Diandra L. "I had heard mixed reviews about VARSOL and last night I decided to order takeout to satisfy my sushi craving. I'm so happy I did because it was some of the most delicious takeout sushi I've had in a while!I opted for the Salmon dream salad which is served over Wakame and avocado as well as a yellowtail hand roll. The fish was super fresh and both were fabulous. I was full from the order because the salad had so much salmon. I will definitely order again and hope to stop by in person soon!"

Alexa C. "I came here for the Omakase experience with a friend of mine and left having the most memorable sushi experience in my life. I mean..that's not even food, it's art. Chef Bryan skillfully prepared his freshly arranged pieces of Nigiri and Sashimi in ways that I've never witnessed before. The bold zesty flavors of artisanal Japanese cuisine overcoming my palate made me feel like I was turning Japanese with every bite. The menu is daring yet simplistic which presents a dichotomy that I openly welcome. Kathy was the Sous Chef that helped bring his creations to fruition with pristine service and etiquette. Truly, this spot is a great beyond words. YES, YOU NEED RESERVATIONS. NO, YOU CANNOT BE LATE. I do recommend bringing a nice bottle of sake to accompany your dinner because it really amplifies the whole experience. This spot is for the true sushi lovers who dodge mediocrity. Ahí Sushi is perfect for even the most discerning palate. It's a very small and intimate experience so take in the moment because it's gone before you know it. I personally can't wait to return."

Angelo R. "I've driven by this restaurant several times and finally had time to try it on my day off. First of all, I love the name and had a feeling it was going to be an Asian-themed establishment before it opened. I was right but this place is certified Kosher so expect clean and delicious food.I just sat at the bar because I like to watch the bartender make cocktails. I got Autumn in Japan made with Roku Japanese Gin. Impressive presentation and it was potent but very refreshing. For bites, I ordered the Baked Crab Hand Roll, Corn Ribs, Crunchy Spicy Tuna Rice, and Beef Yakitori. Everything tasted very good. I could tell they were high quality but my favorites were the Spicy Tuna Rice and Yakitori. I was going to order more from the main "Kitchen" menu but I ran out of time. I really wanted to try some dessert but will save that for the next visit.I had a good experience here. Gorgeous modern restaurant, attentive service, and high-quality food. Just expect to pay a premium. The bites I ordered were about $20 on average and portions were on the small side. Maybe someday they'll offer happy hour bites, hopefully :) Pro tip: Parking is free in the garage for 2 hours."

When I visit the restaurant in person, I love sitting on the floor for the full experience. Last night we decided to do delivery, and it was so yummy. My go-to is always the Dragon roll! It's fresh and fills me up. My boyfriend ordered the Miami Heat roll and it tasted great too! We also enjoy the gyoza, it's so crispy and the filling is flavorful. Isabelle T. "Sushi Bichi, you have easily become one of my favorite restaurants in Miami Beach. I was recommended this place for having authentic Japanese food so I had to try it for myself. ServiceWe were greeted by Camilla and she took care of us that day. She was absolutely wonderful. She helped us with recommendations, was super friendly, and checked in on us consistently to make sure everything was going great.FoodThe food was incredible. They have a great variety of sushi rolls but also many other Japanese and pan coastal entree and appetizer options. We decided to try several things from the menu. We started with the Sweet and Spicy Edamame then went on to have the Salmon Tiradito , Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna, The Abusan Roll, and the Zenbu Naruto Roll.I'm not the biggest fan of rice-less sushi but anyone who knows me knows I love stepping out of my comfort zone when it comes to food so the Zenbu Naruto was definitely that piece for me.Incredible. It was very refreshing and light yet filled with flavor. Very glad I decided to try it. Definitely one of my favorite pieces of the meal. They have a large selection of nigiri and sashimi so of course we had to try some.I opted for the o-toro and the wagyu. Y U MYou know the fish is good when the nigiri and sashimi is that good. We also had a side of fries because I saw some photos of it on yelp and I couldn't help myself! And yes, it tastes as good as it looks. We ended the meal with a matcha pannacotta. Although the matcha flavor was underwhelming, it was still pretty good. Definitely would want to try the banana cream pie when I come back.DrinksWe had to get drinks to match the vibe of the place. The beach, the sunset, the light music. Had the watermelon Sugar and the Mojito (with a gin replacement) Delicious!Ambiance It's an outdoor seating surf n turf right by the beach which meant that you can see the sunset from your table which automatically makes it a more enjoyable meal.Music was soft which I always preferOverall, definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to in Miami. The food and service were immaculate and i will definitely be coming back."

This was the case with Makoto! Finally, fresh ingredients and flavors that make my mouth sing!My friend and I ordered the edamame, cucumber salad, wagyu beef cooked on a hot stone, skirt steak and salmon rolls, as well as the chocolate cake for dessert. All of it fantastic. The standouts for me were the cucumber salad and skirt steak. I was drooling over the cucumber salad, so refreshing and tasty on a hot summer day, and I've also tried to replicate it at home! The skirt steak was so juicy and tender and delicious, not sure what it was marinated in, but it was fantastic.Warm and attentive service. Cute ambiance. Jazmin G. "First time eating at Inari Sushi in the Sabal Chase shopping center, and I was impressed by the astronomical size of the sushi rolls (and the price, if Im honest). I was there for lunch on a Monday and the restaurant was completely empty as they had just opened their doors for service. The server wasn't the most pleasant guy; anytime we asked for anything, he gave a face like he couldn't be bothered with whatever it was (water refills, new plates, etc). The restaurant itself is very aesthetic and cute. It is also much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. We ordered two appetizers to start. The tostones trio with ceviche and the fried pork gyozas. Both appetizers were awesome. If you like ceviche, I 100% recommend these. Very fresh and tasty. We also ordered the Cuba Ocho Roll, the Lobster Heaven Roll and the Osaka Roll. I would rank them as Cuba Ocho being the most delicious and interesting tasting roll of the three rolls, the Osaka Roll second best and the Lobster Heaven Roll third best. One of my friends who normally orders the Lobster Heaven Roll, said that this experience the roll tasted a bit more "fishy" than usual which I wasn't a super fan of. If you like the fishy ceviche taste, you might enjoy the Lobster Heaven Roll more than I did. But you definitely have to get the Cuba Ocho Roll. It's a must have."

The food was ok...tasty, but the portions were small for the price. We ordered 3 rolls (Valentina, Tuna Volcano, and the Volcano roll). Flavor-wise, they were decent, and the Volcano roll is torched tableside (a cute gimmick, but doesn't do anything for the presentation or flavor once the foil is opened. The hits were the shrimp soup and the chicken chaufa...generous portions and flavorful. The drinks we ordered (lychee martini and pina colada) were on the weak side but had decent flavor. HOWEVER!!! The fried rice was s c r u m p t i o u s . So glad I went with this option. Also a really great price at $10 or $11. They give a generous amount of chicken and the creamy hibachi sauce goes really well with it. So well that my friend started taking everyone else's hibachi sauce and drenching his fried rice with it. Maybe a little extreme. We finished off with the brownie tempura icecream. The warm crisp texture of the brownie tempura accompanied by the creamy vanilla icecream. Mia R. "This sushi spot in Kendall will transport you to Japan once you walk in. Small and quaint, we came here to grub after pickleball at a nearby park on the fourth of July. We were searching for spot open during the holiday and after a quick Yelp search and call, we got confirmation they were open. Their menu is pretty extensive and we came during lunch, which they have great lunch deals and specials. I ended up getting the Sashimi Combo and it was pretty good. Of course with any sashimi combo, it always feels small in comparison to other deals so I would recommend opting for the other options for lunch over this one. I just wanted to get an option with less carbs but ended up eating the same about of carbs as the other combos since this came with a side of rice that I couldn't let go to waste (okay, it was also my lack of willpower.)If you know me, you know I am on an endless quest for Dynamite Appetizer as good as my long gone favorite spot in Pines. Well, this place comes pretty damn close. Their dynamite appetizer is a good size with baked seafood and dynamite mix on top of a bed of rice. The taste isn't exactly what I was looking for but still very good! This is heavy on the spicy mayo, so if you have an intolerance for that, I'd skip this. But if not, then I recommend! Next visit, I have to try their specialty rolls. My friend got one and it looked so goooood. The service was great with our server coming to check on us every so often and refilling our waters as they emptied."

Stacy L. "I convinced my friends to go allllll the way to Sobe for a Spice dinner, and not a single regret! Thanks to Morocco and Austin (and truly, the whole staff) for making the experience so delightful. Our group arrived at different times, so we all started with cocktails at the bar for happy hour. I really enjoyed my saketini, which was sweet but not overpowering. For dinner, I started with the nigiri flight (with the extra $10 upgrade to 6 pieces). I think this was the highlight of my meal, and I spent the rest of my meal wishing I had just ordered more tuna nigiri! Not to say the wagyu fried rice wasn't lovely - it was, but was such a different flavor from my starter. Rich, heavy, and a soft boiled egg with the most delicious yolk. I ended with the peach cobbler which I could've skipped if it weren't for Spice. It was good, but not great, and while the peaches added a nice texture to the cobbler, not much of the bourbon or cinnamon flavor profile I was hoping for. I'd come back to try a different dessert in the future.Throughout the meal, drinks were filled quickly and staff were checking in on us without hovering. The multiple off-menu Spice options were a nice surprise, and definitely inspires me to return to try another aspect of Kissaki's dishes. I also really like the decor, which was both cozy and chic - great for date night! And most of all, I love an open kitchen where you can see all the painstaking effort that goes into each dish. One thing to note, the tables aren't great for groups. Come as a couple or sit at the bar - I'm short, and my knees were still knocking against the table legs as we were in a corner booth with an extra table pushed together. Luckily I like my friends, and plates were whisked away quickly so the small space wasn't too much of an issue. Also, parking in the public lot along South Pointe was super easy."
