Pie in the Sky Pie Co.

Unfortunately I did not take any photos. I ordered the West Coast Salad and was not impressed. They do not carry ant diet sodas, so I ordered unsweetened tea. My son ordered a BLT and sadly, the bacon was too burnt. My other son ordered a waffle and an apple streusel and he said it was delicious. My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich, it was ok.I also ordered a cappuccino, it was ok but it took forever. I think they forgot I had ordered that. Since I am not eating carbs, I looked for sugar free options. I found one keto cookie for $4dls. I did not try it because I felt it was too pricey for the size. They did have some free samples of Red velvet cake, my family said it was good.

I love this little restaurant. This became my favorite place to stop for a snack or meal. Over the course of a month, I tried their red velvet cake ball, their raspberry swirl cheesecake bars, their lemon shortbread, their chicken salad sandwich, and their Waldorf salad. Everything was perfection. The only thing that I would change is that the crust of the raspberry swirl cheesecake bars was a bit too salty.

How I'm able to resist living in Conroe just for the pie: because it's 100F every day except between Thanksgiving and New Years!Service is just what you expect: Southern Hospitality. Brace yourself if you're one of the many LA or NYC transplants to Greater Houston!Dog Friendly outdoor seating has nice informal ambiance. Not a Parisian Cafe, but not Pie's fault!

I was visiting some people out in Cypress and needed a quick gift. So we decided to drop by here on our way from Dallas to pick up a pie. We were instantly impressed upon entering by the many selection of flavors they had ready. There were your classic pies and more unique ones like their Lavender Haze. They also had individual pies, smaller pies for small groups, and larger pies. They also had a full on menu of food items if you are hungry and want to sit down and eat. We got their Banana Cream Pie which ended up being a hit. The pie was a little pricey. I think we paid about $17 for the pie but it was heavy, large, and oh so good. The crust was perfectly flaky and the fillings had the right balance of sweetness. The girl at the counter was really nice and helpful. She was really knowledgable about all their pies and answered all our questions. The inside of this place is pretty large with plenty of places to sit and hang out. I recommend if you're looking for a pie.

Pie in the Sky Pie Company in Conroe, Texas has all the elements of a very good restaurant. It has a good but simple menu, great atmosphere and pie. Those are pretty formable things to have in a restaurant. The sandwiches are huge and the selection of pies are impressive. Although the menu is geared more toward sandwiches, soups, salads, and pie but if you're hungry for lunch or an an early dinner, I think you'll find something that you will find satisfying and filling. There's even a sizable outdoor eating area that you can take this and enjoy when the weather cooperates. If eating is not your objective , you just wanna piece of pie and a cup of coffee. They also have great selections in coffee, so the combination of the pie and the coffee tends for nice pause in the day.

If you name a sandwich Cheesy Cheesy, it should be full of cheese :( this one had 1/2 a piece of yellow and 1/2 a piece of white. We have been here many times and not had any problems with the strawberry salad but this time it came with an oil for the dressing and instead of the candied pecans they have substituted for sliced almonds. With allergy issues this is something they should have mentioned before they brought the salad to the table.On a high note, the outside patio was nice, it was a pleasant day to sit outside, and the flowers were gorgeous. Also, our food came very quickly even though placing our order took forever.

The food was delicious, it was a great lunch meal with wonderful pie. The staff was friendly as well. The outdoor patio was nice, I really enjoyed this place. A+

This place is a gem! The food...was absolutely delicious and the pies, my goodness I could've eaten all of them! They are all delicious and did not disappoint! We did try the strawberry/rhubarb pie and goodness that was the most beautiful pie I have ever had! The actual breakfast and lunch did not disappoint! The staff is super friendly and helpful! And the atmosphere gave us hippie vibes and we loved it! Will absolutely be stopping by here again!

What a lovely cafe! It's my husband's birthday weekend and he always requests a pie or any pastry for his special day. I am still new to Houston and the surrounding areas. I researched several pie shops close by and found this business 16mins from my area. I will say of your not familiar with the location, you might miss the turn. There was plenty of parking available. I noticed the outside patio lit with lights. Inside I was greeted by a lovely girl who was personable and informative. What like most about this place is knowing EVERYTHING is made in house or locally. I forgot to mention Pies In The Sky is female owned, and has been around for 20yrs (I think), BRAVO! I spent some time talking to the staff at the register - they seemed very happy to be there. Even the kitchen staff looked in good spirits. The wall closest to the entrance has a variety of pie flavors along with local coffee, wine, free range eggs, and more. I don't recall seeing a price list posted so I asked the nice young lady restocking the shelf. 9 Inch Pies are $206inch are $10(Be sure to checkout the half off rack. Half off pies expire within the next few days but are still great for freezing and eating later)I was shocked at the price points of the pies, I was honestly expecting them to cost much more. This is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper compared to other shops that charge $36 for a 9inch pie. TASTEThe million dollar question. Are the pies any good? YES!! If your a new customer like me and don't know what to purchase, are free samples available at the register. I tried the strawberry rhubarb then purchased a 9inch plus a slice of the bumble berry. My husband hasn't tried his pie yet- but I hope he likes it. If not I will eat it by myself. I look forward to returning here for a full dining experience. I really like the ambience and live music - the menu looks impressive. Also, they offer mimosas AND sangria!

Waitress is ignorant. I was told they had a cheese cake after arriving to pick it up and a 30 minute wait they told me they sold out. Then when getting a refund complete ignorance from the waitress and no consideration about her mistake. She was rude the entire time.
