Really good really fresh fast casual Greek spot! Right across from the Brandywine shopping center. Set up where you can make your own bowl/salad/ pita and all the mix ins I got were really fresh! I had the lemon chicken in a pita and the creamy garlic sauce was really delish! My mom got the falafel as a bowl with the lemon rice and also enjoyed it. Service was good, friendly, and fast. Overall priced well too! Will be back!!

Tried it for first time. Overall very good. This is basically set up like Chipotle but for Greek food. You pick out if you want pita or a bowl. Pick you protein of gyro or chicken. We both got gyro which was excellent. The toppings were very good and they didn't skimp. The Greek salad topping was a little strong on the vinegar but next time I will just order the tomato, onion and cucumber separately. We also got two pieces of spanakopita which we weren't thrilled with the filling. No feta seen or tasted. Kayanna helped us and was wonderful and patient. She explained everything which was helpful especially since this was our first time. She is definitely an asset to this business.

I know this place is fast casual but the entire staff ignored me, there were four of them behind the counter. I had to flap my arms and basically yell to get them to acknowledge me. I placed an order online and paid ahead of time or I would have walked out. The food was not ready when I arrived. They didn't start making my order until I asked about it. People who walked in had their orders before me! Jokes on me for ordering ahead and tipping. The food sucks, the meat in the gyro tasted like deli ham. The portions are tiny. The service is absolutely bottom tier. Take it from me and the legion of yelpers who have had 1 star experiences these past few months and avoid at all costs.

(4.7out of 5.0) THE SIMPLE GREEK* It's just that simple Greek food the way we like it! Served in a fast-casual style, Simple Greek offers speciality Gyros and Bowls and/or a create your own option. One thing that I particularly appreciated was how they did not compromise their authentic Mediterranean flavors even though they are fast service facility. This is one of my pet peeves with fast casual service but this was not the case with Simple Greek. Another good sign that I wasn't the only one who felt this way was the large number of to-go orders stacked on the shelves. Clearly this is the sport to order from on a Saturday night in! I definitely will be a new regular here!

If we could give negative stars I would. Visited at 8pm and they close at 8:30pm. As we walked in the person quickly went into the vack and more than 5 minutes later another person comes out doesn't acknowledge us and very aggressively and loudly starts stacking chairs etc in preparation for closing. My wife and I look at each other and simultaneously sat I guess they don't want us here and start walking out. We walk right past the lady obviously closing and she says nothing. We were going to leave but having stood in the restaurant for more than 15 minutes being ignored, I walked back in abd asked if there was a manager. The reply was whats wrong. We waited to order for 15+ minutes abd been completely ignored. Well we close in 15 minutes. We cane fir take out more than 3o minutes before closing. Bottom line, ruse, condescending, passive-aggressive and just completely unprofessional We we were there for the soft and grand opening, and at least 6 times after but won't be back. I sene an emails to management and never heard back. The food and concept are great, but I don't need to beg and kiss a__ to get food when there are so many y other options in the area. Maybe pay your workers a bit more and get them incested in the big picture and they'll feel like part of the franchise instead of its a job and I'm ready to go home.

Very clean and fast! Wonderful Greek food - build your own bowl or pita. The young lady that helped me went through everything very thoroughly and guided me through popular items and her faves. The set up reminded me of a Chipotle where you can build your meal to your liking. The lemon chicken and potatoes were wonderful! I will be back!

Ugh, I really want to like this place --- it's a great concept: quick, customizable Mediterranean bowls and pitas. BF likes it, but I've been disappointed both times we've ordered. The online ordering process is straightforward --- you choose between a bowl vs pita, choose a protein, and then add various toppings (cucumber, tomato, feta, roasted red peppers, etc) and sauces (hummus, tzatziki, spicy red pepper sauce, etc). I appreciate that most toppings can be added without an additional charge. I've gotten a falafel pita both times; the falafel has been just okay. The first time I ordered, I admittedly went a little crazy adding sauces and vegetables. When my pita was a soggy mess, I figured it was my fault for piling too much on. The second time, I scaled back on my toppings pretty significantly, but I still wound up with the same soggy mess. I'm not sure if the pita just steams itself when it's wrapped to-go, but our trip home is only 5-10 min so it's not sitting in the wrapping for long. BF ordered a bowl and was much happier with his food, so maybe that's the way to go.We've tried the Greek Fries, which were meh --- they're typical fries, with feta and oregano on top, but the feta doesn't really stick so they're tricky to eat and actually get all the flavors. I did really like the Spanakopita though!Regardless, after two disappointing pitas, I'm not in much rush to go back.

Food- got the gyro bowl. Don't recommend. Meat is questionable & not really good. Also got the falafel- it was decent. Better than gyro meat for sure Staff- there was a lady & man working there. The women absolutely hated her job. She was rude & on the phone the whole time. I hate leaving reviews on workers but it was just a horrible experience. I literally will never go back. The man working there was pleasant. Overall I would pass. Try La Tartine on Gay st It's a little further but it's amazing & the owner works the kitchen is so unbelievably nice. Definitely worth the drive.

Fast casual Greek food done well Nothing outstanding but bowls and gyros all hit the spot with plenty of options. Food was remarkably fresh and servers were very pleasant and engaging. Comfortable tables & chairs
