Shot Bar

For me, if I'm going out, I'm looking for good music and a good dancing space. That's exactly what shot bar is, so what else could I ask for? I still try to go to shot bar every time I'm in Houston visiting even though I don't live there anymore because it was by far one of my favorite bars when I was in college.If you come in at the right times, there are specials on shots, but if you don't come during those times, and you choose to spin the wheel, you can easily get something priced ridiculously lol. I would recommend pregaming instead of buying.Also transparency for younger Yelpers: Not a good place to use a fake ID lol. Good luck

With a name like that.... we are asking for trouble. This crowd is younger, not really my style but I have a friend who enjoys it very much as he is in the younger crowd. The shot spin wheel is way cool for those of us who don't know what to drink. It's a great dance atmosphere. Don't be a stranger to the bumping and grinding. If the lights come on and you find the nut dispenser on your way out, you've definitely had a great time!Don't forget street parking is not free in this area after 6 p.m.

Went here last weekend. Ordered drinks and gave the bartender my card to close my tab. When I received the bill it showed drinks and shots that I did not order. I told her and she apologized and said she would cancel the charge and make a new bill with the correct amount. She proceeded to charge my card again. I have called and left messages to get the incorrect charge removed since she did not do so and no one is responding.

This was a really cool bar. Came in on a Thursday night around 9- Place was empty so was able to get a few drinks in before place got crowded. Note- don't come here for expensive drinks and scotch. Their vodka of choice is Smirnoff and lucky for you - they have all the flavors. So Co as well. Haven't had drinks like that since I was in college so definitely felt like I went back in time and getting free shots from the wheel was definitely a great plus! Super awesome bartenders which made it a great experience. Make sure you ask to spin the wheel for chance at free shots

Shot bar has the best music in midtownBartenders are so friendly! Melissa makes you feel welcomed and right at home, definitely going to make this spot a regular hangout for me and my friends.

Shots were good, but expensive! It was pretty dead inside and not a lot of room to dance. Lots of variety in drinks. Would come back.

Despite the bad reviews here my friends and I had a great time! The bartenders were fast and super nice and we got so many rounds I know we were annoying lol. They even gave me free water bottles when a drunk girl threw her drink on me LOL. The wheel of shots was a fun concept. Only downside is it IS super small and people seem to camp the "good" sections of the space for hours. I'd definitely go back!

Too over crowded, if you want room to shake Ass , this is definitely not the spot , don't let me get started with restrooms, that was atrocious

Came here. The bartender took my order. Then she said.. u never got your drink?.. I said no... then she said./ well... 20 minutes later only water. I came for a drink. But whatever: then I saw them take another persons order. I don't know the reason but I can only speculate.

Had a girls night & this was absolutely the best place that night. From the drinks to the music to the energy it was great!
