brought to your table. I started with a generic bottle of white wine (Seaglass?) and ordered both chips and salsa, as well as their el pastor pork burrito. The wine was chilled and a little dry, so no big complaints. Likewise, the chips had a good crisp, and the salsa a mild bite. However, unlike how it used to be, the chips aren't complementary. My main was their Burrito al Pastor, and I will admit it had a nice amount of pork and fixings in it."
"Since my daughter was on business in downtown Miami, we picked a place that we had never been to before. That place was this amazing Soya & Pomodoro that apparently was a bank many decades ago. It has been converted into a fascinating Italian restaurant that is a cozy, romantic and old time eatery. There is so much to look at while you are dining. We loved it. We were in a hurry so we both ordered the same thing. What stood out for us and one that we had never tasted was the Fazzoleti Di Pere e Formaggio. It was a pasta dish filled with taleggio cheese and fresh pears in a creamy Ricotta and shrimp sauce. It was good and different. But the dish that we ooohed and awwwed about was the Tiramisu!! That was the hit of the day! Creamy, melted in your mouth and delicious! The service was attentive and friendly! Our water glasses was always filled. The only disappointment was that they keep the front door open at all times, which lets the hot Miami heat enter the restaurant. They do not have air conditioning! So we felt hot and sweaty while eating. It was not pleasant and even though everything else was satisfactory, we probably wouldn't come back during the summer months."
"Located in the Citizen M hotel downtown, Night Swim Rooftop bar just may be your new favorite place you didn't know about. Why?First of all, it is so cute. It gives off tropical vibes. Its run by the same folks that run the Freehold, so you can expect the same fun ambiance you find there. Second of all - they have happy hour every day from 4 - 7 pm. Specialty cocktails are $7. That is quite the steal in this economy. There is also a food menu, that offers both fried and fresh things. We ordered the tequenos as well as the guac. For drinks, I started with the High Dive but had them switch the liquor to tequila. It comes with a sour patch kid garnish, which was great. We went on a saturday afternoon with a large group and it was awesome. This is definitely a good spot to go to before a concert or game at the Kaseya center as it is directly in front and a quick walk."
