Dear Tony and Niks Management,I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your establishment and unfortunately had an experience that left me quite disappointed. During my visit, there was an issue with your credit card machine, which caused a double charge. This required me to contact my bank, spending over 10 minutes to reverse the transaction.When I returned to express my concern about the issue, I encountered a staff member who was dismissive and unprofessional. While I understand technical issues can arise, it was the dismissive attitude and lack of customer service that was most troubling. Rather than acknowledging the issue or attempting to investigate the malfunction, the individual responded rudely, going so far as to tell me to "do me a favor and never come back."I had initially enjoyed the food and was considering returning with my family. However, after this interaction, I am hesitant to revisit due to the lack of professionalism and poor handling of a valid customer concern.I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that steps can be taken to ensure better customer service for future guests. And pls fix that faulty machine! The clerk who sold the sandwich was not rude but the big guy next to him was a deal breaker with customers! This happened around 5:30 pm today!

Another disappointing cheese steak joint along with Pats and Geno's. Meat was dry and bland. The old bay fries were extremely salty and inedible. Business name was changed recently also.

Had the cheesesteak with sharp provolone (would have preferred pepperjack) on a sesame roll. Was concerned that it would be like several other cheesesteak is the Philly area, lacking flavor. Got to say I was pleasantly surprised. The provolone and sesame made all the difference. I did add some cherry peppers, but had they not been available I still would have been pleased. The cashier could tell that i was not from around here, however she was patient and answered my out of town questions without hesitation. Next trip to Philadelphia will definitely include a stop at Tony & Nick's

Loved my food. We stopped in a busy Friday while the lunch rush was happening. I got the steak sandwich with curly fries and a canned lemonade. It was so yummy I almost finished it all. The fries got me in the end. I wanted to finish but my tummy said otherwise. Definitely, somewhere I'd like to return to.

This place is absolutely great. And it has a parking lot, so if you are coming from out of town and can't check-in to your hotel just yet then come here and grab a sandwich to help pass the time. They have an indoor enclosure so you won't be uncomfortable no matter the weather. The ambiance is great, with every walk of life coming through.I tried two sandwiches .. the roast pork italian with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe, and a Philly/whiz/with (which is my standard order when I try a place for the first time).Well, I'm confident in saying the roast pork Italian was the best I ever had, even better than places that have it in the name. And the Philly was GREAT, easily in my top 5.The sandwiches are massive. Come hungry, and bring a friend so you can split the damage and try new stuff.

First ever cheesesteak after landing in Philly.! It was a delicious place to stop at. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak hoagie with everything on it. It was very tasty.! Very cool spot to stop at.! Also after driving around downtown and seeing how the parking situation is, this place a GREAT because it has its own place to park.! That it's self is a plus hahahha

So. Freaking. Good. It was a 30 min drive from my crib- and worth every minute. Not greasy, fresh garnish, and crusty bread- I really like my steak! The meat isn't chopped up, and the overall composition is just really perfect. This is a definite repeat. The ambiance is clean- warm/ heated, and a nice mix of modern and classic. The menus are on digital displays, making it super easy to order. Customer service was efficient and polite. Try this spot- you will be as happy as I am!

Still fantastic. Hit in a Saturday before a Villanova game nearby. The sandwich that I associate with here is roast pork with sharp provolone and greens. Hot peppers at your discretion. There is no sando that is as mouthwateringly delectable as this pork. In the shadow of I95 a lot of good people assembled to have a true taste of Philly.

We were on our way home from Philly and decided to stop for takeout. We ordered fries, a chocolate shake, Italian sub, three cheesesteaks & a roasted pork with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone sandwich. The fries were gone in five minutes on our drive home, hot with a little seasoning on them - yum! The cheesesteaks were delicious. The meat was so tender and we loved the seeded rolls. The pork sandwich was outstanding according to my husband with no stalks in the broccoli rabe whatsoever and very tender. My daughter loved the chocolate shake, it was thick and creamy. The Italian sub was saved for lunch the next day but my son and his wife ate it when they stopped over! The staff were friendly and the wait for the food was not long. Can't wait for another stop here !
