The Empanada Company

4/26I'm editing my review and adding an additional star I just left and I got a brisket torta and when I tell you I took that first bite and almost moaned immediately lol I know they're called the empanada factory, but this freaking torta is so good I had to leave an additional starI'm Puerto Rican, so I already knew walking into this establishment that the empanadas would be different than what I'm typically used to. I was initially going to order the pizza and picadillo because those were two flavors that were more similar to what I'm used to eating and an empanada, but I went ahead and went with the picadillo and the brisket Was a bit dry and could've had more flavor. I do also feel like they could've been a little more because I think you are paying about four dollars for each I didn't really care for either of the sauces that they gave me with the empanadas. The restaurant itself was pretty small but clean and the employees were at least the one that helped me was very kind

The Brisket in Green Salsa was I also recommend the Chicken Tinga the flavors were exploding with bite I took. Sadly the chicken mole left to be desired no spice no chocolate very bland. On to Desert the Cherry and lemon empanadas were spectacular. This is a counter service place with friendly service and good coffee! Ambiance was quiet from what I saw to go is the main thing here.

Tried the empanadas the other day. Pineapple and cream cheese were wonderful. I ask for two Picadillo empanadas and I actually got two potato empanadas. However, they were still good. Staff was wonderful too, very friendly and professional.The only real negative, is that parking can be a challenge.

Empanadas here are pretty fire. Great dough and fillings. Need to come here more often. App is definitely useful.

Some of the best sweet and savory empanadas I have ever eaten.The chicken in pastry is my favorite but get their early because they sell empanadas quick, why... because they are just so delicious

picadillo, cherry with cream cheese and blueberry with cream cheese are the best so is the chocoflan ! recommend 100%

Yummy empanadas. I only took off a star because their dough is more bread like and I prefer a pastry dough. Peccadillo has been my favorite one so far. Also the employees are super nice.

Best empanadas in the Houston area. You must try the Poblana and the Marcello. Great service! It reminds me of the ones in Buenos Aires. Definitely, a must if you are in Houston.

Spent $17 on empanadas and only got 3 tiny salsas I was told I get 1 tiny salsa container per two empanadas and would have to purchase additional salsas very disappointed never had this issue on previous trips the empanadas are good but the stinginess is a deal breaker for me so this will be my last visit to this establishment. If you visit this place and like salsa be prepared to buy extra!

I've been in the store but mainly order delivery. Love their spinach and meat empanadas! Recommend their pineapple ones as well! Small place but their service is fast and friendly!
