This Chinatown cafe is so cute and if you're exploring around the area it's definitely worth a stop to cool down and have a good coffee.I got the pandan bac siu. This was very smooth due to the amount of milk, but the coffee was still present! The pandan added a great sweet, nutty flavor to the coffee as well.My boyfriend ordered the coco matcha latte. The matcha wasn't overpowering but the flavor was there, which is what we prefer. The coconut added a great creamy, nutty flavor to it as well. We added boba to both our drinks just for fun.I would definitely return to try other drinks here.

You must try it. Nothing like any other place. One in a million. Every drop is delicious. What to get: Viet Iced Coffee, any fruit black teaWhat not to get: In a car crash, Houston roads are f***ing insaneLike Ann said, high quality, partly because of the tiny menu (yes, even tinier than your ex boyfriend), partly because they house-make everything with the finest and most fancy imported ingredients, to the extent that you're going to enjoy some of the most wonderful Vietnamese drinks you'll ever taste.I raved about TeaFix years ago because they were making real Vietnamese drip-coffee and making it very well, Le Drip does the same, serving some of the strongest and most amazing Viet coffee in Houston. The "sleeper items" as the kids say, are the fruit black teas, which are absolutely delicious. The Lime Black Tea is a favourite, and all of the other fruit flavours are incredible. There wasn't one that we didn't absolutely love. They're located right in the middle of the busiest part of the busiest plaza in Chinatown, next to Tea Top and Fufu, sharing a property and bathroom with Happy Zone Karaoke, close to Sharetea and GiAu Bar N Bites. It's a little place, with a big heart, run by two beautiful sisters from Cali who are usually around (at least one of them), and you'll often see their mother in here as well. An absolutely wonderful family, and it's a pleasure to call them my friends.Houston is a very Vietnamese city (one of the most Viet cities in the world outside Vietnam), and if I was going to send a friend for a Viet coffee or two within the HTX metro area, this would be at the top of the list. And we're obsessed with coffee and drink it a lot, so consider us experts. We used to come almost literally every night, we had to stop coming here for a couple of reasons, but we look forward to coming again in the future, hopefully, and wish them the greatest possible success with their truly amazing products and second-to-none coffees and teas. And remember...Le Drip, Le DripGet a drink, take a sipHow's your gloves? With all the boba places around it was nice to see something different. Plus I am a simp to anything Vietnamese. I was in the area for boba and I saw this place which I decided to check out, and I am glad I did. BECAUSE they have EGG COFFEE. Now it sounds weird but it is sososososo good. I never had it at any coffee place and I usually make it myself. But essentially it is an egg custart on top of Vietnamese coffee. The egg custard is made from raw eggs so just be aware. I never had an issue and it is worth the risk. The egg coffee is definitely very decadent and rich. You can share the coffee with someone else and be ok. I feel that the custard was a tad too sweet but it balanced with the coffee flavor. I would check this place out if you are wanting to try something different. They have plenty of other drinks to try out too!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while but have put it off for one reason or another. Le'Drip is dripping with flavor and style. I like the ambience of the small cafe. Weekends look pretty packed with lots of young folks enjoying their weekend but weekdays seem more relaxed with all the youngsters in school. There's not a lot of room but enough for you to comfortably sit and visit. The music playing in there is trendy. I heard a Chris Stapleton song once while waiting for my order. The staff is very nice, helpful and polite. I always appreciate great customer service. The drinks are very good. I don't find many places that get ca phê trứng (Egg Coffee) right, especially iced. Le'Drip impressed me with their version. I thoroughly enjoyed the stout Vietnamese coffee taste. In my opinion whether ca phê sữa đá or otherwise, the coffee has to be legit and strong or it throws everything else off. If you want a sweeter coffee try Bác Xíu (White Coffee), which is much sweeter. The ca phê trứng however was exceptional compared to others I've tried recently. On a whim, I tried the Soursop Thai Tea. It's good but too sweet for me. If sweetness is your weakness, by all means, you may love this drink.Le'Drip has impressed me so far and I'll return to try other drinks in the future.

I like that they focused on quality by having a smaller menu rather than having a large variety. Located in the Dun Huang plaza, the interior is small but a few tables to sit here and there. They import their coffee from Vietnam.Viet coffee when done right should be rich and creamy. Definitely hit the spot. I love my Viet coffee and this did not disappoint. It's rare to find a good egg coffee but this is one of my faves spot to get it. I have also tried their sugarcane and refreshers. I like their consistent quality and the service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend to check out.

Loved all the unique menu items this place offers! I decided to play it safe and order a classic Egg Coffee. It was delicious. The coffee was fragrant, strong, but not bitter. The egg foam was creamy, delicious, and not overly sweet. One of the better egg coffees I've had! This has become a new favorite cafe in Houston for me.

My absolute new favorite coffee shop! I got the pandan bac siu which is essentially Vietnamese coffee topped with pandan sea foam. The coffee was just perfect in sweetness and the pandan just added to the flavor to give that familiar flavor we know and love. I tried the ube cheese bac siu as well. Not a fan. Can't really taste the ube much so highly recommend pandan over it.

Nut allergy friendly coffee, can't speak for the pastries. This is one of the priciest black coffees I've ever had, but it was seriously one of the best. The flavor notes truly came out in an intense coffee. I usually don't feel anything from coffee but I really got a wake up call in the evening.I'd definitely go again if I'm in the area and want a sugar free drink. Their bac siu is amazing too, great creamier version of a Vietnamese coffee.
