"Generous portions and good food. Came here for a weekend takeout lunch and ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, lamb kofta wrap and a side of garlic fries. The menu may seem on the pricier side but when we got the food we understood why, the wraps were huge and fries were overflowing from the box. If you're not a big eater I think you could actually share a wrap with a side between two people.Food came out promptly and ingredients tasted like they were high quality. Each wrap came with a side of toom and hot sauce. My chicken shawarma wrap was different than I was expecting in that the chicken was covered in sauce. Might not be everyone's preference for those that prefer the taste of grilled meat but I enjoyed it. Fries were well seasoned and very crispy. Would come back again."
"This place is a must in San Francisco. The location is really great, outside of the touristy area. The service was really great. But the food, was out of this world. I haven't had better Indian food in my life. The naan was so flavorful and perfect to dip in my dish. I ordered my favorite dish. The roasted eggplant vegetarian dish. It was so so delicious. The flavors were perfect and bold. And topped everything off with a tasty chai!"

"I tried the lamb plate and it was incredible! Highly recommend--best Mediterranean food I've had!"
"We happened upon Atlas while on a date in the area, and we both agreed this is probably the best pizza we've ever had!We ordered the Italian garlic combo pizza, noori chicken wings, and potato wedges. The pizza was chock-full of toppings, incredibly flavorful, and the crust had the perfect crunch--so delicious! The wedges and wings were fantastic, well-seasoned, and crispy!Service was outstanding! We initially sat inside, but since it was such a beautiful day, we decided to move to the patio. I didn't catch her name, but the young lady was incredibly helpful in assisting us with the move and was very attentive throughout.Parking was a bit tricky (street parking), but we managed to find a spot near the front. Definitely coming back!"
"The outside of this restaurant almost stopped me from going in. We went on a Friday night and the outside sidewalk and surrounding areas looked dirty and had a lot of people sort of hanging around doing random things. We parked in the parking lot next door, which also felt like not a great idea lol but it turned out to be fine. The restaurant actually looks like it was abandoned from the outside. But it was actually nice on the inside and the server was super friendly and welcoming. The food was really good, so it's unfortunate that the outside looks wild. The only food I didn't particularly like was the Makdous. I expected more walnut filling but it was mostly peppers and maybe one walnut per piece b"
"Love the chicken tikka masala burrito at Curry Up Now! The only thing is that i'm at a food coma in the office later, lol! It's super filling and so flavorful--sometimes I even get cauliflower rice to lighten it up!"
"Great service, food and seating options. We chose to eat outside because we brought our pup and it was great. We ordered right away using the QR menu and paid seamlessly online. The servers were all friendly and pleasant.Food:Chicken & Waffles: chicken was not too salty. It was seasoned well. The waffles had that soft side but crispy edges (just the way I like it). Tater tots: I would have been satisfied eating this by itself. So bad but so good!! I'll definitely be having the tots every time I'm here!I've been to the Potrero Hill location which is just as good! I'll be back for sure!"
"You really do end up finding restaurant gems near the SF Tenderloin, and Kinara Fusion is one such fantastic place to spend your evening. Owned by people who care about the cuisine, this Indian-Pizza fusion restaurant is known for their chicken dishes and Naan with amazing texture. The Chicken 69 dish and any of their Naan are to die for, especially with how tender and soft everything comes out. For non-spicy eaters, do note that the Chicken 69 bites pack some heat! I would say their Mixed Grill can be a bit better, but their overall preparation of Chicken just dwarves their other meats with its quality. The place also has really nice interior and attentive service. I'll definitely return to try other dishes, especially their pizzas!"
"Came here on a Friday night with a friend. It wasn't super busy, which meant service was fairly quick. Salad trio: I liked this as a tasting! And the bread that went with it was quite good too.Lamb tagine with almond and prunes: the lamb literally fell off the bone as started to cut with a fork. This was unbelievably good.Beef kebab maghdour: this is a new dish. Full of flavor and so good. The beef was definitely tougher than the lamb tagine, but still very good.Cinnamon couscous: yuuum. And fits well with the flavors of the meat dishes Prices were very reasonable and I left very full. Will definitely be back."
"The food is delicious with subtle and deep flavors. Kind service from the staff. Only downsides are difficult parking if you're driving and crowded tables."
"I've had this restaurant bookmarked for over a year and I am so glad I happened to be up the block to finally try it. I tried their spicy lemon pepper and buffalo flavor and both were so tasty. The wings were cooked very well, the skin got nice and crispy on the outside while still retaining the juiciness on the inside. Their French fries were also good. I'd love to try their other flavors next time."
"Noori was such an enjoyable experience thank you so much to Max the owner and Prachi! I loved how the spice level that is broken down on the lower right hand side of the menu. Level 2 was very spicy and as a well versed spice woman I wouldn't want to go higher. Overall, great food that is very authentic and fresh. Try the goat cheese naan. Side note: the event space is great so ask for a tour if you are looking to host a party."

So good! We came here last minute for dinner and they happily sat us. The staff here is very friendly and kind and they brought our food out quickly. For mezzes we ordered the halloumi cheese and the falafel which were both excellent. The halloumi was soft and moist and the falafel was crispy and fresh. We ordered the combo plate to share which came with chicken, beef, lamb and salad, rice and hummus. We ended up having leftovers but overall really fresh and delicious food!

Good place to get a sit-down meal after a comedy show at Cobbs. Their food is good, and they stay open late.We were glad we ate here and look forward to eating here again after the next show we attend!Atmosphere was sufficient. Service was good. Food was good. I wouldn't drive out of my way to eat here.

Very impressed with this restaurant to say the least. Meat dishes were very flavorful, cooked to perfection and portion sizes were huge. We came in with a group of 5, so we were able to try a few different dishes. The Mixed grill plate is definitely a good dish to split with someone due to its size. Most dishes come with a side salad, some rice, choice of meat/veggies, hummus and a yogurt sauce which was probably tzatziki. There isn't too much seating inside and the service was pretty fast. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but will definitely be coming back to try other items on their menu like the wraps.

Fun decor and great service! Music was quite loud, but they turned it down when we asked. Our server was very sweet. It was pretty dead on a Monday night at 6 PM; there was only one other table for the two hours that we dined in. Beef Shawarma with fries was alright, but the Mezze platter was good! Would come back or order delivery for their Baba Ghanouj and Hummus.

I had a friend who raved about this place so I gave it a try because I enjoy both curry and Mexican food, and I was not disappointed!Staff was kind and remembered, my friend, which made the experience that much more pleasant. Did I mention they make curry burritos here? The decor is nice and Indian themed (though the vibe was not quite so culture focused). Anyway, it was a super cool experience and I would definitely come again!

What a cute little spot in Marina. We were staying nearby at the Cow Hollow Inn and were looking for a breakfast spot. We were within walking distance and decided to check it out. I'm so glad we stumbled upon this place. We got lucky and were seated right away. It is a busy spot so there could be a wait. Service was fantastic and they delivered our coffees quickly with creamer and sugar. We split the fried chicken Benedict and it was the perfect portion for two people. The fried chicken was juicy and tasty, but what stole the show for me were the homestyle potatoes. Between the flavor and the texture there was just something about them that I loved. If ever in the area again, we'd definitely go back!

One of the best fusion desi places in the city! Love everything on the menu (yes, I've been here enough times to try everything!) The bbq ribs with fries are absolutely delicious (10/10), their mixed grill is a great option to try all their grilled meat, tandoori chicken is 10/10, fire fries is so flavorful and good! The chicken tikka, karai chicken, & tikka dum biryani is pretty decent (7/10). The Nihari is 10/10 so good! The pizzas: curry 4 mvp, flapping bird, & all meat incl are great choices! Finishing it all with the Kanafeh Rasmalai and the falooda both 10/10, amazing! Love this place every time! It never disappoints

"Was staying at the hotel across the street and needed a quick bite, so a burger fit the bill. I went with a standard cheeseburger, fries, and can of coke. The burger itself was good, good bun, and fresh veggies. The sauce and some extra mayo saved the burger for me, although it was a juicy burger. Definitely grab napkins. The fries reminded me of a better version of in n out fries, but definitely need to salt to taste. I spent $25 for a burger, fries, and coke after tax, fees, and tip. I think it's a serviceable burger and will satisfy the burger fix, especially if it's walking distance and in need of a quick meal."
"Stumbled on this place because Mazra was closed and what a pleasant surprise! The food is one of the best Mediterranean places in the bay.You order at the counter and there are lots of tables but know that it is a very casual establishment and nothing fancy. The food service is fast and the prices are very reasonable."
"I am no expert but I love the Chicken Leg tandoori and curry from here. My husband and I shared the combo and ordered an extra naan plus a Palak Paneer. Servings are generous. We didn't finish the PP and didn't even touch the extra naan. It's located inside the mall food court. It was super busy and loud- but the workers move fast to clean up after diners."
"Oh my! Our go to restaurant was closed on Christmas Eve - who could blame them. So we went to another favorite a tad further away... Masala Dosa was open!!! Yum!!! Fried eggplant to start. Lamb biryani, lamb kebab with veggies, basil garlic naan. Scrumptious cuisine after a long day. Atmosphere and services were excellent! We are spoiled with such delicious dishes in the city for the holidays! Merry Christmas!"
"Wow! We weren't expecting such great food at a food court! This is restaurant quality food and they give you so much of it! The elderly gentleman who works there (owner?) is very sweet. We got the lamb shank and the lamb ground beef kabob (not sure if that was the right name). Both were delicious, tho the ground lamb was a bit too spicy for me. The lamb shank was excellent. But my favorites were the sides. Their "special" rice has so much flavor without being too spicy. Their chickpea is also delicious and I'm not usually someone who likes rice or chickpeas THAT much. There was also yogurt and some other veggies that were all delicious on the plates. This mall is struggling. Come support these ppl at the food courts. We have been here twice since we discovered Mashallah. Will go back soon. So good!"
"We tried Punjab Kabab House in the Tenderloin, close to Union Square, for lunch Tues 3/20/18 after noticing Little Delhi was closed.FREE hot chai, I asked and we can help ourselves. I liked it. They have lunch special so that was good. We both got the Tandoori and curry for lunch $10.95. It took quite a bit of time, I think because of the chicken tandoori, if you get the other dishes it looks like it's faster. The combo had a big piece of chicken tandoori leg and thigh pretty tasty, rice, scoop of chickpeas curry, and either lamb or chicken curry. I got the lamb curry, it had 2 small pieces of lamb, I thought was so-so, but the sauce was good. Brother got chicken curry and he said was only 1 piece.Bunch of regular naan given, was tasty enough. Ask for the 2 sauces: chutney and tamarind. Diners next to us asked for no rice and extra roti so that's an option there. You can charge it. One unisex bathroom in the back on the left."
"Stopped by Sal's Burgers, located in a convenient strip mall off Highway 92. It's a walk-up and order at the counter spot with seating both inside and outside. Perfect for a casual meal. We ordered the SF Patty Melt, which comes loaded with grilled onions, mushrooms, Swiss and cheddar cheese, all on sourdough bread and the Cowboy burger, topped with cheese, an onion ring, pickle, halal bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, and barbecue sauce. For sides, we went with onion rings and garlic fries. The burger portions were just right--neither too big nor too small, making it perfect for an average appetite. The food took about 10 minutes, which was expected, and both burgers were tasty. The sides were also solid. Overall, the service was efficient, and the pricing was what you'd expect for a burger spot. I'd come back to try more from their menu."
"I've been here several times and have enjoyed it every time. You order at the register and then have a seat. They bring your to the table. It usually arrives very quickly. The food is great and I haven't been disappointed in anything that I have ordered. The restaurant is clean and comfortable."
"I used to come here since it was a block away from my office and it was a great "grab and go" place when I had limited time between meetings. Anything with the lamb gyro is delicious! Also the people who work here are very friendly."
"So the place is in the Tenderloin so obviously the neighborhood isn't great, but the food itself is really good and worth it. It is the kind of place where you order at the counter and then bus your own plates and silverware once done, but thats no big deal.I have been here three times and the food has been great each time, but each time I noticed the place was almost totally empty. I hope this place doesn't close down for lack of business."
"A really good, affordable, quick meal near the Chase Center in San Francisco. Order at the counter or on an order kiosk. We ordered...* 6 Piece Falafel -- Nice, Hot & fresh. Not too dry, and good flavor. Served with Tahini dipping sauce.* 1/2 pint Hummus with Warm Pita -- It was good, but it turns out we didn't need it as there wasa side of hummus and pita with the entree.* Combination Kabob Plate - Generous serving of chicken kabob, lamb kabob and kefta (ground beef & lamb) kabob. Chicken was flavorful & juicy. Kefta was also very tasty. Lamb was good and cooked perfectly medium well, but quite heavy on the cardamom spice. Sides of saffron rice, tabouli, Jerusalem salad, hummus and pita. Shared between 2 people.Nothing fancy, but food is good and affordable. Some interior seating, but they had to set up space heaters as the dining area does not have central heating or air conditioning."
"I was going to give 4 stars but since they offer free delivery, I bumped up to 5 :PThis is a total hole in the wall, located in a sketch area of Tenderloin. Definitely worth it to get the delivery since its free. Its a very small joint with only maybe 3 tables. We ate in because my friend wanted to get out of the office for lunch. I'm so grateful she wanted to try this place, because it was delicious! My first time trying momos! and they were so bomb. We ordered the chicken. The skin was perfectly steamed, just the right amount of cuecue but firm/dry enough for a good texture. They are huge (larger than dumplings) which make them more satisfying to eat I think. And the spicy orange sauce that came with it had great flavor and spice. The Aloo Paratha was my friend's recommendation and I did not enjoy it as much. It was soggy and heavy, when I would have preferred a crispy lighter naan. The Newari Kaja was so fun and interesting to try! The crispy cracker thing was my favorite! I think its called papadum? It was so light and crispy, and also had some type of seeds in it that added a great flavor. I loved eating that with the meat (sorry not sure what it was) which was sauteed with onions. This dish also had a great smoky slightly spicy flavor. The potato salad and the beans were just okay in my opinion. And the hardboiled egg was lightly fried, which was new to me. Not a fan of eggs made this way...The guy at the counter was not very helpful with explaining the menu and dishes though. They also have free chai, which is quite strong. I was super wired after returning to work.Anyway, I would totally order delivery from this restaurant next time and try some more indian dishes, and definitely more momos!"
"We stumbled across Bistro Mediterraneo post-walk at Land's End after searching "salads near me." It's a neighborhood gem. The food is delicious (all 4 of us thought the falafel wrap was one of the best--if not *the* best--we've ever had), and the staff are very gracious and welcoming. They also have a very nice, curated selection of Mediterranean (mostly Turkish) goods. I wish this place was in my neighborhood, because I'd be there all the time. I'll definitely be hitting them up any time I'm nearby."
"We all need a little pick me up as we shelter in place and Al Masri delivers -- literally.Order directly from the restaurant to get the best deal on delectable Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes. The hubs and I loved the spinach stuffed spanikopita and basteela, a sweet and savory Moroccan delicacy filled with chicken inside a flaky phyllo crust. It was delivered fresh and hot and safely -- social distancing and mask protocol was on point. Wonderful business run by a phenomenal owner who really cares about the community. Treat yourself and keep an amazing local restaurant alive through this crisis!"
"Random save that we wanted to explore and my goodness was it so good. Upbeat music fill the room, and pleasant looking leis surround the interior. Servers are SO friendly. I think this place seems like it's owned by a family, but that is a guess. The food here is extraordinary! The chicken tikka masala is just BURSTING WITH FLAVOR. It's addicting. Addicting to the point my stomach BURSTS at its seams to want more. Service is very friendly as they tried to explain alllll the different items on their menu! They were very kind to explain things to an ignorant person like meeee. The aloo naan has much aloo. The garlic naan, just get it with that butter. BUTTER ME UP!!!!!! Yessir. Yes mam. Yes you. Butter that thang.Price is affordable for sure. They have a lunch special that I wish I could have tried because I LOVE gulab jamun. Next time. .... Actually, live update. As I wrote this review, in the restaurant, I ordered it. This filled up two people soo much. As you can see, not much to hide from my reviews.Just to be aware, even if you say mild, there is a little kick. But this place is so so so so good. As you can see from our plates, nothing is left."
"Made a first time stop in finally after wanting to checkout this spot for sometime now.The hubby ordered the M and I ordered the P.Both were bursting with flavor and delicious. Although I'm not a big red meat eater, the tri-top was my favorite between the two we tried. Great texture and flavor profile. Service was quick and everything was made to order. I love the nostalgia of the shop's design, especially the MUNI train seats. Support small local business, make your way in to the M Stop sometime!"
"I absolutely love this place! I almost always get a kebab plate because I love the combination of the grilled meat with rice, salad, and hummus with pita. It's a filling and healthy meal. My only complaint is the hummus used to be the best in town when they first opened, but I can tell they're thinning it out a little bit now so that it goes further. It's slightly watery compared to the thick hummus they had when they first opened. I still order from them all the time. The chicken kebabs are great (especially dipped in the spicy sauce) and the kofte kebab also delicious. I wish they would go back to the original hummus recipe!"
"My go to break spot in Telegraph Hill/North beach area of SF. Whenever I need to take a break from driving I come by here the pizza slices are always good and theydo it for me extra crispy style. They allow me the use of the restroom which is always clean and the customer service is always great! Thank you Hammad!"
"I recently visited and hung out in Chinatown with my daughter. We were craving pizza and wanted something close because I really wasn't in the mood to pay for more parking somewhere else. We took a short walk from our parking garage to get here right on the corner. There were an array of specialty pizzas here, but we kept it simple and went for the classic pepperoni. Being on the intersection of Columbus and Broadway, across the street from a line of strip clubs, there were quite a few police sirens going off all over lol. But hey, the louder the sirens, the better the pizzas right?? I find that the worse areas always have the best food. They didn't disappoint. The pizza was delicious. The pepperoni was delightfully greasy. The slices were a little on the floppier side, but that's because it had a good amount of sauce on it, which I like. Without a doubt, I'd like to come back and try some of the other toppings."
"Date: 9/10/2022 Time: 2:00 PM 72° OvercastThe weather has cooled down to a temperature that I am comfortable. The Kabob Trolley food truck was at the Lake Merritt BART's 50th anniversary celebration. There were at least four food trucks at this event. I wanted something quick to eat and the shortest line was this one.The three sliders at $13.00 (excluding tax) were what I ordered. Wow! The service was quick for them. In less than five minutes, my sliders were ready for consumption. They were filling, quite good and loaded with plenty of grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickle and topped with a white sauce. Value of the sliders: good. Enough to feed two people with small appetite. The next time I see this food truck I will be ordering falafel and their rice bowl. Rating: 3.5 stars rounded up to 4."
"I haven't been here since last semester, but I'm so glad I came today!! The worker (working alone around 4:15pm) was super friendly and made my Chicken Tikka perfectly!! They have a rewards system, so if you come here frequently you should definitely sign up! I have 7 points so far and I only need 3 more to get the reward (very excited as I come here quite often, I just forget to enter my rewards). I will be coming here more frequently from now on (: Always great quality food at this shop and I highly recommend it to SFSU students or anyone in the area."
"Wow, what a hidden gem! I've passed this place so many times and am kicking myself for missing out for so long. My husband and I only have tried their breakfast sandwiches but will definitely be back to try their regular sandwiches. We both got a variation of a bagel with eggs, bacon, cheese and their signature garlic sauce. Oh my, I don't know what's in that sauce but it is addictive. It hit the spot perfectly. There was one guy running the whole show, taking orders and making everything so be patient. It'll be worth it! The sandwiches took 10-15 minutes because we added bacon but we didn't mind. There's also coffee drinks available as well. There's a little grocery there which we didn't take a look at but it's nice knowing it was there. Definitely recommend trying this place out! There's 4 hour street parking right outside."
"Amazing!!! Get their paratha ROLLS. Their parathas are soft and flaky and make the perfect wrap for their rolls. The owner is so sweet, he gave us masala fries to try for free and chatted with us about the menu and what new products they're going to come out with. I got their tofu tikka wrap (which is wrapped in a tortilla rather than a paratha) and it wasn't as good, highly recommend the rolls!! Chicken tikka in particular was a love amongst my family. Great place!"
