"We came here for a quick drink prior to our anniversary dinner. Stepping foot into Moreno's Cuba transported us to our long lost Cuban great grandmother's kitchen. We started off with a Coconut Mojito and a Mango Mojito . I always end up loving my honey's drink more than mine. His Coconut Mojito was on point! I'm usually not a fan of coconut unless it's a piña colada or holiday Coquito. Yes, I know that's weird but his drink was phenomenal. It was so good that we ended up trading the second round. I ordered the same thing he had and then we came back again the following day.The food menu looks pretty good. I told my hunny we should come back to grab a bite to eat. We couldn't dine in due to our anniversary dinner being elsewhere, but we did order the Ropa Vieja Empanadas with Cilantro Sauce. The empanadas were 3.5 out of 5. The cilantro sauce was the saving grace because it was mouthwatering amazing. Moreno's Cuba combines an eclectic style where vintage Miami meets Old Havana. Everything about this place is authentic from the old-school car outside where you can post a photo app to the lively music coming from the bar. Everything about this place is spot on this is where you need to be if you want to unwind relax or even dance a little bit. There's a 1950s Chevy Bel Air that adorns the walkway. There's outdoor seating with a funky vibe, couches, patio chairs, and a museum filled with exotic pictures, velvets, lamps, and a pretty ambience."

"Years ago, there use to be a bakery on Alton Road near 7th street run by a super sweet jewish lady, and there was nothing like the bread and pastries coming out of that place. Then one day she decided to retire and sold the place. Zak the baker kinda brought that back to me, but with a modern twist. You have to try their bagels. These bagels far exceeded my expectations. I daresay they were better than the bagels I had in Montreal. Added some of that nova cream cheese... Forget about it.Then there's their chocolate Bobka..... Oh my bobka.. daaaaang. Also, the size of it! Took me 3 days to finally finish just that one slice. Service couldn't have been better. Really friendly people, attentive, and courteous. I can't recommend this place enough."

I got the Venezuelan breakfast which comes with your choice of beef or chicken, mini arepas, black beans, avocado, eggs cooked your way (fried, scrambled, over easy) and sweet plantains! You get all of the best Venezuelan samples in one breakfast dish. 10/10. As for the cachapa, it's the best I've ever had. I'm no Venezuelan but I've tried several and none compare to the one here."

"Really nice, small Euro-cafe like restaurant situated in a location that you wouldn't expect. So they mix Euro style cooking with Latin and the combination simply works. Expect a line most of the time (it moves reather quickly) and also keep in mind that you will wait three times as long for an inside seat than sitting outside (covered). Would like to see ice tea on the menu, coffee and lemonade were the other choices unless you want soda. Vegetarians, please make sure to remove ham from the avacado toast. Service was above average and prices were very reasonable. Would certainly go back and this place has earned it's stars...."

"Motek was better than anticipated.The first time we had Motek in Aventura was last year and we were thoroughly impressed with the service, ambience, and food. Our server last time was Hugo and he was on top of everything and so wonderful. Very accommodating as well. We got the Shakshuka and avocado toast last time. Both were divine. I must say the Shakshuka here is the best I've ever had. It had so much flavor and the challah was amazing. We sat outdoors and it was so beautiful out at the time. The patio is always busy.This time, we decided to sit indoors as it was way too hot and humid to sit outside. Our server was David and he was great. We ordered a few different items, including the chicken Shawarma platter, spicy salmon ceviche and fennel pomegranate salad. I saw photos of the chicken Shawarma and opted to try that. So happy we did because it was bomb! I loved that they cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces. The hummus was super smooth and creamy and fresh. The side salad was refreshing. I wish they gave more bread to dip with the hummus and for eating with the Shawarma. We only got one thin piece of naan underneath the chicken and we should've asked for more.The spicy salmon ceviche was on point! I'm so happy we decided to try that. I loved the added texture of bell peppers and other flavors in there. It didn't just taste like citrus but it had a punch of spice and good flavor all in all. Same with the ceviche dish, I wish they provided more bread to eat with the ceviche. The fennel pomegranate salad was also good and refreshing, but we were so full that we didn't get to finish it. I tried to pack the remaining salad, but it kept leaking so eventually I ended up tossing it, which seemed like a waste because I would have loved to finish the leftover later.I would highly recommend as it's a whole vibe here. We love Mediterranean food in general and this is always a good experience thus far. Check it out if you get a chance. They have a new location opening soon in south Miami. Motek is taking over the old Prime Fish location.Love me some Motek! Thanks for great experiences on both visits. I'm seriously impressed."

"I tried this place after looking for a smoothie by the beach. This mango papaya and orange smoothie was refreshing and made fairly quickly. The inside is nice and clean there were plenty of people dining in and there is also an outside seating option. Very conveniently located near the beach in Sunny Isles and I would definitely recommend trying if in the area. I am unsure about the other smoothies and hope to try them soon but this one was very refreshing without being too sweet or too frozen. I also tried the organic Paleo chocolate and it was OK. I personally would not purchase it again for eight dollars. Overall the staff was nice and readily available when we walked in and we had our order within a matter of minutes."

"I found myself in Miami Beach in search of some AUTHENTIC Caribbean oxtail and mac and cheese. A local suggested that this place was worth the Uber ride from Sobe. She was so correct! Clive's has a really casual atmosphere with a down home country feel . I felt like this was someone's house in my neighborhood and I was there to pick up my 'plate' from the cookout, ha! There were kids arriving from school and completing homework in one corner of the restaurant. To complete the country feel; as soon as I sat down , I was quickly brought a nice cold glass of water. "1/5/22I've been here a number of times but had not come for a while. I brought a family member here tonight. We came at a good time and had our choice of tables. We sat outside. Ordered Iced coffees which were great. My brother ordered hummus with pita. It was just mediocre. The pita was soft but tasted packaged. The hummus was not great either. He asked for well toasted pita and was charged for another side of bread. He also ordered the mushroom salad which he enjoyed. I ordered the fettuccine with creamy pesto. It was cold, and the sauce appeared to have just been poured on top without being mixed well. They offered to reheat it but I did not come for reheated food. Fortunately I was able to order something else instead. I ordered the tuna salad plate which was fresh and tasty. For dessert we ordered the breakfast waffle to share. They accidentally brought us the nutella brownie instead. We ended up having both. They were both excellent. The food here was not as good as I remember it from the past. The service was great. I highly recommend the desserts."

"Was excited to come here as they have multiple locations around Miami and many people recommended their brunch online. Came on a weekday and was surprised that there was a bit of a line, had to wait around 10-15 minutes for a table of 4 which is not too bad. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which is nice.I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and I'm not quite sure what this dish normally is but I didn't expect them to give me just egg and sauce. Essentially there were 4 ingredients in this dish - eggs, homemade sauce, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers. It felt like you were just eating every ingredient on its own and it didn't really mix. I do have to say that it is pretty nice of them to give a free orange juice, which was very good, and coffee on the side but I was really unimpressed by the Huevos Rancheros. Not sure if I would come back, maybe for the pastries but not the actual food as it looked and tasted underwhelming. I will have to say that their bathroom is kind of in an inconvenient location, it's upstairs in the plaza, and you have to walk a bit to get there. It is clean, but yeah its a trek."

"I came here after seeing some reels about this place and their brunch. The menu is huge and they are known for some of the specialty coffee drinks and menu items. I came on a Monday and was seated as soon as I walked in. The place is pretty open and airy. I ordered the Croque Madame "Our Style" which came with an American Coffee and natural orange juice. The portion was huge and I was not able to finish it. However flavor wise the food was bland. I feel like I could have made the same breakfast plate at home. My friend ordered the salmon egg Benedict and she said it was good but nothing out of this world. Not a huge fan of this place."

"We had just checked out of our hotel and headed to the airport and looked for a breakfast place nearby. Saw this one and I'm very happy we tried it!Very good! We had the Protein Banana Nut Pancakes and an egg & cheese breakfast croissant. Both were very delicious. The pancakes had flaxseed which helps with digestion and it can be a strong seed to cook with but they did an excellent job!Heads up for out of towners- it's a restaurant with a walk up window where you order and take your food to go. They have a tent to the right of the restaurant where they have about 5-6 tables for you to sit and enjoy your breakfast but no indoor seating. I highly recommend this little Jem of a restaurant!"

"Love this place!! I came here today to buy chicharrones because my cousin is coming to visit and said that's what he wants!! It's so good!! I also got 6 Cuban breads and a sugar cane juice!! Let's just say that the cane juice didn't even make it 1/2 way home! The guy made it fresh just for me, even though they had 2 in the tray by the cash register! I need to get that guy's name because he was awesome! He was so helpful and so nice! I was tempted to buy a pork leg because it looked so good but I was worried that I would be stuck eating it by myself so I'll wait for another occasion to get it! I want to go back and try more things but I always end up getting the chicharrones because they are so good!! They have lots of fresh juices and Cuban coffee too!! And they are open every day, including Sundays!!"

"In case it's not clear from other reviews and photos, this place is very small. The inside only has an ordering counter and no seating. Outside, there are a few tables shared with a few other neighboring restaurants, where you can eat your take out.I had wanted to try their ramen, but decided that it's not the set up for it, so I opted for the onigiri, which I always had fond memories of when it sustained me on a student budget in Japan, and takoyaki. The onigiri comes in a neat package (you can get these prewrapped seaweeds at Kimchi and other Asian stores) that allows you tear off the plastic and have the seaweed wrapped around the rice almost magically. The flavor was okay, fit the bill of filling me up. The takoyaki is pretty good, it came out piping hot. As I ate at the table, I had to battle with the wind to keep the plastic boxes and napkins from flying away. I probably would have enjoyed the food more under better circumstances. I can see this place being a good option for take outs for people in the neighborhood, but sadly not for me."

I wish it had a little more moisture inside (which some bacon could easily solve). The ones filled with ham and cheese could use a more melty cheese. The ham and cheese croissants are scrumptious! So freaking good - very airy, crispy, and buttery. Enough ham and cheese that is not overwhelming. You absolutely need to get a palmerita (palmier), which is a food dream come true. The extra caramel on the outside made it sooooo crispy and the butter is in your face but in the best way possible. My mouth waters as I write this."

It wasn't too crowded, which was good for me but perhaps not the best for the restaurant (Monday night). Food was a bit hit or miss. I enjoyed the honey cauliflower starter. They had an off menu falafel dish that had a great salad. My main chicken kebob was mediocre. I didn't feel the used great cuts of meat. Flavors were ok. It didn't really come with sides. You're paying a bit for the space here, but I think the value falls short per the food quality. You'll get some decent flavors, but I can't say this is the best Mediterranean fare around. Our service was good. They auto add 20%."

"Had such a great overall experience here at Fiore Caffe!Cute decor and feminine floral vibes at this establishment. We were dressed up and took so many cute photos here. The food here is good! I ordered the omelette and my sister ordered the strawberry shortcake pancakes. My omelette was HUGE! They don't skimp on ingredients in the omelette either. Sorry I didn't take a photo because I went straight in to eating it. The strawberry shortcake pancakes were delicious. Very pleasing to the eye and stomach. There is a dine-in 18% service charge FYI, this seems to be common with a lot of Miami restaurants.The staff here are AMAZING! Oneil was our server and she was so friendly and attentive. She took good care of us. So much that even with a slight mention that it was my birthday weekend, she and the other staff members brought out birthday waffles and sang me Happy Birthday! "Driving to my dads house for brunch today we decided to pick up coffee because his coffee is not strong enough for me. However, we noticed their tequeños looked succulent and went for them. When I say these are the best tequeños I've ever had I mean it and it was completely unexpected. The dough almost felt like a croissant, but it wasn't too flaky that it falls apart and the cheese was perfectly melted. Our toddler loved them so much that for dinner he kept asking for more tequeños and even cried that we didn't have any left. The coffee was good, but they well earned five star for their tequeños."
