The serving sizes are VERY generous, but they can lower the prices by decreasing the serving sizes. Most of the people in here are taking half of their food to go. The prices are just ridiculous.The service is fantastic and friendly - no complaints there. However, it gets very noisy, especially on the weekends. It's not as bad for lunch on a weekday, but still kinda noisy.These prices are from the fall of 2023 and the spring of 2024:* Spicy Chicken Salad - OMG, the chicken is like crack. So moist and spicy. ($16.99)* Omelet - The eggs are kinda dry and lacking cheese. When the waitress asked how things were, we told her. The manager comped half off the price. ($14.99)* Single Pancake - Comes with compote and almond slices. ($8.99)* Shiner Bock Draft - $7 before 3 pm on a Monday.* Iced Tea - $3.49 on a Monday before 3 pm.* Side of Toast - $2.99.I was surprised with an extra charge on my bill. It was labeled "kitchen love." It was 2% of the total check. This might sound like a small cost, but it's not cool when you are surprised with this added cost. When I asked what the "kitchen love" fee was, the waitress told me it was for the staff in the back kitchen. She offered to remove it, and I said yes. (Kitchen love is 2%)The bottom line is that they have great food, and great service, but the prices are just insane."

"We came here for dinner the day after thanksgiving. We decided that we were going to order a bunch of apps to go with our drinks because we had been eating so much throughout the day. The firecracker shrimp and the chicken satay were definitely the highlights of the evening. I also got to try some of the fried rice that one of the diners got and it was probably one of the best Thai rice that I have had outside of Asia. I really enjoyed the ordering experience. We were a large party (I think maybe 8 people) and the server looked a little overwhelmed but once she got the order going, she was friendly, knowledgable, and whenever she was unsure about something she would verify and confirm with us. I would love to come back and try the full dinner menu the next time I am in town."

Love it!Leashed dogs are allowed at the outdoor patio which is covered on top with heaters and also on their lawn with picnic tables.It is ok to bring your dog inside to order then server will bring your items outside."

"Haven't spent a lot of time in Texas, but when we do the family always wants to grab breakfast tacos somewhere. It's a wandering pilgrimage, like eating a brisket sandwich while perusing the jerky wall at a Buc-ee's gas station. The eats at Loli's cafe were the best breakfast tacos we've found. They have a two lane drive thru and a walk up window. Parking is a bit limited. The line was long when we got there, but it moved along quickly. The tacos range in price from three to five bucks and were a generous size packed with ingredients. The Combo Ranchero includes egg, bacon, beans, cheese, potatoes, and a ranchero sauce. So good. I'm not sure what they do to the bacon, maybe deep fry it? But the chunks of bacon are a crispy crunch that then melts away. The tacos aren't over stuffed with potatoes. Loli's may very well become our go to whenever we are in town visiting the fam. No need to keep checking out new places when the breakfast taco urge hits."

The service was seemingly annoyed when I asked a questions about portion options. Presentation on the plate was simple and clean. The food itself is simply NOT good. The brisket is closer to jerky that something that's supposed to be supple and elastic. The sides were super bland and unimpressive. The BBQ sauce and then bread were okay. It's hard to think it would be dramatically different on a second visit but I may come back to try some options other than the brisket."

"We came here on 04.06.24 for a quick lunch, driven here by Yelp reviews. The ambiance spoke of authenticity and what probably was going to be one hell of a meal. We were seated promptly and tended to with a lot of attention. We each had the cheese enchilada plate along with some grilled jalapeños. The enchiladas were delicious although the cheese was very Tex-Mex. I don't know even know if it was cheddar or American, but the flavor was good and the texture of the enchiladas was solid. The beans were excellent and reminded me of a good homemade meal. The rice wasn't bad although it was a bit tomatoey. But that is one way of making it - it just wasn't to my taste. Overall, though for a great meal at a very reasonable price, this is the spot."

"Havent been to pats since they changed owners so this is a brand new experience. I kinda compare them vs now. Went in on a Thursday about 6:30. 10 minute wait which went by fast. We sat in the new room at a larger table due to having a baby. I enjoyed not being squished in a corner. I ordered a beef and chicken enchilada plate and my husband ordered beef. Enchiladas were very good. I miss the old chicken enchiladas but had no complaints with these new ones . Didn't come with sour cream which they used to before but it was fine. Chips and salsa were amazing . I am loving this new salsa they have it had a nice kick without feeling like I'm going to burn my throat. The old salsa was a lotto, you never knew if it was gonna be spicy or plain. They do charge a credit card fee which is listed on the menu and i believe at the front. I think it was happy hour when i went but wasn't sure. Waitress didn't tell us if it was or not but Facebook did when i went home. Would have probably got some queso if it was. Will be back for a burger soon with fried pickles."

"We love the fajitas here, especially the lunch special which is a better value. Lunch doesn't come with guac or cheese though. I really like that their fajitas come with zucchini and yellow squash instead of your typical bell peppers. It's a good different. They also have some delicious chunky potato salad that they always give with their fajitas. Today we got the sweetheart special with appetizer, fajitas for 2 including shrimp, beef, and chicken, and cheesecake sopapillas for $50. We figured since we were going to order fajitas anyways, we might as well do this! I expected the portion size of fajitas to be a bit larger though and we had to ask for more tortillas. The sopapillas were light (very thin dough) with some cheesecake filling. It was a good combo but probably wouldn't order it again. The corn appetizer was spot on and the empanada was small but crispy and probably could have used a bit more filling, but still tasty. Overall, we left with our fajita craving satisfied!"

The quesadillas were really greasy and the portion is much smaller and messier than the other Los Tios restaurants I've been to which was disappointing. I think we prefer going to the San Felipe location going forward based on the quality of food and overall service. They also offered free pralines but they were pure sugar. My boyfriend is obsessed with sweets and even he couldn't eat them. We appreciate the gesture so o feel bad saying that but it's my honest review on the experience."
