When it comes to breakfast food and chicken sandwiches, my expectations are always high. When it comes to introducing my friends and family to restaurants, my expectations are even higher. Waffle Bus truly excelled on all counts!I knew there was a lot of hype around The Waffle Bus but I wanted to keep my hopes in check. As soon as I walked in, I felt the vibrant spirit of the restaurant and the people in it. Everyone was enjoying their food and it was hard not to stare at people's plates, walking by their table. The service was quick, easy and excellent! There are a couple of convenient screens to place an order and the menu is easy to navigate. The attendants were polite and efficient.I was with 3 people and we ordered a lot of food. The food I actually ate was the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, the Hot Chicken Sandwich, the Strawberries and Cream Waffle Sandwich and Vietnamese Caramel Latte.The Honey Butter Biscuit was excellent. The biscuit was soft, buttery and flakey but didn't fall apart as I devoured the sandwich. The chicken was tender and juicy. The egg and bacon complimented the chicken so well and the sauce and seasoning were immaculate.The Hot Chicken Sandwich was also amazing. When it comes to chicken sandwiches, there are many pretenders but Waffle Bus is a contender. The chicken packed heat, the brioche bun was neat and the combo can't be beat.The Strawberries and Cream Waffle Sandwich was delightful. The strawberries were fresh and juicy. The caramel, whipped cream and powdered sugar all complimented the waffle perfectly. The Vietnamese Caramel Latte put a different twist on Vietnamese coffee. While it wasn't a traditional version of Vietnamese coffee or not one I am aware of, it still tasted very good. As I was eating and coincidentally sitting near the entrance, the amount of people walking and commenting in amazement about how good the food on my table looked was astounding. It just goes to show how the hard work and hustle of this business owner and staff has paid off.I would 100% recommend The Waffle Bus to anyone looking to satisfy that chicken and waffle craving, you know you have.

"Cute lol & pop shop owned by locals. Love how even though it's mostly high school students who work here, they are professional, clean, enthusiastic and have a passion. I've tried their grilled cheese sandwiches and it's one of the best I've had. Their milkshakes are phenomenal as well. Honestly you can not go wrong with anything here."
"My go to breakfast place in my area of Pearland. Family run. Love the crab cake benedicts and the biscuits and gravy, but suggest adding extra gravy because those biscuits are thick. A little bigger spot and maybe some brunch drinks I wouldn't mind seeing. One of the daughters used to work at Pena's and would always make a good latte for me there, but I don't believe they have another option outside of coffee here...at least not the last time I went. There is so many more dishes I need to try, but had me at my first benedict."
