"I've been wanting to check out FINKA for quite some time now.I finally had reservations to dine here for a late lunch while I was out in Miami. I dined here during 4th of July and it was busy but not super busy. There was no wait and no reservations probably would have been fine. I came with one other person and got seated right away. We ended up ordering the following to share: Grill Anticucho Octopus- This was two octopus legs that was served with some crispy fried potatoes and a delicious red sauce. I really enjoyed it and it was a nice start to our meal. I highly recommend it if you like octopus. KFC- This was their version of korean fried chicken. The outer sauce was super sweet but I liked it. It came with a boniato bread that tasted almost like banana bread and was super moist and sweet. I didn't think it went with the chicken but it was really good on its own. As for the chicken, it was very moist and came out as 4 large pieces fried perfectly. Gochujang Noodles- This dish was slightly spicy and used sweet potato clear glass noodles. There were snow peas, large pieces of shrimp, cabbage, and other veggies. I really enjoyed it. We originally asked our server if 3 items was enough food because we were afraid it wouldn't be enough. She said it would be fine and I'm glad she did because it was the perfect amount without any leftovers (we didn't want to bring back food). The service was excellent. The server was really knowledgable and helpful. She also kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful. It has such a nice vibe and the bar area is really nice. It's great for small groups or large groups. The pricing here was reasonable. Parking is easy since they have their own lot. I would definitely come back."

"A fun beautiful restaurant in Miami! We came here with a big bachelorette group on a Saturday night, and it was a fun time with a dragon that came out towards the end of our meal. We got some tasty dumplings to share for appetizer and a couple rounds of drinks. I loved the spicy jaja margarita and they call me Bruce cocktails.I shared the hamachi jalapeño, spicy bluefin tuna roll, dragon roll, and Brussels sprouts. These were all so fresh and tasty. I also tried the korean fried chicken, which was delicious and spicy as well. Service was pretty quick and overall a great experience!"

Everything was packed with so much flavor. We loved it so much we will be pack very soon haha! The place is very small with only 13 tables so the wait times can get pretty long but definitely worth the wait (: They have an Asian Market right next door that is connected to the restaurant and you can look around for the time to go by quicker.Also, it's first come first serve no reservations. Highly recommend anyone to check them out! ^.^"

"Bali Cafe is a nice break from the Cuban (albeit amazing Cuban) food that Miami has to offer with fantastic hospitality as well. I ordered the steamed shumai and laksa noodle dish. Both were delicious and priced very reasonably. I loved the use of the peanut sauce for the shumai (versus the typical soy sauce) and the laksa curry was not overpowering but very tasty. My server was also very accommodating and super nice- you can tell that this is a mom and pop shop and they deserve all the business that they get."

The quality and unique selection of rolls are top notch, the price is absolutely affordable and worth it. I would even come here by myself for a roll!Must try the nori tacos, the seaweed shell is crunchy. We had tuna and salmon, couldn't get enough. The tuna pizza is also the perfect crispiness, with a drizzle of honey to die for. Mr.bombtastic roll was also heavenly with crunchy quinoa, tuna, salmon, shrimp, all the things. I love how most rolls come with tobiko or ikura to give it More Flavor. My favorite part is that you can have the rolls rolled in quinoa or arugula rather than rice! We finished with the Oreo roll WHICH IS SOOOO GOOD! It's the first time I tried an Oreo sushi roll and I will come back just for this!"

"This restaurant was highly recommended by someone who LOVES this place! Upon calling and walking in, the welcome was nice, warm and kind. Carlos and Jesus were kind and made recommendations that I went with. I had the lunch special that came with a miso soup and sweet plantain roll which was tasty and unique. There are seven additional rolls to choose from the price for the meal is really good. I thought the miso soup needed more salt and more textured seaweed. It almost seemed like it was spinach and seaweed combined so that consistency could've been better. The hamachi tiradito with truffle was really good and had a little spicy kick so get ready for it (it's not overwhelming). The pork dumplings were good steamed but probably would've been better fried. The ambiance was nice with the Olympics playing on mute. There was a guest who was on the phone and speaking so loudly with her guest but no staff said anything to redirect her. Other than that, it was a good experience. "The food and service was excellent. Found this hidden gem and gave it a shot...glad I did. We had the Ramen and Bento Box that contains the drunken noodles (Bento E). It's a quaint restaurant.The noodles are the best I've tried in the Miami/Homestead area...I don't know if it's made by the restaurant, but seems that way. We enjoyed it all...and only wish we had more room for food. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. The place is actually really large and we were seated in the side room, since this is likely one of the busiest weeks of the year for them. Waitress came rather quickly and was very attentive. We got our menus and had time to decide first for the appetizers, so that our main dishes wont come at the same time as our appetizers. That was the recommendation for this week. I wish I took photos of everything, since all the appetizers we ordered were great. very fresh, tasty and came out rather quickly. We got the Dim Sum, the fried String beans, the hangar appetizer and likely others.We then placed our order and I ordered the full Hangar steak, as did my wife and one of my daughters. The others ordered other steaks and fried rice. When I received my Hangar steak I was dumbfounded. It appeared more like a shish kabob of beef, not a steak. Just a large one. The description did not state it was on a skewer... So we made our displeasure known and the manager was quick to come over and agreed that the description could be misleading about what you are getting and that they were adding descriptions to the newer menus to explain what you are getting. I mentioned that the menu didnt state how large the steak would be or I would have ordered a larger one. This one is only 8oz and I have been known to eat a 26oz. However... As a gesture, the manager offered to give me a second steak on the house!! WOW! The waitress then brought out the second steak. Honestly, it just reinforced their true commitment to serving their customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Great food and great service."

"Came to check out Sim after a friend recommended it. We had a reservation but it was really needed; we were seated immediately. The restaurant has a very cool vibe. I started with a smoky lychee drink that had mezcal. It was pretty strong and tasted great! We ordered tuna tacos that were amazing. The mango chicken and friend rice were also wonderful. Our server recommended the Sim roll and I am so glad she did. The flavor was great with a little spicy mayo on the side. We had a great experience here and hope to come back again soon and try different items on the menu."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Salty Flame in Brickell with two friends, where we decided to take full advantage of their Miami Spice menu. The plan was simple: order one of everything and savor each dish.We started with the Siu Mai Dumplings, which were filled with a blend of shrimp and pork, wrapped in a tender dumpling skin, and steamed to perfection. These dumplings were a burst of flavor with each bite. Next up was the Korean Fried Chicken, which quickly became a favorite. The chicken was crispy and coated in a sweet Gochujang glaze, garnished with scallions, sesame seeds, and Fresno chili. The combination of sweet and spicy made this dish irresistible. We also tried the Paigu Pork Ribs, five marinated spare ribs coated in a sweet and sticky Chinese BBQ sauce. The ribs were tender and flavorful, with crushed peanuts, Fresno chili, and cilantro , perfection. For our entrées, we shared the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Jasmine Rice, Branzino, and Ribeye. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was a perfect balance of tangy and savory. The Branzino was light and perfectly cooked, and the Ribeye was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor, a bit on the small side but none the less delicious. To cap off our meal, we indulged in the Chocolate Cake and some gelato. The cake was rich and decadent, while the gelato added a creamy and refreshing finish to our feast.But the food was only part of what made our experience at Salty Flame so memorable. The vibe in the restaurant was lively and amazing, with a live singer and DJ creating an energetic yet relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect backdrop for a night of great food and even better company."

Dim lit, playful, good music background (soft). It's a calmer spot, not intense which I could appreciate. Service led by Carlos and Alejandra was outstanding. Carlos and a manager moved our table proactively as it was about to rain, swapped plates, were attentive, refilled water. I was impressed. Food came out with amazing flavors and presentation as well. The quality was good. I enjoyed the chicken kebob, standout oysters as well as cauliflower and amazing seafood paella. While the ceviche was was good, we both felt a bit too much coconut for our tastes. Cocktails masterly prepared and presented. The final tally was on the higher end, even when opting for some HH selections, but I'd say well worth it. I'd definitely return and recommend. "In case it's not clear from other reviews and photos, this place is very small. The inside only has an ordering counter and no seating. Outside, there are a few tables shared with a few other neighboring restaurants, where you can eat your take out.I had wanted to try their ramen, but decided that it's not the set up for it, so I opted for the onigiri, which I always had fond memories of when it sustained me on a student budget in Japan, and takoyaki. The onigiri comes in a neat package (you can get these prewrapped seaweeds at Kimchi and other Asian stores) that allows you tear off the plastic and have the seaweed wrapped around the rice almost magically. The flavor was okay, fit the bill of filling me up. The takoyaki is pretty good, it came out piping hot. As I ate at the table, I had to battle with the wind to keep the plastic boxes and napkins from flying away. I probably would have enjoyed the food more under better circumstances. I can see this place being a good option for take outs for people in the neighborhood, but sadly not for me."

"This upscale looking bistro in the heart of Key Biscayne looks much more expensive than what it is. We were so pleasantly surprised the first time we checked it out and have been coming back since. Their lunch menu is a VERY filling amount of food for about $10. Parking is available and easy in a shopping plaza next to the place. On a Saturday around noon there were no crowds and good service. I've had the Pad Thai, Thai Fajitas, and Spicy Thai Wraps here. All have been delicious and very filling. The portions are good - if you are not too hungry you can share them. Service was prompt and good, refilling our water and helping us with any extra requests we had - soy sauce, peanut sauce, etc. The outside Seating is really very pleasant, a mix of shade and sunshine in the heart of Key Biscayne."
