"We were headed to a concert at Smart Financial Center and stopped at Town Center to eat. We chose Guru Burgers because the happy hour at Escalante's was over. I was happy to see they have a vegetarian burger called Tesla. I have no idea why but for $15 I wish it came with a one day use of an actual Tesla. The burger is delicious and my friend enjoyed hers. The burger does not come with fries. It originally comes with vegan bread but I switched to whole wheat. While delicious, $15 is a bit much for a vegetarian burger with no accompaniments. There is free parking in the garage. When we're not in a hurry to go somewhere else, I hope to enjoy the live music they have on the square sometimes."
"Wow wow wow! This restaurant is incredible. First of all it's super cute, inside and out. A pink outside and a cool parisian cafe looking inside. The flavors of crepes are plentiful, sweet or savory, you have a large pick.I got the jian bing, it was so delicious, Each bite was crispy because of the wonton, the sauce complimented each bite well. The crepe itself was so soft.I wish there were more vegan savory crepe options but other than that no complaints."

"If you guys know me well, I'm a fat kid at heart & a sucker for desserts. Both the cheesecake Crepe & banana foster Crepe with two scoop of ice cream was meant to be in my belly. The strawberry lemonade was the perfect ender for the night.#tonylameats337 #houston #cococrepes #crepe #dessert"
"I've tried just about every creperie from here to Willis, so why did it take me so long to try Sleek? Well, I'd yet to see them offer an option with hazelnut spread. That being said, after some digging, I was delighted to find the sleek chocolate crepe/shawarma crepe listed on their website. The description of "chocolate shavings made of milk chocolate and hazelnut" had my taste buds tingle. However, upon arrival I was sad to find a Nutella-less creperie, "no hazelnut options" I was told. Instead I build a crepe of dark chocolate, almonds, and strawberries, grabbed a slice of chocolate tres leches, and picked out two truffles- a white chocolate Oreo pyramid and a Turkish coffee truffle. With the restaurant half full, I waited about 10 minutes for my crepe, and I highly recommend if ordering to go, you eat it immediately. Ordering a build your own, mine may be an outlier but the chocolate for my crepe was drizzled on top, with none in the interior. Mine was filled with fresh strawberries and the almonds sat atop the dark chocolate drizzle. The quality of the chocolate was nice, I just wish it also filled the interior. From the freshly cut strawberries to the quality dark chocolate the crepe was fresh- I'll give it that. Did it fulfill my crepe cravings- not quite. The Tres leches chocolate cheesecake didn't taste of chocolate, and while the pyramid Oreo truffle was fine, I'd say, the Turkish coffee truffle heated juuuust a bit was the best thing I tried.I appreciate their dedication to quality ingredients, and am eager to see them continue to modify and thrive. Best of luck to them, my sweet tooth tells me I'll be back eventually."
"Location: midtown area/ labranch Staff: friendly, helpful, nice Time wait: none Seating: outdoor, there is a closed area to protect from rain/wind Price: average Taste: stroopwael oat milk latte/ hot It was very tasty and full to the size of the cup Food: muffin asked to be warmed and I loved the crispy top Parking: lots Great relaxed spot, lots of available seating and parking."
"Small and intimate restaurant with authentic Russian food. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the food tasted great. I will definitely be back in the future to try more on the menu."
"So glad I didn't eat lunch before I came here because I usually do I always want to hit this place. I came here a while back and I remember it being very good but I was so excited to eat this delicious treat that I made a mess this time I was well let's say more prepared. I did the create your own bananas, strawberries, whip cream, custard, almonds, hazelnut chocolate sauce, with chocolate truffles. Very inexpensive and worth the little wait."
"Deeeelicious! I took my parents and aunt here after a late night dinner. We came in around 9 and there were still customers in there! We ordered the strawberries crepe and it came out pretty quickly. There was the perfect amount of chocolate to not overwhelm the strawberries. I loved how clean the restaurant was and how nice all the employees were!"

Had the craving for burger and decided to satisfy that urge at Grub. There are plenty of seatings in the restaurant, and there are outdoor patio seatings too. I was quickly seated, and my server was very prompt in serving me. The menu was short and sweet, but there was no lack in variations of burgers. I got their weekday combo (Tuesday to Thursday) which consisted of a burger, side, and drink (any drink) for $20. The Big Shroom looked tempting but I got to change the bun to challah, my fave. My burger was stacked with fresh vegetables, and the grilled portobello patty was made well. However, it would have been better if there were more grilled portobello than vegetables. I chose plantain chips as my side which were crunchy and well seasoned. Strawberry milkshake was a small cup and was too sweet for me. Free garage parking is available, and the entrance is beside the front of the restaurant. Paid street parking is also available but there are limited spaces.

You will be proudly greeted by a staff member with a cheerful smile when you enter this place. The building sits in the middle of the parking lot, but should really be at the front with the delicious food we have tried in our first, of many, visits. There is patio seating and indoor tables to shade you from the harsh sun rays during any hot Houston Summer Day. The furniture is a cross storm of minimalist and modern, yet well spaced out and not crammed. We saw the photos of the menu and noticed there were different items the day we went, they possibly change it up a few times a year. The Cuban Crepe is a pure definition of a savory crepe. You always have The Cuban Crepe to fall back on, should you ever fear the adventure of trying another savory crepe. We loved this and our tastebuds encouraged us to have a sweet crepe. Enter the Strawberry Cheesecake, a crepe as direct as its' name, nothing but strawberry slices in the midst of a thick layer of cheesecake whip that will leave you eating it down to the last drip.It won't be long 'til I roam on back over here again.

Coco Crepes, Waffles & Coffee offers a cozy spot for those looking to indulge in sweet treats. The ambiance of the place is immediately noticeable: clean, brightly lit, with a welcoming vibe. It's the kind of place where you can easily find a corner to relax with a book or chat with friends over coffee. Now, let's talk about their Nutella crepes with strawberries, sliced almonds, and banana. This dish is a classic choice for crepe enthusiasts. The crepe itself is thin and lightly cooked, providing a delicate wrap for the filling. The Nutella, generously spread, offers its signature chocolate-hazelnut charm. The strawberries add a fresh, tangy contrast to the sweetness, while the bananas bring their soft, familiar comfort. The sliced almonds offer a subtle crunch, adding a nice textural element. However, while each component is fine on its own, the overall experience doesn't quite elevate beyond the ordinary. It's a decent crepe, but it doesn't venture into the realm of extraordinary. The service at Coco Crepes, Waffles & Coffee is just okay. The staff is neither particularly warm nor distant, maintaining a professional demeanor. Orders are taken and served with efficiency, but don't expect over-the-top friendliness or personal touches.Coco Crepes, Waffles & Coffee is a pleasant enough spot for a casual meet-up or a quiet moment alone. The crepes, particularly the Nutella with strawberries, almonds, and banana, are satisfactory but not remarkable. If you're in the area and craving something sweet in a clean, bright setting, this place will meet your needs without much fanfare.

Checked this place out on a whim, but definitely did not regret it! From the moment I walked up to the window, the service was friendly and helpful. I asked the worker for a recommendation and it did not disappoint! Loved her recommendation for the coffee I bought and it was only $4.75! Surprisingly cheap to me! But the quality was not lacking! Drinks came out very quickly! Now onto the aesthetic and ambiance of the place, loved that it's so open and there is plenty of seating. I loved being in the tent, because it was shaded and they have these running water stations that provide such a calming atmosphere. I loved to see the birds flying in for some water. Wifi was strong and I had no connection issues. Everyone seemed so chill. I loved the vibe here. Definitely will be returning and highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone! They have crepes here too, I'll have to try next time I come back!

Sweet and exotic Those two words best describes what you will find at 8 Turn Crepe. We often visit Eight Turn as a dessert stop whether dining in the area or just feeling the mode for a treat. The crepe are vey flavorful and can be shared between 2 or 3 people, not that we do that! No, my family is greedy and we each get our own, lol

"Amazing large menu - super fresh ingredients- well a balanced crepe - sometimes crepe makers can be heavy handed and over do one ingredient or another and it over powers the nuance - but this was well balanced. I would love to try some of the savory crepes. The sorbet was also delicious!"
"During Ramadan, Layal offers dinner buffet during the period. This is true for other Mediterranean/Lebanese restaurants as well. I've had the opportunity to try a few places last year. You get to try a lot of the dishes in one seating! We went on the first day of the buffet and were first in line as well. It was not crowded but definitely have a few hungry folks like us. If you are not familiar with the custom, you wait for sunset before you can start eating. Start with the sweet dried date provided on the table. Arrive a few minutes before sunset as there may be a line waiting to get their food. There was a ton of food to choose from... soups, salads, kafta, seafood (shrimp mussels, fish), roast beef, chicken and lamb. My favorites were the roast beef, creamy chicken with pasta, seafood with rice and lamb shank. Yum! There were also different drinks included... one was orange, not sure what the rest were. They were all tasty and sweet. They also have different desserts... the best were the mini cheesecakes and mini crepe rolls. We sat in the open air area. They were a few folks smoking hookah. Nothing like cigarette smoke. Didn't mind the smell.Place has indoor and outdoor seating. Multiple TVs on the walls. Staff was friendly and came to check on us a couple of times. Coffee and tea is not included in the buffet. Recommend checking it out. Tip: Do not go late as the buffet is not an all nighter. Go before sunset. Enjoy!"
"We had a lovely first time visit today. The service was amazing, the food and options were as well. They do have gluten free crepes, which I loved. I went with Bourbon peach and it was delightful. A bit on the extra sweet side, but still very good. They didn't seem to mind we were there with half of our basketball team of very loud 12 and 13 year olds. Nor did they seem to mind we stayed a little longer than what should be considered normal. Will definitively stop by again!"
"Who goes to a crepes and chocolate and coffee shop...and orders tea?!Don't discount the tea! Look how cute the elephant teapot is."
"We stopped in for a little mid-afternoon beignet sesh and split an order of 10 beignets for $7. We substituted Nutella for the side of honey. They were delicious, hot and fully! Will definitely be back to try other things."
"Stopped by because I was craving snow ice for dessert! We ordered a Volcano Bingsoo - shaved ice with fresh mango and strawberries. Slightly disappointed that mango and strawberry were partly green and not fresh as advertised, and presentation could have been better as we discovered all the poppings at the bottom of our bowl. Nevertheless pretty good and if I'm in the area I would come again."
"After a pretty heavy, rich dinner, we needed something sweet to satisfy our sweet tooth. We've had ETC at Katy Chinatown so we decided to check out the new one in Pearland. We walked into an empty store which meant we got top notch service and our order came out quickly. I was craving some chocolate that day so I went with the Chocolate Nut Party. This had a variety of nuts, gelato, truffles and all sorts of yummy goodness. It was just the right amount of sweet. The yogurt gave it a slight tartness that made all the flavors work well together. I paired it with a Nutella Latte which was excellent as well. This is a solid spot for dessert or even a meal as they also have savory items as well. Check it out!"
"Cute space for crepes, coffee, smoothies and more.Fun to be able to stop by their Grand Opening. Amazingly no line and easy to find a parking spot. The Berry Berry Smoothie was so delicious. Nice to be able to sample a duffin which is a cross between a donut and a muffin. So cute! Will definitely be back to get a crepe. Lots of sweet and savory choices. The space is also so cozy and inviting. So many different seating options from benches to tables for four to blue arm chairs with an evil eye table. Definitely a great place to grab a coffee, smoothie, panini or a scoop of gelato. Thanks for a sweet treat on Grand Opening Day."
"Surprisingly I thought the savory crepe (Chicken Thai) was the favorite thing I tried at Eight turn when we went- I thought it was a fantastic alternative to a carb heavy dish, good amount of lettuce, and absolutely strong and fantastic flavor! The ice cream crepe was for my son who wanted something simpler but honestly the form factor was a bit difficult for him, would have preferred it to just be in a cup! And the strawberry banana... I'll say I've had crepes for many years, I much prefer the flat/pressed version for eating purposes. These rolled ones are prettier but just not as functional, which for my nerdy mind is important for a hand held food! I thought the restaurant was good overall, not how I would have executed, but it was clean, staff were patient and friendly, and I had a good experience with the family!"
"Delicious healthy food great customer service and clean enviornment!!Will come back :)"
"This is a great addition so close to home! They have a large selection of snacks and food items. Everything we have tried is delicious! The service is great, and they prepare to-go orders quickly. The establishment is also extremely clean."
"I decided to try this place out based on some of the pictures I saw on Yelp. I ordered a few popsicles and a shake to give a few things a try.I would say that you will probably have a better experience if you're a Spanish speaker. I can usually get by at taco trucks, but when it comes to dessert - there are quite a few words outside of my experience. I tried to speak with the employee about the popsicles. She didn't understand me and I didn't fully understand her. When I asked her about certain popsicles, she said she didn't know. My questions were around flavors. So I pointed and picked out a few. This place would do much better with a printed menu with pictures of the various popsicles. They have pictures for other items. When I went to pay, I was charged a price for the popsicles - plus add-ons for coconut and chocolate, but I didn't add anything to my popsicles. When all was said and done, I paid a little over $17 for two popsicles and a shake. The desserts were good. A picture-based popsicle menu would make it much easier. I want to go back and try more stuff."
