Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is supposed to be a Zaxby's Chicken Club NO TOMATOES but thanks to Kardel M who has the absolute worse listening skills on the planet And so I ended up with this sh**. Kardel sounds like he is high AF at work and doesn't want to be there. He kept a hot mic on while blasting a customer in front of me with questions about his order because I guess he F'd that order up too. When I called him on it he asked me to hold on and made me wait for 5 mins. Why is Kardel taking orders? This is not where he can shine. He needs to be on the grill where the only thing different on an order is bone in or bone out. There's a Cane's that just opened up - next time I'm going there to get chicken. Fire Kardel and I might come back.

This is one of those places you don't remember why you don't go there until you do. The food is just not good. Commercial did great job advertising.

Their was a huge nat in my drink, I took a big gup from.... I just felt so grossed out. Took it back, and ther female had ther nerve to have a nasty attitude , as if she drank the bs. 2 stars because managment have me a full refund.

Great sandwiches and French fries when they are still warm. I had the Asian salad in Kentucky last month and it was great so I got one here....it was mostly cabbage! Not very good at all. Very disappointed because I drove 30 minutes from Katy just for the salad.

Came here for their 4 piece chicken strip meal deal. Buy one get one free.99! Heck yes!$8 and change for 2 meals.. yes please! Their Zaxbys sauce was surprisingly awesome. *whispering* better than canes sauce (in my opinion). Crispy, hot and fresh out of the fryer! The meal comes with "crinkle" fries, coslaw and a piece of butter toast. Definitely recommended for some chicken strip on the go!

If you do decide to buy from this place do not leave before checking your order. More than once they hand you your bag, tell you it's all there and then you get home and . . . Nope. They failed to put your $10 sandwich in the bag. Call them up 20 minutes later? Oh, you can drive all the way back today for a refund but tomorrow is too late and sorry too bad.Find somewhere else to spend your money.

I really enjoyed this Zaxby's. The restaurant was super clean the staff was super nice. Me and my daughter both got wings. She got the Zaxby's snack pack which was very filling. I love all of their sauces especially the sweet and spicy. I also like there's soda machine because it was one of the big ones that let you get whatever you wanted with whatever flavor that you wanted. I was spontaneous and tried a vanilla Ginger ale. I will definitely be back because of the cleanliness and the customer service.

It has been a while since I reviewed Zaxby's. I came for a salad a while back and on the bottom of our receipt was a survey for a BOGO on the Big Zax snack pack. A snack pack comes with 3 tenders, fries, Texas toast and a drink for $6.50. So a BOGO on this is a nice deal. We did the survey & redeemed it. My husband and I were really surprised with the snack pack. It was very good and filling. The chicken was crispy but not greasy. The fries were cooked perfect.The service has gotten much better here and the drive thru staff is friendly. We will return.

I wanted to really like this place. I tried. I even asked the guy standing near me, what does he normally get here. He was a delivery driver and says he gets alot of orders from this place so he assumes it is good. I got the chicken sandwich meal. Meh. Rather go to raising canes down the street

We went because we had a buy one get one coupon. All the money we saved is not worth the upset stomachs. They need to increase their hand washing or something. Not going back to this location.
