Been a customer for years and last night ruined that relationship. They literally blamed me for canceling my order when it was more than hour and it was never delivered. I called the restaurant and was told they are waiting for a driver to go back to restaurant to get my food at 8:45 pm which is the same time they close. He said the food was ready and they would block me if I canceled. At that point I didn't want cold Chinese food. I literally had to call door dash to get a full refund because they refused and put me on a blocked list. I even called the next day to try to get resolve because they may have been confusion. He wouldn't let me talk and said he was thinking for me. That right there let me know what he thought of me. So I ended the call and did the next best thing was write this review and call the city food inspection and filed a report.

You get what you pay for... it's cheap and tastes like it. You can tell it's kept in a warmer all day. Emphasis on ALL. It's grisly and flavorless but will keep your stomach full for $13. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come here if I didn't live within walking distance.

I kneeled down in a puddle of Chai Tea, and ended up with Chai Knees.Anybody judging this by Chinatown standards will have issues because it's American Chinese food for the American non-Chinese community dedicated specifically to the Montrose area, which is definitely more along the lines of Western Chinese food that is not really Chinese at all.That's why there are hardly any Asians actually can ever be found eating here.Having said that, it's actually a pretty decent standard with good portions and decent prices for the area, so it's not bad at all.

I was "CATFISHED"!!!!!!!! Got flyer in the mail, on August 11, 2022,for lunches starting at $8 each. When I went in to sit down in their "restaurant " there was no restaurant tables/chairs/atmosphere! And I was fairly invisible...not in any rush to acknowledge one's existence, let alone, take my order. And it smelled bad. I left. I won't ever try that place again.

It's an American Chinese restaurant but it's still not done well. The egg drop soup was watery and no flavor. The hot and sour soup had no flavor, especially no sour flavor. The rice was not good. It's yellow rice, not fried rice even though they say it's fried rice. The sweet and sour chicken was normal. The chicken was fried well. I trashed everything else and ate the chicken and sauce. The wrapper on the egg roll was tough. The cream puff was hard. It was just overall a lackluster experience.
