Fabio's Artisan Pasta

Neat little store with pasta and sauce options, as well as a selection of frozen lasagnas. We purchased two frozen lasagnas which were good, but I knocked off one star because they were somewhat dry due to not enough sauce.

We had a pleasant experience at this quaint store, which has a nice selection of pasta, sauce, and frozen lasagnas. We bought two frozen lasagnas, and while they were good, they could have benefited from more sauce to enhance the flavor.

Why 5 stars? Because this everything you could want in pasta. --- --- ---I found Fabio's a long time go on Yelp and have considered it to be one of the places I most wanted to visit. Finally, we made a pit stop on the way from the north side to the south side one day. We bought some fettuccine, manicotti and some lobster ravioli. All three rocked, but the manicotti ended up being the star of the show. Imagine the best mozzarella cheese stick you've ever had, but if it was pasta. It was a huge hit with everyone who tried it.We also grabbed a couple of sauces - the sugo rosa and bolognese, which, you guessed it, were also awesome. It's no wonder why Fabio's has over 300 reviews and carries a 5-star rating. I'm glad I was finally able to experience the greatness first-hand.

I came to Fabio's due to their sheer numbers of amazing reviews. We're always looking for new places to try and this one had fresh home made pastas and sauces you can take home and make yourself! I came by and met Fabio himself. He made some recommendations and I picked up a few things for dinner for the week. I got one of the lasagnas and heated it up for the amount of time the instructions recommended. The cheese never wanted to melt no matter how long I kept it in the oven! Wrapped in foil or unwrapped. Flavors were alright, we thought it was good enough, though definitely doesn't beat a fresh dish of homemade goodness. This doesn't replace a homemade meal, even if you bake it yourself at home. I also ordered some pasta and a container of Alfredo sauce, as recommended by the chef himself. Again, good but nothing rave worthy!

I LOVE Fabio's pasta. Been coming here (infrequently) for years, the staff is friendly, SO many pasta types and sauces, I've enjoyed all the ones I've had over the years- the winner was veal oso bucco ravioli with a Marsala sauce. I can't express properly how good it was.The pasta must be cooked at home (no hot foods offered there), but I've had great experience freezing the pasta too and it still being AMAZING when heated whenever I do get to it. I wish I lived closer to this fantastic store, located right across from Trader Joe's (which I usually go to as well when I'm there).I mean just look at their reviews, you can tell they are SERIOUS about pasta, and I'm all here for it!!

Amazing pasta and sauces!! Really friendly customer service and helped. Recommended four cheese ravioli and amazing vodka sauce. Bolognese was delicious as well!

Great place for homemade pasta! Why make it from scratch when you can buy it at a reasonable price! And the service is great!
