"A perfect stop on our way to Wrigley Field! Another delicious Diner's, Drive In's & Dives spot for amazing food, leaving full and happy! We loved the Slayer, served over fires and the Iron Maiden! The Mastodon wasn't my favorite, but still good!Definitely will come back and try a few more burgers! In addition, they have a great selection of beer!"
"I would come here again in a heartbeat - it was really good. I will have to say as someone who is celiac, they did not have as many gluten-free options as I wanted, but I ended up getting something that was gluten-free and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were cool and the place was packed. They offered us the option of sitting at the bar or outside when it felt like 100° so we had sat outside and it was fine. They kept the water flowing. Someone just told me to point out they had nice bathrooms, but it will be a cold day when I take a picture inside a bathroom. Ha. Great restaurant"

"This is a really good restaurant! The service is kind and the ambiance is pleasant and comfortable, nice but family friendly. My husband, baby, and I came to eat here for an early dinner when we were in town. They were kind about our running late and let us keep our baby in his stroller so we could eat. The octopus is perfectly cooked and comes with a really good green sauce. The clam dish comes with a great red sauce I highly recommend getting more bread for to enjoy. The pesto gnocchi are wonderfully seasoned. The German Riesling was a pleasant surprise, since a lot of Italian restaurants stick to Italian wine. My husband really enjoyed his old fashioned. Great restaurant! Highly recommend."
"Very discrete and hidden entrance. If you didn't know that it was there you would easily walk by without even realizing it was a business. Very dim lit and moody inside which was awesome! The seating was unique with very large chairs so even though the tables are relatively close it feels very intimate at your own table. The cocktails were both very delicious and very spirit heavy which I personally enjoy! We decided to snack on a little dessert and got a cookie which was a nice little treat!I can't wait go back and try some more cocktails in the future!"
"Antique Taco is a walk up style taco joint located in Wicker Park. Because of its counter service style you're free to mix and match taco types to your hearts content. The menu has a variety of meat and non-meat bases, all of which were tasty. The space is brightly lit and features some locally crafted goods for purchase as well. This is the perfect place to drop in if you're looking for a quick bite that's a step above your standard fast food or fast casual joint."
"Updating my review because I GOT MARRIED AT RIVER ROAST! I want to shout out the amazing event team and event space, that only made my love for the restaurant stronger. 7 years ago when I moved to Chicago, I was nowhere close to getting married, but I saw River Roast's event space from a boat tour and said "now THAT would be a dream wedding venue." I'm still blown away that I actually made this dream come true! We booked River Roast in Dec 2022 for our April 2024 wedding after touring about 20 venues. We chose based on River Roast's location, amazing food, close to all-inclusive packaging, and dynamic pricing for the off-season. And OBVIOUSLY for the gorgeous patio space!! We had a great initial tour with a staff member who is no longer there, and our account was transferred to Jessica after we booked who was then our main contact. Jessica was so great!! She checked in often in the downtime before we really needed to start planning, and then was totally on top of things as we got closer. She knew all the details that other couples cared about or forgot and always made sure nothing was overlooked. When some floor plan things needed changing after our rehearsal, she got everything fixed right away so it was ready to go when we arrived on the wedding day. Jessica also went above and beyond, letting us store some things at her desk to minimize stress on the wedding day. The food on our wedding day was PERFECT and even better than our tasting. We had a guest with extremely severe allergies, and Jessica personally worked with him to make sure he could eat. And it wasn't just a bland plate - they brought him every side dish and even late night snacks tailored to his needs. We loved the menu options, and how we could have unique options like tuna tartar on wonton chips, but could still offer a classic steak and potatoes for the grandparents with less adventurous tastes. Several guests said the chicken was the best wedding chicken they've ever had. We could not have asked for a better venue. We were lucky to have a perfect April weather day and the patio was gorgeous. We had lots of out of town guests who loved being downtown on the river. Our photos are amazing. The River Roast team and event space truly made our dream wedding come true, and I'll be talking about it forever."
"Came here for the Christmas pop up Mistletoe & Mischief to have some holiday drinks and bites. I tried the Mezcal coquito. It's a small drink but strong and flavorful. My friends got the Deck the Highball and liked that too. For food I got the tuna ceviche. It was good but I think they need to cut the tuna into smaller bites so it soaks in more of the flavors. There were a lot of flavors and it's refreshing but I've had better ceviche. The waiter had recommended the coconut curry so I got that too. I'm glad I got it because it was full of flavor. I like that they put the golden raisins on top of the rice and not inside the curry, because I'm not a fan of raisins. The coconut curry has some spice to it which I love. It was not heavy on the cream which I like, so you still get the spicy flavors. Overall the experience was great and the decor made it a fun holiday experience. I will be back to try some of the other food because it was so hard to choose amongst all the flavorful items. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He kept refilling eaters for us and asking about drinks or anything else needed. The manger came out to thank people for stopping by and we didn't feel rushed at all like some of the holiday pop ups do to just push people in and out within 60-90 min. So it was a great girls night to catch up when home for the holidays and enjoy some delicious food."
"Oh geez, I started this review half a year ago, and just got sidetracked. #behindinyelpingI have fond memories of this (my first) visit, as it was to celebrate a good friend's birthday. We looked past the extremely slow service, as we were enjoying our dinner conversation and each had a martini or 2 to tide us over. Note: the lychee and pear martinis were a hit! The kitchen also sent over an apologetic extra set of potstickers for us to inhale.By far, the STAR dish of the night was my duck curry. It was so flavorful, hearty, and comforting. I would order it again in a heartbeat. I have thought about that scrumptious dish many times this year. Everyone in my party of 4 enjoyed their food, and we shared the chocolate banana bread dessert too.We had the table by the fireplace, which definitely got quite warm, so make that logistical memo.Me of the future: come back here for that duck curry!"
"I've been wanting to come here for a while now. I have always been hesitant in trying this place out. I've heard some good things about them, but it didn't seem like my type of bbq joint. All I can say is I've been missing out. I called in my order and the staff was great on the phone and in person. The place was also packed. It was small inside with an old school vibe, but I can definitely see why it's busy. The ribs were damn delicious. I've always said there's two types of bbq food. Smoked bbq with a great rub, doesn't need bbq sauce. And then there's bbq food that isn't smoked and doesn't have a great rub, that one usually requires bbq sauce. And the sauce better be good. Twin Anchors is the latter. The ribs were perfectly cooked and literally falls off the bone. They're unfortunately not the best on their own, but their Prohibition Sauce is definitely one of the best bbq sauces out there. It's a sweet and spicy sauce and it's very addicting. I also ordered their half chicken to mix things up but I did regret not ordering two full slabs instead. The chicken was dry, lacked flavor and on the smaller side. I would have preferred for them to cut each piece individually to make it look like there's more food. I ordered this with their mild sauce which was ok. It reminded me of another bbq sauce that I wasn't a big fan of in the suburbs. I also ordered their creamed spinach which was really good and a baked potato which I also regret ordering. I will definitely be returning for their ribs and ribs alone."
"Happy Camper is slowly crawling up my list of favorite pizza parlors. Ther decor is too cute. Feels like you are literally in a camper van parked out in the woods. The lighting is very eclectic and I am here for it. The service can get slow during rush hours but is fast enough otherwise. Their Street Corn pizza is my absolute favorite. Corn with some cirija cheese and avocado crema? Yes, please! This pizza also comes with a side of tajin in a small cute bottle. I am such a fan! They also have a large collection of draft beers. Pizza and beer, what more could you ask for? :p"
"I've come to Furious Spoon multiple times over the years, and I think that they started out good, and have only gotten better as time has passed. I'm a big fan of their Furious Ramen bowl, but with a little extra spice added. I wrestle with myself when I order this because the noodles that come with it are thin, and perfect but I also love the little extra spice that comes along with the chili noodle substitution. I have had their karaage before, but now they have added sauced options. We had the Smokeshow, and it is indeed a little show coming in a glass dome filled with cherry smoke. The sauce on these is a ginger sesame sauce, and it is sooooooo good! The only gripe I have with Furious Spoon is that they took away my favorite Ramen, and I'm impatiently waiting for them to bring it back, even if it's only for a limited time..... The Holy Cow! The spice on that bowl was phenomenal with ground beef and green beans. The drinks are also super good. I had a Dreamsicko Mode, and it was very tasty, and stronger than it tasted. I seem to find street parking on Fullerton with very little hassle. Cash and card are accepted. The staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable. When I was on the fence about the Karaage, our server brought us some of the sauce to taste to seal the deal."

I've been to Kuma's plenty of times - both the Belmont and West Loop locations and have nothing but good things to say about dine-in experience. This review is strictly about catering. First off their catering manager, Lisa, has been awesome to work with. Perfect amount of communication and understanding about party size and food recommendations. She is on her A game, and you are in good hands with her. This has been the third time I've ordered catering from Kuma's and I can say it is one of the meals we look forward to every year. It has become a tradition of sorts to have Kuma's for the last week of our regular season football season. I would recommend ordering a variety of things off the menu, but if you are looking for some standouts here are a few must try's:Sliders - this is what Kuma's is known for, and the sliders are just as good as their massive burgers. At $4 each it won't blow your bank to order a good variety, I'd recommend 2 per guest. Ask about seasonal burgers if they can do sliders as well, as we were able to get the Sleep burger as a slider (thanksgiving meal in a burger - so good). My faves are the Plague Bringer and Led Zeppelin. Chili - no clue what they put in here to make it so good, but it smells like beer. Some of the best chili I've ever had. Mac & Cheese - really solid Mac. You can get add ins. Tons of cheese. Enough said. Pulled Pork - a small trey will easily serve 15-20 people. Great for a 'build your own' style with pretzel buns on the side! We also tried the pop tarts but I forgot a picture - they are super flakey and delicious, look great, and have a nice variety of flavors. I would highly recommend Kuma's catering for your next event, you won't be disappointed!

Stopped by for a solo lunch after visiting The Art Institute. 5/5 for the service. Staff was attentive and went above expectations (I asked for extra ketchup and got 3 cups instead of 1, also they left a carafe of water at my table). However, just got a simple burger and it was very basic/unmemorable. I think if you're gunna have a burger at a fancy restaurant, at least make it good. This didn't have any distinct taste, flair, seasoning, etc. Not opposed to coming back again because the menu looked good and the staff was excellent, just do not recommend the burger.

Sapori Trattoria strikes the perfect balance between cozy and upscale. The dimly lit dining room exudes a warm and intimate atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. The rustic décor, complete with exposed brick walls and vintage photographs, adds to the restaurant's Italian charm. The service at Sapori Trattoria is top-notch. From the moment you are seated, the staff's attentive and knowledgeable approach to hospitality shines through. Servers are well-versed in the menu, offering insightful recommendations and wine pairings to enhance your dining experience. They strike the perfect balance between being attentive and giving you space to enjoy your meal.

I used to frequent this place since it opened in 2007. Always amazing. The service, the drinks, and the ambiance added to a phenomenal experience. Today, not the case. The service was poor. Not an ounce of friendliness , no attentiveness, and I was talked to like a 6 year old.We ordered nuts $12. Nut quality was poor. Our server did not bother using a tray to deliver 3 drinks, but instead tried to balance between fingers. Used empty glassware left on the table each time she passed. Had to ask for her return in order to get our second round. BTW there were only 8 tables occupied. I highly recommend this placed based on the cocktails and ambiance. I hope you will have better service.

As a Los Angeles native I was really looking forward to trying tacos on the visit to Chicago after seeing a bunch of tv shows referencing the good Mexican food here.Antique taco was yummy. I tried the pork taco and the steak taco. I was very surprised that I preferred the pork, it's flavor profile was just amazing. I also tried the guacamole and agua fresca which were very good. I would come back and see what the other tacos have to offer.

What a great lunch experience. The decor is beautiful. Really enjoyed the bottom floor patio views of the water. Had the added surprise of the Navy Blue Angels practicing for their show this weekend. I had the Grilled Chicken B.L.T.A. and side of Street Corn. The meal was delicious. I was confused with the BLTA which the A was supposed to be avocado. I think it was really an avocado spread on the bottom of the sandwich. The sandwich would have been better with the avocado. In my head, I was wanting it so it detracted from the experience even though the sandwich was still so good...as a BLT. Oh, the toasted sourdough bread was wow! The street corn was excellent. Lots of great flavors. It was a big serving, best for 2 people.I really want to go back for this BLTA and have the avocado! Since I won't have time, please go for me!! Let me know what you think.

The empanadas are a must-get! The breakfast potatoes were standard, portions are huge, and as a MD girl, I appreciated the lump crab meat in the cake cakes. The mimosa could use less juice, otherwise the drinks were good. It's a nice spot to grab brunch overall and the service is great.

I love Simply Pasteur. Kim offers the friendliest service. The dining hall is spectacular and offers plenty of seating. I recommend you trying their Saigon crepe. The flavors are wonderful and well balanced.

"This is some really solid Mexican food. It's considerably better than the other Mexican options in the area. It's not changing lives, but it's a good option. The salsa they give you with the free chips is hot fire. It is so damned good and it will set your tongue aflame. I had the taco salad in a tortilla bowl. Good stuff. The service was excellent. The ambiance was fine minus the standard annoying music."
"I went to ROOH recently to try their new tasting menu "Roop" which means beauty in Indian. First off this restaurant is stunning! I was shocked how different each section was decorated with rich colors and beautiful murals. The food was just as delicious and beautiful. They are now serving two different tasting menus (Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian) during dinner service Wednesday - Sunday. For $95/pp you're really getting your monies worth and you actually leave full. Each dish is presented so beautifully and it is a collaboration with a Michelin Star Chef. I actually loved each course but my favorite was the scallop course and when asked if I wanted to add caviar I said Ofcourse. I also tried Indian whisky for the first time and loved it. I will definitely be back!"
"Club Lucky is a great spot! I love their martini with blue cheese olives. We split two different pastas and it was the perfect amount of food. Their table bread is also amazing. We didn't get any apps because the bread and pasta was enough for us.Highly recommend and has a great patio on the sides of the building and out back!"
"WOW! What an incredible dining experience. We had the pleasure of having Mali and Eddie hosting us. They did a great job staying on top of drink refills and timely check ins with our group. My water never went empty and I drink a lot of water! We ordered the Saganaki for an appetizer which is the flaming cheese and OH MY GOSH.. it is a MUST. I could've eaten 5 of those by myself. If you like cheese and bread, order this for sure. I got the Greek stuffed Chicken which was amazing. The chicken was so tender and I loved the spinach and feta filling. The okra was great too!My friend got the chicken kabobs which were a nice portion as well. The design and decor of the restaurant is so unique and cozy. I absolutely loved it!"
"This joint was recommended to me by my Yelp sis Latrice A. We went here for brunch meeting to catch up and I am glad we did. Machine is a great addition to my brunch outing. The space itself is adorable. Latrice and I sat at a two top table under a gorgeous fall tree. The wall behind us was lined with while flowers and lights, while there was marble all over the place. The space is divided into a dining area and a separate dining and bar area. There is also outside dining that looks great, but too cold right now to experience it. There was a woman walking around with a flower cart. At the time I did not know what this was about, but discovered that this was a regular part of the experience. They have certified Florists who will make a floral arrangement for you at your table. Back to brunch. For my entrée, I got the Glazed Pork and Potato Hash (Korean glaze, caramelized kimchi, sautéed spinach, garlic aioli, and sunny side up eggs) and the Strawberry Shortcake French Toast (Brown Sugar Strawberries, Amaretti Crusted Honey Custard Brioche, Coriander-Cardamom Cream Cheese Frosting, Strawberry Syrup and Orange Zest). Both of these dishes were very good and warmed up nicely the next day as leftovers. To wash it all down, I got a Rose Prosecco called Tullia from Veneto, Italy. That was very nice and I definitely would (and did!) do it again.I had such a good time there that I took The Doctor and The Queen there for their Happy Hour. Machine only does Happy hour on Fridays from 4-6 pm. The menu is limited in terms of food choices: three choices of a Tofu Volcano, Mediterranean Bowl and Cacio Pepe (Bucatini Pasta, Hook's Parmesan and a Pepper Blend). You can get protein added to any of these dishes. We went with the pasta dish and it was good. The pasta is $10 on its own, with an extra charge for the protein of your choice.Machine also has a selection of Communal Cocktails that serves 2-4. Prices are on the high side if you are thinking of just one person getting a drink, but since you can share them, the cost goes down. For Happy Hour, the prices are cut in half. I am not much of a cocktail person, but I did have this Breakfast at Tiffany's (tenjaku gin, watermelon, berry and lemon) and I absolutely loved that! The presentation was lovely, with the drink being served in this lovely cut glass decanter with a flower in the neck of the decanter.Nice thing about Happy Hour is you can make a reservation to sit in the dining room and still order from the happy hour menu for eats and get the half off price drinks. A lot of places require you to sit in the bar area for these deals, but here you don't have to worry about rushing to get a space to enjoy.Service was good. Both times there, the servers were very nice and attentive. For the second visit, The Queen got a small bouquet made. Flowers are on the pricey side but they did look beautiful and lasted for several days when we got home. The Florist was nice and helpful in making recommendations and getting everything wrapped up to take home. All in all, we had a great time at Machine and definitely will be back again."
"I spent a weekend in Chicago on a girls trip and we were looking for somewhere to close our time before our flights. Beatnik caught our eye with their beautiful exterior. We came around 11 am and were easily able to get a table for brunch. Once you step inside you're transported to a beautiful garden with tons of plants and sky light. I wish my house looked like this. Not only was the decor amazing but the food was delicious too. I had the shaksuka which had excellent flavor and a good size. Our server was incredible too, very friendly & able to provide a great wine recommendation.Do not pass this place up for a great time!"
"Beatnik is a super cute spot where you can get gorgeous views and amazing interior vibes. This place was absolutely the cutest spot to get brunch for my Bach! Once we got here we were seated and service was great. As a table we got to order alot of yummy stuff to try on the brunch menu. We tried:* breakfast burrito - this was okay and in my opinion had a little bit too much egg! I wish there was more hashbrowns in it but this was yum* fried chicken and gravy - the chicken here was a little tough but it went well with the crispy exterior and the gravy, which was juicy* pita with yogurt sauce, salad & dip - this was refreshing and a fun appetizer for the table. The pita was fresh and the dips were very refreshing which I loved* waffles - this came with fruits and a chocolates sauce I believe, my friends said this was okay*fries with aioli sauce - I will say I'm a French fry girl, and you can't usually go wrong with them - this was also delicious!*shakshuka - this was really yummy and well flavored and came with bread also. It was fun to scoop up and eat*cinnamon roll - so yummy and delicious the spread on top hit the spot and this was a fun bite to shareOverall, great experience and fun to try so many fun items on the menu!"
"My daughter and her friends were dying to go to the Olivia Rodrigo concert, which wasn't an easy ticket to score..let alone expensive. My friend and I had a genius idea to send the girls on their own. We would walk them in and then go nearby to enjoy a dinner of our own.The day of the concert I got a little FOMO and thought maybe we should buy last minute tickets instead. We all put on our purple sequins just in case we ended up staying. Once we arrived it was such a teen scene (my teen was in heaven) that we decided dinner would be fun. We took a short uber ride to Sushi Dokku and were a bit early for our reservation, but since it was a Tues evening they had plenty of tables available for our party of (sparkly purple) 4.We started with some drinks (tequila/soda/lime for me) and apps:- The deviled eggs were delicious - edaname always a good call when waiting for sushiAnd then dinner...I ordered the seared salmon roll, which looked like it had the least amount of fried/crunch ingredients. I paired it with a house salad (love ginger dressing) and unagi sashimi. It was all great and I was super full, but the roll was too good not to finish. It had been awhile since I was at Sushi Dokku, but a good reminder about how great the sushi is in the city. Also fun to be out in the city on a Tuesday evening. We all agreed it was the best concert we didn't go to!"
"I will say that my five stars is really a solid 4.5. I usually rave about appetizers but am disappointed with the main at new American restaurants. Here it was opposite. The apps we're terrible or bad just weren't my speed. People did enjoy them. Tuna crudo was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it. I ate most of it. The wild mushroom tartine was good but I felt like the mushrooms they chose did not have the bold umami I was looking for.Whipped goat cheese was just not there and needed more garlic for sure. The fingerling potatoes were very delicious and loved up to the hype for sure. The broccolini an squash were pretty average but good.Service and the bone in ribeye were the absolute highlights of the night. I actually saved some ribeye to bring home for the wife. For a non steakhouse, the meat was absolutely perfect when cooked to chef's choice temperature. The mango cheesecake was delicious but I was way too overstuffed at that point."
"03/19/24 - My buddy brought me here for breakfast this morning. Nice restaurant directly across the street from Cafe Istanbul on Division. When we went in we were greeted & seated. The server/owner suggested the chilaquiles which were very good. I wouldn't mind going back and tryi some of the other items on their menu"
"This place is FABULOUS! I loved every single food I've had, along with margarita. The waitress was very nice and restaurant is spacious. They offer chili oil type of salsa as a complimentary and it's delicious. I recommend to people who enjoy Mexican seafood."
"I tried the salmon dish, it came with asparagus and potatoes. It was very flavorful, the asparagus was perfect (not hard), the potatoes were good, and the sauce was the perfect compliment. The place was crowded, we decided to order to go. The staff were extremely nice. I would definitely recommend."
"My first encounter with Daisies was via the Logan Square Farmer's Market, where I picked up some fresh pasta and sauces from their stand. It was really good, both the pasta and the sauce; they make a brown butter sauce which is the best. The dude at the stand was super friendly and that combined with the quality of the pasta made me a fan. They did a pickup here in Andersonville and that made picking up their goodies even more convenient. My first visit to the restaurant was a couple months ago when they had a collaboration with one of the hot dog places in town (I think it was the Weiner's Circle). They made an elevated Chicago hot dog and I had to try it! It was delicious. It was a croissant-stuffed dog with all the Chicago-style fixings, including a little sport pepper on top as a garnish. I happened to come right when they were bringing an entire pan of fresh-from-the-oven ones to the display and I was next in line. Talk about luck! Their other pastries looked delicious as well, but this is what I came for and for once, it was all I left with.Parking is a disaster on Milwaukee here; I'm not sure if it's ever good. But there's a bus down the street, I believe. The interior of the restaurant looked really nice so I'm sure it would be a lovely place for a nice meal if you dine in."
"This was a sleeper for us during restaurant week, chosen for the location, not necessarily the food or reviews. But it had the BEST selection of any of the restaurants we went to. The cocktail was delicious and the salad, appetizer and pork chop were all great. It seemed that the dessert fell a little flat though. Not that wonderful. The service was great and the atmosphere was very nice too. Would definitely give this place another try!"
"I've been wanting to try this spot for a while, and I took my parents to experience it with me. We were first greeted with complementary ceviche tostada, which was fresh and delicious. We had no idea what to order (the menu is overwhelming with pictures and no prices), but our waiter pointed us right away to the special platter big enough to feed 3-4 people. That was the perfect dish to order for us because we loved the variety of seafood - lobster, crab, scallops, octopus, shrimp, etc - and the quality and amounts of it all too! The sauce was delicious, and we had a good amount of seafood leftover. The fries, fried rice, and garlic bread that came with it was also scrumptious. My dad's virgin pina colada (we didn't bring our own alcohol with us oops!) was very refreshing with the meal. The servers were so nice and explained that everything was made fresh to order too! It definitely tasted like it. Overall the price was well worth the value of quality and amount we got too - around $150 for the huge platter."
"Move aside, Au Cheval--there's a new burger sheriff in town! This place undoubtedly serves the best burger in Chicago. We went for Sunday brunch and easily reserved a table. While most tourists endure a 3-4 hour wait at the other spot, this gem offers a more accessible dining experience. The charming, moody basement bar ambiance ensures we'll return every time we're in Chicago."
"Vincent delivers a terrific happy hour from 5-6pm Weds to Fri with delicious drinks and bites in Andersonville! My fiancé and I are always looking for go-to happy hours on the north side of Chicago and Vincent didn't disappoint. We were able to easily secure a reservation online for a Wednesday at 5:00pm but don't hesitate to be a walk-in - when we arrived, we were the first guests of the evening since the restaurant opens at 5pm. We ordered a couple drinks - the Bubbles and Flowers and an Old Fashioned - and I have to say they were both excellent. Not to mention, the value of happy hour at Vincent is great as the cocktails are roughly 40% off. We also loved that happy hour offered a number of their appetizers at a discount and we were able to order the happy hour board and truffle frites at a discount - all great as well. We also couldn't resist ordering a burger from the regular dinner menu to share. Don't come to Vincent and not order the burger - it was simply delicious and we both left very happy and full. Overall, we couldn't beat the taste and value of the happy hour and the incredibly friendly service and low lighting and wooden tables just made it a big win for us! P.S. Parking on the street Vincent is located on is free after 6 p.m."
"My friends and I were at Bandit last weekend to celebrate after party on St. Patty's. This place has amazing vibes and good music, always! They played a lot of Throwback hits on my recent visit which everyone really enjoyed! I've never been to Bandit and gotten disappointed. We ordered a couple of shots and Vodka soda for the night. They don't serve food and convert the entire space into a dancing club in the night. I've also been to Bandit previously in the evenings as well and had cauliflower bites and an Aperol while waiting for my reservation around the neighbourhood. This place is always welcoming, good service, decent food and great drinks! Fun Fact: We randomly saw LIB's star cast at Bandit last year, so we know this place is quite popular amongst all!"
"Amazing tacos especially the brisket one. Amazing churros too and the best ice cream I've ever had it's pomegranate that comes with the churros!"
"I really liked this place when I stopped in the other weekend. A beer fridge full of Miller Highlife and a good assortment of craft beer (and cocktails) on tap. One of the specials was a bottle of Highlife and a shot of whiskey (Evan Williams). Good vibe and friendly staff. Would recommend and return to this place again!"
"We were hosting family, and someone had suggested to order The Delta. We ordered a bunch of different items to share. It was right when the restaurant opens, and we picked up immediately when it was estimated to be ready. Since our order was so large, I think most items had been sitting a while and cooled. The Delta Wings weren't crispy, Cornbread became dry, fries soggy, etc. The Singapore Street Noodles was my favorite dish, had a little kick to it, generous shrimp, and bouncy noodles. I also liked the Southern Cajun Corn Elote, but the corn wasn't in season (small kernels). Overall, if we had dined in, or had a smaller order, I imagine the quality would've been better. The flavors were good."
"Came here for restaurant week and the food DEMANDS a five star rating, but... Some might think the quirky building and seating arrangements adds to the experience. But I'm not one of them. It was extremely cold out, so their heater was running, and when it was on, it was blasting us too warm, and when it was off, it was cold. Distracting to say the least. Not comfortable. The food was TOTALLY AMAZING though and the service was great. I'm just not a fan of the physical set up. Especially for the price one pays..."
"Wow -- it doesn't get much better. The braised lamb shoulder was one of the my favorite dishes ever. Super tender, flavorful and delicious. The calamari had a nice kick, and the sauce paired with really made it. The cocktails were also nice, not too sweet and the orange cake dessert was divine.I don't think they could make a bad dish. Would absolutely recommend!"
