Terrain Cafe - Devon

Was in on a Tuesday for brunch around 130. All of the staff seemed friendly and eager to accommodate. The place is cozy and cute. We started with truffle fries, quinoa fritters and drinks. All were delicious! I especially enjoyed the Apple Cider Ginger Fizz drink. The bread in a pot was so cute and came with a delicious spiced apple butter. Our mains were Braised Short Ribs & Egg (delicious), Terrain breakfast and Heirloom Shrimp & Grits. All were flavorful and fresh. The portions were perfect. We finished with the dessert board, which had a nice mix of items on it. Would've loved for the salted cookies to be a little softer, but they still had good flavor. If you're looking for a unique twist to your food and overall dining experience then you'll love Terrain.

Such a cute place! Great service and food.Our server was awesome and gave great recommendations. We started with complimentary bread and lemon poppyseed butter, which was amazing. I had the cauliflower sandwich and it was very good. Cauliflower was cooked perfectly. I also split the apple and arugula salad which personally wasn't for me, dressing was sweet and I prefer savory. I will definitely be coming back.

i cannot say enough about how delicious the food was and how cozy and cute the atmosphere is. the staff was so kind and welcoming, offering alternatives that made sense and explaining things we needed. our only complaint was the windows weren't open and we were next to a bach party - it was hard to hear my dinner mate.

This is a Main Line place! Great Brunch /Lunch full of healthy, tasty options with creative drinks in a cool, earthy atmosphere with very friendly staff!

Sunday brunch was great for the entire family. We have an assortment of diet needs and everyone in our party was pleased with how the kitchen was able to accommodate everyone's needs. The service was great and the food came out timely. Checkout the drink menu. Lots of tasty selections. The ambiance is everything! A magical dining destination for those who love good food and a beautiful environment.

I've had lovely meals at Terrain previously, but today on the first cool day of the fall, I was disappointed by a cold roll followed by a smallish room temperature chicken pot pie that must have been sitting around because the all-clad pot it was served in was also cold. I was disappointed.

Had a pretty low key New Year and wanted to have a nice brunch. This place is a 5 min walk from my office but I've never seen it before. It looked interesting so we decided to give it a try. First the good++ Ambiance and decor is amazing++ The mule, the shakshukha and French toast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the French toast. The fruits and granola was yummy-- the bloody Mary tasted more like a smoothie vs a cocktail-- the quinoa frites was a bit bland to my liking and I had to squeeze a lot of lime.Overall I would likely come back again given the limited number of options in the area. However I think these guys can up their game and get to a 5*

This wasn't my first time at Terrain Cafe and it certainly won't be my last. I always love brunch here and usually go for the terrain breakfast which is a classic American breakfast. This time I ventured out and got the shakshuka and I'm glad I did! It was very heartwarming and seasoned well. The sourdough toast was toasted perfectly for dipping. Eggs were poached to perfection and I cleaned my plate! Other people in my party got the terrain breakfast (a classic choice) and the short ribs and eggs which got rave reviews. Our waitress was very nice but forgot to put in our drinks until after our food came out. Food was served nice and hot though. I love the decor and the overall vibe of this place. Pretty girly but that's what I like for a meal out with my friends or family.

Went here for a friends birthday 2 weeks ago. The ambiance was lovely, the drinks were tasty and the food was good. Service was super slow, I'd finished my drink and the server didn't come around for awhile. I didn't even waste my time ordering a second thinking it would take forever. Had to flag the guy down for dessert and again for the check. It was cute but probably would come here again all the way from Philly due to the slow service.

Nice location and lovely garden and nursery right outside the patio. Food and service were very bland. It was pretty much all around a tasteless experience other than the poopy seed butter for the roll and the apple ginger drink. I wouldn't go back anytime soon.
