"This newish casual restaurant has been open for a year and it's just great, like 5 stars great! They have a huge menu, very reasonable prices, big and delicious serving sizes, and a clean, airy, modern, and spacious dining room. They also have an easy to use e-pad for ordering a wide variety of dishes and with helpful and enticing photos of all of these dishes. The e-pad ordering is also handy for being able to specify no or less salt, no MSG, less sugar, less oil, etc, which is really a nice touch. Flagging down one of the rotating servers was easy and after ordering, the piping hot food came out without much of a wait. For this lunch outing, our party of 4 ordered 3 different bowls of congee (each $7.49), a Mongolian beef which was mine and $8.49, and an order of pork liver rice noodles ($5.49). All of the servings were very generous and great values. The congee is a simple dish, but when it's done right as it is here, the flavor is deep and rich and it's a very homey comfort food, and that's what they have here. The big dining room was busy and that's another confirmation of the value here given all the competition in Chinatown Square. I can't wait to return and try something else."
"I've been to Joy Yee's a number of times. Mostly to this location and the one in Evanston. While it's Asian fusion, it's still pretty good. You can get Chinese food, Vietnamese, etc.My uncle got pho, my cousin ordered fried rice and short ribs, my sister got a tofu dish that tasted a lot like pad kee mao, and my mom and I shared a Malaysian seafood plate that had fantastic flavors! I had to ask the staff what they put in it! So so good!We also got some sort of appetizer that was a mix of vermicelli noodles, spring rolls, fries, and more. It's A LOT of food. Def shareable unless you've got a big appetite.Their fruit teas are fabulous! Loved the one I got. My sister got a milk tea and didn't love the boba texture in it. Just meh. Great staff, quick service, food comes out fast, large portions. I'm sure I'll be back!"

Visit Restaurant Page"My lovely wife and I were looking for a new place to try out in Chinatown for lunch, and we were happy with our choice - Slurp Slurp Noodles on Wentworth. We stopped in for lunch on a warm Saturday afternoon, and we were seated immediately. Slurp Slurp seems quick on the draw, as we were served our food mere minutes after placing our orders. They serve hand pulled noodles (and also shaved noodles), so I thought I'd try their oxtail noodle soup with the hand pulled noodles. Even though it was a warm day, I enjoyed my very warm bowl of soupy goodness. The noodles had a pleasantly chewy texture and the broth had a nice flavor to it. The pieces of oxtail were bony, so be careful with eating them so that you do not swallow bone shards accidentally. I did slurp slurp the entire bowl to the very last drop. My love enjoyed her combo fried rice, which tasted good too. We agreed that the portion sizes were just the right amount to satisfy our lunchtime cravings."
"Got a carryout order of crispy steak, orange chicken, and fried rice here and thought it was alright. The portion sizes were fairly large, in line with what you'd expect for the prices charged. The flavors were alright for me, not the best Americanized Chinese I've had but also not bad. The ingredient quality seemed to be a little better than average but I didn't care much for the flavor combinations and found that it overall lacked wok hay. Maybe it's a better experience when getting the food for dine-in, but when I had it shortly after carryout the entrees weren't really crispy at all and it felt a bit more saucy / watery than similar preparations elsewhere."
"@Thehealthinspector8 The restaurant has reopened. Courteous staff and family friendly. Dine-in or carry-out."
"02/21/23 - I stopped by @ 88 Marketplace today & grabbed a bite @ Dong Bei Ren Jai. I ordered pork dim sum w/hot chili oil dip (not very spicy). I needed something to curb my appetite. They were just ok nothing to get too excited about but they satiated my hunger"
"If you aren't looking to go to Chinatown, this is the place to go. The food is delicious, authentic, and very fairly priced for the location."
"This is our new favorite sushi place. Great ambience, outstanding sushi, and great service. Plus the pricing is very fair, quality is high, great vibes."
"Fantastic food, great service. My go-to for local Chinese food! Best egg rolls, Mongolian Beef and Mushu pork around!"
"The search is over. After Wing Hoe (my former go-to) closed last year, I've been on the search for a reliable Chinese takeout place in my area (Edgewater). I've sampled at least a dozen places and concluded after 3 recent orders that Mei Shung has the most consistent and tastiest food at the most reasonable price in 60660.Here's what I like:- fresh ingredients- both traditional and popularized dishes- Good sear on pan fried items- vegetables are crisp and not overcooked- Sauces have good flavor and consistency. Not too wet, not too dry- spicy dishes are actually spicy. They also include a side of chili oil. - deep fried items are done properly and not over-saturated- orders ready fast (I live close and we pickup within 30 minutes)- a local, family run business that's been around for awhile- generous portions, a good value for the costThus making Mei Shung my new "official" neighborhood Chinese go-to."
"Had their take out again and the food was not the same as a few months ago as it was way too oily. I had oil in the bottom of all the containers too. They need to cut way back on how much oil they are using. For take out lunch it's just ok."
"Did a Door Dash thing and ordered Chinese take out (maybe first time in a long time) and man, this place was FAST! I think my order was here in less than 30 minutes when I clicked.Portions are big, items are well packed. They kept the sauce and fried items separated. Standard chinese american food, kinda gloopy, but not overally salty."

Yep![1] Pay them a visit, they're right across from the Red Line Chinatown (Cermak) stop. (Don't drive, train there!)I got their special congee which I suppose is special because it had all the things. I remember tasting ginger and seeing intestines? But who knows what else. The congee was HOT and HAWT when it came out. Temperature and taste-wise.Because I'm a closet fatty, I also got the pork and corn dumplings. Yum. Would get the dumplings and congee again.I ordered from a tablet, and each dish included an optional drink. I got a black hot coffee, which was perfect for conquering my hangover of the week.Table-side, there's soy sauce, chili oil (yum), and pepper. There might've been salt.Worth a visit, and worth the value. Credit accepted - even AmEx. Light street parking.[1] How many reviews will begin like this?

Their house special fried rice is a nice medley of meats, and the rice itself is so flavorful. I know the point of the place is the soup, but I'm not huge on soup. So I went with the fried rice and was not disappointed at all. They had it listed on a separate menu. I did not see any fried rice options when reading the menu posted on the front window. The rice tasted so great, and after a slew of recent bland fried rice experiences, this one really left a positive impression. My husband did the oxtail soup/noodle option, and he enjoyed it. I could not believe how fast they bring out the food. It's SO quick. My husband's dish came out in the time it took for us to wash our hands on separate trips to the restroom. Mine followed immediately. The interior is basic, but inviting. Their serving team is pleasant. My only negative was that my spoon for the rice smelled so strongly of bleach. I simply requested a fork, and that settled my issue.

Came here yesterday with my husband and a couple of friends because we were craving Chinese food and sushi; Bistro Dragon did not disappoint!Upon walking in, we were seated immediately. The place doesn't look too special inside like the pictures on social media. You could barely see the lights in the back wall, and there were no tablecloths on the tables. It looks more elegant in the website photos than in reality. It was also like 100 degrees in the restaurant when we were there, so I think their AC was out on the hottest day of the year. We almost ended up walking out because the door was open, and all of the 115-degree heat was creeping in. It wasn't good for us, especially my friend who is pregnant. I can't imagine how the workers felt being there all day.Despite the heat, our service was great, and our waitress was patient and attentive. Because it was our first time there, it took us a little longer to figure out what we wanted, but she continued checking in on us.Most importantly, the food was amazing, and the menu is extensive and includes sushi entrées, Chinese food entrées, stir-fry entrees, and more! My husband, one of my friends, and I ordered Kung-Fuze'd boxes ($19.95), and we were so happy with our choices. With a Kung-Fuze'd box, you get to order soup or salad, an appetizer, 2 entrées, and a side (different rices). I ordered the miso soup, crab rangoon, the spicy tuna roll, the spicy salmon roll, and fried rice. Everything was DELICIOUS and well-prepared. The sushi had a perfect balance of rice and fish, and the crab rangoon didn't just taste like cream cheese like most places. Instead, it tasted more like the imitation crab mixture. Honestly, you get so much food for a great price, in my opinion. I ended up only eating half and saving the rest for lunch today.Overall, everyone I went with raved about how good the food was, and my husband and I vowed we would be back soon! We will probably skip the dine-in experience next time and will just pick the food up, though.

My wife and I was in the area and was craving some Chinese food. We came in and tried the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and Beef Chop Suey. My wife had the soup and it did not disappoint. The beef was tender and the soup was spicy to help with the cold day. The bok choy was crunchy with was cooked just right. As for the chop suey, I got it with fried noodles for the crunch. It was absolutely delicious! The portion was so big I had some to go. I loved the assortment of veggies and the tender cuts of beef. I would definitely be back again. Looking forward to trying something different!!!

one of the food court places on the second floor of Jefferson Square (right outside of 88 super market), they specialize in dumplings and bunssince they make the food on the spot after you order, the wait time is a bit long, it's best to order and then do grocery shopping, and you can pick up after you are done shopping.you can't go wrong with any of their "bing" (flatbread) are the best, the dough is chewy and the meat inside is juicy and full of flavors. I love the pork bing the best, especially when it is just served, you can see the steam still coming out, and the outside is just the right amount of crispiness while the meat inside is of the right proportion and juicy. My kids love them!on weekends, they have soy pudding which is really smooth and delicious. the fried chinese xurros is a bit too dry

I love that this Xi'an location exists in the West Loop! My husband and I stopped here after running errands at H-Mart, which is right across the highway bridge (a brisk 5 min walk). We've been to the locations in both Chinatown and Naperville before, so it was awesome that we serendipitously wound up here, and got to try their food in the West Loop.Between the two of us we got:2 bowls of Biang Biang noodlesFried Garlic Ribs (appetizer)Vinegar and Sesame Sauce Noodles (appetizer)The ribs came up piping hot and freshly fried; they were well-seasoned and so good! My husband is always a fan of cold noodles ("vinegar and sesame sauce" noodles on their menu). The food came out quickly and was made to order. The noodles (both the thin ones in the cold noodles and the thick hand-pulled ones in the Biang Biang noodles) and literally stretched so long in one continuous line that it will be hard to find where it starts and ends. Good luck and long life from eating these noodles dishes indeed :)You can't go wrong with the Biang Biang noodles here, which I'd call one of their specialties. We came for dinner on a weekend and our server was attentive and kind. They have plenty of seating including tables by the window and rows of booths towards the back of the restaurant. They have extensive milk tea and fruit tea options as well. They have lots of things on their menu, which we scanned using a QR code. Their sections were "American Chinese," "Szechuan," "Xi'an," and "Drinks & Dessert." They even have budget friendly all-day dinner specials that start at about $14 for an entrée, vegetable fried rice, and an egg roll; what a deal! We will be back whenever we're in the area.

The lunch specials are so good! We had the Vegetable Fried Rice, Vegetable Lo Mein, and two Beef Broccoli lunches. All were delicious. See you next week!!!
Visit Restaurant Page"LOVE. If I had to describe our experience in 1 word, it's love! We came by for an early dinner on Sunday and were immediately sat. The parking is paid metered parking, but there was plenty of it despite being in a busier area. The restaurant was decked out with colors, lights, palm trees and was truly an escape from Chicago. To start we had the Crying Tiger, and the Spicy Crab Rangoon. The Crying Tiger was full of flavor, and cooked to the perfect temp. The steak was delish with and without the dipping sauce, but to amplify the flavors... highly recommend dipping! The spicy crab Rangoon was a fun party of its own. The crunch from the wrap to the warm creamy crab filling, the spice wasn't too crazy with all the cream filling but with the sweet chili sauce it made for the perfect bites. We shared the lava roll, it reminded me of the viva Las Vegas roll from ra sushi, but this was filled with so much more. The crab meat on top had a nice kick to it. As if we weren't already full, we also ordered the general tso chicken sandwich, and the burger to try. Both of which were delish! The general tso was my pick between the two. The pineapple had a nice sweet and tangy flavor to each bite. For dessert, I wanted to try the Vietnamese tiramisu but they were sold out. All the more reason to come back again soon! The service was great, despite how busy they got the team really made each table feel special in their own way and were extremely attentive."
"Every time I come here the food is really good. Not the best fancy dine in location to take your date, but if you want good Chinese take out, this isn't a bad place to go to. Its a small location but they're fast. There are only about 4 tables available and its never packed whenever I come. So you can eat here if you want, but I'd rather enjoy the food at the comfort of my own home."
"Silk Road is a no frills, no nonsense hole in the wall Chinese joint that aims to satisfy even the largest of appetites during the weekday lunch rush. In an area full of chains, generic bar food, and overpriced markets and food halls, it's nice to finally find a place to get your fill for under $10. Even though there are tons of great authentic Asian or trendy "Asian Fusion" type spots in the area, sometimes I'm just hungry and looking to get stuffed on greasy ass generic Chinese food.Silk Road is a little bit of a hidden gem, tucked away in an alley along LaSalle, just north of Monroe and LaSalle. It seems to be a go-to spot for the IT crowd and any other local professionals grabbing a bite during the lunch hour. It's pretty bare bones with just the food counter, a water cooler, and then a decent seating area with a bunch of tables. Food: This ain't authentic Chinese food, but that don't mean it doesn't totally hit the spot. Silk Road knows their target audience. They deliver generous portions of meat and rice dishes to the masses. Their bread and butter are their chicken dishes: Orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken, Sweet and Sour chicken, and my personal favorite the Spicy Chicken. Pretty much any sort of deep fried breaded chicken dish is their specialty. The spicy chicken has large chunks of breaded chicken tossed in a spicy sauce with carrots, onions, and green peppers. The sauce isn't overly sweet like the Orange Chicken, and not too saucy either. It's almost a paste-like consistency. I wouldn't say it's over the top spicy either, just enough heat to enhance the flavor. People looking for a little extra kick usually get more sauce on the side. One lady packs part of the styrofoam container with rice and the other just fills up the rest of it with liberal scoops of chicken. And I mean liberal. They literally don't care about being so exact like they do at Chipotle. These ladies just pack that shit until it won't close. If you're a meat lover, Silk Road will not disappoint. I almost always complain about portions being too small, and even I struggle to finish the entire thing. I'd say the chicken to rice ratio is closer to 2:1 rather than half and half. They have other items on the menu as well, but they'll take longer to get since it might have to be made to order. Service: Silk Road is a well-oiled machine. They churn people out QUICK. Most of the time my food is already packed and sitting on the tray before I even get my credit card out of my wallet. The beauty of having a small menu is you can just keep churning out mass quantities of the same 3-4 dishes and keep the line moving. The line gets pretty long during prime time lunch hours, but I've pretty much always been in and out with my food within a few minutes.Pro tip: There's actually two registers, one when you walk right in and another at the end of the counter on the right side. The main line can get pretty long, and I almost never see anyone else taking advantage of that second register even though the guy is waiving people over. Overall, Silk Road is a permanent fixture in my lunch rotation. It's by far the best value work lunch I've found in the area and I like it better than its nearby competitor Sixty Five Chinese. I just can't get enough of that spicy chicken!"
"Had dinner here last weekend with friends and just really enjoyed this place. It was really good Chinese and Asian food, after a long time. The place isn't too fancy or anything. It kind of has a strange layout too, where you have to go around the bend to the seating area. It's not a big place, at all inside. The service was kind of OK - the lady admittedly was on her first day, but she just wasn't up with the service. For example, just not doing refills, not knowing the menu, etc. I get it - first day. I'm giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Our friends that took us there vouch for this place; they're regulars. And there were right on one thing; the food was great. The Ma Po Tofu was great. The Kung Pao Vegetables were also good. There was this veggie sushi, which I really loved. It had some crispy stuff in there. I can't find it on the online menu, but whichever one it was, I loved it. We also had the veggie fried rice, which was just OK. I ate a LOT of food there, cuz it was so good. You know, there are SO many more amazing looking options on the menu, I definitely would want to come back here to give it a shot. In fact, I noticed there's another location down near West Town, so I'll definitely give it a shot. Now that I think about it - maybe we already have? Hmm... I'll have to look in to that. Well, great job at this location and thanks for a great evening."
"Seriously when I get off the plane This is the first I go. I can always count on the perfect fried rice. I live in Atlanta and have been there for 17 years , and have yet to find a good chinese place. This place never disappoints. I gave it 4 stars because its cash only"
"Plenty of parking the restaurant is in a small mall. It does get tight on the weekends though. Watch out for the guys trying to sale you CD's and Movies. This time I called in for delivery. The order taker was friendly and efficient. He had to change my address because I have moved since the last time I ordered for delivery. He didn't miss a beat. Kudos to him!! :) I have ordered from here thousands of times. My food experience has been anywhere from ok to great. This time it was excellent!!! I ordered two Chicken and Broccoli with brown sauce dinner specials and two egg rolls. No grease under my rice. Fried rice was cooked perfectly. Broccoli was steamed to perfection. I really enjoyed my meal and so did my husband and kids! Keep it up Fung's!!!!! :)"
"We are on vacation and wanted sushi and this was close to our airbnb, so we decided to stop in. All of our sushi was excellent, we had 2 of the speciality rolls and 3 of the spicy rolls. We also got the steamed dumplings, which you could tell are hand made and delicious. The fried rice was heavy on the soy sauce, the walnuts in the walnut shrimp were not candied and it needed more sauce were our only complaints"
"Good place for Thai and Asian. It's all in the name. Yummy Bowl is good but not great but it's more affordable than most places in Highland Park though. Come for lunch to get a deal. They have a lot of vegetarian friendly options to choose from. At lunch on a weekday is the best time to come. It has the best prices. They have a lot of lunch specials. It's about $10 each. The portions have gotten smaller though. I had the Thai Cashew. This comes with a choice of protein, and I got tofu. She got the Pad Thai, which looked basic. The food had a good spice but not much else flavor to be honest. For sure it's one of the more affordable places around here to eat. It also means it's not one of the better places as far as food. They have some choices such as choosing the protein of tofu in items that can be made for vegans and vegetarians."
"Yes I been coming here for years I love the food and the ambiance the cooks are all in front of you The service here went down the servers look likeThey are angry to the point they spillThe hotYea all over the tableAndSis not wipe it out"
"Harmony Sushi Restaurant offers a serene escape into the world of traditional Asian dining, where tranquility meets exceptional cuisine. From the moment you step inside, the peaceful ambiance envelopes you, transporting you to a realm of calmness and relaxation. The decor exudes the quiet elegance of traditional Asian restaurants, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. But it's not just the ambiance that sets Harmony apart; it's the food that truly steals the spotlight. Each dish is crafted with precision and care, resulting in an explosion of flavors that delight the senses. To start off, the Crab Rangoon is a must-try. These crispy, creamy delights are simply out of this world, leaving your taste buds craving for more with every bite. The perfect combination of crunch and richness makes it a delightful appetizer choice. Moving on to the Avocado Rolls, they are a testament to Harmony's dedication to quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. Each roll is a symphony of flavors, with the creamy avocado complementing the freshness of the other ingredients perfectly. However, the star of the show undoubtedly is the Mongolian Beef. Bursting with flavor, each bite of this dish is a journey through layers of umami goodness. The tender beef, paired with the rich sauce, creates a culinary masterpiece that leaves a lasting impression. Harmony Sushi Restaurant offers not just a meal, but an experience. With its tranquil ambiance and outstanding cuisine, it's the perfect destination for anyone seeking a moment of serenity and culinary delight."
"What a great place to have some authentic delicious Chinese/Taiwanese food, in the heart of downtown Evanston. Whether you're a student, or not, definitely take the trek to Evanston to Shang Noodle & Chinese, where the food won't disappoint, the service great, and the overall dining experience being top-notched.We order the famous Jjajangmyeon (Noodles in blackbean sauce) which if you look at Yelp, there are dozens of photos of it; a crowd pleaser for sure. If you're looking for a great chicken dish, with jam-packed flavor, spice, and the perfect breading, definitely try out the dry red-chilli chicken. We topped off the fantastic meal with some pork belly soup. Our server was great... letting us two, pull together two tables, due to the amount of food we ordered. Our waters were filled constantly, and we were checked-up on several times.BATHROOM REVIEW: There is a mens and womens private bathroom. In the mens, it was extremely clean and spacious and contained a urinal, toilet, and even a chair to chill at, if you're all about having a conversation in the bathroom, or just wanted to lounge in a bathroom. No judgment here. Well, judgment with the bathrooms, as that's what I do. Sit or squat? Sit!"
"This was very good on a cold winter day OR any day. I was looking for a Korean style mala place ever since I went to one in Korea but sadly the closest one was in NY until this placed opened up! The service is still getting settled in as they are fairly new, but the staff are friendly and are flexible. It seemed like they were still ironing out the logistics on how to efficiently serve people.Food wise it was very delicious! The mala tang and mala stir fry both really hit the spot. I recommend that you don't go too crazy on the portions. Pick and put in what you love because it really does fill you up!"
"Back to the jajang I've been eating for the past 10 years whenever I visit Chicago. I haven't had it in maybe 3 to 4 years? It's just so shocking to me. How low the reviews are but how this is my favorite jajang place ever. After resetting my tastebuds, I want to downgrade Paiks down to four star. However, we don't have anything like this so if I could give it six stars, I would. It's a food court, it's not that expensive, but it's so delicious. I wish I could show you pictures, but we ate it too quickly."
"You know, I miss the flavor of M'asian/S'porean/Indonesian food. Having moved to Illinois recently from SoCal, we'd long patronized the Belacan Grill in Tustin- whose authenticity could never, ever be questioned. We wanted to see if Penang would offer a level of authenticity that would entice us to come back for more - it did, and we will. Ambience- we arrived on a cold Saturday morning, and were quickly seated. Not too busy at all. We ordered M'asian Kopi (coffee w/sweetened condensed milk) and quickly deemed it "authentic"! Score the first point! Second- the menu had Roti Canai and Paratha - now this is key. You get this right, you can win over my heart (not joking!). The Roti and extra Paratha came quickly, and the flavor of the chicken curry that accompanied it was just good enough to qualify as "as close to authentic as I can hope for in Illinois" - and that's not a bad thing - at all! We then ordered Mee Goreng as our "go to" entree - now when it arrived, we loved the look - the texture - the flavor was almost all right, but it was (sad to say) far too sweet. That said? We enjoyed it and would return! Our only true critique was that the price was SO high for what you get. Maybe we were spoiled in SoCal, but somehow I don't think the OC is that cheap - and Penang's definitely pricier. But that won't stop us - we'll be back for sure! Check it out for a decent take on M'asian food- we did, and we liked it."
"I am writing this review less than 30 minutes after we picked up our dumplings. No pictures because they were so delicious that our family of four finished 24 dumpling in minutes!! So, so tasty. Buy twice as many as you think you want. They will disappear. Will return - probably this week."
"Ok, Hoanh Long was my lifesaver as far as being one of the few restaurants open on Christmas day. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to narrow down my search of Vietnamese restaurants within a radius of the area. Hoanh Long was ranked number two out of pho restaurants which was what I craved at the time. The menu online as well as pictured is very organized! I really loved how options were separated; it made ordering easy for someone like me who is a vegetarian because everything vegetarian was in one section. I ordered the Mi Xao Chay which consisted of egg noodle stir fried with vegetable & tofu. It took thirty-nine minutes from the time of my order to the arrival of it at my doorstep via Grubhub. The Mi Xao Chay smelled fantastic! Its portion size was satisfying as well as its taste. The one thing I will likely do away with next time is the tofu because the vegetables were satisfying enough.I had a pleasant ordering experience with this restaurant. As like I, if you are ever looking for an option, let alone an option open on Christmas, then look no further than Hoanh Long.~Blessings~ Thomas G"
"My son loves the food and smoothies. Very good service and fried chicken rice, crab ragoon and more!"
"Located in a strip mall off Dundee, this hole-in-the-wall has delicious Malaysian cuisine. I loved the Nasi Lemak (national dish with blue rice, egg, cucumber and chicken) and found that the Haianese Chicken with rice was very tasty. The blue rice is made from butterfly pea flower. My order was really easy to place and it was ready and warm for pick up. There's not a lot of dining space but many people I saw picked up carry out orders. The portions are generously sized and I'm excited to try other dishes on the menu. Service was friendly. Will return again."
"Came here because my mom was craving their shrimp egg foo young. We also got beef with broccoli and crab Rangoon. Everything was great. Service was fast and food was hot."
"The eggrolls are huge! I didn't realize they had mini shrimp in them and one had a brown line through it (which is the digestive tract). I read it's not harmful to eat, but personally that grossed me out and I won't be eating the eggrolls anymore even though otherwise they do taste good. The rest of the food was fine. The lunch specials come with a ton of chicken fried rice and the main entree is huge as well. You will not go hungry."
"I liked this place. It's pricey but not surprising as there's very little competition in Asian ayce BBQ. Meat and veggies quality were good. Meats in general were not chewy. The beef with fat was our favorite. The owner should consider getting new pork belly because our pork belly was 90% fat.Variety in meats is decent. Seafood and veggies definitely need more variety.Service was good, attentive but the place was mostly empty and there were 2 staff. So I don't know good the service is at full capacity.Important advice: you get 3 rounds of food and the plates look small IF you only mark 1 on the menu. You can write you want 2 or more plates worth of this or that food PER ROUND and also make it clear to the waiter. So we were definitely stuffed at the end.Follow:Instagram - @extranoodlesAndhttps://www.yelp.com/collection/8mCXaaKQAQ7hn-PPUG9iXQ?utm_content=Collections&utm_source=ashare"
"Go-to spot for when we're craving basic, store-front Chinese takeout.Still my favorite General Tso's chicken after all these years. Mongolian beef is nicely spicy, and fried rice hits the spot.Good portions for the price, so you have the leftovers you'll be craving tomorrow.Easy phone orders and their own delivery person so you don't have to wait half the night for your food. Inside is just a counter and a place to sit and wait for your order if you need to. They have tables, but I've never actually seen anyone eat there."
"I swung by before bubble tea for a quick meal. For ~$7, I got a HUGE carton of delicious shrimp fried rice. It was steaming hot and flavorful and absolutely hit the spot. You can tell there is a lot of love in the food as it is owned by a sweet older couple. Definitely would recommend having this place for take-out!"
