It smells like someone threw-up in here and they didn't clean it up! The hostess tried to tell me that they spilled tea and didn't get it cleaned up as well as they thought. Ma'am! That is sewage!I met a friend here for lunch and they love the salads. . .from what I was told, it was very good and was fresh. I didn't order anything because I could not get over the smell that hit me in the face when I walked in.I don't know how a place of business can operate like this and not be shut down. I highly doubt I'll be back.

First and foremost, they really need to do something about the sewage smell. The order is noticeable even before you step through the door. Most likely when they moved the bar to the center of the restaurant they had to run a new drain line and their contractor did not install a trap that is meant to prevent the smell from coming up through the drain. Either that or they didn't seal the existing they moved the bar from. Please fix it because it is a grotesque turn off! Fried pickles were great. My picky 9 year old was happy with the macaroni and cheese. I didn't like the teriyaki wings. They were too "saucy" and it was not a normal teriyaki flavor. Just seemed off.

They have great daily specials that I enjoy checking out. This day I got their chicken tenders special but since I also wanted some crawfish I got 1 pound of that. The crawfish wasn't as flavorful on the meat as I would have liked it to be. They probably should've soaked longer. The chicken tenders were fine. I got my BBQ sauce on the side. I have been here a few times before and have enjoyed their burgers. They have plenty of booths and tables, as well as tvs to watch sports. The servers are attentive and keeps our cups filled.

Terrible drinks, terrible service, terrible food. Would not recommend this place, will not be going back. Amanda, the manager on duty, was very rude and unpleasant. Overall made a bad experience, terrible thanks to her.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This restaurant has always given me a not so great - but acceptable experience in the past, and today really made up my mind of never visiting this establishment again. To begin, the beers we ordered (Lawnmower & Love Street) the Love Street tasted horrible, and didn't look right. I returned it for a Lawnmower which came out fine. On the second round of drinks, we received the same awful tasting beer - so we sent it back to be exchanged once again only this time, it was brought back by the manager "Amanda" who insisted that the beer was fine (which it wasn't) and that they checked and found no issues. Instead of investigating the matter, and apologizing for it, we were told that she "couldn't just pour another one" and to make sure we liked the next beer we chose. We received the appetizer (fried pickle spears) only to find a hair sitting in the ranch. Yum. Once we received our order, it was anything but good. The wings were burnt, and tasted stale - like they were just sitting and got reheated. Our server "Priscilla" missed items that we had ordered numerous times, and failed to do a good job at making sure our drinks were topped off & refilled. All in all, this was the nail in the coffin. I will not be returning to any Big City Wings location if this is the kind of experience that is acceptable.

First time at Big City Wings. I was not expecting much when I drove up. To be honest, I did not want to go in expecting a bad experience, horrible customer service, poor waitstaff and food. When I walked in the hostess was talking with another employee and immediately stopped the convo, greeted us with a smile. That was like wow this might be a good experience. Then we sat down, after 2 minutes this lively and polite server named Jessica came to our table. She introduced herself and said that our waiter was in the restroom but she would take our drink order. Then she asked if we had any questions. She came back with our drinks and told us she would be our server. Everything 3lse was AMAZING!! LOVED the wings and wedges.. can't wait to go back!!
