"The hubby and I tried this place while in Chicago and were obsessed with their amazing lemonade. Although this locations lemonade wasn't as amazing the server named Elaine and the incredible ramen made up for it. We love Kyuramen because they do a great job designing the interior making it feel like a true ramen spot. I like that they offer combos with their ramen which gives you an opportunity to try dessert, Thai tea, lemonade or a Bao bun. We had the braised pork belly and spicy chasu pork ramen which were both incredible. My husband devoured his. The pork belly bowl came with plenty of meat which I thought was a plus. We also got to try their Japanese cherry blossom jelly which was different but not bad. I look forward to returning to Kyuramen and thanks Elaine for making our experience incredible!!"
"Egusi smoked turkey and white rice jollof and mixed meat fired plantains . Food well seasoned. Service great . Atmosphere very nice."
"I came here to meet someone as picked by them due to their parking lot and plenty of space. After finding convenient parking and plenty of seats to pick from, my sister ordered a chai latte while I got a blueberry scone. The latte was great and although the scone wasn't a traditional flakes texture, the alternative chewy and almost cookie like texture was just as good. Even bites without blueberries, there was a prominent blueberry taste. Overall, we had a great experience. Staff were beyond friendly while we looked through their extensive menu of sandwiches, drinks, and snacks. Environment was clean and like all the comfy and cozy coffee shops I love. I would definitely come again!"
"This place. Oh man. What an oasis of incredible fresh flavors in what is otherwise just another mall food court inside of the Peachtree center in downtown Atlanta. This place sustained me while I was staying in one of the nearby hotels and searching for a fresh lunch. The 5 star Yelp rating (at time of writing) is absolutely warranted. It reminds me a lot of a place that I love where i live. Fresh flavors, unique and appealing spices, a charismatic owner who is both present and actively involved in making his restaurant amazing, and his customers happy. While waiting in line to order, he emerged with a tray full of cups of soup to give out to everyone as an aperitif, and to possibly entice them to order a whole bowl.Fresh food is continuously emerging from the kitchen, and it has to, because the line is steady but moves quickly thanks to their format. This keeps it all fresh, and you from waiting too long. I had mixed shawarma with rice, loads of roasted veggies, hummus, creamed spinach, red cabbage slaw, and pita. It was a plentiful feast, some of which came back to my room with me for a snack later. All of it was delicious, every component. Not to mention, it's a large and modern restaurant with plenty of tables to enjoy some peace, even if busy. This will be a must have anytime I find myself near downtown Atlanta. Healthy, delicious, runs like clockwork. Thanks Kameel!"
"Counter style ordering. Neighborhood pizza jointPros: Quick serviceFriendly staffYummy pizzaCons: Limited indoor seating and even more limited parking ( you have to park down the adjacent side street along the road)"
"My first few times eating here were wonderful. Then the quality started to decline. I got burned onion rings or my my onion rings were too salty. They definitely showed up when they delivered this Mac n cheese. Man! I had a taste for some good Mac but I'm usually disappointed due to the lack of flavor and/or cheese. This Mac did not disappoint. Thank u a jays. It was creamy, cheese and had a good flavor"
"Caffe Antico is the gelateria (gelato shop) and pasticceria (pastry shop) located in Westside Atlanta's Little Italia. Caffe Antico isn't to be confused with Caffe Gio, also located in Little Italia. I don't know if Caffe Gio actually still exists in any official capacity. I happened to be the first to review it on Yelp 10 years ago (2013): https://www.yelp.com/biz/caffé-gio-atlanta-2?hrid=0Y5uUatRgBEm1t1iH50Bzg&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct).Concepts and brands have popped up (e.g., Gio's Sicilian: https://www.yelp.com/biz/gios-sicilian-pizza-shop-atlanta) and come and gone in this mini Italian empire. It was started by Antico Pizza owner Giovanni Di Palma and his older brother Giuseppe. It goes without saying that Antico is the heart of Little Italia, followed by Gio's Chicken Amalfitano. Antico opened in 2009: https://www.yelp.com/biz/antico-pizza-atlanta. Gio's Chicken opened in 2012: https://www.yelp.com/biz/gios-chicken-amalfitano-atlanta. Having lived in this area since 2000, it's been interesting for me to see how Little Italia has steadily expanded into multiple spaces and buildings near Hemphill and Ethel in Home Park, close to Georgia Tech and Atlantic Station. The way I see it is that Caffe Antico is the successor to Caffe Gio. Unlike Caffe Gio, which was located on the backside of Gio's Chicken, Caffe Antico is located across Ethel Street in an old home that's been renovated to house not only Caffe Antico, but Bar Amalfi: https://www.yelp.com/biz/bar-amalfi-atlanta. Bar Amalfi is open in the evenings seasonally. Caffe Antico is open year-round. One thing I like about Caffe Antico, Bar Amalfi, and Little Italia in general is the "authentic" Italian atmosphere that the Di Palmas have been able to create. It feels a little like Italy. Also, it doesn't scream gentrification like, say, The Interlock and Star Metals a couple blocks away. The growth/expansion has been organic and they've been able to integrate nicely into the neighborhood. When the weather is nice, the patio at Caffe Antico and Bar Amalfi is pleasant and enjoyable to sit on and hang out at. You can even bring your Antico Pizza and Gio Chicken's here to eat if you want (good pro tip if the dine-in spaces there are busy/full).I've tried most of Caffe Antico's gelato flavors and they're all delicious to me. During our last visit, they had about a dozen or so different flavors of gelato and sorbet including chocolate, cookies and cream, strawberry, espresso, chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, hazelnut, salted caramel, pistachio, and vanilla. They also had an assortment of Italian pies, cakes, and desserts, plus various cannoli ($3.50 each) and refrigerated grab-and-go refreshments. The gelato ranged in price from $5-7 before tax and tip for a scoop, half and half, or a special three-flavor combo. All gelato is served with a wafer/cookie. Service has always been good.Free parking is available on Ethel Street plus in various paved and gravel lots around the three buildings of Little Italia."
"Best chicken tenders/sandwich I've had; hands down!! I'll start off by saying that I really struggled not giving this review all 5's. No doubt that they have some amazing food; however, I reserved a star because of the location/lack of parking. The location is near the Georgia Aquarium and next to the Hyatt Place Atlanta/Centennial Park. That being said, I really hope they get the foot traffic needed to keep the open and their business going strong because the food is truly amazing. Now to the food, after illegally parking, I went in and placed my order (sorry I didn't take pics). The inside of this establishment was well lit, clean, and service was pleasant and fast. This was great because of my parking situation. Got back to the office and was in awe at how huge the bacon cheddar chicken sandwich was. It came loaded with bacon+cheddar cheese+lettuce+tomato+buttermilk ranch, and I also got a side of the hand cut fries. Everything was truly amazing. Be sure to check out some of their homemade sauces as well. I was really surprised to see that they also keep bottles of Lawry's Seasoned Salt for inside use as well. Due to the parking, I may not be back to dine in, but luckily for me they are on DoorDash, so I'll be ordering soon. Don't walk, run!!"
"I'm a FAN! Nope, I had no business eating any of this food! -LOL but it was soooooooooo good! 2 Boy's BBQ is a must try restaurant, we arrived on a Saturday evening near noon, I could see and smell the smoke before we emerged from our vehicle, the delightful aroma of BBQ! Greeted by the owner..... Of course I had to go for the ribs, I wanted to try the Mac and cheese and collards but the Mac and cheese wasn't ready just yet, so I settled for the potato salad and baked beans which were also great choices. My guy ordered wings, collards and fries, So of course I had to taste his collards and they were amazing. The ribs were cooked to perfection. The restaurant was extremely clean, and well put together, he said they are open late on the weekends, which would make for a great after hours chill spot. Full bar, draft beer of tap! This place is definitely a great addition to the redevelopment of this area! Check them out- I know that I will definitely be back!"
"Pretty good food, but if you are looking for authentic Mediterranean, this is not. The chicken kebab was a little dry, the shrimp dish was excellent. The service was probably my biggest complaint and I also think it's a bit pricey. I definitely wouldn't rush back, oh you have to pay $20 upfront and five dollars in the back to park."
"Solid. Not too bad. They give a GOOD amount of meat which was a plus but there was nothing too special about it. Broth is standard and dipping sauce they make it for you as standard as well. The veggie plate had a lot of variety which was great as well. The restaurant itself could be a bit more clean but servers were pretty attentive. However, there were only 3 groups including my group so I expected them to have fast service considering it being slow. Quick - lower cost than normal shabu fix."
"This was probably my favorite food truck of all time!!! The food was really good, the service was super fast & the employees were very friendly! The food took less than 10 minutes to prepare. I really appreciated the short wait. I ordered the Large Grouper Taco (without sausage & added Mexican white cheese) and the Crab & Lobster Mac & Cheese. I couldn't decide on one and got talked into trying both. The Large Grouper Taco is really large & comes with a side of fries (I also saw someone order the brussels sprouts & they looked delicious). Everything was seasoned so well! The taco comes with two pieces of grouper, Mexican street corn lettuce, black beans, cilantro & a special sauce. The grouper was perfectly cooked!! The Crab & Lobster Mac & Cheese was really good as well. Not too cheesy, but a tad buttery. You can't go wrong with pasta, lobster and crab! It was a smaller portion but can definitely be shared by two if there is a main entree."

"I've only tried this place once, but it's probably in my top three Vietnamese restaurants I've tried in the Atlanta area so far. The quality of the food was excellent even for take-out. My mom and I tried the rare steak, well done flank, and brisket combination pho, the grilled pork báhn mì, and the spring rolls. Everything was very tasty and fresh! We would reorder everything we tried. I can't speak on the in-person service or ambiance as this was a delivery order, but I would definitely recommend the food. Everything was well-portioned - plenty to share or for leftovers, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Give them a try if you haven't yet."
"The presentation was great. The food was good, but nothing wowing and worth 5 stars to me. And factoring in the price puts my review at a solid 4 stars. They had complimentary chicharrones for the table to share. It was tasty and crunchy but nothing spectacular to call out.The table shared the oro verde guacamole ($18), salsa huasteca ($6), and I believe also the panucho de cochinita pibil ($27). These were good and some more unique than others (the latter), but is it worth the price to portion ratio -- look at my pictures for reference sizes???The hubs had the sopa del dia ($12) and aguachile de carne encenizado ($30). His soup was a rather watery, green soup with chicken chunks and potato/starchy bites. It was good, but I don't think we'd get it again. The main dish was interesting in its taste appeal and flavor. This was something quite unique and pretty worth the price ish. The beef was tender with the portobello tasting delicious. The habero ashes (really black sauce) everything sat upon was a creative endeavor by the chef. I still can't pinpoint what exactly it is or how to really describe it. I had the temporada de lluvias ($38). The scallops were scrumptious and so tasty with the flavors of the risotto. The risotto itself was interesting. It was huitlacoche to be specific, and I really dug the flavors and unique ingredients. The risotto was rich in flavors and had corn, mushrooms, and other tidbits that came together really well. For dessert, we all shared the dama nocturna ($15). The ice cream, mousse, cake, etc. all worked so well together to play on fun textures, flavors, and sensations. Some of the portion sizes were a wee bit on the tiny side. Like the chocolate cake thingy (dessert) was greatly presented and tasted amazing, but it was on the smaller side.Park in the Arya (upscale apartment) parking structure. The restaurant validates parking for up to 3 hours."
"Mark and I dine here sporadically because it's convenient to our house and the food is a crowd pleaser for everyone in our group.Parking is free and easy if you arrive early. The indoor dining area is dark and tavern like with tables and wooden booths. It was freezing cold outside and we enjoyed being seated in a booth towards the back. Televisions are mounted around the dining area making it easy to watch a variety of sports with the volume at a reasonable level.Service can sometimes be a little slow but the crew is always friendly. On this visit I ordered the crab cakes and Mark ordered the grouper sandwich fried. We also enjoyed the wine and cocktails which were good and reasonably priced. My crab cakes were decent and a little bland however the provided dipping sauce spiced them up and my fries were hot and delicious and the coleslaw was cool and crisp. Mark loved the grouper sandwich and his delicious tater tots.We like this place for casual dining and can show up in track pants and casual after doing chores at home."
"Some might prefer a New York style pie, others like Neapolitan and a few midwesterners will swear by deep dish. Buckhead Pizza opened in 2008 and aims to define an Atlanta style pizza, with several locations now across the city.Regardless which style of pizza one desires, a few things about pizza should be consistent. The quality of crust is perhaps the most important factor to consider and this is where Buckhead Pizza struggles the most. A very cardboard like consistency that is simply unpleasant and largely tasteless. It's somewhat reminiscent of old Domino's crusts back in early 2000s and while I'd hope the that Buckhead Pizza is less synthetic than the big chains, the bottom line is that the recipe needs a lot of work. The rest of ingredients were fairly as expected, but pepperoni was minimal and even the cheese does not taste great, with odd artificial aftertaste. All around, Buckhead Pizza is a disappointment on the pizza quality itself on a delivery experience. Perhaps dining in is better."
"I came here on a Friday night around 5:30pm. It was my first time here and I spotted it immediately with the bright lights outside. Soon after I arrived the restaurant started to fill up with people. I started with the 15oz house margarita on the rocks and it was pretty tasty. My entree was the rollos de fajita with chicken and steak mixed. It's a lot of food and it's absolutely delicious and seasoned so well. We sat at the bar and the service was stellar to start but as it got fuller, they stopped checking on us as much. Overall, great experience. Would definitely return."
"A warm yet inviting & upscale Asian fusion restaurant, with a super friendly atmosphere & stylish Oriental decor. The seating options vary from the main dining area with booths & tables to the spacious bar & private dining upstairs. We didn't have reservations yet were able to sit at the bar. Kevin, our Bartender/Server extended us such amazing & engaging service during our first visit here. All the staff we encountered offered the same welcoming service. The food menu offers shareable selections providing a great way to try different dishes. The Vegan options are plenty (about 6-7 offerings) - I had an order of Spring Rolls to hold me over. My Brother had the Basil Chicken in a garlic & lightly sweet sauce & puff rice. The curated menu of libations includes unique cocktails & a few high-quality wines & beers. They offer Half-off Bottle of Wines on Mondays. Overall the menus had a flexible price point, especially for a small party of 2-3. Reservations are limited to 90 minutes & the patio tables are limited to 2-4 guests. Street parking or Valet for $5 which is located in the parking garage next door.*Service: 5/5*Menu: 4/5 *Taste: 4/5*Portion: 5/5*Price: 4/5*Atmosphere: 5/5*Overall Experience: 5/5"
"10/10 experience during my Saturday Brunch. Don't be alarmed by the wait as the staff does a great job with turning tables quickly without rushing diners. I was able to be seated right after arrival. Despite there not being a host at the stand when I entered - a server came over to greet me and stated someone would be with me shortly. Kudos to him for being attentive to his tables and also all other guests I didn't get his name but, he did have nice locs.Once greeted and seated , Bre, came over to explain the specials for the day as well as take my order if I was ready. I took her advice and ordered the Pomegranate Juice, Catfish and Grits, biscuit and, side of cheese eggs. Be mindful that no alcoholic drinks are served at the establishment but, their juices are absolutely delicious and refreshing. The food came out hot and fresh maybe 10 minutes after I ordered. The portion size where great for the cost and I wish I had enough stomach room to have finish the entire plate. Once again, I highly recommend you fine here. Enjoy good food, soulful house music and, great customer service."
"I was shopping at Hobby lobby today, on East West Connector in the Heritage Hills Shopping Center in Mableton, and saw some activity in the new location of Johnny's New York Style Pizza. As I was looking through the window, Jeremiah, the owner, came out and said they were going to open at 11 o'clock. So I hung around for a few minutes to give it a try. I've never eaten at a Johnny's New York Style Pizza restaurant, but it is delicious. I'm having a slice of cheese pizza with pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. I'm also having a glass of Chardonnay. They have a great drink menu and the server informed me they have a house Long Island Ice Tea (my favorite), so I will be back to try that! Really delicious Pizza. I love the slight crunchiness of the crust, and my server Lizzie is absolutely a delight. Stop in and give them a try. You won't be disappointed!!"
"I loooove this Bahamian spot! The food is sooooo good. I tried their oxtails, cabbage, Mac and cheese and Johnny cake and rum cake. The taste was out of this world, I've tried oxtails so many different ways but no this way. The gravy is so good. I could eat the gravy of anything lol. The Mac and cheese was good. The cabbage has a really nice spice to it. The second time I went the cabbage wasn't spicy at all, I guess it depends on who makes it. Always get the Johnny cake, it's a good pairing with the cabbage and gravy."

Very excited to have another Ramen spot in West Midtown. Came in on a Friday at 6:30. Service was great and servers were very attentive. We had the takoyaki (good), Tonkatsu Curry Ramen (good but the tonkatsu was a little dry), and Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen (not pictured, good). While they don't have a kids menu, they do let you order a side noodle and soup so you're not having to pay for a full ramen bowl. Will definitely be back.

If you are looking for some good African food with a healthier twist, this is the spot! I reviewed tolex African grill previously which is my favorite African spot. However Minas kitchen is a close second. They offer smoked turkey as a meat option for those who don't eat pork or beef. The flavors are amazing and the food is always fresh. I like spicy food, however for those who don't, they put the spicy sauce on the side. The service is great. They are so friendly! The ambiance gives you a taste of Africa/ Caribbean vibes. High ceilings, great music, clean bathroom. You would not be disappointed. I ordered the Efo riro (no pic because I devoured it) and the chicken and shrimp jollof rice for my friend.

I love Aviva by Kameel in Atlanta! The food is always fresh, healthy, and delicious. It does get busy, but the line moves quickly. Every time I visit, they offer generous samples. I usually get the chicken shawarma plate, and the sides are excellent. I've been eyeing the lamb, but it's a bit out of my budget. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the chef is often there, bringing great energy and showing a lot of love for the customers.

I wanted to love this place. The location, the vibe- fresh pizza to go including slices but the cheese. There is just something I could not tolerate or entirely like when it came down to the cheese. It was very thick and just kind of killed it for me- I had the Hawaiian which I disliked and I also tried the white cheese with ricotta which was prettt good but it was just entirely TOO heavy. So, sad to say but I probably will not be back. Inside is nice- casual, great for fam. Actually reminds me a lot of a pizza place back home by the beach without the beach. Service was good too- everyone was on it and kept up with conversation.

Wow this is a great hole in the wall, seems like a local staple in the gelato scene. Malachi made my first time here such a great experience!!! We got the pistachio gelato. And we tasted the mint chocolate chip flavor. We got to see how the cannolis were filled and they were made fresh to order! Yum!

They weren't super busy, and the front register guy may have been training, he missed a few things and didn't ask us about sauces. I liked that the wings tasted home made and not over processed. I also imagine the fries are cut there. All sauces are homemade!
Visit Restaurant Page"Family Baking is located in Chinatown. It also goes by the name Rolls Village. They are one in the same. The hubs said this place has been around for a long time. The ownership has changed since the original owners thought this place wouldn't last. But indeed it has. The drinks were decent from the last time we tried them with friends. But the baked goods were superb. No frills. Just simple and tasty. One example is the pork floss. The bread was super soft and chewy with a good amount of pork floss. Remembering similar items elsewhere, the bread may be a tad larger, but it wasn't as soft or flavorful.FYI: There's a $10 card min. And for some darn reason I already have a review of Rolls Village. I've come thus far with this review and not giving up. Haha. I did bump up the stars after coming back a second time though. * shoulder shrug *"
"I found this spot randomly on Yelp and decided to try it for lunch. I was blown away at the sensible prices! I ended up getting a veggie plate - collard greens, Mac and cheese, and fried okra. It comes with a piece of cornbread. I ordered online and picked it up about 30 mins later. When I got there I noticed there wasn't much sparkle to the place. No decor on the inside except that good ol random grass wall with the neon sign. I gave the woman my name and she handed me my order. I first noticed how heavy the bag was! And when I got in the car the aroma hit me and it smelled great so I got excited. When I got home I opened up the box to see a nice size portion of everything and it was still warm enough to eat without having to reheat .And!Everything tasted great! The little cornbread was wrapped in foil so it was warm and moist when I unwrapped it. The greens were flavorful, although a little sweeter than I'm used to. The mac and cheese wasn't too cheesy and had those illustrious spiral noodles. And they gave me a generous amount of fried okra which was also delicious! I checked the menu and even though it's not too extensive, almost everything looks and sounds good. Definitely going to make this place my next 'regular' and try other menu items. It's affordable and tasty. What else could you ask for?!"
"This was my favorite restaurant while visiting Atlanta. My friend lives nearby and suggested it, so we walked (braved the cold and wind) 10 minutes to the restaurant. We didn't have reservations, and there was no wait. Apparently, the restaurant was closed for remodeling and recently opened. You can dine downstairs near the bar, but most of the seating was upstairs. The stairway tiles in between were such a beautiful print reminiscent of Greek or Turkish design. There's intimate 2- person seating and larger seating for groups of 4 or more. The teal velvet seating added to the charm. The place was dimly lit and cozy. Mary Lyle was our waitress. She was amazing and attentive. My friend and I ordered cocktails and various appetizers to try. Excellent price points from $7-9 with large portions, not to mention, delicious.I had the Gardenia cocktail with gin and cucumber that was refreshing. My friend ordered the Basilisk. I tried it, and it's green apple forward and also good. The appetizers we chose were hummus, babaganoush, shakshuka, and spanakopita. Unfortunately, they ran out of the babaganoush past 8 pm. Mary Lyle brought us a complimentary appetizer - lentil kofte. It was served on a bed of romaine. Hummus: Large portion. I loved the fried chickpeas on top. It's served with a full basket of pita. Spanakopita: 4 pieces and comes with a side salad with vinaigrette dressing. The spinach and feta was baked to perfection.Shakshuka: I absolutely loved this variation of shakshuka because it was eggplant based. It's typically tomato and egg. There was no egg, but it did have green peppers in a homemade tomato sauce. The eggplant and peppers were tender and paired nicely with the pita bread. Since the eggplant was cooked right, I'm sure the babaganoush was just as great.I had eaten a large, Southern dish for lunch, so I was getting full. My friend ordered the Turkish moussaka that came with eggplant and ground beef and was served with rice. I had some of it, and it is a filling entree. Again, it was a large portion. At the end of our meal, Mary Lyle surprised us with a free dessert - rice pudding. We killed it! There's a hint of cinnamon. It was creamy. I could taste the whipping cream or milk they used. When I go back to Atlanta, I'm coming here for my Mediterranean fix. I just hope there's babaganoush next time! *fingers crossed*"
"Benchwarmer's tends to always end up as a warm up to a drunken evening. Love this divey spot right off of I-85 - cheap drinks with greasy & tasty bites. I have definitely had regretful evenings here where we plan on having "just one drink" and end up bar hopping from here. Don't do that. Either have just one drink or stay here lol. I have found myself here actually after a boozy evening and needing some sustenance so I ended up hydrating on WATER lol a true benchwarmer maybe? Food is actually pretty tasty - we ordered some wings, fried pickles and tater tots and it helped soak up the alcohol and really just hit the spot. I can't say these are the best wings and bar food I've had but I can't complain either. Stop by Benchwarmers for a low key place to grab quick and easy food and cheap drinks!"
"If you're looking for some great wings, The Wing Bar is definitely worth a try!In the city of wings, I'm always up for some great wings and trying a new spot in Atlanta and that's how I came across The Wing Bar. At first I was nervous because I saw their 'vings' first and thought it was a vegan wing spot and that I was being teased by the delicious pics, lolol. I was so happy to read on and see that they also offered chicken wings along with their fan-favorite vegan options. I've ordered a few times in different ways, but pickup is always a breeze with the Wing Bar team. Although parking can be kinda crazy in this area sometimes, there's always some place to park and run in quickly. The Wing Bar doesn't offer seating space, you'll have to take your meal to go, but you'll want privacy to dig into these wings anyways. I feel like every time I've ordered, when I arrive, my food is hot, ready and waiting for me. I'm an "extra sauce" kinda girl and don't have an issue paying for it, but some places won't budge. Not here. I always ask for extra on my wings/fries or on the side and they're so quick and kind about it! The customer service is wonderful! As far as flavors go, I've found myself partial to the Honey Hot wherever I go and once or twice I've gone for the regular Hot. Both are delicious. The wings are always great sizes, juicy and so flavorful. The fries don't stand out too much but they're a great accompaniment to the yummy wings. Absolutely one of my new go-to wing spots for me since my first bite!"
"Jerk Chicken had all the right spices, very flavorful not to hot. Just great food. Clean resturant with friendly staff. Worth stopping."
"This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had all year. It had been a few years since I've visited the restaurant and I forgot how good the food is. We went on a Tuesday evening to celebrate my birthday and the restaurant was packed. Reservations were made prior and we were sat immediately. Complimentary bread was provided and it was tasty. I ordered a Persian peach for my cocktail and it was superb. I started with delicious lobster fritters and got a NY strip for my entree. We ordered truffle fries, macaroni and cheese and creamed corn for sides. My steak was made to my specifications and was delectable. The corn and mac & cheese were absolutely delicious as well. All of the staff that we encountered were wonderful and I look forward to returning soon."
"I called in for a to-go order, ordered my food and at the end of the call they just said "Okay, thanks. Bye." Without giving me a time frame of pickup, which was okay because I had a bit of time to wait. The restaurant is nestled in the Kroger Georgetown Shopping Center next to Goldsberg Fine Upon arriving, the outside looks jank, but the inside is very nicely decorated in all red and black with the sushi bar lit up by a wall of bottle of wines all the way to the back. It also smelled really good (food smell). I was immediately greeted and had my payment taken. While I was waiting on the couch in the waiting area, I noticed a charging cable with three different charge cables (micro usb, usb c and iPhone charger) which I thought was convenient. I also noticed that they had some pretty sweet dine-in specials written on a mirror on the wall which were: Mom-Tues: $12/person bottomless wineWed-Thurs: $1.5/pcs NigiriFri-Sat: $1.5/bottle Domestic Beer (Coors & Michelob Ultra)It took a total of 20 minutes for my food to be ready from when I called to when the bag was in my hand, not bad. I ordered had a pretty basic order of ginger salad, egg drop soup and a tuna avocado roll. The ginger dressing for the salad could have tasted better but I didn't really expect much from this restaurant. The egg drop soup was not terrible but as much flavor as others I've had. The tuna avocado roll was decent. Overall, not too shabby. I will probably return to try the other items on the menu since they have such a large menu and that bottomless wine night!"
"I ordered to a to go meal from this spot. I had the Efo Egusi and pounder yam. Flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The yam consistency was perfect for handling and the food was freshly prepared. The only downside was that I ordered more than 45 minuted ahead and the food was still not ready when I arrived. It could have been a busy night but I was surprised to still have to wait."
"I came here with my 87 year old dear aunt since she loves this genre of food. The service was friendly and fast . Ambiance is nice with clean tables and plants everywhere .Also, great soul music plays while you chomp down on your "soul food". The fried chicken was the proverbial bomb! My sides were very good fresh green beans cooked in fatback and the best steamed cabbage I've had in some time. Also the cornbread was sweet and delicious. I highly recommend this place if you get a hankering for country aka soul food."
"I am not sure why I am just discovering Gutbusters, but I am so glad that I did! I have been to the one near my job over off Camp Creek and I have been to this one on Candler Road. Not only is everything quick, but it is fresh and extremely delicious.I got a croissant with extra cheese and eggs, and it was nice and buttery and perfect. It melted right in my mouth. The eggs were fresh, the cheese was perfect and I didn't need to add salt and pepper. I got the shrimp and grits with extra sauce and no shrimp. The sauce that goes on top of the grits (by the way, you can get cheese grits or regular, I opted for cheese) and this is the best I've ever had and for a fraction of the price. The sauce also has beef sausage in it for the flavor but I picked them out this time. Will definitely eat them next time! The line is organized. I ordered mine through clover and it was ready when I pulled up 8 minutes later without issue. The line moves quick and the food is fresh and HOT. This may be my new breakfast go-to!"

"My friend and I attended the fireworks show at Lilian Webb Park in downtown Norcross, and we walked around downtown Norcross exploring the booths. We wanted to get something to eat, and she recommended Zapata Tacos because they were so good. We went into the restaurant to get carry out for the tacos to bring to our spot at the park to watch the fireworks. The hostess was very professional and friendly, and took our orders. She told us our orders would be 15 minutes each and welcomed us to have a seat while we waited for our orders. Everyone was kind and pleasant towards us. The ambiance was very nice and classy for a Mexican restaurant. It was packed and busy, which is a good sign for a Mexican restaurant. Our orders did take 15 minutes each, and we checked out with the host. I ordered the Taco combo of three tacos and beans. My taco choice was two pollo tacos (chicken) and a pastor taco (marinated pork). I took the bite of the pollo taco and it was amazing! It was hot and fresh and grilled to perfection! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavor was excellent. The sauce for the tacos was very spicy, but very good. The marinated pork taco was just as good, and had great juicy flavors. I was very impressed with the beans. The beans were excellent and just prepared the right way. They were not too salty and tasted wonderful. Probably the best beans I have had in quite a while. Zapata Tacos was excellent and if I were in Norcross again, I would definitely come back here and dine inside for dinner. The tacos are fantastic and a great value for your buck! You have to go to Zapata Tacos and Tequila bar for the tacos! The margaritas are excellent as well!"
