"I tried the coffee next door at Crema and it was good but they don't make their syrups fresh. They have a large selection of coffee styles. We are next door at pier 402 and I would come back for their HH. My tuna nicose salad had plenty of tuna and tasted fresh. The Paloma was fairly priced and was very effervescent. The only downfall was the ran out of bread bowl for their clam chowder and they served it with overly buttered sourdough slices. It was meh. It was a casual Saturday but enjoyed getting out and trying a new spot."

But keep in mind this is a workplace cafeteria, so you'll see a lot of employees grabbing lunch on their break. Anyone is welcome to eat here. There is a huge Indoor seating area and plenty of outdoor seating as well."

"Came here on Sunday around noon, my boyfriend and I were immediately seated upon arrival. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious and family friendly. Once we were seated, they brought out waters and utensils! But if I'm honest, the time it took to get our food was really slow compared to how fast they seated us and brought out our waters. Tom San was a rec from one of my friends, and we were so shocked to see the prices when looking at the menu. You're really getting a great deal for the sashimi and ramen as well. Onto the food itself, the ramen was so delicious. We got the spicy miso - perfectly spicy and there was so much depth to the broth. It wasn't watery or super thick, the perfect amount of both. The egg was a little runnier than I liked, but still very lovely pair with the ramen. We also got their chirashi bowl, which was filled with ample amounts of sashimi. So good and we were honestly stuffed at the end, it hurt. Dragon roll was so yum, the tempura was so crispy and the sauce wasn't too sweet! Highly recommend, seems like everything on their menu is going to be good. If you're looking for a quick spot, it does take some amount of time for them to prep the food (which - I am not complaining about! Obviously I'd rather have quality of food over the speed of delivery; though both would be nice), that being said, I recommend coming here for the quality of the food!"

Prices seemed fair for having dined in the Beverly Hills of San Jose.FoodI ordered the Tierra y Mar (steak and shrimp fajitas). I never had or even heard of soggy/soupy fajitas before. I ate most of my food because I was hungry but this was not was I was expecting. I will probably never order this here again. 2 out of 5 stars. I know everyone makes fajitas their own way but this didn't even look appetizing. Most of the other dinners looked good though that I saw throughout the dining area."

The food overall was decent, except that the Tzatziki sauce served as part of the plate the sauteed eggplant dish had a bitter / sour taste, perhpas because they were stale and on the verge of going bad. The falafels were fried fresh. The pita bread was warm as well. Seems like they don't make everything very fresh. Only 1 other customer besides me on a friday afternoon. Not sure I will try it again."

"My wife found this place after taking our daughter to the children's discovery museum. We are super lucky we spotted it because I don't think I've had a better panini anywhere in San Jose. The texture, flavor and freshness is on point. Everybody working inside is so kind and they have a great seating area inside and outside. It's a shame it's only open Monday through Friday as I wish I could get my sandwich fix on the weekend! Angry beef and chicken panini were phenomenal."

Even the jäger schnitzel is delicious with the mushroom sauce. Ours came with salad but we ordered a side of red cabbage. That's delicious!!!The only oddity was the music!! It was country, Amy Winehouse, more country. I hoped for German music. Or none...it's really not necessary for dinner!!We shared the German chocolate cake for dessert. It was SO moist."

"On a little getaway trip with our pup we decided to dine at The Barn as they offer all outdoor seating by their restaurant and have an additional "garden patio" area with additional seating.You first walk inside to order and then take your buzzer to the tables and seat yourself. They have blankets to cover the benches in case it's cold and outdoor heaters that can be turned on. We ordered the Barn Burger (classic beef burger), the What the Cluck (fried chicken sandwich - can also be served grilled if you prefer), a side of fries, and the Mac Attack (fried macaroni).The Barn Burger is your classic burger - which was thought was pretty standard. Ingredients tasted fresh and the bun kept everything together. The only downside was that the beef patty was quite small and not to the shape of the bun. At the end we found ourselves with bun + toppings, but no more beef.The What the Cluck is served on ciabatta bread and the arugula is a nice touch. Chicken was fried well and was tender inside. The portion is sizeable as well. However, if you're not a goat cheese fan, you may want to sub out the cheese as it was quite strong and overpowered the sandwich quite a bit.The Mac Attack is a nice side addition. Fried perfectly to a crunchy crisp and velvety cheesy goodness on the inside. It's served with ranch and four pieces is plenty for two people!We were surprised by the portion of a side of fries. You can definitely share between two people as they give plenty.Self serve water outside and you bus your own table when you're done!Overall, love the outdoor dining area and that it is dog friendly. Would return with our pup when in Half Moon Bay!"

"A Real Pizza WorkAn offshoot of the ubiquitous Via Mia Pizza that's been serving the South Bay fine "American-style" pizza since as far back as I can recall. I used to frequent their (now defunct) Bascom location for many years when I was in my late teens, as I used to work nearby. Now, don't get me wrong, this ain't Michelin-rated, wood-fired brick oven pie that you take out-of-town guests to, but just good old inexpensive American pie loaded with cheese; a chewy white flour crust; and copious toppings to really bring the flavor. They have an app (Android & Apple) for ordering that always has some spectacular savings on pizza and cheesy bread combos for less than $25. They also do delivery (via the app and DoorDash™) as well as a rewards program (app only).We've never dined in, only gotten delivery, and they're fast and reliable. I'm sure there's some nostalgia factoring into my rating, but it really is just a damn, fine pie that hits the spot on those "fuck it" nights."

We walked over and ordered one carne asada super burrito togo and a michelada there to drink while we wait for our one burrito. I was waiting outside with our dog and my boyfriend was inside drinking his michelada waiting for the burrito. About 10 minutes passed by and I asked my boyfriend, "the food isn't ready yet?" He let me know that it looked packed inside so we get them some time. About 25 minutes later... I told my boyfriend to ask because it shouldn't take that long for one burrito togo. He went up and told the cashier and she said, "oh they aren't making it yet, this is my fault." Uhm, no apology or anything? We were disappointed about the customer service here. The burrito was good, but that one experience with the service kind of put a sour taste in my mouth that I don't think I'd want to return any time soon."

"Generous portions and good food. Came here for a weekend takeout lunch and ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, lamb kofta wrap and a side of garlic fries. The menu may seem on the pricier side but when we got the food we understood why, the wraps were huge and fries were overflowing from the box. If you're not a big eater I think you could actually share a wrap with a side between two people.Food came out promptly and ingredients tasted like they were high quality. Each wrap came with a side of toom and hot sauce. My chicken shawarma wrap was different than I was expecting in that the chicken was covered in sauce. Might not be everyone's preference for those that prefer the taste of grilled meat but I enjoyed it. Fries were well seasoned and very crispy. Would come back again."

"This restaurant has been here for years but for some reason I never went in. I love Bento Boxes and especially OFS&G's 3 item Bento. I get the chicken teriyaki, California rolls and mixed tempura. All very delicious. The chicken teriyaki could use just a little more teriyaki sauce, but it's all tasty. Besides the 3 item choices, the box comes with a salad and rice. Tasty and reasonably priced, especially given there are either two or three pieces of shrimp in the mixed tempura. I think I've been 4 times now in the past week and a half. Can't believe I didn't try this place sooner. I haven't eaten in -I order directly from their website then drop by to pick up -but during dinner it's usually got a good number of people there. Pickup is very easy and the staff is friendly."

"Working nearby this is my place to go for lunch. There is something for everyone to enjoy, from vegetarian to pescatarian. Daily specials can be everything from Sweet Chili Fried Chicken with rice and salad to Grilled Salmon. Or Pasta Bolognese or Basil Tofu. No matter what your pleasure Christine and Marlo will take great care of you. They know when I place my order, if the special comes with rice and salad, it's less rice and more salad for me, or no salt on my fries if I order them. A few sandwiches are available every day. My favorite is a chicken chipotle wrap with grilled chicken, onion, tomato, lettuce, and chipotle mayo wrapped in a flour tortilla.Serving the few people that are essential workers and others that need to be in their jobs, they are an essential business. Menu is limited during the Covid outbreak. No more salads or breakfast, sadly. During these times, you can order online and pick up in about 15 minutes. Of course you can still show up and pay with cash or card. Social distancing and masks rules are enforced."

"Our favorite burger place in Fremont! Family-owned, they have the same warm and welcoming vibe as their other restaurants like Skilletz and Dinos. Don't be surprised to get some light banter from the owners and their family, they seemed to visit every table for some polite exchanges with regulars and with new patrons. They've been incredibly kind to us in the past and have gone above and beyond at Skilletz and Dinos. They do different community events like a Christmas Market and sometimes there are car meetups in the parking lot. When we went before the Decoto Bombas were doing a toy drive for the holidays. Overall burgers are always grilled to perfection and have a beefy, savory taste that is elevated from normal restaurant burgers. The fries are also fantastic and taste almost like larger versions of in n out fries. The Haystack: Angus Burger, bacon, fried onion stack and BBQ sauce. Would repeat, it looks large and tall but we can finish it easily.The Billy Roy: Classic cheeseburger on soft buns. They do overfill the burger with lettuce but the patty is rich and hearty and it pairs well with the additional lettuce. If you don't like that much you can always pull it out. Milkshakes: We try a different one every time and they've all been stellar, the kids probably keep requesting to come here knowing we'll get a milkshake to share. Definitely come here if you are in the mood for burgers!"

"Definitely one of the best pizza in Bay Area! Came across Amici's East Coast from an influencer in instagram that post a very mouthwatering pizza picture on her feed. So I checked on yelp, there were so many people raved this pizza. I needed to check this pizza out and here's what we ordered:1. Manhattan Red Clam; It has clams, garlic, seasonings, and tomato sauce. 2. Hawaiian Pizza; it has honey cured ham and pineapple.For the side dishes we got;1. Beyond meat with penne pasta, which was so awesome for my husband who just started doing plant based. 2. Southwestern Salad. I love the spicy and sweet dressing that compliments well with the salad. The bacon crunch was like cherry on top. We love their thin crust pizza, and their sauce is so flavorful too. My kids can't get enough of their pizza. This is such a perfect dish to have if you're planning to have picnic at the park, or for potluck dish idea. For dessert we got Tuxedo Cake which was very moist and the chocolate was so creamy! We will definitely be coming back for their thin crust pizza, and next time we will order other flavors."

My hubby loves their chicken tinga tostada and suadero tacos. I would skip the horchata as it's so watery. They take card and cash. We went on a Sunday at 6pm, and the line got longer and longer so I recommend coming at 6 or earlier! Parking can be difficult. They have only about 4 spots and a handicap one. Beware - sometimes people double and triple park so you're blocked in. But that's how you know this place is bomb.I also love their other location on Almaden! It's a lot smaller, but I prefer the al pastor there bc it's crispier hehe"
