Pretty good pizza, cold beers, friendly staff. Keneally's is worth a visit. I really like the shamrock pizza, as far as I know this is the only place in town with a pizza like that. The regulars are friendly, too. It's a good little spot.

We really miss great Chicago food/Midwest style pizza and we were so happy to find Kenneally's. Delicious, thin, cracker crisp crust with delicious sauce and toppings. We love the Italian sausage and black olives but it's all great! We also love the bar itself- it's a great place to eat and service is always friendly. The bar reminds us of any old Chicago bar that's been there forever- and in Houston years- it has! It's a cozy and comfortable space- always worth the trip when we're craving the real thing!

I had a chance to stop in on a beautiful sunny and hot hot day. I ordered a Guinness and it was just what I needed. The Beatles were playing in the background and it was just an overall great vibe in this pub. Played a game of darts and then sat back at the bar and conversed with a couple at the bar enjoying what they say one of the best places to eat some wings. The pizza oven was fired up, but I had already eaten so next time. I highly recommend this pub. Stop in and have a pint, play some darts, listen to some good music, and strike up a conversation with someone at the bar. Either way you will have a good time.

One of my favorite Irish pubs in Houston. The atmosphere is so cute and comfortable to hangout with friends. They also have some of the best bar food in Houston! We loved the Hangover specialty pizza (jalapeños, bacon, sausage, and pepperoni) and mini corn dogs with a cold beer! The pizza crust must be homemade and the sauce is so yum! The mini corn dogs came out hot and crispy with a side of yellow mustard, they were sooo good!! Can't wait to come back here again!

What a blast this place was!!! We had so much fun with our friends tonight. We were looking for places to go and hang out, have some drinks, take in some sights... and when it was suggested to go to an Irish Pub on our first night in TX... I was thinking, "Really? That's where we're going?"Man... I'm so glad that's what we did! We had so many laughs, it was a great comfortable atmosphere, where we sat outside and chilled the whole night with appetizers and drinks! Our server... she was awesome! Witty, a bit snarky, and provided enough entertainment with her humor. The bar tender knew his drinks and kept them flowing all night! We even had some entertainment when a group of firemen walked by in a pack, and sung some holiday cheer for the group. Just down right fun all around as you can tell from the pictures... it's all about #onelove and #Fam. Not too mention, we were in town for the Seahawks vs Texans game at NRG Stadium. (Hawks won for anyone keeping count). The food is a bit interesting, but not a diverse Irish cuisine... but I was digging the Irish Nachos... a completely different take. The pizza was great and the wings too. Ending with this... Time is short... surround yourself with true good friends that you call Family... and enjoy each other! As always... Enjoy and Happy Celebrating!!

Ok I'm updating my review because I have been eating here a lot and damn the burger couldn't be tastier. Thick and juicy. The pizza crust, angels sing when I get a piece. Seriously come here and drink, eat and be merry. Or be sad. It's an Irish pup after all.

Decided to meet some friends who were there for the Thursday night bingo. It was everything you would expect from an Irish pub. Bordering on the edge of almost a dive but not quite, It had the quintessential bar dank smell of wood with a hint of mildew. We ordered the pizza which was thin crust and better than expected for bar food. I may have to try it again sober to be sure! Everything tastes amazing drunk. Played a few rounds of bingo and actually won on my second sheet! Woo-hoo! Definitely will be coming back for some more debauchery.

Pretty nice and cozy Irish Pub. They have a nice indoor setting as well as a patio. First time here and made a massive party foul by knocking over my glass of beer immediately after getting it! Bartender was super cool about it and gave me another one. Definitely coming back.

This is one that I've been meaning to get to. Took off a star because of the way they handled the mask thing a couple of years back. When you walk in the door it's like three feet to get to the bar. I went in and sat down. The bartender asked, "what's your problem?" I didn't really think I had one, so I just waited for him to tell me what it was. I'd have felt pretty stupid if I'd told him what I thought it might have been when, in his view, it might have been something entirely different. Thankfully, he was eager to oblige. "Unless you're sitting down, you have to wear a mask," he snapped. "I am sitting down," I explained. "Not when you came in. Do you even watch the news?" I don't watch the news. I wanted to tell him that his complaint was so 3 feet ago. I wanted to go back out and come back in again, scooting on my ass through the door. I wanted to see what would happen if I decided to stand at the bar right next to the stool. Then I wondered how the whole world had lost its fucking mind, collectively. I wanted to rename America "Hypochondria". Mostly I knew it was best to just order my to go pizza, and a Guinness to sip on while I waited for it to be ready. Anyway, it's a good pizza--really good. I love the place, aesthetically: It's dark and clean, and the bar staff is probably fully vaccinated and boosted. They are quite a friendly bunch, actually--even the masked marvel back there. He'd been nice enough in our previous exchanges, and has been during all of the ones since. Anyway, I shouldn't have complained so much in this review. I should just be thankful that during the "pandemic" nearly everyone I encountered was practically a professor of actual science and were willing to edify maskless, unperforated rubes like myself every time I stepped outside my house. And I witnessed some amazing things during that period: I saw an obese man peddling on something like an adult tricycle down Heights Blvd against traffic in the rain. He was wearing a surgeon's mask. I saw another man on a crotch rocket weaving through freeway traffic. He wasn't wearing a helmet, but he was wearing a mask. I saw a lady remove her mask briefly to take a drag off her cigarette, pull it back onto her face, and exhale into it. But most importantly, I'll say this again: Keneally's has a very fine pizza--a five STAR pizza.
