Dayanna and the Best Ceviche in Miami!I had the most incredible ceviche experience at 305! The flavors were out of this world, and it's hands down the best ceviche I've tasted in all of Miami. But it wasn't just the food that made this visit unforgettable - our server, Dayanna, provided five-star service from start to finish. She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I will be returning! If you're a ceviche lover, this place is a must! And if you like it spicy, they can light it on fire!

NOT THE PLACE TO BRING ANY VEGETARIANS. THE MENU IS LACKING FOR THEM SIGNFICANTLY.Pros:+ Great presentation on all the other dishes that have meat.+ Beautiful and traditional Peruvian DishesCons:- Lack of true vegetarian options - Note they have a vegan/veggie section on their menu. However, I don't think this restaurant is as creative when it comes to their vegetarian entrees. Suggestions for improvement: Heart of Palm Ceviche?!? Maybe add some protein to their dishes (legumes? tofu?)- Staff are not aware of vegetarian restrictions and offer seafood and chicken as "vegetables"IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

I'm obsessed with this place. I didn't realize this place had been opened for a year. We stopped by one night after seeing this place was opened until 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays! Our typical favorite Peruvian place always closes so early! This place was delicious! The menu is extensive and includes classics like ceviche, lomo saltado and aji de gallina. There are also other dishes including sushi, Nikkei and many fun cocktails! The service is always on point. Folks are super attentive and nice. I like that they welcome you with plantains and a spicy sauce. There's also plenty of seating and they can accommodate large groups. They also have a parking lot and it's free! This place is a must try!

Came here for the first time with my siblings cousin and her friends who flew in from Nj. Haven't had Peruvian food in years and decided on this place. Located in a plaza next to a McDonald's so lots of open parking spots. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable when we had questions on the items. I ordered a passion fruit drink and a tuna bowl. Both were very delicious, but I would say that the price of the drink being $10 is overly priced. Price of the bowl should not be $16-$20 as they don't add much tuna to it. It's more rice and not enough of the tuna. Nonetheless, it still tasted good. It was very dark in the restaurant and not packed which I thought was going to be bc it was Friday night in Miami.

Parking at 305 Peruvian Modern Cuisine can be a bit of a hassle due to limited space, which can make it complicated. However, once inside, I found the service to be somewhat hit or miss. While the staff was generally polite, there were moments when they weren't as attentive as I would have liked. One aspect to note is that they don't offer any food options during happy hour. However, the good news is that they make up for it with their excellent selection of drinks on happy hour. The drinks were well-crafted and definitely hit the spot.I particularly enjoyed the 305 rolls - they were flavorful and a highlight of my dining experience. However, the Yuka dish left much to be desired. It was just okay, and the taste didn't quite match up to the presentation.Similarly, the Salmon roll left my friend with a mixed impression. In the end, it seems that the margaritas at 305 Peruvian Modern Cuisine are a standout feature. They certainly get the job done, making it a great place for a drink with friends.

My daughter ordered the Lomo combo with Risotto Hucaina it was delicious but the price and serving didn't match $30 WOW too much !!! The steak was very good quality though so that might be why !!! The portion was small but the dish was very tasty !!! I ordered civiche with 4 different sauces and truthfully they all tasted exactly the same.... Disappointing.... Our servers 2 ladies were very nice but came to the table a little to much overkill ....

Great service and delicious food! We came here for a quick bite before our flight out of Miami. The service was great and the inside has lots of open seating. The Lomo Saltado was a favorite and Shrimp Ceviche had so much flavor. We also had one of their Passionfruit juices and it was super refreshing!

Ehhh. Despite being in a shopping center, the place was cool. The service was great, but the food left something to be desired. Ordered one sushi roll and it was drenched in the sauce. Yuca was okay but the cold sauce with it wasn't that great. Ordered the lunch special and the fish ceviche tasted super fresh, but didn't like the hard corn in it. The pesto chicken pasta could use a little more flavor and the chicken was a bit dry.

I love Peruvian food but this place is very bland, like no flavor at all. Even asked for recommendations :(Everyone friendly.REMINDER: "Large" party automatic tip. Hate when servers shove the tip screen to you and stare as you pick. Just seemed a little greedy, like in hopes we didn't read the bill, good thing we did. (alr $40 tip in almost empty restaurant)And there is additional "SVC" for using credit card, would've been nice to know.
