The fresh made burgers are ok... Everything else appears to be premade with no flavor... Only eat here if your starving...

Long lines at the register. Long lines to get food. Long wait. Inefficient & confusing layout. Understaffed at peak meal hours. Poor attention to customer service.

OK so I had the pleasure of eating lunch here with Larae not too long ago and didn't even think to review it (Even though I review everything) because it just wasn't memorable enough for me to waste my time on. But since Abby went ahead and took all the work in FTRing it I might as well confirm that this place is not worth it. During lunch it's packed and it's not even that great. And I agree the prices are way too high for mediocre food. But the only thing I have to add is the view from up here is pretty cool.

I just don't get it. Times are hard, man! How can a hospital cafeteria charge $9 for a burger, fries and a drink?! This is just wrong! The buns are so hard, I can put a bunch of them together on my wall and use them as a cork board! If you get a burger, get it on the Texas Toast. I do have to hand it to them for their breakfast. Omelets, eggs and pancakes are made to order. The breakfast tacos are always fresh, and the breakfast meal deal is actually a pretty good deal ($3.40 for scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, hash brown patty and biscuit). For the most part, the food is decent, but not something you would want to eat everyday. They have a rotating menu, pizza parlor, grill, grab-and-go sandwiches, salad bar, and fountain drinks/coffee/tea. This place gets packed at lunch making grab-and-go more like grab-stand in line for half your lunch break-and-go. Also, don't expect to get dinner here because this joint closes shop at 2pm. If you're hungry after hours, you'll hafta fend for yourself at the vending machines.

I was pleasantly surprised with the options here! There were several vegan options, from vegan chicken plate, veggie plate (3 sides), black beans, and beyond burgers. They also offered pizza, many grilled options, and a customizable taco bowl.It sounds like the Philly cheesesteak is a big hit here (and for under $6). The chicken & cheese quesadilla seemed to be another favorite. The gentleman taking my order at the grill was very nice & helpful. The toppings were fresh (onion, pickle, tomato, and lettuce).I enjoyed sitting outside on the peaceful patio to eat my meal. I recommend trying something from here for $5-$10. They also have a lot of grab and go snacks/bars, like Lenny & Larry protein cookies.

Being vegan/vegetarian you have so little options. I was pleasantly surprised to find the beyond Burger here, and it was fantastic. With or without cheese, grilled onions, tomatoes, pickles on a grilled bun. The staff was super nice. My only complaint would be, I wish it was open later. I guess I'll just be eating my dinner early. Good job waterfall!!

Enjoyed a chicken quesadilla here that's served with sour cream. It's hospital food, so I want expecting much. However, it was very good and was plenty of food. I also loved the prepackaged red velvet cupcakes from The Cheesecake Factory. I took them back to the hotel for a late night snack and they were delicious!

I will never visit this place again. Customer service was horrible. The food was nasty. That is an understatement. The bacon was not fully cooked. They used every part of the onion. Eggs had zero flavor. The sausage didn't taste like sausage. The ham had a weird flavor and texture. My friend had steak that was over cooked and the hash brown looked inconsistent. This is all after waiting over 30 minutes for the food to be served in a half full environment.

Best breakfast I have had in along time. I had the biscuits and gravy light and fluffy absolutely superb. Also order a side of French toast, if you come here do your self a favor and order some.

I have been a patient of MDA for last 15 months and hav shad nothing but great service and love from the personnel. This cafe is adequate and didn't expect much. The cook was amazing and was friendly and made my breakfast. The coffee lady and cashier were totally indifferent and somewhat rude. These are sick people who don't have their accompanying relatives at this time. As a small business owner I would only want to address that good attitude is free. I realize in these trying times but tired of giving people a pass for blatant learned disrespect. Don't want to work let others have the position.
