George's Burgers, Steaks and Shakes

This review is strictly about their gourmet burgers which are 4 star!! Customers have complained about many other items, however George's burgers are legit! It's rare to find a great burger spot that's a notch above the rest. My husband and I have been ordering from George's for several years and what we love most is their consistency! Chefs come and go but the consistency remains the same. I love that you can order turkey burger or Angus beef. Both are top quality. All Double Burgers 1/2Lb. Served on a delicious brioche bun. 22 burgers to choose from! Here's two we recently enjoyed:Breakfast BurgerCheddar cheese, bacon, and fried egg.Very filling and flavorful! If your starving and looking for a burger that will fill you up this is the one! You might need to even cut it and save half if your not a savage lol. Smokey BurgerLettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and smokey mayo sauce.The smokey mayo is one of my favorites! I can't get enough of that smokey fresh off the grill flavor! The burgers are always cooked just how I like them medium well. Delivery and pickup are fast!

I ordered via Slice because of the $3 discount. The app should have more options for how you want your burger cooked and more options for toppings. If toppings aren't available, then put it in the special instructions.I ordered the super burger which came with cheese and peppercorn dressing. The burger was juicy and delicious! There's a slight kick which I didn't mind because I love spicy food. I was pretty impressed. The bun was fresh and super soft however the bottom of the bun was soggy. My driver came 15 mins early so it would've been more soggy if he came later. I think they should consider using a different bun.I also asked the girl over the phone what size chips they had and she said 1 oz for 50 cents. What I got was the half oz size.I had their regular fried chix wings. The wings were ok and not as crispy as I'd like. The crispness level reminds me of kfc.Also my side of hot sauce had some crusting on the lid.

Before going into this review, a few things. First, I ordered from George's about a year ago and didn't bother writing a review which typically means I didn't feel it was worth my time. I did, however, do a review of Villagio Pizza which, as far as I know, is the same business and it wasn't a stellar review. So, desperately wanting a smash burger and forgetting if I like what George's had to offer, I found them on DoorDash and put in an order. Picked up a cheeseburger, French fries, vanilla shake, and birria tacos for later. It said on the app that the burger had two patties and was topped with bacon but mine had the patties but no bacon. I asked for ketchup, mustard, and pickles which they accommodated. The brioche bun was great, cheese was great, but the patties were well done. It was very reminiscent of Burger King but with more fat content and drier. I made it through half the burger before giving up on it. The fries are your typically run of the mill frozen French fries. The shake was a shake. I ate the birria tacos later cold. It was actually better than the burger. I don't know if they used actual birria meat but it was tender but not a lot of flavor. For some reason, it was loaded with raw onion. They used two corn tortillas per taco (it comes with three tacos) and toasted the outer tortilla but they didn't toast it in the birria juice. It came with birria stew (without any extra birria meat in it) which I used to dip my tacos. I've tried birria tacos from four different places at this point (if you include Taco Bell's new shredded beef grilled cheese dipping taco), and this was better than Taco Bell but not as good as the ones I had at Mexican restaurants. All that being said, this place seems to just offer the run of the mill food you'd get at any pizza parlor who also has birria tacos that are not bad.

They make the prices up weekly that never matches the menu! Some off the things on the menu is not offered and do not have updated menus, the fees as insane! So much frozen stuff it's ridiculous!

Ordered from here last night, very disappointed. $75 for absolute garbage. My mother said the chicken parm was "okay", fries were basically still frozen, spaghetti & meatballs was NOT fresh- pasta was nasty, you could taste that the meatballs were not homemade...definitely frozen. Not good at all. Cheesesteaks were flavorless & the chicken tenders were also just okay...nothing to rave about. Milkshakes (chocolate, vanilla, chocolate banana) were delicious but the food, no thank you- will not order from here again...especially not for the price...EDIT: I almost forgot to add that the small pizza as well was nothing special :/

I brought a fish hoagieI got a hoagie with 6 chopped up fish shit and a bunch of lettuce and stuff smh don't waste y'all money I had to take. The toppings to see if it was any fish on it smh

Me and hubby trying to find a new delivery joint that specializes in steak and burgers. Came across George's burger house on Grubhub and gave it a try. We order the Jalapeño burger, mozzarella sticks, cheese steak, BBQ wings, and honey BBQ wings. My hubby love their cheese steaks and mozzarella sticks. The cheese steak look extra meaty and a nice size for one person. The mozzarella sticks is a little bigger than the average one you buy from the supermarket.Me and my daughter enjoy the burger and the wings together. The Jalapeño burger is huge with a heavy meaty taste. Usually Jalapeño means extra spice, but this burger is just right on the spice. And the wings are very juicy and big. Also the delivery is super fast, we received our order within 35 minutes.P.S there is a pricing mistake on GH, 6 wings on GH is around $3.80, but on the actual menu, it is around $5.60.

This is my third time ordering from this establishment. I must say that their buffalo wings are absolutely delicious. However, they can't make a pizza to save the day! Not at all. I ordered a small meat lovers pizza and a large cheese pizza, along with 30 buffalo wings. I should've taken more pictures before I discarded the food. The ham on the meat lovers pizza seemed undercooked. The cheese pizza looked like it belonged to someone else because the cheese had slid all over the place. I threw that out too. But, the buffalo wings were good! A pizzeria that doesn't know how to make pizza? Shaking my head.

Well, I went for the cheesesteak. It was because I was looking at the menu, and for a picture of the burgers they have a picture of burgers lifted from McDonalds! Yes, the one picture looked familiar to me, and I searched on my phone and it was a picture of the McDonald Angus burgers that were in existence from 2009-2013.I got a cheesesteak wiz with. Roll was nice, but the meat was mediocre, badly needing some seasoning for flavor. Onions were OK too.A place specializing in burgers one would think has good fries. However, these are just run of the mill, from the deep freezer to the deep fryer. They do not even have a ketchup dispenser; you have to open up a bunch of ketchup packets if you're eating in.Pickles for the side are just out of a jar, and nothing special.All in all the steak and fries taste like you would get from a pizza shop, which is a shame since they claim to specialize in them.

I used to order from them on a daily basis because the food was delicious the quantity of the food was plenty and just overall great. Up until just recently I ordered a cheese steak and it was just completely tasteless and not even enough meat on it to call it a cheese steak. Very,very skimpy. I called to ask if they changed ownership or cooks they said no that when I informed them of how dissatisfied I was because the food was not what I was used to getting from them. They apologized and they tried to make it right​ asking what they could do for me. I told them my issues just to make them aware. Fast forward I placed another order the same results. This time they weren't willing to make it right or try to resolve it. They instead told me they were sorry and there's nothing they could do. So they just lost a loyal customer who would spend up to $40.00 on any giving day. Bottom line spend your money elsewhere.
