Love & Honey Fried Chicken

The chicken is excellent. I ordered online and picked up. It was fresh hot and ready when I arrived. Staff was quick and friendly. I don't think that they have seating. I think it's just pick up or delivery. Damn good!

I really did not want to give this place 3 star but I had too. 1. The restaurant is in a corner in Fishtown(new and upcoming neighborhood) with parking being a problem. 2. My order was 6 wings with a side of potatoe salad and the cornbread. 3. Service was great. 4. We ordered from a side window, no seating, you place ur order, you can wait around but they send you a text when food is ready.Okay let's get to the food!!!! CHICKEN WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! BUT!!! Potato salad was not good for me, gave me a taste of nothing but a bunch of mustard and relish and the corn bread was TRASH!!! Has no flavor!!!! But everyone taste buds are different, go and try them out. CHICKEN DEFINITELY IS A MUST!! Fuck the sides!

I'm from the west coast and live hand breaded chicken strips. That's what I was looking for. Got the Rockies combo (chicken/strips) and a side of regular tots. It's only serves for take away. I did eat it while it was hot and fresh in my car. The food was hot and fresh, both strips and chicken were moist. Breading was nice crisp and light. They could be seasoned more, that's what was missing for me. Fried chicken should be amazing without hot sauce(in my opinion) It felt more like the batter was seasoned but not the chicken. I could taste the flour a bit as well. Over all it was good, but missing that seasoning magic. The chicken was cooked perfectly for on the bone chicken. I don't want to take that away from them. The tots were fire and crispy. Ranch was homemade a pinch dill forward, nonetheless good quality The guy at the window was super helpful and polite, which is partly a reason I'd try again. FOODWe ordered their 7-piece chicken tenders and their fried chicken sandwich. Both were juicy and flavorful. The tenders came with a side of sauce (I got the ranch), and the sandwich came with ranch, pickles, and spicy coleslaw. My only caveat was that I did wish more sauce could be provided with the tenders, but otherwise, we were glad we checked the place out!SERVICEThe staff are kind and friendly. They were very open with the wait time (25-minute wait for us at the window, so I'd order ahead of time if you know you're visiting). They take your number at the counter and provide texts about when your order is ready. We got a notification right on the 25-minute mark that our order was ready, so they are definitely punctual!AMBIANCEYou can only order for pickup. There's no indoor seating. People usually pick their order up and eat in the car, but we just ate ours outside on the side of the shop.PARKINGPaid street parking is available at a limited capacity.

The best fried chicken in the tri-state area!! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. 25 minutes from ordering to service is a bit long but completely worth the wait. Their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is better than any sandwich that I have eaten in Tennessee. The tenders are amazingly tasty. Run, don't walk.

I was in philly for a birthday party and I was craving chicken. I am so glad that I found this place!The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich lived up to the hype! It had just the right amount of spice kick, and the chicken itself was thick and juicy. They're incredibly juicy, with a light and crispy batter that perfectly balances with the pickles and coleslaw. While it might be a bit on the pricey side for a chicken sandwich, the quality more than justifies the cost. As for the tater tots, (I got the Nashville ones) they were TOO spicy for my liking. But honestly, I'd return just for another bite of that amazing sandwich!Although there is no indoor seating, there is a plaza not too far that anyone can sit at and eat there.

Heard this place had the best chicken sandwiches in Philly.. so I had to see what the hype was about! The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was so good!! It had a nice little spice kick and I loved the thickness of the chicken! I really enjoyed the buns on these sandwiches too! The tater tots were okay- just your ordinary side of tots. I would come back for the sandwich though!Note: there is no indoor seating - it's only a window to pick-up your food

Ordered delivery and it arrived hot and within the stated time frame. The chicken strips were smaller pieces, but I liked the lighter breading and they were cooked well and not dry. I really liked the flavor. The tots were pretty salty but the perfect crispiness. Huge fan of the honey mustard sauce.

The order/pickup window was convenient. Waited about 15 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches. The Nashville Hot was good but the OG chicken sandwich was phenomenal, very well seasoned! The staff was very kind and attentive. I will definitely be back

So first night in Philly and we're craving wings . Visit this place the food was good . We ordered wings , tenders and tots . Plus a side of pickles I never got so kinda bum .Overall good experience but the food was a bit greasy . The service was excellent the guy taking orders helped us decided with sauces and flavors
