"Can we taco bout how much I can't wait to come back here LOLLate night taco spot with solid service and solid eats! Staff was all very friendly and everything is made fresh! I love that we can sit right by the grill and watch all the magic happen! Sure the awkward eye contact with the cooks can be strange but it's also oh so fun!Stopped by after a late night DJ set at a club and we were mildly hungry. I had the carne asada steak taco, Al pastor, and the lengua. They did NOT skimp on the meat and flavor. My friend got a tostada with nopales and steak and it was MASSIVE!My other friend got the carne en su jugo soup and it was what dreams are made of! Fried onions and fried bacon thats then grilled with steak then put into a big o bowl with broth and avocado!!! Rich and heavenly...absolute comfort in a bowl! Definitely can't wait to go back!"
"Beautiful restaurant. Super staff; friendly and attentive. But the food? Meh! I was so looking forward to the Aquachilies. No. No. No. tasted nothing like the authentic dish abuelita makes. Idk what they were trying to do with this. The octopus was delicious but so oily. I had to let it drip a minute before eating. We ate here before a Salt Shed show. I missed the end of the show because that shrimp in the aquachilies made me sick. I thought something was off, but figured it was the style. This is a place for drinks. Not food. And the outdoor patio? Ugh. Right in the valet lot, smelling car exhaust and hearing people yell at the valets. Waaaa"

"Fire sandwiches. Would definitely recommend trying their food. Super quality ingredients. Definitely ordering from here again"
"Ordered 40 wings using their app and the food was made within the promised time. All the wings were hot and crispy. My favorite flavor was the honey Thai and I really enjoy the unbreaded wings. There are a few tables on the inside that I was able to eat at. The door kept opening as people were going in and out to pick up their orders. The staff was super nice and provided excellent service. Will definitely come back to pick up wings in the future."
"First time at the restaurant but have ordered delivery before. We went on a Friday at around 7 and it wasn't super busy. Service was fast and hospitable. The restaurant is well lit and decorated tastefully with a Puerto Rican vibe. Latin music playing but not too loud. I got the Lechon dinner with mofongo. The pork was well seasoned and juicy. I had never had mofongo and was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty. My wife got the lechon jibarito and she enjoyed it very much. She asked for extra garlic and she said that took it over the top. We both got a side of maduros and they were just ok. Overall our experience at Borinquen was amazing and we will be back."
"This place definitely lived up to the Facebook craze it created! They originally exploded due to their amazing food videos, which included the birria tacos and everyone responded! Lol So yes, if you go on the weekend, there will be a wait. A long one. I waited about an hour and a half on a Friday to get a seat outside. The lot is medium sized but jam packed so street parking might be your best bet. You put your name and number on the list and then sit and wait in the car until they call you. If you go during the week, early in the day, you should be able to bypass the crazy wait. The food was worth all of the wait. I got the birria tacos and king crab legs. They weren't too spicy and the platter was ENORMOUS! It can easily feed 3 people! The tacos were super flavorful, too. I was also able to order smoothies/slushees that are delicious on there own but can also be used as a base to mix with a drink. The service was quick as well and I was surprised given the fact that the place was so packed. This place is definitely worth the wait and worth checking out!"
"This Korean restaurant is a hidden gem. We ordered soft tofu soup, streaming potstickers, kalbi, bulgogi beef, and spicy marinated blue crabs. These dishes are great. Taste like Korean home cooking food. This is the first time I tried the spicy marinated blue crabs. The husband and wife that serve us were nice. Service is friendly There is plenty of parking space in the front of the restaurant."
"Perfect location right on the Chicago river, with both indoor and outdoor seating. This place is huge! The upstairs has its own bar area, and the downstairs bar & restaurant is gigantic. Since they are brand new, I think they are still scaling up with servers, etc. because there were no reservations available online but plenty of open seating. I really liked how the restaurant was styled and the lively ambiance. Even though we weren't able to sit on the patio, we snagged a table adjacent that had the indoor/outdoor feel with a view of the river. As far as food, their menu is also gigantic and I had a hard time choosing from all the options, but settled on the fish tacos (starter) since I wasn't crazy hungry. They ended up being delicious and I would definitely order them again! On the other hand, I was disappointed to see only one non-alcoholic cocktail on the menu called All Day Rose, which tasted like a sugary fruit punch. Overall, service was ok - I had read other reviews from when they were just opening and finding their feet so my expectations were low but I felt the effort was there. All in all, we had a nice time and a nice meal - Legal Sea Foods is definitely a welcome addition to the river dining lineup."
"You guys! Idk what to say! I guess that I'm sad I waited so long to go! First of all, Luisa was THE BEST. She recommended the drink and the entree. The owner's brother so happened to be sitting at the bar. We didn't know who he was, of course. We were talking a little bit and we asked about the shrimp and modelo dish. We didn't even know what to do with it! Haha Anyway, he asked if we lived in the neighborhood and told us his sister owns the place. He had overheard all of our previous praises, I think. He gifted this dish to us so we could try it. Omg. No words. Oysters and shrimp were phenomenal! I can't give enough praise! Also, I'm not a sweet eater. I often can't drink frozen drinks bc they are too sweet for me. I drank the whole thing. It was soooo good. Trust Luisa! Xoxoxoxo Filete Relleno pictured with the fries."
"Great food and good prices. Food is consistently good. People are efficient and nice."
"I would pass up the physical location many times and never be interested in ordering. However, I had a craving and there are such poor Chinese options in North Center/RV, I gave them a shot. The egg roll is awesome. You can taste the five spice seasoning and it's a good size for an appetizer. That alone is worth a stop. I ordered pan fried noodles Singapore style with yellow curry since I love the rice noodle version. The noodles are very dry due to cooking method and it was overwhelmingly salty. These noodles are better suited for gravy dishes, and I have some unsalted chicken stock it will probably go into. The new style Mongolian beef came with a good variety of fresh and canned vegetables like broccoli, green peppers, and water chestnut. I've noticed a lot of restaurants put the same vegetables in every dish. New China's kung pao chicken had celery, zucchini, and of course peanuts. Both dishes were heavily sauced and seasoned well. Overall, this isn't the best Chinese take out I've had, but it definitely isn't the worst. If you have a good recommendation around North Center, please PM me!"
"My sister recently told me about an Asian restaurant that was absolutely fantastic. She told me that I needed to check it out as soon as possible and that I would absolutely love it. The name of this restaurant is Tasty House #1 in Carol Stream. We ended up going on a Sunday night. The restaurant was completely packed, which is a good sign of a restaurant that serves good food. The owner remembered my sister. He was extremely friendly to her and her family and was happy to meet me. I already had a very good feeling about this place. The level of customer service was fantastic. The main dish that this location is known for is Pho. Pho is a Vietnamese noodle dish with herbs and meats.I went with the make your own Pho. I added brisket, Vietnamese meatballs, and chicken. While we waited for our main dishes, we also ordered egg rolls and spring rolls. The eggrolls and spring rolls were super fresh and delicious. One thing that you definitely need to try when you go here is their hot chilli oil. It is the best hot chilli oil I have ever had. There is a heavy flavor of garlic and the spice is not too spicy. They are also known for making fresh fruit drinks and Boba teas. My favorite flavor is taro. It is a purple potato/Yam that is sweet and delicious, something you need to try.The restaurant seemed to be getting busier as we sat and the owner was very busy serving tables, while one of his workers made fresh fruit drinks for the entire little league baseball team that suddenly walked in. All of this chaos and they never missed a beat. Our main dishes arrive at the table. The Pho came with a side of bean sprouts herbs, such as cilantro and mint amongst other items to add in to your Pho.The broth was so rich and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I was in heaven. We all ate until we were completely full. Six people and the bill was under $200 to eat like kings and queens.I definitely cannot recommend this place enough for you to check out. You will not be sorry. When you stop in please tell them the Chicago Food King sent you.I give a rating of 9 out of 10. This is definitely a place that you need to check out."

You want good tacos you go to Pilsen! I've been to a half dozen places here but I really like Coyotes! The carne asada and pollo is perfectly cooked! Standard cilantro and onion perfection. Great service and full belly. They also have the Senorial Sangria I like that not everybody has. Reminds me of eating tacos as a kid at my old friend's family restaurant. I lived in LA 11 years and you can't get much better than that unless you're headed to Mexico. Glad we have Pilsen in Chicago to enjoy some carne asada tacos for days! Gracias

The service is exceptional we were greeted with a complimentary shot which was peach tequila and was delicious! I ordered the lobster mac and cheese and it is the best I have ever had hands down! The corn on the cob was divine you can tell they put their heart and soul into making this food! The ambience is a whole vibe there is music playing and it's right by the river so you have a perfect view it's like no other!

I'm annoyed , the food here is more than the regular hooters and the customer service is less than the reg hooters as well . Iv had a few errors on orders and I let it slide , but tonight I'm hungry and stopped paid 16$ for 12 baby shrimp and asked for curly fries they gv me the basket fries and they oily and hard Iv called the store for a hour and no answer . Next time I'm driving to hooters they usually get my order right and they answer the phone !!!

Well, this is a local gem that screams PR vibes. It's a quiet joint with a bar, music and tvs. Sweet family or date spot. The food is legit PR. I started with the antojos: bacalaito and alcapuria. Both were served fresh and hot. The flavors are authentic and delicious. The pollo guisado was also served piping hot and with a little salad. So tasty. The service is polite, quick and sweet. The food comes out hot and made to order. Wait for it - don't complain about waiting for fresh antojos; it's worth it. Omgosh, the Alcapurra is so good and a great size.I totally recommend this PR gem.

Giving it a 3 only because out of all the staff only 1 would wear her mask correctly. If they would have been wearing correctly this would have been a 5 star review. All the others including my server wore mask only covering mouth. That was very disappointing because if I risk Going out to eat these days it's because I am thinking the business is taking precautions to not contaminate food or customers with possible COVID. As for the food, we went specifically to eat the birria and outdoor seating. THAT did not disappoint. I probably will not be back u til after more normalcy so I'm not worried about my health.

We were a few out-of-towners who were craving Korean food. Found this on Google and tried it out. Service was friendly by the male owner who welcomed us and also served us. There was a homey feel to the place probably because most of the customers at the time seemed to have a personal relationship with the male owner.Food-wise, nothing to complain about. Appreciated the complementary seafood pancake which came out crispy and hot! Standard variety of side dishes. Prices were pretty reasonable as well.Pleasant experience.

They recently opened In terrific space at Marina City overlooking the river. I worked in Boston and legal was my go to restaurant. The Chicago menu has a nice selection of food and wines. I think the kitchen is still finding their legs. First was the service which was outstanding by Jason. I love the clam chowder and it was right on!The entrees were so so. The 4 of us tried the scallops, grilled and fried and 2 white fish. My grilled scallops were ok but the jasmine rice was dry and the broccoli was grilled and overly crunchy. In Boston I would order those sides and the rice was always moist and the broccoli steamed. We need to try some other items, to be fair, and see if they get things sorted out.

"Wow this place is pretty cool.. wings are so nice , hot and so crispy..delish...9.99 for 10 boneless wings.. Service is great by the employees pretty clean place..will sure come again n again.."
"This location is not only for take out but you can also dine in. They have a good amount of seating. Since it's next door to AMC, you can park in the same lot. However, if you go at night for dinner, be prepared to drive around looking for closer spots. It didn't take long for the food to come out. I ordered Tha Bomb and chose my lobster tail and shrimp grilled. It came on a garlic brioche bun. The house made Surf Sauce was very tasty. No complaints about the grilled lobster nor the grilled shrimp, they were cooked beautifully. French fries were delicious, nice seasoning that wasn't overly salty. I had a taste of the dirty rice and I found it bland like they forgot to season it. Prices are typical for seafood in this State. Service was decent."
"I've been going to this fishery all my life, and I love it! My parents worked at the post office, which was on Van Buren and Canal, when I was growing up and on payday, my father would take us to pick up his check, at the post office. They would pass out checks after 9:30 PM on a Thursday night and when we'd leave the post office, we'd always stop by Lawrence's. This wasn't every Pay day, but quite a few. Lately, I've been ordering the large oysters. I usually don't get anything with them, but in a large order, you get about 14 to 16 oysters, depending. I love them! Their shrimp are good, also. You never really have to wait, even though the food is cooked to order. I don't know about the shrimp, but I know my oysters are cooked to order. I've been getting an order of oysters once a week, every Friday. So, I'll be looking forward to going back this weekend. Recently, they've been giving a five dollar coupon and you can get five dollars off your next purchase of $25 or more. Plus, they have a rewards program and I've already benefited from that. I got six dollars and some change Off an order. Love Lawrence's!!"
"I can't say enough good things about this place! It's a sports bar with several large screens all around and lots of seating. The owners went to our alma mater and were introduced to us by our sister-in-law. Super nice and hospitable people!! They really rolled out the red carpet for us with drinks and their delicious spicy Shrimp and crab stew to start. It was amazing! We then had a platter of oysters, mussels in a spicy Diablo sauce (that I could have drank!) and a seafood platter with shrimp, crab legs, sausage, corn, mushrooms, and potatoes. It was all very fresh, with the crab meat literally falling out of the shells. I was in seafood heaven!! There are so many other things on the menu that we will be back, especially because we now have a new sports bar to watch the KU and Bears or Chiefs games! Shout out to Robert and Huma!"
"Food and Service....outstanding!We were visiting Chicago for the weekend and were looking for a place to grab appetizers as we had a super late dinner planned. This place had early reservations and we ended up pretty much having the entire restaurant to ourselves. Our server was delightful. He spent lots of time chatting with us about the history of the restaurant and was just overall so friendly. We sat at a table that had a tribute to a long time regular, Mr. George Burrows. It was fun to learn the history of this patron. We had the Lobster GOT, the Fork & Knife Bacon and a side of Cauliflower Gratin and OMG....these dishes were riiiiiiiiiiich!. The Lobster pieces were nestled in butter, gooey cheese and herbs. The fork and knife bacon was huge! This slab of pork belly was tender and slathered in a smokey sweet sauce. The cauliflower was extra cheesy. This really was the perfect meal and dining experience. Food and service were top notch."
"A fresh look (remodeling) and new managers, Las Islas Bar & Grill has never been better. I have worked in this area for about 10 years. So I was going to this place at least since 2015 or 16. Now we live in Berwyn since 2017 and this is always been our go to place. The service is fast. Everyone has been super nice and they even stayed open during the pandemic with outdoor seating (I actually really miss the outdoor vibes.) Whenever we're in the mood for something delicious and fast, we always end up coming here. It's a plus they have beer because some places don't have alcoholic beverages. While I'm not a big cocktail drinker, they have cocktails too and delicious micheladas. Such a good, solid place and always good quality and good service every time we've been there over the last five or six years at least !! I'm embarrassed we've enjoyed it so much and never done a review!"
"It's been nearly a year since my visit, but here goes this draft in my draftbox, begging me to finish! My friend brought me here for my 41st bday last August. It's a casual, but formal affair, if that makes sense. The space itself is pretty grand and you can tell a great amount of attention went into its detail. We sat in what appeared to be a sunroom, the entire restaurant was packed (but not in a mess hall sort of way). While the restaurant would not be one I'd opt for visiting (out of my price range and in the heart of Logan which isn't my cup of tea but perfect for my friend who's the king of showing off--love him to death), it was certainly worth the visit. This restaurant hit every nail on the head when it comes to an experience, a word that has lost its luster in today's greedy, corners-cut, post-covid climate. Our server made recommendations and got to know us, our runner delicately deboned our fish before our very eyes, a manager poked by, since we ordered wine a wine specialist ran down an extensive list of wines and their backstories. Just perfect. We also went for lamb chops, a beet salad and dessert specially adorned with a candle. You can tell the restaurant is operated by professionals dedicated to their craft and anyone with a restaurant (or business) could benefit paying them a visit to experience the experience of what an actual experience should look and feel like!"
"Returned after 4 years ago. There entrance is in the back of the building now. We met our friends there and they were sitting in the back to me, which almost seems like a hallway, so sat at high top table for four. Right near the door. We started with an appetizer of the Greek fries. Wow they were delicious hot fries with the wonderful seasoning, lemon and feta cheese. I could've ate that for a meal. It was delicious. I ordered the calamari appetizer which the flavoring was good. It came with pepperoncini lemons the flavor was great but I think with the veg it lost its crispness . Octopus appetizer was good almost minced very tender seasoned with lemons I ordered the avgolemeno . Beautiful presentation gigantic portion but didn't care for it. Tasted like the puff from the lemon was in it and didn't card for it. They were kind enough to take it off our bill. The Grecian chicken was fantastic so tender and succulent with cloves of garlic and crispy potato chunks that were very tender on the inside sitting in this incredible lemon sauce. Our friends had gyros and salmon special. They finished with a bread pudding . The food is outstanding I have to come back here and try the brunch."
"You already know the steak and fixings are amazing. Great service and a very interesting vibe. I went for work, so thankfully did not have to pay. Not sure I would go if it was on my own dime, but it is a fun experience."
"Chicago does a lot of things well, but seafood for some reason isn't a strength. It's mind boggling considering we border a Great Lake. Sure I wouldn't expect shrimp, but it's virtually impossible to find fresh grilled fish. Bass, perch, whitefish, trout are all plentiful in Lake Michigan. ..I digress. You won't fish grilled fish at Snappy's, but you will find Chicago Style Shrimp. Some might find the breading a little heavy. Snappy's doesn't bread like Lawrence's. It's similar to Frank's l, Troha's and Red Hot's. They also have fried fish, clams, scallops, and wings. Sandwiches, salads, and wraps round out the menu. 3.5 overall. Not a bad option if you're in the neighborhood and craving fried seafood. However, if you are in the neighborhood. .. Little Bad Wolf is nearby and they have some of the best shrimp in Chicago."
"Nothing extraordinary but food is always good and they have a wide variety of choices. Salt and pepper fish fillet is one of my favorites along with their noodle dishes. Portions are fair and it is easy to park."
"My go-to order for 2 is a pound of the head-on shrimp medium with mad sauce, a side of rice and corn, and fried shrimp (comes with fries). Since this was a special occasion we also got garlic bread and Mad wings. We got this for takeout and the food was delicious eaten 20 mins after picking up.The star of the show is of course, the shrimp. I grew up eating shrimp so I prefer it with the head-on for extra flavor. The corn comes in small slices and is thrown in the bag of shrimp so it soaks up the delicious sauce. If you don't know what sauce to get, try the Mad Sauce. The Mad wings comes with 6 pieces and were surprisingly super juicy and had great seasoning. They were larger, juicier and more tender than the equivalent from Wingstop, and includes Ranch dipping sauce. For lack of better phrasing, the garlic bread was perfectly garlicky and buttery. Rice is perfect to soak up all the extra sauce from the shrimp. I usually like to spoon sauce from the bag directly over my rice. The food goes well with a squeeze of lemon to cut through all the butter. When you order the shrimp, they give you a bib and gloves so you don't have to get your hands or shirt dirty, even for takeout orders (how considerate!) You'll have to peel the shells off the shrimp, but this bit of work is so worth it because it allows the shrimp to soak up all the seasoning.Fun fact: I learned recently from Netflix's Ugly Delicious that this style of food is actually Vietnamese/Cajun fusion. Apparently the traditional Cajun seasoning doesn't include garlic or butter. This reminds me of the Boiling Crab and Kicking Crab chains from California. Do yourself a favor and pick up some shrimp from Mad Boiler, and set aside some extra time for a food coma nap afterwards!"
"I had the very berry French toast. It was loaded with a variety of berries and not too sweet. Sooooo good. The service was excellent and the wait staff kept our water glasses full. The food came out in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Perfect Brunch Bros!"
"Very ready for my first sit down meal after a stuffy flight, followed by the bus ride from hell, I would have eaten linoleum if you offered it.The kitchen crew was noticeably boisterous but having good clean fun while plugging along at their stations. Great service at the counter, guiding me towards what menu item to order as I clearly needed help. The catfish was well prepared, a homemade tartar would have really been a plus to this platter but its not yet to be. The French fries were the run of the mill, the frozen type so many places use, so no points off there."
"Sweet and delicious bbq. I have tried the rib tips, turkey tips, grilled half chicken, and turkey link. Literally everything was awesome. FYI, this is not the vinegar based bbq sauce, it's sweet and tasty. I also tried the strawberry lemon drop and the Wilma Punch. Both were good if you like sweet drinks. I had a lemon and lime squeezed in for some zing."
"Great food! We had butter chicken and goat biryani which was tasty! Met the chef who is great and super nice! Definitely will go back!"
"My first omakase experience & Definitely not my last!My husband & our friend's surprised me with this experience as part of my early birthday celebration. It is located in the same building as a Ramen spot, but it is downstairs. Very intimate setting & unique dining experience. I wish I remembered each course we had, but I did take a picture of each one. It was a 15 course & each one was delicious! Everytime I ate one, I said it was my favorite so far, then as I ate another, it was my next favorite. Our server/host was very knowledgeable in each roll given to us & engaged in our experience to make it even better as she answered a lot of our questions. The sushi chef didn't say much to us throughout the course besides the end of our experience, but he definitely enjoyed making them for us. You can taste how fresh each fish was & it just literally melts in your mouth. Not much rice given either, which is what I prefer, so you can taste each roll better. If these were more affordable, I'd go to these more often, if I could."
"I went for a friends graduation brunch, and it was definitely a hopping spot in the city, and I can see the appeal for the rooftop views alone, but I think it's a bit overpriced for what you're getting in my opinion.I had the biscuits and gravy ($25) which was fine but also strange in that it tasted more like a chowder than gravy. I also got the chocolate chip cookies which were and came in an order of 3 for $12. As I said, a bit overpriced for cookies, but actually felt worth it for their size and deliciousness. Of course, part of why you're coming here is for the views and this place did not disappoint! Despite it being a very hot day outside, there was a good crowd out there especially because there's a bar on the patio as well. And even though it was very busy throughout the entire time there, my party and I had fairly consistent service, although I did have my drink order forgotten, but the server ended up comping me for it, which made up for it."
"A breastaurant for the rest of us!Without sugar coating it. It's hooters without the TIT TAY'S in your face. If you like hooter wings but don't want to pretend like you're not looking and judging this is the right spot. The price and flavor are the exact same. This IS HOOTERS! So, this just comes down to if you like hooters food or not? Menu is tad bit scaled down from original location You walk in and order your food. Sit down and they bring it out to you in about 10min-15min (cooked to order). You're able to get your own drink from the pop machine. They still provide booze. Same sport's atmosphere. I watched Lebron James pass Kobe in the all-time scoring list ...the night before (8/24) but again this the exact same concept as Hooters.Regarding everyone throwing out "overprice" In comparison Wingstop charge $9.99 for 10 wings. Buffalo Wild Wings charge $13.50 They charge $9.99! Still not satisfied? McDonald's mighty wings use to cost 10 for $9.69. I just dislike you can choose 2 flavors for 10 wings but only 2 flavors for 20 wings. (Wingstop allows 3 flavors when you hit 20) In the end of the day, it's a business so expect to be up charged for adding fries and drink for $4 and adding blue cheese/ranch sauce $1 eachAs far as location, not the "best" but at the same time I don't think you have to clutch your pearls. Right next to AMC Cicero 14. (which also isn't the "best")I wouldn't drive pass a hooter just to come to hoots, but I do drive pass hooters with a negative image of their business model. Often when I do finally decide to go. I mostly order the food to go. This is yelp and not sociology, so I'll just say wish hoots business model was the one that started/took off vs the main one that did but understand why it didn't."
"This place is a tiny basement location with dim lighting, with limited space. We had a reservation for the time we had and I guess we stayed too long? So they did have us leave at some point (although they did feel bad about sort of kicking us out). The food was solid and reasonably priced, and we tried a bunch of different plates. My favorite dish was the Spanish tortilla: it melted in my mouth. But!The drinks were AMAZING. I loved how weird and tasty and cocktails were. The fiesta one?? With corn flavor without being too corn? The mint lemon? These were great, and I loved them, and I ordered definitely several too many cocktails because of it."
"Alex's Washington Gardens is kind of like walking into your grandmother's house that she's raised all of her now grown children in. It's nothing fancy or updated. Kind of smells a little old timey. The lights are so dim you can barely read your menu. But it's oddly homey, warm and inviting. The dining room was PACKED when we arrived late on a Monday evening, but they were able to seat all 5 of us almost immediately without a reservation (we had a last minute change of plans, or we would have called ahead). Our waitress was a little short with us, which I didn't appreciate, but can also ignore, but it definitely rubbed one of my friends the wrong way. I'm not a huge fan of Italian food, so I played it safe with their chopped salad, which I enjoyed. I always appreciate a restaurant that has a solid salad list instead of offering basic iceberg with 4 tomatoes and some shredded carrots. Everyone else seemed to really enjoy their gnocchi, salads and ravioli. If you like a good, strong martini that'll grow some hair on your chest, look no further! I don't drink often, so I was definitely not able to finish my dirty martini, even after getting a little extra olive juice, bummer, because this place is NOT cheap. With the salad, martini and tip, my total bill was a little over $40.I do want to note that we did pretty much close out the place, and as we were exiting, there were two pretty intoxicated middle aged women by the bar showing each other dance moves or something. It definitely changed the entire vibe of the place, and made me a little uncomfortable. Not too sure if I'd ever bring my daughter here since it was pretty clear that people are easily over served. So to sum things up: the food is great, the atmosphere is like being at your grandmother's until after 8pm, when all of your crazy aunts have had too many gin and tonics, the service is good, but served with an attitude, but you'll be entertained and leave with your belly full."
"My friend and I walked in on a Tuesday evening to a packed restaurant. Little did i expect our neighborhood steakhouse will be so packed on a Tuesday evening. We snagged the last unreserved table and were quite lucky. Matty our server was polite and attentive, we had coffee, tea , lobster bisque , firecracker shrimpAnd salmon. Everything was good except the lobster bisque was a little underwhelming. Glad to see the steady flow of people @ the restaurant. Will be back for sure!"
"I wanted to add 3 additional items that are worth ordering. Beef tataki, soft shell crab, and tonkatsu dinner. Tokatsu dinner you get a nice big piece of pork loin. It's crunchy and moist. 5/5. Soft shell crab is not overly fried it's just right. Tastes great with that ponzu sauce. 5/5. Beef tataki has great quality NY strip meat. Make sure you eat it with the garlic, green onions, and ponzu sauce. Those components will amplify the taste"
