"Lunch was so delicious, what a beautiful place! Fresh baked goods baked on-site. Trays of Baklava galore, breads, etc.... The smell of grilled chicken and lamb catches you in the parking lot.Order a plate but be prepared to share because the portions are huge. Rice, pita, hummas, cucumber salad, babaganoosh, fresh herbs. There is so much to go with the delectable meat of your choice. The lamb was amazing, so I'm told. My chicken shawarma was tasty, and the hummus smooth as silk. The falafel not so great, small and dry, but everything else was amazing.Save room for the Baklava! Or take some home like we did."
"We had fabulous French pastries and macarons at this clean and friendly French bakery! Cynthia and Emma provided excellent helpful service, including great advice on macaron flavors. Plus, I got a tasty double espresso!Life is good with French pastries and espresso! I went back for more!"

"I remember being one of those people who believed that I should stay away from bread and pastas. Where that came from? I'll never know. But man, am I glad that I'm over that phase in life because I'm pretty sure I won't ever return to those dark days after having my first loaf from TGM.I've thoroughly enjoyed The General Muir on a number of occasions but only had a sandwich once. So when I ventured over to Grant Park Farmers Market to be a healthy hot girl (of course I used my reusable Yelp tote bag *shameless plug*) and saw TGM, I figured it was a great day to indulge in some freshly baked bread. I already had a bag full of organic produce, what's a bit of bread?!TGM was located towards the back of the market in a large open space. When I approached their tent, the line was full of guests mulling over what bagels they'd pick or which loaves were calling their names. With the goods displayed out on the table, they knew what they were doing to us LOL. That bread smelled and looked so good, I was tempted to ask for a little bite of the bagels the man in front of me just purchased. (Sharing is caring!) When it was my turn, I made the difficult choice of flavors, not going overboard with too much since I know it'd just be for me. I went with the Asiago loaf and what a choice. I love that the TGM team member who packaged my loaf then asked me, "What other treats can I get for you?" Don't try and trap me up, sis! She was so sweet and smooth about it, I almost let my inner greed come out as I really wanted like 5 more loaves just to try them all. My loaf was packaged so well, but not for long. As soon as I got home from the market, I sliced up a little piece... just to be sure all was well of course. Listen. Wow. It was SO good. A delicious crust, soft inside and the nooks and crannies are almost glazed with the butter it was made with. I've enjoyed it with butter, without, as a grilled cheese sandwich, to dip in my hummus and whew. My summer body will not be happy at this new love I have for TGM bread, but summer will get whatever bread body I got!"
"Since i couldn't get my friends to go with me, I visited the pink paradise called High Noon Brunchery on Memorial Day. I made a reservation for myself because this place is very popular but I was able to sit at the bar since I was by myself. The ambiance is very girly, very pink, so great place to do a themed brunch with your girls if that is what you are aiming for. The restaurant owner partnership is with The Breakfast Boys restaurant that is located in College Park and the menu is an obvious reflection of that (some of the items on the menu are the same). The bartenders were very nice. On Mondays you can get a basic mimosa for $1. I chose to get the catfish, eggs and grits upon recommendation from the bartender. They were pretty good and everything was seasoned well. Next time I will try some of the fancier items on the menu. Make reservations!"
"I'm kicking myself for all the years I've lived in Atlanta without knowing Pala existed. I've driven into this complex dozens of times without seeing it, and it wasn't until a coworker randomly suggested it as a lunch spot that I discovered the magic of Pala's paninis. The sandwiches might seem pricey, but they're also quite sizable, like a small brick in the hand. It's hard to know what makes it so fantastic. Is it the bread, baked crunchy and brushed with a healthy dose of good olive oil? Is it the fresh mozzarella and imported ingredients? Whatever sorcery they're employing here, it's working because my colleagues were texting each other later that afternoon, collectively reminiscing on our lunch. There are other things, like pizza and gelato. I tried the latter, and found myself moaning almost inappropriately with each creamy bite. I'd recommend the strawberry and pistachio are a particularly powerful combination, but they're generous with samples here so you're welcome to scribe your own happy dessert. On another note, the owner is more than half the charm of the place. Giovanni Di Palma, who is also the owner of Antico Pizza, is a friendly and familiar presence here. He took the time to come outside and check on our group during our first visit as we (wolfishly) downed our panini, wanting to make sure everything turned out all right. "Did everything come out all right?" he pressed when we gave him a round of thumbs up. "Food's gotta' be emotional, y'know?" He was also there later that same night when I dragged my husband out to taste these magical sandwiches. Giovanni brought out my sandwich personally when it was done. "I had to make it twice," he explained apologetically. "The first time, the bread soaked up all the sauce so I made it again with a different kind of roll. It's gotta' be emotional! Try it and let me know how you like it." How can you not respect and adore a guy so passionate about food that he'd take the time to remake it until it turned out right? The meatball parm was perfect - with thick slabs of well-seasoned meatballs between warm, crusty bread, covered with just enough sauce and mozzarella that my eyes rolled with the first bite. When Giovanni came back a minute later to check on me, I knew exactly how to answer. "It's emotional."Since there are a number of restaurants within this complex (not to mention a Publix), parking can be a bit of a pain at certain points of the day. With only one long table and a few outside, seating can also be a bit of an issue, but that doesn't seem to faze the steady streams of hungry customers."
"Overall 4/5: Great service & dessert. Dessert 4/5: I picked up a cake for my coworker, we decided on the cookies n cream one which was great! it wasn't too sweet, but still flavorful and delicious. It was well-balanced and i loved the layering on it. It was also decorated super cute. Service 4/5: Fast and friendly. They were sure to ask if it was a birthday so they included candles for us which was great. It also came with a plastic knife to cut and serve. Vibe 4/5: I just did take out, but it looks like a nice place to come in and study as they also offer drinks and small snacks. Would love to come back in and visit on another day! Thank you, Cafe Mozart!"
"The best chinese baked goods in the area! There are sponge cakes, egg tarts, rice cakes, buns and cookies. The owners are so kind and helpful. Love to support a small locally owned bakery! Can't wait to come back to try more of their goodies."
"Alpine Bakery is a dessert lover's dream! We were blown away by the variety of desserts and pastries they offer. Everything looked so good, but the standouts for us were definitely the Peanut Butter Pie Bar and the Raspberry Cheesecake Truffle--both were absolutely delicious. We're already looking forward to our next visit so we can try even more of their amazing treats. If you have a sweet tooth, this place is a must-visit!"
"I absolutely love the quality of the food here and also the vast selection. My go to is the "build your own plate" menu where you get plenty of options to choose from, the portions are quite generous and the price is good. The veggie selection is plentiful, love the asparagus, quinoa, chickpeas, sweet potatoes. The Moroccan chicken is excellent too. They also have a myriad of pastries that look amazing! The lattes are good too. The restaurant is quite large with communal and regular tables and also a large outdoor seating area. It is located in the mall therefore parking is very convenient. The service is ok for the most part the staff is pleasant but it can be hit or miss."
"R and I came to Zambawango to get keto-friendly, sugar-free and low carb desserts. I had seen Zambawango a few times while driving by it on Abernathy Rd in Sandy Springs. Zambawango is in a mixed-use complex, and shares a parking garage (with free parking) with its business neighbors. The parking garage is located behind the small businesses. There were maybe 4 tables for customers to sit at in the small store.Zambawango is a small bakery and dessert shop that also serves coffees and carbonated drinks. The employee handling the order counter called out a greeting to us as we entered the store, which had that "just baked" comforting and inviting smell. We looked at all of the baked goods in the clear display cases, and I ordered a slice of coconut blackberry cake and R ordered lemon cheesecake. R also ordered a coffee (compliments of a Yelp check in offer), but was told that they didn't have any, but was offered an Americano, instead, at no charge, which R accepted. We sat at one of the tables near the display cases and It took a couple of minutes before we were handed our desserts at the order counter, with the Americano taking about 5 more minutes before R got it.Although the coconut blackberry cake was on the dry side, I thought it was delicious. The barely sweet sweetness was perfect for someone (like me) who doesn't care for things that are very sweet. R thought the lemon cheesecake was good. I thought the presentation was great, as it looked like a miniature cake. For those who count their carbs (and we don't), Zambawango lets customers know how many grams of net carbs are in each item. For the record, in net carbs (in grams) my slice of coconut blackberry cake had 4.5 net carbs, and the lemon cheesecake had 3.5 net carbs. There are lots of colorful pieces of wall art, which included pics of baked goods and cartoons."
"E X P E R I E N C E we came on a monday at 10am. there were only two other couples in the store. we were immediately helped. "We love it here. Pastries are kind of hard to find in this town. They have a great coffee selection, tons of cakes, pastries and savories. Highly recommend. If you come on the weekend, get here early and expect to wait in line. There is ample outdoor seating and tons of restaurants and other shops right here in this area within walking distance. I have not yet tried the cakes, but they look amazing. You have to come here at least once and you will come back!"

Love the big inside with plenty of tables. Great for groups. Food is delicious. Service was great. Staff was respectful and diligent. I love the grocery store next to it (you can go from inside). It has lot of cool snacks, drinks, spices, etc from Middle East.

ORIGIN:Saint Germain French Cafe and Bakery opened at the Ponce City Market in 2016, and with its success has since expanded to four other Atlanta locations. The cafe and bakery is owned by a couple, Heather and Mathieu Jourdan-Gassin. Heather is from neighboring Decatur, while Mathieu is from southern France. Prior to opening the cafe, Mathieu brings decades of experience working in French restaurants in the Atlanta area, while Heather brings Southern hospitality.CONCEPT:Saint Germaine French Cafe and Bakery brings a taste of France to Atlanta, serving difficult to access traditional French pastries and macarons. Tea, coffee, beer, and wine, as well as sandwiches and quiches are also served.EXPERIENCE:The shop in Ponce City market is packed with French baked goods, including a colorful case of macarons and pastries. Entering the shop is like stepping into a jewelry box -- but one in which the gems are edible and a delightful sweet aroma permeates the air.As a result of the abundance of riches, it can be difficult to choose from the display, which also includes traditional eclairs, tarts, croissants, chocolates, and cakes. Following the advice of the shop keeper as to which of the vibrantly colored, artfully shaped pastries are both popular and not too sweet, the Paris Brest and Lemon Cube were recommended. At check out I eyed a platter of Caneles and asked to add one to the bag.Caneles are easy choices to take out. These rum-infused mini cakes pair well with coffee or wine. I was so glad to have tried one, but sorry I did not collect more to bring home as they transport easily. The Lemon Cube is artful in appearance and is composed of an intriguing combination of lemon meringue mouse, basil, and peaches. The Paris Brest, my favorite, appears to be a nod to the traditional pastry of the same name (Paris-Brest being the path of a famous bicycle race), and potentially a coy play on on an English homonym. Here it is reimagined and reshaped in .... dare I say... a form evocative of a Parisian's bosom, much like the Sicilian pastry intended to do bring to mind the same (Minne di'Sant Agatha). A blush-colored dome encases hazelnut, praline, and chocolate ganache.TIPS:Check in on Yelp to get a 10% discount on your first visit.Arrive early to get to both see and choose from a full display case -- a confectionery rainbow! The items are baked fresh and are not replaced as the day progresses. The vibrantly colored, artfully shaped pastries appear to hold up well to a day of refrigeration, so consider picking up another to enjoy the following day.Check out the list of other locations on their website.

I've wanted to try this pop up. My friend and I came here for lunch this past Thursday and they were serving soup and bread - perfect for the cold weather! I ordered the Italian wedding soup + pain levain and she ordered the Lox Chowder + demi baguette. Both the soups were delicious! You could tell the meatball/sausage in the Italian wedding soup was house-made and there was clumps of chewy mozzarella which was delicious. I got to try my friend's chowder and also really enjoyed it. Instead of clams, it had smoked salmon! I was a bit bummed that my combo only had a thin slice of bread compared to the baguette, but both the pain levain and baguettes were great with the soup. Although $8 for a soup and bread combination was a bit pricey, I like the concept of the pop up and look forward to trying other things from TGM bread next time.

We did a take out. And let me tell you, we now have our new favorite pizza place. We love all types of pizza, (we had sausage and peppers, and tomatoes and mozzarella). Plus, they make fantastic sandwiches, (we had arugula and prosciutto, and mortadella and ricotta). The bread is delicious, homemade, and reminds me of Italy. We will order from here often.Five Stars all day...!!!Highly recommend

PARKINGThere is a free private parking lot out front. Convenient.II. SERVICEFriendly ~ no complaintsIII QUALITYThe pastries are of good standard and are filled with texture (*hint* try the Mochi Soboro)IV. CAPACITYLarge amount of available seating throughout the day

Get here early or pretty much all the good stuff will be gone by 6-7pm. Came around noon & was able to get these. $15.93 total. It's real authentic Chinese mom n pop bakery. You'll see Chinese men hanging out. Just like Sweet Hut, but more Chinese style.

I've been coming to Alpine Bakery for years and it never disappoints!! I always get my birthday and special occasion cakes from here. My most recent visit was to pick up cupcakes for my birthday! I got an assortment of flavors including mocha, chocolate mousse, and cookies and cream. We also got some slices of red velvet too. The cakes are always so sweet and rich and the frostings are silky smooth. Can't recommend Alpine Bakery enough!!!

"Stopped by for a quick breakfast and didn't expect such delicious and well-made pastries and coffee! Vanilla lattes can sometimes be too sweet but this was perfect. We tried the pecan tart with berry jam, the Gregory cheese puff, and the kouign amann. All the pastries were great but the best was the kouign amann. They were able to get all the flaky and crispy layers, which is so difficult! Overall, highly recommend this cafe!"
"Pie like you very much, Doodle Pies!My family and I didn't get dessert at dinner, so we stopped by Doodle Pies for something sweet. Doodle Pies offers sweet and savory pies as well as coffee. You can even build your own pie. The space was clean and bright. We arrived close to their closing time, so they were low on options. Understandably so. We went with a few of their signature pies; peach, pb&j, and rocky road. All the pies were delicious. However, my favorites were rocky road and pb&j. They were so creamy and the flavors were on point! Service was great. I would definitely return if I'm back in the area!"
"I pass by Douceur de France often and decided this morning that I would stop by for breakfast since they open bright and early at 7am. I entered at 7:05 am, so I'm positive that I was the first customer of the day. The staff was busy stocking the displays with their fresh pastries etc. so it did feel a little unorganized. I was able to finally get someone attention to ask for a menu where I could see the hot breakfast items.I decided to order a chai latte and the egg croissant with chicken sausage. The chai latte was not good, very weak and overly milky. I would not order their chai again. The egg croissant was AMAZING. Like, the croissant itself was so flaky and buttery - I'll definitely return for the croissant alone! Now, a HUGE PET PEEVE is when I'm charged a different price than what the menu states. As you can see from the pictures attached, it says in the menu that to add chicken sausage to the egg croissant would be $2.00. The receipt shows where I was actually charged $3. UPDATE YOUR MENU!!!Therefore, I've docked a star because of the price discrepancies and the chai latte. However, I do admit that the croissant is PHENOMENAL and if I was basing my review off of that alone they would have received 5 stars."
"Unusually, I did not research this place much in advance, and it was the sort of place that takes a bit to wrap your head around, because they offer so much. A bakery and an ethnically diverse cafe menu left me spoiled for choice. I ended up settling for both a salad and a donut. By the time you consider the soft cheese on top of the salad, the roasted potato side, and the cream-filled donut, it was a pretty indulgent breakfast. The donut was rich and not overly sweet, allowing the hazelnut flavor to shine through. What really sold me was the dressing that came with the salad, a sweet and spicy mix that I've had some version of before but could not place. The potatoes were delicious too, and the London Fog, which the young staff working there announced they would learn how to make, came out fine.Other menu options ranged widely. I think most dietary needs could be accommodated, and most palates could be excited, by a shop that clearly is a product of some considerable thought."
"We love the pastries & bread from Buckhead Bread Company and even brought a pack with us when we were traveling back to NYC. We love their Bear Paw and Almond Croissant so much, the texture of both pastries were delicate and surprisingly delicious. However, we wouldn't recommend their sit-down dining since the experience wasn't pleasant due to their reluctant and rude service. The waiter pushed the check to us right after they served our orders, which made us feel offended."
"We take chains for granted. But it is the people who bring us back. The individual touch makes it or breaks it. I ordered my bacon, egg, and cheese. Added a latte and sat down. My order was delivered by the kindest lady on Earth. She placed my order down and then gave me a hug. I had to stand up so I could give her the proper hug. When I left, I had to leave with a hug. Starting your day on the road with a hug. How cool is that."
"Piece of Cake is a great example of a small cake shop that does cake really well. It's definitely not a fancy schmancy pretentious business, which is fine with me!Piece of Cake is in a large shopping center, and is on, what I consider, the backside of the shopping center. Free parking is always available in the large shared parking lot. Came here on a Sunday afternoon at around 3 pm. The woman working behind the counter greeted us and asked if she could help us with anything. We each just wanted a slice of cake, so she pointed out where the rack with the slices of cake was. The rack that had the clear plastic to-go containers of cake slices looked like it had been picked over, but the slices of cake still remaining looked delicious. My favorite is Red Velvet, so that's what I picked out. R picked out a slice of Strawberry cake. We took the cake slices to eat later. The employee was wearing a face mask. Signage on the floor showed where customers should stand in line to allow for social distancing.I really enjoyed the red velvet cake slice! The cake was moist and red velvet chocolate-y. What made this layered cake even more delicious was the icing. The icing wasn't sickening sweet like many cake shops make icing. In those instances when the icing is too sweet, I tend to scrape the icing off. I didn't scrape the icing off of this cake slice!Beside cake slices, this place also sells whole cakes, but you have to pre-order them. They also sell cookies, brownies, bars, shortbread and other baked treats. They also sell cards and candles. This is a really good place for moist cake with just the right amount of sweetness in their icing!"
"Cute little Korean bakery next to Hmart. They have a nice assortment of breads, pastries, coffes/teas. They even have a freezer with King of Pops popsicles. Excellent service."
"Having walked past this place for years, I finally decided to pop in to check it out. The space is quite small but does a good job of giving that quaint European pâtisserie vibe. It being my first time, I asked one of the guys behind the counter for any recommendations or which items he liked. Unfortunately, he was absolutely of zero help in that department and offered no suggestions. Since I'm not a fan of macarons, but I love croissants, I decided to order an Almond Croissant. It was essentially croissant dough folded with almond paste and topped with powdered sugar and it was absolutely delicious! Customer service aside, I would go back just for that Almond Croissant."
"It's in kind of a warehouse district looking area, but this little place clearly was not hidden from the locals who were streaming in. A splendid spread of baked goods awaited, but I was surprised how many of them were vegan. I sampled what was described as a chocolate raspberry mousse cake, bearing in mind that mousse is a very non-vegan foodstuff. The rich flavor and smooth texture did little to disappoint, and if it was coconut or something like that there wasn't any strange or off taste to dissuade me from wolfing that thing down. The average diner may just ignore the labeling as to what is and what is not vegan, but those with particular dietary preferences or allergies will be quite satisfied if what I got is any indication."
"Gluten agrees with me but Hell Yea is just a really f*cking good bakery. All their stuff is gluten free and they also have some stuff that's dairy free and others that are vegan. They're clearly labeled. I definitely recommend going early because they do run out of stuff and the line can be pretty long. However, it is worth it!I got the following:1.) vegan curry turnover Delicious. Tastes kinda like a samosa. 10/10 would get again 2.) blueberry cream cheese Danish Good sh*t3.) earl grey sconeThe consistency is spot on for the scone and the earl grey taste is in the icing. Very yummy"
"I came here at the beginning of September. Heidi's Heavenly Cookies is tucked away in a business park, but it's easy to find with Waze! Parking was easy to find right in front of the business.I met both Emily and Heidi, and both of them were so nice and answered all of my questions. Based on what both of them said about the flavors and the popularity of the cookies, and, most importantly, what I like, I bought four chocolate chip cookies and four toffee chocolate chip cookies. I didn't mind waiting for them, but when Heidi returned from the production area with a eight cookies, each individually sealed in clear plastic in a clear bag that was very gift-giving worthy, I was so pleased! There were instructions about the cookies on a card included with my cookies. One of the instructions was to either eat the cookies or freeze them within two days, but, since the cookies didn't even last 24 hours after I bought them, I didn't have to worry about that advice. The cookies I bought were perfect! I loved that they weren't too sweet, were on the soft side, were moist, and tasted so good! Even though the chocolate chip cookies were outstanding, the toffee chocolate chip cookies were even better."
"This place is in a slightly separate area from the famous Patel Plaza conglomeration of restaurants; it's kind of hard to get into due to construction on the road, so I actually parked at the plaza and walked over.It seems like everyone that posted pictures of this place got the chana bhatura. And when I walked in, the place was crowded despite the off hour, and there were a lot of chana bhatura tables. Indeed, one couple just got two orders of this. So I'm not being overly creative by saying I ordered the chana bhatura. But it is every bit as good as it looked. The freshly puffed bread and the complex and slightly spicy chickpeas would be a meal by themselves, but this place really does it right with accompaniments. I got a fried chili pepper and a fresh one on the side with some pickled vegetables that add a wonderful contrast of flavors and textures. One of the best renditions of this dish I've ever had, and I've had, and I've had lots. Ordering a chai wasn't a bad decision either; it came with some little cookies for dipping and while there was sugar on the side, it was flavorful enough without. This place was bustling despite ample competition. The rest of the menu looks full of delicious vegetarian specials. The name on the door speaks of sweets, but if I'm being honest, I've never really gotten into Indian desserts despite having tried several. But come for the savories for sure."
"This was a perfect day for this delicious ice cream. My sister brought me and my grandson here. She knows I can't have ice cream. So she assured me that they would have sorbet and it would be good. And mann was it?!!!!! Strawberry and Lemon are 2 of my favorite fruit flavors ever. Besides mango and Kiwi. Just so you know if anyone ever asks you . But the flavors was on point and definitely did not disappoint at all. So if your in search of some good sorbet. You got to visit Morelli's."
"I've been driving past Theo's Brother's Bakery for a couple weeks now and finally was able to check it out. And just WOW!Breads - Many different kinds. Tasty croissants, absolutely. Cookies & Biscottis - copious and with delicious flavors. Kolaches - without a doubt. Muffins, turnovers, scones and twists. Of course. And that's just the beginning. While sitting in their very few sets of tables and chairs enjoying my Almond croissant and espresso, I observed at least a dozen customers come in and go straight to the refrigerator and purchase freshly made sandwiches. Vegetarian,Tarragon Chicken, Prosciutto Ficelle ( I'm going back for this one)! and Smoked Turkey to name a few. Also check their daily specials. I would put this bakery up against any in the North Georgia area. It's definitely on the top of my list for any bakery treats."
"I've only had Hell Yeah one time and from the other location in Inman Park. That was a while ago, but from what I understand, they are still really prone to selling out and it's best to order ahead online.I had planned to meet a friend who's gluten-free for breakfast on a Saturday morning at 9 am, and I thought we should probably order ahead when they open at 8. Their online ordering didn't open until maybe closer to 8:30 (it said it would open when they opened at 8), so that was a little frustrating to have to keep refreshing the page. But it did end up opening and we were able to place our orders. When we got there at 9:15, there was not a line and it seemed like they had plenty of inventory, but not sure if it was just a weird day?I had cookies and cream doughnut, and and oatmeal cream pie, and both were heavenly! My friend had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and said that it was amazing. You order inside, and they have two tiny tables out front, but there's no other seating besides that. So it's more of a take away type place!"
"Delicious foccaccia with prosciutto! While it's pricey at $16, with the amount of foccaccia I easily filled myself up twice. Can't wait to try new stuff once they get past the soft opening! The iced americano was excellent too."
"If I could give this coffee shop 10 stars I would - so good! We were visiting Atlanta and staying just a couple of blocks from Land of a Thousand Hills. We stopped in for coffee and kept doing that every day for the rest of our trip. The drinks are delicious - we tried the iced matcha latte, the caramanilla, and the cinnahoney latte. All great, not too sweet, good coffee/tea flavor. The barista was also very friendly - she's the one that recommended the cinnahoney, and I'm so glad she did! Highly recommend for a good coffee in midtown."
"I would definitely recommend this place for lunch take-out or delivery. I've had two positive Uber Eats experiences with this restaurant so far and look forward to trying more things. The two sandwiches I've tried include the Cuban and the chicken salad sandwich. I wasn't too impressed with the chicken salad sandwich as it only had one half of a grape and no nuts that I could account for in it (basically lacking flavor and texture). However, the Cuban was really delicious and flavorful. I would get that again. For sides: I've tried - 1) the beet salad (nice mix of acidity and creaminess from the raspberry vinaigrette and feta), 2) the Dirty Chips - really good stuff - tried the Maui Onion and BBQ so far, 3) the chicken noodle soup, also a really nice side - tastes homemade and not so processed which is nice, 4) the Dr. Brown's diet sodas - really yummy - highly recommend the black cherry or cream soda to wash down your lunch. If you do a review on Uber Eats, the cafe will send you a $5 UE promo to use on your next order also, which I thought was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch and plan on ordering again soon. Tasty, well portioned, and fresh food."
"I've always been curious about the International Bakery next door to Taqueria del Sol and one day we thought, why not. The bakery was quiet but the food and decor was like a loud supermarket, just without all the noise. I've never craved Greek desserts before but I was intrigued since they all looked so beautiful. I limited myself to only two, and we ended up getting a mini cream puff and a fruit tart. The mini cream puff was SO cute I couldn't resist. There was WAY too much cream (although, is that ever REALLY a bad thing?). The fruit tart wasn't the easiest dessert to eat or share, but definitely a pretty dessert and also pretty tasty. The guy at the counter was quiet and left us alone while we shopped and decided. Not especially helpful but I didn't mind being left to my own devices!!If I'm ever in the area again with a sweet tooth, I can imagine myself stopping back in for another treat - however, I'm not sure I would go out of my way for it, especially since I live much closer to another local Greek bakery!"
"Just like Mozart Bakery chain, this Korean bakery/bakeries (several locations) is inspired by artist, Vincent Van Gogh...and you'll see his pic and other inspired artworks throughout the cafe. I've been to this Pleasant Hill location just once before, and I've always thought the place itself is very charming...a great, serene ambiance. However, there are so many bakeries in Duluth (and surrounding areas) with HUGE, extensive selections...and sadly, this bakery cafe selection pales in comparison. If only this place made its way to someplace like Charlotte, where there wouldn't be much competition for light pastries.Still, I stopped in to pick up 3 pastry items to go. Just like all the bakeries, these pastries are made fresh daily, and individually wrapped (Covid-friendly!), and thoroughly delicious.PS*** I'm revising the review up to 4 stars...because by now I've tried all 3 pastries, and they were AMAZING!!"
"Cinnamon roll (warmed) + latte (toffee syrup), a heaven on earth combination! Service was friendly and, overall, fast. Loved the option of couch seating with a table, a small highlight but something that was a touch to both ambience and overall experience."
"It's a bakery, its specialty items, and even sells a few items for lunchLunch : falafel, sabish, and shashuka.Only had the falafel so far, they sold out early on the shashuka friday. Best falafel we have had in years. Of course large fresh soft pita, filled with perfect salad, and falafel. Not overcooked, just right . Worth it to go there just for this. Take out Foods: Eggplant parmigiana was enough for two . Delicious. Good flavor and texture, . Bouraka: they had three flavors- potato, cheese, and mushroom. Had the potato ones with dinner, very good taste, but filling more like a knish flavor. Their hummus is reported as excellent , havent tasted yetBreads: well known rightfully for their challah. Best we have had in Atlanta. Large and small sizes. Many other pastries: including cinnamon and chocolate rugelach, and babka. Chocalate babka was also excellent. Whole family sneaking some all weekend. Only open Tuesday and Friday right now. Covid safety excellent. Staff all wearing masks, customer all required to be wearing masks, Only allow three in at a time, with line forming with proper spacing outside."
