We went on a Tuesday around 5:30pm. First time there since the last business set up there. Friendly waitress seated us immediately. I ordered a Margarita and he had a iced tea. We were served chips and two dips; one tomato salsa and the other was a black bean dip. And then we tried some chili con queso Margarita was okay but I'm not sure what mix they are using but it had a subtle unusual fruit taste. Salsa/Dips were interesting as the red salsa was (I'm guessing) puréed tomatoes, warmed with no spices added. Same with the black bean, puréed and warm with no spices. Chili con queso was warm with a bit of onion immersed and a small amount of pickled jalapeños on the side. But it was thin and runny. Service was good but we were there for the food, sampling the basic starters and didn't get past that. Prices seemed a bit on the higher side compared to all of the Mexican food competition in the area. Not confident that the Mexican food dishes would be any better than the starters, we may try a lunch there and see if the Veal Picatta and maybe the pizza would be worth another visit.

I love Habanero's! First and foremost I love to support a business when you know the person behind it is a kind hearted human being. Joel, the owner is hard working and always wants to make sure you have a great experience. This place checks off all the boxes with having a good drinks, good wine, and good food. It's hard to find all 3 these days. All of the servers are so polite and hard working as well. I have eaten mexican food and pasta dishes from this place and have been very impressed both times. They always play the best country music too and have wine dinners every now and then! Amazing.

My husband, daughter and I decided to try a new Mexican restaurant and were looking for a patio. When we came across Habanero with 4.5 stars, we had no reason not to try it. Unfortunately, the longer we stayed, the worse it got. The salsa with chips is just a red/orange sauce - like they boiled the flavor out. Since the black bean dip that comes out is pretty good, and queso appetizer was ok, we ran out of chips, and were left to try to flag someone down - to only be heard by the third waiter we tried. For the meals - I had the specialty enchiladas poblanos which had green sauce with 0 flavor, and came out luke warm. My husband ordered the fajita beef burrito, which was similarly bland, luke warm and came with french fries? The 2 stars come from a decent frozen margarita, an ok queso, and our daughter's kids spaghetti and meatball (singular) that came out nice and hot. - she is 4 and liked it, and she usually likes her food bland. Service is a 3 at best. Don't go for the Mexican food!

I saw this place and saw the reviews therefore I stopped to try it out. The first thing I noticed was that this place is confused as to what it wants to be. Is it an Italian place or is it Mexican? The salsa and chips were flavorless. The salsa is orange and remind me of a pumpkin puree and has zero flavor. The black bean dip was the only thing that has some sort of flavor. The food came out warm, not hot, and lacked any sort of flavor. I mean zero flavor. I do hope that they can get it together and be successful, but unfortunately there are so many Mexican places around here that it makes it hard to come back here for flavorless food. I wool give them one more chance by putting something simple and hard to mess up like a pizza. We will see how that turns out.

This is my third visit. (I'm a retired general manager of a local restaurant.) To be honest, if it hadn't been someone else's idea, I would not have returned. (Both the service and the food were subpar.)I'm glad we went because the young lady who was waiting on us, Jenny, greeted me with a wonderful smile and a happy greeting. We ordered our food, which arrived quickly and was delicious! We then ordered dessert, and who doesn't enjoy dessert? They were also very good. For some reason, I recall the restaurant being dark; however, it was light and airy, and appeared to be very clean. I'll be back; thank you, Jenny, for your excellent service.

This is a total GEM!!! Seriously awesome real authentic Mexican dishes, and yes even those boarder food favorites, AND a whole Italian side with rocking wood fire pizzas!! Priced in the $10 - $18 range, you can really find some true yumminess no matter your taste-buds desires! I had the fish tacos.... Made with red snapper, and not that heavy breaded crap, but fresh with a wonderful sauce and crisp veg! Speaking of veg... Skip the beans and go for the double fresh veggies... They are delicious, and I mean I left the yummy rice and finished the veggies yummy!! No joke!! The apps on the happy hour menu are a bit small,, but full of flavor! Try the nachos 4 delicious chips rammed with yummy stuff, and the trick is to ask for half beef and half chicken!! They have a superb wine menu, and good bar to find your new favs.... I am lucky to have them close by, as Joe, Dani, and Eddie are all super friendly and dedicated to making a wonderous experience for you!! Definitely getting a part of my paycheck every week! ______________________________On a previous occasion I had the chili-relleno, and wow stuffed with cheese it was spot on!! A real measure of a good Mexican joint, and they passed with flying colors!!

I don't know if this place is Mexican or Italian or seafood or what. The enchiladas tasted like they were filled with mozzarella cheese, and the rice is from the uncle Ben's box. The only decent part was the service but it was there to eat food and left very disappointed. Never going back.

I have been frequenting this restaurant now for about a year. I love their pizzas and burritos are excellent. I keep going with the intention to try some of the other items on the menu but I can't get past the Pizza's now. My daughter has tried a couple other items and loved those, so maybe next time I'll try something else.

Habanero's provided the best experience during the wedding cater planning process. Joel was very professional and easy to work with. He provided great recommendation and paired numerous options that our guest still compliment to this day. We will never forgot the great food but also the level of service Habanero's provided.

Beef fajitas in the enchiladas. Low quality meat inside. Tiny beef pieces not real fajita. The enchiladas themselves were tiny. Like where the rest? Lol What was there did taste good;but I was hungry. Wishing the serving size was more for sure. See photo for proof! 2 waiters- one the game was hustling... every time the guy waiter came over he pulled out his phone at the bar and was half working. Prob won't come back. Bill was 24-2 dollar tip for the lack of a great experience. I shoulda just hit up the taco truck and got a full meal.
