This is a good spot for groups since the tables are large enough for a decent party. The wood-fired pizzas are always a good bet, but so are the pastas and Mediterranean cuisine. The staff are nice and it's not too loud even when busy. There's a large parking lot outside so it's easy to find this spot place."

"The gyros here are top notch. It's everything you'd want from a gyro food cart and more. You can get a fresh and decadent salad instead of fries for a few extra bucks. I know the gyros look really skinny in the foil but they are camera shy. They are actually massive once you get them out of their shiny shell. They are growers (not showers)Food is made to order so I always call ahead, this way my food is waiting for me upon arrival. But my SO correctly pointed it out that there are subtle differences between Greek and Mediterranean cuisines, and the lack of seasoning could be because of the authenticity. Plus the friendliest most attentive server.Best thing we had were the Greek nachos, which were so unique and delicious. Had all the Greek salad toppings paired with fried pita chips. Came with tzatiki sauce and tasted even better when hot sauce was added. I'm sure paying extra for meat would've elevated it. $6 during happy hour!Second best thing we had were the Dolmades. I loved the fresh pita that came with Skordalia. The puréed mashed potatoes were delicious, but honestly the pita bread that paired with the dish was the star. "Although the reviews are good, I thought I'd be underwhelmed. I was wrong. It was delicious and packed full of ingredients, especially protein. Although both were good, I think I favor the yeeroh meat over the suvlaki meat due to size and eatability. The pink and yellow side sauces are a waste. In my opinion, you can mix your own mayo and ketchup or mustard. Save room for dessert. These were the real highlight and 6 stars all day long. We tried the marmalade-ish orange cake and the crispy pastry with vanilla custard....amazing."

The bread had a nice texture to it and the rice mixture was like a "Greek spaghetti". I liked this item, but I didn't feel like it was something I'd initially pick because unless it seemed super decorative with all kinds of pizazz ingredients with pictures reaming my psyche in, as I'd want to try something else in a Greek style at a Greek place probably since I'm so used to the traditional Italian style.I feel like if I paid regular price for this, I would have given this place 4 stars instead but since it was through TooGoodToGo, it was a great value. Staff is friendly here and restaurant is very casual. The entrance looks slightly divey for the area and reminds me of take out at Souvlaki in South Philly too. Does Zorba take cash only for take out as well?Looks like the calamari here is a hit."

"Tried it for first time. Overall very good. This is basically set up like Chipotle but for Greek food. You pick out if you want pita or a bowl. Pick you protein of gyro or chicken. We both got gyro which was excellent. The toppings were very good and they didn't skimp. The Greek salad topping was a little strong on the vinegar but next time I will just order the tomato, onion and cucumber separately. We also got two pieces of spanakopita which we weren't thrilled with the filling. No feta seen or tasted. Kayanna helped us and was wonderful and patient. She explained everything which was helpful especially since this was our first time. She is definitely an asset to this business."

"This place is awesome. It has authentic Greek food at a great price point. The service was very quick (the guy seemed like he either owned the restaurant or his family owned the place). He was constantly checking up on us with his adorable Greek accent. We got the Grape Leaves and Baba Ghanoush to start out with. They both were amazing. The Baba Ghanoush was perfect. It was creamy and had chunky tomatoes and some cheese in the mix.The gyro meat was delicious. I really liked how fresh all the ingredients were. The whole wrap was super warm and toasty. The tomatoes and lettuce were crispy as well. The place also has a whole bar in the restaurant if you did want a drink and not just amazing Greek food."

Amongst five people that was more than enough and the dishes were easy to share family style, which I always prefer. I forgot to take a photo of my Make My Own Vegan Pita with spicy feta, garlic eggplant, zucchini fries on the side, tomatoes and kalamata olives. My husband opted for the Diavolo. First off, the gentleman manning the cash register was so kind and friendly, I loved his vibe and sweet smile.My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Diavolo which he said wasn't too spicy ( we eat very spicy though), and I loved my vegan gyro. It's been ages since I've had a gyro due to dietary restrictions, so I am so happy to have this option! The only thing is, I didn't taste much of the eggplant at all - I'll be curious to snuff that out the next time I try again. They're closed on every weekend. It makes it hard to get here. This seems like this should be a cheap spot for downtown workers at lunch. Instead the prices make it seem like it's for wealthy people going out for a fun night of fine dining. This is ridiculous. Everything is overpriced. There's nothing worth what they charge you. It does have good tasting stuff but it's not that good of course. The menu is mostly Greek food. Basic items you can find in most places for much cheaper. Many with better hours too. I most like the Falafel Pita. It's about $14 and comes with a side. This can come with fries or a salad among other things. It just is too expensive. Skip it. Try something that's very similar and not as much as they charge you."

We were seated and tended to promptly. The interior is cool and inviting, with Greek artwork and upbeat music to enhance the ambiance. Our server was attentive and blunt in a fun, friendly way -- make sure you bring your sense of humor so you don't take anything personally!I had a bowl of the Chicken Avgolemono soup, though the smaller cup would've been more than enough. It was nice and hot. My husband and daughter both got Souvlaki platters but didn't want their Dolmades so I happily ate those. I also shared their fries and part of my daughter's Pork Souvlaki.The Dolmades were some of the best I've ever had and the fries were amazing. But the pork. Listen, I rarely choose pork as my protein and I was very unenthusiastic about it, but it was possibly the best pork I have eaten in my life. It was super tender and juicy and absolutely full of flavor. Together with the fresh pita, tzatziki, and cucumbers... I didn't have words. My husband enjoyed his Lamb Souvlaki, but he tried a bite of the pork and shared my sentiments.We shared a piece of Baklava for dessert, which was also delicious. It was a wonderfully satisfying meal!Restrooms were bright and clean, albeit you have to walk through their office-like area to get to them and kind of feel like you're intruding.If you are in the area and like Greek food or want to try something different, I highly recommend giving this spot a try. The vibe and ambience is very meditarranean modern vibes but I wasn't loving the music, i felt like i was in a club and made it feel very hectic. we started with a cocktail that had aloe in it, it was way too sour for me and not enough aloe, not a fan.i then got the tuna crispy rice and the octopus. the crispy rice was okay, i've definitely had better and the rice was way too gummy and got stuck on my teeth. it wasn't "melt in your mouth" like i'm used to. the octopus though was DELICIOUS definitely my favorite dish of the nightwe then got the lobster pasta and the lavraki. both were good! the lobster pasta had a decent amount of lobster in it and the lavraki was delicious but i wish it came with rice or something starchy bc just the side of horta wasn't doing it for me. we the finished the meal with the chocolate torte and a scoop of the pistachio gelatoall in all, this place was good but i wasn't raving about it. it was a decent meal for the price and the indoor decor and vibes were nice. i'm not dying to go back and try something but maybe i just didn't get their star dishes!3.85/5"

I chose pork (belly) gyro, falafel, and steak souvlaki with rice and Greek salad and tzaziki sauce. Each platter comes with bread, the same pillowy soft bread that their sandwiches use. The pork was good, the falafel better, and the steak... whoaaaa.... that was the best of all. Thank goodness it wasn't cheesesteak meat but rather big chunks of steak on a stick. Two of them! It was all a treat to eat. I can eat a lot and I swear this is a massive portion of food in one platter. No complaints here! Don't be afraid of the price. It's totally worth it!"

I actually thought we already had our dinner (and that eating dinner at 6pm would be a bad idea) but bae had other plans in mind.We were initially going to do dumplings and scallion pancakes (for obvious reasons) but I started feeling guilty about eating carbs and grease so decided to order mediterranean instead. Classically we ordered fried feta sticks, greek nachos, dolmades, I ordered a greek salad (tryna be healthy and shit), pita and hummus, and my little dolmade ordered pastitsio. Looking on the menu online to get this info for you I'm noticing that they also have an entire menu section of FRIES: FETA FRIES!!!, ZUCCHINI FRIES!!! and YEEROH fries which have meat on them but also a side of their "special yeeroh sauce" oooooooohhhh. Anyways it's probably for the best. The fried feta sticks were delicious. They were served with this marmalade which was an interesting combo. The hummus was ok but too salty for me, better hummus is available at more traditional hummus places in the city. The greek nachos were disappointing. The pita bread they're served on is a really interesting idea and adds a lot in the ways of texture but there were WAY too many onions for me. Also the tomatoes didn't taste the best. I had the same complaints about the salad however the dressing in the salad was delish. The dolmades were very good. I haven't had much of an opportunity to sample authentic items at some other Greek places in Philly but I'd probably edge on the side of trying another place next time!"

Last night two friends and I met for dinner, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had here!I had made a reservation for 5:30pm. We all arrived early and they were happy to seat us early. They were starting to get busy (by the time we left the place was completely packed!). Our server, Mirabel (?), was wonderful -- very friendly, attentive, and accurate. Since it was the others' first time, I insisted they try the Estia Chips, which are a crowd favorite. Indeed, it was better than I'd remembered; in fact, one of the gentlemen in our party said it was "the best zucchini he's ever had." The house bread and hummus were also delicious; their hummus is one of the best.I opted for the Avgolemono (soup) and Dolmades as my meal -- both of which I've had on multiple prior occasions. Portions and temperatures were perfect and the flavor was out of this world! We all enjoyed glasses of wine (rose for me). No dessert as we were all pretty full.I am so happy I had a chance to come back and will continue to recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The dessert was also perfection. The owner is very attentive and the staff is too. It's a small place with very few tables. The intimate environment is calming and elegant.
