If you're looking for a Unicorn, forget adding a third to your relationship. Barbi and I are the Unicorn. We pretty much define it. So stick that in your disco and dance it.Lovely club in Midtown, somewhat elevating the midtown scene from mediocre to pretty good, despite Heart and Washington Ave in general being far superior. We love the colours, we like some of the girls, and we come here when we can.

I came here with two gfs for a night out and I think it was still early but the vibe was not it. The drinks to me weren't good either. The drink decor and cups were super cute though.

Place was great with good music/DJ. Would recommend the "My Little Pony" drink. Employees told us that they never seen the coin-operated kiddie ride work in 2 years lol

Such a cute place with fun vibez. A very cute spot for hanging out with friends or a date night. Located in Midtown and kinda reminds me of a night out in Austin. This place has 2 levels. On the first floor is the bar and a few seating areas and 2 lanes bowling alley. Super cute bathroom where you can press the button to turn on the disco lights and music. Upstairs is an outdoor patio. Half covered other uncovered. The DJ is located upstairs. He was playing a variety of music from back in the early 2000's to today. There's room for dancing. Another bar with seating surrounding it. Low lit patio lights and very cute decor for photos too. I definitely recommend everyone to check this out.

Best night out ever. Literally loved the dj so much and thinking about the drinks, the decor, the open roof bar all the time. I truly had the best night out here coming from out of town.

As one of the more relaxed nightlife venues in Midtown, Unicorn Disco gets my thumbs up for being a little different from the rest. It's a cool concept, an interesting space, and usually an easy place to enjoy a drink and some conversation.The decor with the ambient lighting is most definitely on point. The retro vibe is most definitely felt from the nicely stocked and lit bar to the booths and TVs. The subtle IG friendly illuminated signage is nice, as is their spacious outdoor seating. On looks alone, they get a big thumbs up from me.Presentation is a big theme here and it's never been more evident than their drinks. From light bulb cocktails to creative signature drinks, there's always something to capture here. They also have canned drinks and bottles as well, but I always make it a point to indulge on their adult slushies. It's perfect for hot weather months and they are a lot more potent than they look. Another unintended bonus? They have a boutique bowling alley, which is so cool. It's only two lanes but it's free, fun activity that no other nightlife spot in the immediate vicinity can say they have.The service here is good overall, I've never had any issues with the bartenders. They have an online service for bottle service / private parties and they supposedly serve food here. They're open late each night and while the crowd may vary, it is a fairly unique nightlife concept throughout H-Town.

THE BEST! This isn't just a nighttime spot! We hosted a daytime 36th birthday (crazy thrift shop style) bar crawl and this was our starting spot. We were nervous how people would receive us with our wigs, lots of colors, and wildness but we were welcomed with open arms. Blake, the bar tender, was a champ. He was patient with our non drinkers to make sure they felt loved at the bar too. He explained all the fun UNIQUE drinks to any questioning patrons as well. My sister's drink came in a rice box with chopsticks (see photo) -- we loved it! Since we were planning to stop 3 other spots, we had initially thought of just staying for a bit but we stayed much longer because it was such a great time. We bowled on one side of the lane too! There was all walks of life visiting the bar at this time too -- some friends dressed super casual, just laid back having a sip at the bar, some ladies all decked out looking fancy, our crazy group, a sweet couple, and even some older folks. Everyone felt "just right" there and didn't need to be anyone but themselves and that's what I think made the difference. We truly couldn't have picked a better place to start and get the vibes right for the rest of the day. We can't wait to go back!

Blake was my bartender, his service was fast & friendly. He also had a conversation with me and my friends and he was very cool overall, definitely coming again!

Devonte is the best bartender at Unicorn Disco he's the only one I'll every buy drinks from and is always the favorite to see. He needs a raise!
