Shake Shack Springfield

This Shake Shack is definitely underrated and easy to miss as it's tucked away with many other restaurants in the area. It's in rhetorical same parking Lot as the Union Bank & Giant. It has a great outdoor dining area plus plenty of dining space inside. Great for families and kids. I would definitely recommend getting the seasonal burgers which change up quite frequently and their Shack Stack, Mushroom w/ a beef Pattie on a potato roll is my go to. (Heads up their burgers come from a very sought out meat purveyor in NYC) Fries are alright could be better either way cheese on the side.Seasonal lemonades & Shakes are the go to, my favorite drink is the Strawberry Peach Tea, Shake has to be the Peaches & Cream. Their service is beyond amazing their managers go above and beyond to ensure guests are taken care of. Please do not forget to show your gratitude to the hard working crew in the kitchen as this is still one of the few establishments that allow them to earn their tips.

Sigh...maybe I'm a urger snob but...I used to love shake shck but this last burger was just eh. The portions are smaller and its giving upscale Mickey D's. No shade all 2024 I swear. The shake was.chill tho.

I went here once just recently and was happy to try it out. The food while fast food style was pretty tasty. It is a smallish locale off Springfield Road and has room for both making a quick order or to stop and relax at a few dining areas next to the kitchen.I got the Shack Stack Burger a burger that basically combines the Shroom burger and regular burger together. It was tasty with a surprise of a cheese sauce also! And I topped it off with a Creamsicle Float. Both were not bad!If your hankering for some beef (or a veggie option) this place has a lot of your needs in store. It is a nice chain spot for some good grub. Check it out!

Someone has to start it off for them. It might as well be me. Of course Delco has some historic burger places nearby. From Charlie's to Zac's, it's time to see if they can hold their own. It was a little after 8 p.m. on a Wednesday, their second day open. So take it for what it's worth. So from the time I placed my order at the kiosk to getting my burger and shake, it was just under minutes. They seemed to be handling orders fairly well although they said they'd text me when it was ready and I am still waiting. I happened to see them put it on the counter so that's how I knew. I've had Shake Shack before. I've liked them at times. Sometimes I haven't. Tonight, they were decent. The beef has good flavor. Nothing wrong with it. But honestly the burgers taste better at Zac's. And the black and white shake... not bad. But the shakes are better at Charlie's. Everything here was decent. But nothing was really special. And if you're going to spend $14 on a burger and shake, you have better choices.

We came here for lunch on a rainy Saturday. We ordered our food using the ipads at the front of the store. Ordering was easy. We took a number and sat down. After a short wait our food was brought out. The burgers were very good. I got a single which is a pretty skinny burger, but frankly it was enough for me. The only downside is that the burgers are very greasy which is not very appealing to me. We ordered some cheese fries to share. It wasn't a huge amount but since there were cheese on them and we were sharing with two little ones, it was enough. If you want a lot of fries, order one for each person. Overall, the food was really good. It's not the cheapest place but I feel like even fast food is expensive any more. I would eat here again.

Easy order on the self service pads and we received our food without a long wait. Maybe they were short staffed but the one trash can in the seating area was over flowing and some of the tables had trays left on it. Food was tasty but expensive but that's not too shocking if you know ahead of time.

Easy to order, food is good, shakes are excellent and service is fine. A great place for a quick dinner that's a cut above.

Drink was fine and quality of my white truffle burger was good but undercooked. Staff is nice and lighting here is good.

I saw this wasn't top rated but... Took a risk because I really wanted to have the gamut on Fourth of July for hamburger, hotdogs shakes and vegetarian burgers. So glad we stopped! The staff year was outstanding! Taking care of people who ordered at the kiosks or who wanted to order at the register, no problem! Busting their butts with a steady crowd of people coming in but making sure to pay attention to everybody standing at the counter. Even making sure our to go order stayed fresh and hot and got to us fast by meeting us halfway. Very happy to have found this location definitely come back. Food as always is excellent as expected but the service was outstanding!

A bit of a wait here, but nothing too bad. Probably about 10-15 minutes. I ordered the hot dog, very very good. I would 100% eat again. It's pretty clean in here and the ambiance is fine, it's a shake shack, you can't really ask for much. My friend enjoyed the burger and the pride shake (very inclusive). Life is good with a shake shack hot dog tbh.
