Chinese Kitchen

If I could give 0stars if I could. Food was salty, greasy and smelled awful. Out of six people who ordered their own meal, ZERO liked their food. Called and spoke to a manager who told me that her "boss" would call me back to discuss the order. Well, guess what? No phone call. $125 of Chinese food is going in the trash. Absolutely disgusting!

I used to go to here fairly regularly. The food was just OK, but I went for the convenience.It's gotten much worse. In the last year the serving size has shrunk to half size. I got their lunch special today (Jan. 2024) and it was half the size that it used to be.I guess that's a good thing since the taste of the dishes has gotten worse. The dishes I got today had a strange aftertaste. I got an egg roll (which is about a third of the size their eggrolls used to be). Hot and sour soup, and their (now smaller sized) lunch special. Eeverything had a weird metallic flavor plus a bit of propane taste. I have no idea why. I don't think I'll be going back here again. There are better places in the six corners area.

Every time I come here the food is really good. Not the best fancy dine in location to take your date, but if you want good Chinese take out, this isn't a bad place to go to. Its a small location but they're fast. There are only about 4 tables available and its never packed whenever I come. So you can eat here if you want, but I'd rather enjoy the food at the comfort of my own home.

We order delivery from this place all the time, and once I made a colossal mistake: I somehow (ordering on my phone) chose pickup when I meant delivery, and we were rushing to eat lunch before my dude went to work. I called to ask what happened (not realizing my mistake) and then we got it figured out. The food arrived fast despite MY mistake, and now since I've ordered from them more (and because they probably think I am insane!), they've called to ask questions if they aren't sure about something. Note: some people are complaining about the drink thing -- I just write what drinks we want (with the lunch special) in the notes for delivery and they nail it. I recommend the veggie fried rice and the particularly good veggie egg rolls. Don't be swayed by the bad reviews - order online on BeyondMenu (browser or app) if you can't handle a curt phone call LOL

Horrible customer service. Received wrong order, and when confronted they were very rude.

Great place gone bad. Been coming here for years, ownership changed. They changed most of the dish recipes, eggsrolls not good anymore, Mongolian beef is mostly onions. Other dishes skimp on meat. Still i came in hopes they would get their act together and didn't. Will not be coming back. I did find a new favorite up the street! Hong Kong!

Take out. Food was fresh, hot and delicious...portions were generous enough for two meals.

Horrible experience. They messed up the order, we called requesting refund or replacement and they insisted they wouldn't do either unless we brought back the food from a delivery order. Fast forward FOUR MINUTES for me to drive there because we live like half mile away, and the place is up running with Square on an iPad. Easily could've been handled over the phone. Disgusting waste of my time.Buyer beware. They're probably gonna try to serve you our reused chicken kow with how cheap these people are. A million Chinese restaurants in the area. Hard pass.

Placed my order around 7PM - delivered by 7:36 - not bad -EXCEPT it wasn't my order. Called them back immediately and explained what happened. They called back that they had verified with the driver and it would be corrected. Then they called back again and blamed the 3rd party menu site but said it would be fixed. Then they told me to call the menu site which I did. They told me Chinese Kitchen uses their OWN delivery drivers. After many phone calls from Chinese Kitchen and the menu people, Chinese Kitchen agreed to deliver the correct food. 5 minutes later they called back and told me to just eat what they had already delivered. HUH??? At 9pm they again agreed to send out the correct order. By 9:30 (their closing time) it still hadn't arrived. At 9:50 I rec'd an email from the menu site saying the order was cancelled. I did get a refund but went the whole evening without dinner for the family. I'd give Negative stars if that were an option and will NEVER order from them again....
