I've seen this food truck multiple times while going to visit a friend with an art studio literally across the street from it. The food truck sits just right inside of a parking lot of a factory and I always thought the food truck was just there because there are multiple food trucks just park their closed but to my surprise they were open. I decided to give it a go and try something for once. They were a dozen items to choose from, but I went with the old fashioned cheese steak and steak fries. I didn't expect to wait almost 45 minutes for my food so I was a little annoyed by that, but I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the taste of the cheesesteak. I noticed ALOT of people coming to pick up ordered so i can't be mad that I didn't call first lol The steak is not on an Amoroso roll like and usual Philly cheesesteak fashion but it's still a good roll. The Cheesesteak itself is a bit shorter than most places but it has a ton of meat on it. The steak was cooked very good and the fries were all amazing. I will definitely be back to this place but I will call ahead of time and put my order in.

LOCATION HAS CHANGED: 429 SOUTH STREET!!! This is a solid food spot. I highly recommend stopping by and spoiling yourself if you find yourself strolling down south street for a concert or a drunk night out. My homeboy got the salmon cheesesteak and made It disappear in about 5 minutes (I didn't get a chance to sneak a piece ). Judging off that alone, I know that It was a fire sandwich. However, I did get a chance to try the sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were insanely good. You know that sugary gravy that you find on sweet potatoes/yams when you pull them out the oven? The fries had had a hint of that yam sauce on it, the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and savory. I had the beef sliders. They were decorated with a lite coating of parmesan and parsley. I opted for the sweet firecracker style sauce instead of putting traditional ketchup on the sliders. I highly recommend experimenting with the different sauces. The seasoned curly fries were great as well and was lightly coated with parmesan too. I could have used a bit more curly fries though.The owner is a cool dude, he blessed me with an extra water when I was parched. Much appreciated!! I'm definitely going to be back for the shrimp and crab fries!!!

OMG my new favorite spot located in SW Philly! The food here is always spot on, same quality each time I order! I've tried the jerk, teriyaki, sweet firecracker and bbq flavors--And I lie to you not, ALL OF THEM TASTE AMAZING! I had to dock a star because this place is in high demand and I always have difficulty getting ahold of them before placing an order. Any who...I'm headed there as we speak to order the teriyaki salmon sliders with sweet potato fries, I'm so excited!!

Sooooooo...let me just say...I approve this message. Came across this gem on IG. The pictures live up to the finished product. Ordered the salmon cheese steak with spinach, shrimp and one of their famous sauces and it comes with fries and a drink. That sandwich was amazing. The fries were good as well. Loved the toppings. The wait was too long. Over and hour. We should've ordered in advance and over the phone. I hear the food is good but they could improve the atmosphere. I don't know if they deliver. Weighing out if we'll be back.

Too good! Sliders were so good- loaded with meat and sauce. The picture speaks for itself... a huge treat. Iced tea was good too, would definitely come back for a cheese steak or a jerk bowl. You can tell their sauces are the real deal. Good seating inside- you get it fresh of the grill. Can't beat that. Iced tea was right too.

I usually love coming here for food and water I've but unfortunately this visit was tainted with feelings of unkindness. My girlfriend and I were on a walk and we decided to stop in for water ice. We used the QR code for the menu but unfortunately they didn't have the water ice flavors available on the menu. We walk to the window near the register to figure out what flavors we could pick. As we are looking at the water ice menu, a young lady came from behind the register and rudely advised us that the line starts before the register. Clearly we were looking at water ice flavors so I'm not sure why she yelled at us. But management should do better regarding who they hire and how they speak to customers.
