Tara is simply awesome! Fresh drinks and teas. Dog friendly. Drinks change with the season. Tara is personable and friendly. Loves seeing her regulars. Would definitely recommend. Great spot in town for a quick stop.

Great place! Great staff! Yummy shakes! Never had one I didn't like. If I lived closer I'd stop in more often for sure. If you haven't been, try it out. They know what they are doing.

I've been looking for healthier options when it comes to shakes and Main Street Nutrition is my new favorite place. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and none of them disappoint. The owner and staff are super helpful as well. If you're looking for a delicious low calorie option this is definitely the place for you!

Herbalife smoothie cafe. Not saying you shouldn't visit, but do your homework on Herbalife first. The "Nutrition" in the name should've been my first clue. Healthier options out there.

Ok, so let me start by saying I don't like to give negative reviews when the service is good, but, in this circumstance, I feel the need to.So this place is called, "Main Street Nutrition." It's a smoothie joint, which I was very excited to learn. However, the name is very misleading. A name with "nutrition" in the title results in expectations; however, at least then I visited, this place had no food, no milk, no yogurt, no fruit. How can a smoothie joint function then? Protein powder, water, and ice. That's all these shakes and smoothies are, despite all the flavors and combinations; nothing but water and protein powder. Now, there is definitely a market for this type of business, but generally even those places use milk and/or yogurt, and definitely fruit. The nutritional content of these shakes would be significantly improved, as well. Further, the hours are very, very limited, which from what I can tell, is all the proprietors can currently manage. That's fine, but it does make it harder to stop in.Now, all of that said, the owners are very nice people, they offer a loyalty program, there's lots of seating inside, some outdoor seating as well, and they have a huge number of combinations. All of the smoothies and shakes are relatively low calorie too, which is a plus, though the body's hormonal response to powders is going to be quite different to powders than to real fruit, milk, and yogurt. So, look. You won't find fruit, milk, or much else typically found in a smoothie or shake. You will find plenty of options and friendly service, the service being the only reason for the three stars as the product I experienced was gritty and not very flavorful. The choice is yours what you'd like to spend your money on.

This is the best smoothie and tea shop I've ever been too. My daughter introduced to this place in the fall of 2021 and I have been here almost every day these shakes have 24 grams of protein and and all under 300 calories. My daughter took me to a smoothie place somewhere else and I threw it away there was no protein just yogurt and fruit. You won't see me anywhere else. Go to Main Street. And see Tara. She is amazing. I got orange cream sickle. It tasted just like it. These people are now my friends. They can be yours too.

Just tried for the first time today. The banana blueberry crunch smoothie was delicious. Tasted like a muffin and was incredibly filling. I also enjoyed the mango peach tea which was nice and refreshing and not overly sweet. Well priced as well!

Reminiscent of "Betting on Zero." The smoothies do not taste good, as is the case with most Herbalife products. Not so different from a few other "smoothie" shops I've accidentally wandered into in the past. According to herbalifes own disclosure statements, 86% of "distributors" make no money. I feel bad for the owners, unless they're in that illustrious 1% of "distributors" who actually make anything above 6k or so, this store is likely just trying to cling on to that dream. Quite sad.

As a stay at home Mom I'm always looking for places to go that are kid friendly where I can enjoy myself as well. Main Street Nutrition is perfect balance! There is a kid section with tables, chairs, books, toys, little ride on toys etc that have been distracting my daughter since she was a year old ( she's now three) so I could get some mommy time. We both enjoy our best tasting shake ever and just take in all the love and kindness that fills this place. Personal fav is snickers, Reese's cup, or s'mores! They are seriously the best! The owners ( people behind the counter whipping out those shakes) are the nicest people you will meet!
