I've been here several time since going to their soft opening, and they have been consistently great for the past year. I've only ever gotten their pho because it's my favorite dish in the whole wide world - but my friends and family absolutely love their salt and pepper shrimp and lemongrass chicken rice dishes. I've had all of their appetizers, and my favorites are their firecracker shrimp, egg rolls, and wings. Be prepared to have dinner served pretty quickly after. If you want to languish, just ask the staff, and they'll give you time - but service in general I've noticed to be pretty quick. The bathrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible. The star of the show is their unique drink menu. Their food provides a simple and easy palate to try any sort of wild concoction you can think of and have it pair well with whatever you are eating. My recommendations would be the lychee martini, the Love in Saigon, and elderflower French.

Solid Vietnamese spot for lunch or dinner near the Memorial area. It's located in a shopping plaza off of Eldridge with plenty of parking. The interior is modern and clean and service is up there compared to other Vietnamese spots. We tried their grilled pork spring rolls, and the shaking beef, crispy shrimp, and grilled pork vermicelli bowl family style. Their grilled pork rolls are solid. The mains were good; the crispy shrimp was probably the weakest dish out of what we ordered. The shaking beef was very tender and the veggies also were cooked well. There was a bit of extra oomph missing from the dish (more salt and an acidic element) but it was solid nonetheless. The vermicelli bowl wasn't the best I've had but I have no complaints. Overall a well deserved, modern, and clean Vietnamese spot in the area.

Modern Vietnamese cuisine with a nice bar and creative cocktails. We are from California (LA and the Bay Area) visiting family in Houston and they recommended this for our last night in Houston. I got the shaken beef (Bo Luc lac) special and it was pretty tasty. My husband got the pork and egg roll vermicelli bun. We also shared the cha gio (fried egg rolls) for our appetizer. For drinks my husband got the appledon-13 and I got the pickled plum lemonade. We were seated immediately and the service was pretty attentive. This makes for a nice dinner spot to meet friends for drinks and good food. Although there is plenty of good Vietnamese food in Houston, this is a great option in the Energy Corridor (especially if you don't want to go all the way to Bellaire.

The food, service, and ambiance are all 10/10. I was not expecting to have the best meal and cocktails. Everything was perfect. The spring rolls and peanut sauce were mouth watering . We didn't take pics bc it was too good and we were busy eating.

What a lovely experience. I would encourage all Yelpers within distance to experience this restaurant. My plan is to return for both Mezcal drinks prepared by an entertaining and excellent Bartender, George, (I had martinis on this visit-a Gunpowder quite dry with a twist and a Mare with olive) and to experience the Pho which I did not have an opportunity to since I was preoccupied by a Marrow soup/appetizer which was robust, flavorful and plentiful accompanied by a very enjoyable French Bread and some tasty Steamed dumplings (pork in this case) which were equally enjoyable and well worth a try. I would say this is an undiscovered pleasure with the exception that there have been at least 200 reviews rating this establishment a a 4+ experience which it surely is.Frankly the service which starts at the door by a courteous young lady whose name I did not get unfortunately continued by George at the bar all surrounded by a tastefully and smartly appointed environment will assure you of a very, very pleasant experience.Ps. I'm amending this review for an additional comment about a Cafe Su Da which I had as a dessert...it is a wonderful compliment.

This place is AMAZING! We were greeted as soon as we walked in -- it gets busy so definitely book a reservation. One thing to note is that all of the servers will help you, so if you get different people approaching you to assist, don't be alarmed. Super attentive service! For our appetizer we tried the spicy bone marrow. It's comes out HOT so don't burn yourself! Super flavor and just the right amount of kick. Comes with some bread for you to spread it on. Some of the best bone marrow I've ever had. It's served in a small skillet with onions and hot peppers. We tried the ginger scallion chicken which had tons of garlic and scallions. Big yummy crunchy pieces! The chicken was juicy and moist. It also comes with a small side of rice. This is totally shareable for 2 people. We also tried the Pho with brisket which was also delicious. Nothing unique or out of the ordinary with this dish but you get ton of flavorful hot broth and yummy fresh veggies. We're coming back to this place for sure. 10/10 recommend

I had lunch here today. You can tell the restaurant is new. It's very nicely done, dark colors, modern and chic, and very clean. The decor and ambiance are absolutely 5/5. The service was very good as well.I had their lunch special, a large bowl of pho and 1/2 order of spring rolls (you can opt for eggrolls or dumplings as well). In keeping with the decor, the food comes out very well presented.Shrimp Rolls - 5/5. Simple but nicely executed. Everything was fresh and light. The peanut sauce was very good as well.Pho (Brisket & Steak) - 4/5. The meat was flavorful and everything was presented very well. My only "knock" on the dish was that the broth needed a bit more seasoning (the tables don't have their own salt/pepper shakers or any condiments and I didn't want to ask for salt), and the broth did not have that rich depth of flavor that you mind with some pho broths that have been boiled for a long time. Still good and I would have again. They have a big menu and I would look forward to eating here again and trying new things. If I just wanted a bowl of pho, I may find better hole-in-the-wall alternatives. If you want good food and an excellent environment, not to mention the very large and attractive bar that's very prominent in the space, I would recommend trying this place out.
