"This place is a real treasure. The staff is truly amazing!!! Everyone here was so kind and welcoming. The bagel sandwiches are delicious and the French toast bites is a must try. I highly recommend checking this spot out for yourself if you find yourself anywhere nearby. Such a wonderful business."
"A cute deli and burger spot in Hialeah. The original spot of Kush that I heard about is in Wynwood and didn't even know that they had a location in Hialeah but we were close-ish to the area and needed a bite. After a quick search on Yelp, we found Kush in Hialeah! We came after pickleball so we were definitely hungry before coming here. It was a random Wednesday evening so it wasn't too packed for dinner but they actually had their first trivia night, so it became more lively as the night went on. Our group isn't too trivia savvy but it was free so we opted to play in for the night for Andy's Trivia! The inside of this spot gives off such diner vibes and with the ambiance, interior, and even music, we all felt like we were transported into the Stranger Things set. Such a cool spot that gives you a homey feel. The service was pretty quick and prompt and we were able to order after perusing the menu for a bit. They're known for their Frita By Kush Burger so we all ended up getting one of those but with different sides. Some of us got the Yuca fries and some the potato salad as these were both recommended by the server. The burger was pretty good but I heard that the other location tasted a bit better (not sure if it's different or has changed over time). The Yuca fries were just okay in my opinion & I wish I just got the fries to pair with my burger. The trivia night was super fun, even though we did horrible, and we'd definitely come back again for a fun night out with a group."
"Food 5/5Great homemade food made with passion & quality ingredients Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5Home style environment Cozy warm feeling, Value 5/4Very reasonable"
"Great service. Good hot cappuccino - stayed foamy till the last sip. Just don't order the iced cappuccino - it was very diluted. Could barely taste the coffee/espresso flavor."
"First time trying a Jersey Mike's Sub and I must say that I like it better than Subway and Jersey Mike's uses better ingredients too.We ordered a Portabella Cheese Steak (Giant) and a Chipotle Cheese Steak (Giant). Both very good and fresh. Very soft bread. Both also a little pricy at just over $15 each, but that may be due to inflation for this type of meat. With that said, the giant size is large enough for two meals for most people. We ordered ahead and by the time I arrived, an employee was ready with my order in hand with quick, easy, friendly service. Will return again soon."
"Arrived a little after 1pm and the restaurant was fairly empty. We were seated right away. The sandwiches at roasters n toasters are massive. If you're not extremely hungry, you can definitely share with someone. I shared the turkey club, and let me just say this was the best turkey club I've ever had. Just from looking at the sandwich, I knew it would be amazing. I also ordered a cappuccino, that I saw was made from a nespresso machine, and to my surprise it was really good. Can't wait to go back to have the club again!"
"Absolutely loved the vibe in here. Fresh bagels and fresh food, probably with the wait if you're going to dine in, I got the food to go but still worth the wait!"
"This review is strictly for their take out. I had a surgery in the summer and was badly craving for all kinds of soups after an initial no solid diet. TooJay's came in handy. Their soulful recipes were hearty and nutritious. The delivery was ready pretty fast. Need to go to their store next time to check out their ambiance."
"Best pancakes EVER! It was nice to go back so many years later and see the same menu items I enjoyed then still on the menu. My friend had the duck sandwich, which is a staple there. I had the nova platter and the pancakes. Like I said, best pancakes ever. Like ever. We went for brunch on the weekend. Per usual and as to be expected, it was packed. We sat at a 4 top in sunset tavern and waited a bit for our server. She had a lot of tables and since we hadn't been there for some time didn't mind hanging out and waiting, reminiscing. Food came out unbelievably fast, actually faster than the server brought over the Bloody Mary for my friend. Because she was busy it sat at the bar and we watched many many employees stand by it, walk passed it, grab their drinks and leave it there, not one single person brought it over to him. Mid way into our meal, the waitress appeared with it. Though service wasn't the best because server was extremely overwhelmed and "slammed", as we say in the biz, we still had a great experience and food was good. I'll be back just for the pancakes."

I'm officially obsessed with this place. Got here right around opening with a group of six and we were able to get seated right away. Every detail of this place has been thought out and it's the perfect blend of retro and modern while still having that classic diner feel. We ate lots of food between all of us. The matzo ball soup, the alligator bites, latkes, a Reuben, Rachel, chicken and waffles... it goes on. Everything was absolutely freaking delicious. Come here for brunch... you will not be disappointed.

Hole in the wall vibe with the BEST FOOD!! You can't go wrong dining in or taking out. I've done both & highly recommend. You will not walk away hungry because they have huge portions and what feels like a million sides. The sides include things like beets, carrots, salads & pasta. My go to here is a babaganoush and hummus (with tahini of course), falafel balls, and anything with cabbage. If you're there on Saturday, try the Cholent which is a hearty beef and bean stew. Also, try the mint lemonade for a refreshing twist with the crushed ice & mint leaves!

Their sandwiches looked really good but we didn't try them as we just went here for coffee. The regular cappuccino was delicious. The iced cappuccino I would not recommend. Tasted more milky than coffee but the hot one was good. Service was great. Quick and friendly. Water provided and a biscuit for our tiny dog.

We have been to Jersey Mike's locations all over the country and this one by far was the best. The bread was fresh, sandwich was hot and delicious! We got the big kahuna cheese steak. Shout out to Rommel and his friendly staff.

"I was honestly overwhelmed about this place. I arrived after hearing a couple of friends saying they love this place to buy some good meat. We were able to find parking in the lot and made the line outside to walk in. Once I did, I was surprised to see how small the place is inside, its basically a two-lane area with the cashier at the end. I was very confused on how to order meat, I got a number but they were not going by those, and then I got one of the meat cutters' attention, I asked about a tomahawk, he weights it and then just jumped into another conversation with another client. We left without buying a thing, I was pretty uncomfortable with the situation. The prices seemed reasonable but not everything is priced visibly."
"The deli here is out of this world! So many items for sale, including cabbage rolls/stuffed cabbage ($9.99 a pound), different cheeses, and different kinds of kielbasa. My favorite is the long skinny dark colored smoked kielbasa sticks. The aisles within the store also have many different European items, as well as a cold section with meets and cheeses to grab for yourself. Staff here are friendly. English is a challenge with some, but still they understand what you need."
"One of the best European markets!I found this place last year after a Christmas event in Hollywood. The store is small and the isles are packed with imported goods. It's hard to maneuver your cart but be patient, it's all worth it. I absolutely love their long stem roses. Their cakes are fascinating with such intricate detail. Their produce is fresh due to the amount of people shopping there. Head cheese was a wonderful find. My grandfather liked that very much. The lox is excellent quality and always available. Ground chicken is popular here for making patties. Funny thing, when so many other markets were out of pastina, I found it here."
"Joanna's Marketplace has been around for years. They have delicious baked goods, sandwiches, meals, desserts, and unique food and drinks from other countries. During holidays, it's always packed with people ordering and picking up food. For example, during Thanksgiving, people line up to get freshly prepared and cooked mashed potatoes, turkey, sauces, vegetables, sides, and more. There's seating outside so people can eat and drink. Super dog friendly. The employees are really nice and welcoming, which is pretty rare in Miami. My favorite items that I've ordered in the past are almond croissants, cookies, salmon sandwich, cooked vegetables, and more."
"Ordered a challah and matbucha to satisfy my cravings . Ordered in uber eats and everything was soooooo good. Definitely ordering again pretty soon. The challah was the fluffiest one I've had this far. However the matbucha is not for the faint hearted , as it was VERY spicy. Maybe toning it down a little bit would help enjoy it more. I love spice but my husband doesn't and he couldn't enjoy it as much.5 stars and I haven't even stepped food in the establishment however the food was so good!"
"The best food and the best Music show at the city. Absolutely amazing. You will have a great time"
"Can you believe this restaurant has been around for 21 years?! I've been passing by this shopping plaza for yearssssss and have never noticed it till I walked into the Subway next door. Instantly caught my eye with the gyro window advertisement. I'm sorry but when you walk into a Mediterranean/Arabic location, you don't expect the staff to be speaking in Spanish to the cute little viejitos they were tending to. That's amazing! And the best part is that it seemed like the customers were regulars there because I had the viejito ask about the young guy (maybe part owner of the business) for his mom and how was she doing. I loved that! The customer service was spectacular. And although I didn't get his name, but the gentleman had long hair in a pony tail and light eyes. He was suggested the kibbeh combo and since I had never tried it, I gave it a shot. DE-LI-CIOUS!! Everything is made in house. The food had great flavor. I was pleasantly surprised with this hole in the wall. And their prices can't be beat! I'm so happy I came across it. Their baklava is to die for. And how cool is it that it's also a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern mini Mart too?? One stop shop! Looking forward to going back and trying something new off their menu :)"
"5 star service! So friendly! Can't believe I hadn't been here before! There are so many good spots on 2nd ave too but the prices here are really good for lunch! Soup and half sandwich (looked more like a full sandwich portion) for only $11. I couldn't believe it. The soup portion was also a large bowl. Other french fare spots would have charged me double and given me a cup of soup! I will definitely be back for the french onion soup and the other soup specials with a sandwich again. Place is also very quite and good for co-working. Pet-friendly too! :)"
"Great Reuben and soup!! Had been craving a Reuben for sometime and wanted to avoid the beach.. nice little place downtown"
"Great little casual deli spot with fresh, tasty sandwiches and quick/friendly service!Landed in Miami and wanted to get a quick to-go lunch that was easy to eat on my way to the beach. Dadeland Cafe delivered with a yummy Cuban sandwich perfectly pressed! Toasty bread, nice proportions, and fresh toppings made this a hearty - but not overly so - lunch at an affordable price! Can't beat a Cuban sandwich that tastes this good at this price."
"We stopped by this place because my husband has a hankering for pastrami. Sadly, the owner Olga explained to us that currently they do not carry it, but we decided to try some of the sandwiches anyway.Olga is super nice and patiently answered our questions, explaining the different "wurst" and all the new and exciting (to me) grocery items they carry. She apologized that some stocks are low or out due to COVID, but there are still plenty of products that look interesting. I was excited to see boxes of De Ruijter chocolate sprinkles, which my Dutch friends have introduced to me. While most Americans only use them on ice cream sundaes, over there they are generously sprinkled over buttered toast as part of breakfast - for adults and kids alike!I got a can of Almdudler, a soda from Austria, to go with my knackswurst roll. The sausage is really tasty with a nice snappy casing. As for the sandwich, we ordered corned beef but not sure if that's what we got. There are also delicious looking salads in the case as well. The only down side is there is no sitting area at all, only a two-person table outside, so best to plan on take out."
"I had just flown in overnight on a red eye and was hungry for some breakfast. I had done some research before hand and found Toasted so I ubered right there from the airport. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by a nice woman (Karla) working there who was super helpful explaining the menu and suggestions. I went with the downtown omelet with ham and a plain bagel with butter. It was a TON of food. The omelet came with giant chunks of delicious ham and veggies. It was the star of the dish. It also comes with a small side of potatoes that were good. It was so much food, I couldn't finish it all. Cute place too! Loved everything about it."
"Overall this place is a great place to eat from, we ordered food to take home nd honestly the service was excellent. It was my first time eating from a Jersey Mike's and I can see myself going to this place more often over my other sandwich areas, they were very clean and very diligent with their orders. They were quick and efficient and really made the experience all the better, and the food was delicious. The food was so good, we just ordered the subs because we had chips and stuff at home which is what we normally do and honestly it let me focus more on the sub which is what's more important. The subs were excellent and filled with flavor as well as made exactly how we asked and I couldn't have had a better sub personally. I highly offer this place as a great moment when you're craving a good sub at an good price."
"Is the food good? Yes, really freakin goodThe prices are a bit much but I guess you get what you pay for I got a bacon bleu burger that was AMAZiNG. It just tasted like it was fresh as hell and juicy as between your thighs on a summer day. The crispy pastrami really complimented the burger and want overpowering at all"
"La Vasca deli was very good.It is important to note that La Vasca is under new ownership as most reviews I read prior to coming here were about how rude the previous owner was. Well, I'm glad to report that this is no longer the case and that the new owners are extremely nice and pleasant. The food itself was also surprisingly good. Fresh ham, chorizo, really good manchego cheese, etc... all was very fresh and very good quality of products. To accompany our meal was very good bread and wine... important players in Spanish cuisine. The selection of wines is very good. Definitely a little bit for everyone's taste and budget. I'll be looking forward to coming back here soon and trying different things. A gem in an unexpected shopping center. My best wishes to the new owners."
