Freebirds World Burrito

I'd recommend getting the nachos here. They're loaded with so many different ingredients like protein and veggies and the portions are huge. Downside is that the nachos can get soggy very quickly. I also enjoy getting their chips and queso on the side, I think it was my favorite part of the meal surprisingly.I've tried their burritos and bowls before but it always left me so thirsty afterwards because of how salty it was. I have to say that if I had to pick my favorite Mexican fast food chain, this wouldn't be in my list of spots I'd go to off the bat. Their service is super quick in preparing orders and staff is friendly. I'm just not the biggest fan of the food here and wouldn't go out of my way for it. Also ordered a majority of the food online and their app/website is sooo confusing and old-fashioned, definitely needs a redesign because it was super hard to navigate and place my order after multiple failed attempts to submit.

I had a lot of requests for songs over the years when I was playing live shows, but half of them were Freebirds.I have no problem with three birds at all - or Freebirds, which is what I meant to say - and they stuff their burritos full of all kinds of delights, which you can choose, and I think they do a good job with it.This location is in Bunker Hill right off of Katy Freeway, and it's pretty friendly and similar to most other locations, but does get pretty busy.I'll probably come back here again in future. You can definitely consider me a fan on many levels.

This location has never missed a beat for me. Their food is always fresh and the flavors are always on point. The customer service trumps that of any other Tex-Mex fast food chains around this area. The servers always make sure you leave feeling happy. The atmosphere of this location is great. The design of the store guarantees most efficient flow for customer traffic! I'd recommend Freebirds if you're around and looking for burrito/burrito bowls.

Used to go here all the time. Apparently they chopped down the menu and customer service. Went with the wife for the first time in a while and the two employees serving us seemed bothered by our presence. Sorry to offend asking if the spinach tortillas and avocados would come back and for trying to buy a larger cup for water so we didn't have to get a refill every two sips. What a shame. With a point repping a dollar this photo shows how much we used to eat here. Guess we've been replaced with woke beyond meat customers wanting cauliflower rice. Shame.

DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want to spend an hour hunched over on the toilet having the most excruciating bowel movements you've ever had in your entire life. i legitimately felt like I was going to pass out from the pain to the point where i thought to myself, "please, just let me die." i would rather die than feel that amount of pain ever again. i felt so weak afterwards that i had to take a minute to compose myself before getting off the toilet. it quite literally felt like i was sh*tting my brains out. I will never forgive freebirds for the experience i had.i've been a customer for a decade but this is the last straw.

Freebirds! Because sometimes you just get tired of Chipotle. (Freebirds is better anyway) I was craving a burrito and decided to stop by. My go to is the steak burrito but this time I wanted to try something different and it did not disappoint! I had the green chile pork burrito. The pork has really great flavor and I loved that I could try it before I committed lol. The staff at this location is amazing! Everyone is so friendly feels like family. I can not wait to go back to try the Birria.

Plenty of options for a vegetarian like me! I'll definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in Houston!

we love Freebirds but the last 2 times I have been in they are out of Chicken and have had to wait for 5-10 minutes while they cook more. Never had this issue in the past and not sure what is going on. could just be this location.

Bro their sprite is sparkling water don't believe the hype but the food is okay I guess. And if you think the quesadilla is gonna be the same size as chipotle thing again. It's the tiniest thing ever. But the sprite is SPARKLING WATER. The people were nice tho they just need to replace the sprite and all will be well.

The location is very lovely. They have vegan meats. Very clean. Staff is incredibly nice. They made me feel like I'm their friend. The tortillas makes chipotles feel like dollar store quality. Everything that goes on the plate is wonderful. They have many sauces. The only thing that I disliked was the meat. I didn't try others just the steak. It tasted to my imagine what dog food tastes like. It smelt like canned meat. It wasn't even chopped I had a big portion of meat that was all together and sliced half way. I enjoyed everything but the meat. The chips tasted tasted like the ones you buy from the store. Everything besides that was wonderful.
