"good spot for some quick dimsum. The soup dumplings are good but I think I enjoy the Nan Xiangs at NYC better. The wonton in chili oil was also a good starter and I love that it wasnt too spicy hehe Pan fried soup dumplings were nice and plump and held a good amount of"soup" while not getting soggy. Ho fun was tasty and was a group favorite and the sweet and sour fish was also a nice change from our usual orders. we also got the red bean cake which was surprisingly good and filling. Good ending for our dimsum dinner.service was nice and quick but I do wish they start accepting cards soon."
"Bleu Sushi is an absolute gem tucked away in the city! Walking in, you'll feel like you've stumbled upon a cozy hideaway, even though it's more like a delightful surprise than a hole in the wall. The ambiance is charmingly quaint, making you feel right at home the moment you step inside. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! It's like a flavor fiesta on your taste buds. The fish is so fresh it practically swims to your plate, and the dishes are as vibrant as a work of art. Each bite is a delightful dance of flavors that leaves you eagerly anticipating the next. And let's not forget the service - it's as good as the sushi! The staff is attentive without being overbearing, and the food arrives at lightning speed, ensuring you don't have to wait long before diving into sushi bliss.Bleu Sushi is the kind of place that deserves every bit of hype it gets. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or just dipping your toes into the sushi sea, this spot is a must-visit. I'm already planning my next trip back for another round of their incredible rolls. Highly recommend!"

"Spice 28 in Philadelphia is a great Szechuan spot serving up traditional Asian flavors. Very bold flavors and spicy. The Szechuan fish filets here are a must-try, and they deliver exactly what I was looking for--delicious, mouth-numbing spice to the tender, flaky fish. Great presentation. I also got rice and Tom yum soup. Modern design on the ambiance. Simple and minimal. The service is fast and the water stays flowing given all the spice."
"I was having lunch with a friend. "Let's go ethnic," I said. "Chinese, Thai, Italian .... I don't care." When she suggested Sang Kee, I was disappointed. I pretty much wrote the restaurant off, but as I try to be a good sport, I agreed. And y'know .... lunch really warranted four stars! They have a $15 special. I think they call it a "bento box lunch," though it doesn't resemble any bento box I'm familiar with. You get a choice of three items plus rice -- either steamed or brown -- and portions are generous. Their hot and sour soup is always good, and the dishes I chose were great: crisp vegetables, plenty of shrimp. While there are restaurants I prefer, I'd have no problem returning for lunch. Keep it up, Sang Kee ... and maybe I'll give you another try for dinner."
"DELICOUS! That one word could summarize my experience trying various dishes at this Korean restaurant. The menu is simple and the ambiance is bold. ENVIRONMENTAs evidenced in the pictures the ceiling are high and the room is moody and inviting. Each visit I'm greeted warmly by the staff and typically have no trouble grabbing a table. Although, the business is becoming more bustling since it first opened so I would quickly pay a visit before it gets difficult in the future.FOODSweet! Savory! Spicy! My oh my the spices at times almost didn't play nice(my sinuses took a hit) but it was mighty alright. Choose your corresponding spice level wisely! With that said, there was no dish that was a disappointment. You'd be doing yourself a disservice to skip over this delicatable spot nestled in Older City. Happy Eating!"
"I'm not sure how I haven't yet reviewed Noodle 88, but it's fantastic restaurant that deserves a review! On our first trip in, we decided to try a variety of items. Fried rice, rice noodles, lo mein, sesame chicken, general tso chicken, dumplings, spring rolls, etc. I can honestly say that EVERYTHING was impressive! We had plenty of leftovers, but we polished them off within a day.We tend to get the same things over and over- the rice noodles are a favorite!- but we also tried a few new things. The one dish that BLEW MY MIND was the beef and broccoli. The beef is outrageously tender and reheats amazingly well! I also think all of the chicken in their dishes is lovely. White meat chicken, perfectly moist! The only thing I can say is "negative" would be the lo mein. It is NOTHING like any Chinese lo mein I have ever eaten. It is thick, ribbon-like noodles. I was pregnant the first time we ordered and I was VERY disappointed in the lo mein. Like, crying pregnant lady disappointed. It isn't BAD, but it's just not for me.Added bonuses are the delightful chocolate fortune cookies and a reward stamp card. You get a stamp for every $25 spent and eventually get a $25 gift card. Also- cute side note- all of their prices are $x.88... $5.88, $11.88. I emphatically recommend giving Noodle 88 a try!"
"It's my favorite place to order from. The food is always fresh and tasty. I love the mint limeade. Very refreshing. The shrimp po'boy is good. So is the veggie fried rice. I enjoy the wings as well. I would say my least favorite is the Cajun pasta with chicken. I highly recommend them."
"Dined here for the first time last night and thought the food, service and ambiance were great! A small, quiet and clean restaurant with dim lighting. Majority of the people were actually dining alone. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. We picked spice level 3 for all dishes and she let us know she could always bring out extra spice if we want it hotter. We ordered the papaya salad, chicken pad Thai and tofu green curry to share. Everything was delicious!Papaya salad was nice and refreshing. Pretty presentation and a nice palette cleanser. The pad Thai was tasty, but was not the best I ever had. I'd still recommend it, but next time I will try a different noodle dish. Green curry was flavorful and a bit more liquidy than others. Great flavors and very filling.Byo spot with great prices. Highly recommend for a nice casual Thai dinner!"
"The Pad See Ew is one of my new favorites. I chose mild spice level and the flavor was great. Generous amount of egg and overall good portion size for the price."
"I wanted to love this place as there's not many great sushi spots around, but this really fell short. Majority of the food was quite bland. The only thing that was very flavorful was the Tempura sweet potatoes. Kobe beef nachos - hard fail. Beef was so hard and the entire dish was bland. There was also barely any beefSashimi platter - this dish was fresh but the pieces were small compared to other places.Calamari - this would actually be a hit if they used some seasoning. The Calamari was big pieces and lightly battered (which I love), but not even the sauces they gave made it taste betterUdon soup - this was actually pretty decent. Broth was actually seasoned.HH sushi - these were OK too. Pretty standard"
"Somehow I have been walking by this place for years and didn't come in for hotpot till now! I was pleasantly surprised when I first came at how clean the place was and well-ventilated. The prices are also reasonable, I liked the service, and I was happy with the quality of the food! I came with a group of four and we didn't want to do unlimited/buffet so we ended up saving some money by ordering individual ingredients. We opted to share a pot as a group that was half pork bone broth & half spicy broth rather than each have our individual pots. Some of my fave ingredients from here: spam, frozen tofu, pumpkin, beef balls, fried shrimp balls, taro, sweet potato...all stuff that soaks up the flavor of the broth well. :)I love the huge selection of dipping sauces! Here's what I put in mine and was really pleased with: garlic oil (this was a first for me!), sesame oil, peanut butter sauce (hadn't put this in my usual sauces either), hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame paste, cilantro, chili sauce. Really I'm writing this here so I don't forget myself haha."
"Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but I was practically starving and really wanted sushi. This is definitely the definition of a hole in the wall, but when you walk in it is all of the energy that you need. Everybody is really nice and the menu is very clear. I ordered a few things that were new to me, but there are no words to describe how good these photos tasted. Ha ha. We truly cannot wait to come back to visit again.Y'all definitely come here, check it out and enjoy!!"

Dim Sum Garden is one of the bests!! There are no reservations so you have to take a leap of faith that they aren't too busy. The service is fast and the food comes out so quickly! Everything is always fresh, flavorful and delicious! The Bok choy is a staple that I can't get enough of and the the rice is so good! A great place with a great staff! It's a must visit!

So many vegetarian options at Bleu Sushi! It's no surprise this restaurant has such great reviews. I placed my order online (versus in store) due to the advertisement about it being cheaper. I received a receipt via e-mail and my order was ready in about 15 minutes. I ordered the Ohio Roll, which has inari and avocado and the Pennsylvania Roll, with sweet potato tempura. Both rolls were outstanding, especially the Ohio Roll! I've never had sushi with tofu in it and it was surprisingly delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh. The soy sauce container was wrapped in cling wrap to prevent spillage. I love that they thought about that being a possibility during travels. Looking forward to trying more veggies rolls here in the future!

I am shocked to report that Spice 28 has been our favorite since 2012 and I am just now getting around to posting a review. Well it's never too late. Spice 28 not only has great food, but it's good for drinks, lunch, dinner with friends, dinner with the family and take out. My favorite items on the menu are the lettuce wraps, chicken wonton in chili oil, Indian pancakes with curry sauce and the Thai basil fried rice. I also love the Dry pepper style chicken. Food has been consistently good for the past decade. Service is always prompt and interiors clean and welcoming.

We enjoyed this place in Old City. We didn't get reservations but there was no wait. We ordered Korean Fried Chicken, Bibimbap, and Japchae. The chicken was crispy and sweet chili had that tangy flavor. We ordered bibimbap and it was served in a hot stone which kept the meal warm. The vegetables, rice, egg, and spicy pork were so tasty. I would highly recommend ordering this. The Japchae glass noodles were cooked to perfection. Everything was so tasty and felt like these portions were large. We had a great experience!

We had a hankering for Vietnamese, specifically for some Banh Mi's. I remembered I had bookmarked Bistro Southeast sometime ago, so we popped right in to place a take out order. The service and efficiency of our order was great. Note: They are not currently allowing indoor dining,I ordered the Curry Tofu Banh Mi and my husband got the Vietnamese BBQ Pork Banh Mi. The bread was basic and the pickled carrots could certainly use more pickling but overall I really enjoyed my Tofu Banh Mi. I also got an order of Summer Rolls. These were great with a generous portion of fillings rolled up within the thin rice paper. The accompanying dipping sauces of honey cilantro vinaigrette and house made hoisin sauce were tasty and flavorful.

What a nice surprise! The girlfriend & I had tix to a show at the Foundry, and the places we wanted to eat were all completely full with super long waits. So at this point, we're just like, "First place that looks open and has availability, we just have to eat there." *Glances across the street* "What about that place?" Works for me!Yummy food! One of my favorite restaurants in my hometown has a pineapple curry that I absolutely love, so I had to get the pineapple curry at Circles to compare. They're nearly indistinguishable! Which is absolutely great news for me.The pork & crab dumplings were good. Not amazing. Just good. The sauce had some sweetness. Like a syrup? Molasses? I dunno, there's some sweetness in there. It was good, but not amazing. Never tasted the crab. Just the pork.Friendly staff. Nice decor. Good price. Lovely surprise. The only reason I hesitate to give it a 5th star is because it didn't blow my hair back. But, I did find myself nodding with approval quite a bit. Can't go wrong with Circles. I'll be visiting again, no question.Pro tip: if you like spicy food but don't like things *too* spicy, then level 3 will work just fine.

"We enjoyed a nice meal at Soybean Asian Grille! It was a weeknight a my gluten free family was craving Thai food. We were happy to learn that almost all meals could be prepared gluten free. Chicken Tom Yum soup was served as a large portion and was delicious. Edamame was also a good choice to snack on. I was happy to find that salmons could be added to meals, and enjoyed the garlic sauce. Mai Tai and Sea Breeze were great house specials!"
"A killer dinner. I've eaten a lot of pad kee mao in my life and this was by far the best--absolutely no contest. Saucy noodles and fresh veg with tender, juicy chicken and just enough kick. Portions are big enough that you can get more bang for your buck by taking the leftovers for lunch tomorrow! The roti canai justifiably gets attention, too. As a bread fiend, the chewy flavorful hunk that came rolled up in foil was a dream come true. The potato-chicken dipping soup it came with was fairly spicy. I'm a wuss, so it was probably hotter than I would like if it was just the soup alone, but the roti made it manageable. And wow, the depth of flavor...!I ordered takeout, so I can't speak to the service or ambiance except to say that turnaround was very quick."
"They have a GREAT happy hour. I have been here for dinner as well, but HH is on point. Sometimes they run out of things but this adventure was with my bestie who showed me their greatness! So much food from rolls to edamame. Carrot cake dessert (yes yes yum!) dumplings and a not about the wings. We had them fried hard with sauce on the size. I do not like a wet soggy wing. I'm sorry I cannot remember the server's name but she was amazing. You would know her if you experienced her. Attentive and reads the table. I was never waiting long before a new margarita appeared. Food came out in cycles to not overwhelm. We were at a small table so that's part of it but she was amazing!!!"
"I have been on a hunt for a good Szechuan food restaurant since 2016 and after countless failed attempts I heard about Mama Wong from my friend. I was very eager to try this place so my boyfriend and I came here for a date night. We ordered so much food because I wanted to try everything. We got the hot chili oil wontons, the wonton soup, and cucumber salad for an appetizer. Then we got the dry pepper chicken wings, dan dan noodles and the dry hot pot. The wontons were perfectly cooked with a great spicy kick to it. The wonton soup had seaweed which was amazing! I love seaweed and the broth was very flavorful. The cucumber salad had a great kick to it as well. It was very refreshing and loved the sauce it came with. The noodles were just the right amount of spicy. These have to be my fave dan dan noodles. Lastly the dry hot pot had all the protein you can get: shrimp, fish, beef and scallops. All the spices came perfectly together served over rice. My taste buds were extremely happy. 1000000000/10"
"I love this sushi restaurant and I'm so glad that I live so close to this place! While there's not a ton of seating and I don't believe I've seen online the opportunity to make reservations, I have gone here in groups of 7 to 8 people and have been seated pretty immediately on a Saturday night at prime dinner time (6 PM). I love this place for how delicious the food is, the affordability of the menu, and it just hits the spot every time! Whenever my partner travels for work, I always call over the phone to order for pick up I know they're gonna be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and the consistency and freshness is greatly appreciated"
"Love this place, friendly staff and pet friendly looove it!!! And all the food are delicious, happy tummy all the time."
"Very yummy! Nice ambiance and the service was great. Very fresh vegetables and well cooked meat!! Sushi delicious"
"Located in the Shoppes at Louviers off Paper Mill Road, Newark, DE, Pinang Asian Cuisine is a fusion house that actually works. Ownership appears to be Malaysian, so there is a fair share of Roti and dipping sauces, but in addition their menu has decent representation of Japanese Sushi, Chinese American, Thai and Lao dishes, with appropriate spices to match each divergence. It may not be strong on hot lemongrass nor Szechuan black and red peppers, but they do a reasonable facsimile of most, keeping tastebuds happily engaged. The floor plan is large enough to accommodate a big crowd, with a service bar to wet the whistle. There was a large party of about 30 in the house, but that did not interfere with our service. In the mood for Thai Spicy noodles and curry, we had to adjust expectations somewhat for the more generally accepted spices used across Southeast Asia. No problem. We ordered Mixed Grill Satay and Tom Kha Soup as appetizers, followed by a large bowl of Red Curry with Chicken and Thai Basil Noodles with a request for high heat quotient. The Satay was a generous six sticks of chicken, beef and lamb with a small dish of Thai dipping sauce with crushed peanuts. More than expected and tasty all along the plate. My coconut milk based veggie Tom Kha was also a large bowl (I asked and paid for a small) that was loaded with fresh cut beans, carrot, onion, sprouts and multi colored peppers. Delicious. Literally, picked up the bowl to my lips and poured it down my gullet. My son ordered the Red Curry. I tasted it and found the flavor rich with ample heat to flirt with the tongue and lips. My Basil Noods were dark brown with plenty of Thai Basil, chicken, sprouts, etc., that while not Thai Spicy, definitely alerted my sinuses to get ready for release. Very satisfied there, too. Ambiance was softly Asian, but the clientele offered authenticity by filling the house with Malaysian and other faces. They knew a good thing when they tasted it. So did we. Prices were amazingly hospitable, as were the size of the portions on our plates. We ended up taking most of the curry and noodles home for later consumption.Happy to find a really good fusion house that knew what it was doing. No confusion here!"
"*This review is for takeout only*Have you ever heard the term " Fair to Midland"? I know, I know. I'm showing my age with this term, but it's the best I can describe their food. If you haven't heard the term, it means Average, Mediocore. This is how I feel about Ban Ban Asian Bistro. The service was fast and came warm.We decided on the General Tso's Tofu, my daughter says it was just ok. We gave it 7/10. General Tso's Chicken, pretty good, 8/10.Vegetable Spring rolls, pork eggrolls, and the pizza rolls were all dry! I would never buy these again! Finally I got the Basil Beef dish for my husband. The beef was not eatable! Just bounce off your teeth! I'll be nice and give this 4/10. Conclusion: Some things were just ok, but will not order from this place again!"
"Had takeout for the 2nd time in 3 years and def regret not being back sooner. Food quality was high and the flavors were bold and authentic. Really excellent take on Thai classics"
"Wanted to try a new Chinese food restaurant and this was pretty close to our house. Pickup was easy- they had all the condiments on a table by the door so you can just pick up what you needed. I liked this cause my husband always forgets to get the duck sauce I like. The menu was pretty big. The soup was a little bland , it needed a little more salt or flavor. I got a dinner that had a mix of a little bit of everything: shrimp, lobster, scallops , chicken , pork , beef. I think it was called happy family or something like that. It was pretty good and it was generous with the amount of meat. The only thing that confused me is the menu for some reason is more limited on my phone, I had to use my husbands tablet to see the whole menu. Everything had a clean taste to it- didn't taste overly salty like a lot of places are. The lemon chicken was pretty good but it was that really crispy fried texture. I kind of like the way other places make it beer battered almost like fish and chips and softer. But it was still good."
"We ordered two special rolls ; spicy girls and phoenix roll and seafood udonSpicy girl was nothing spicy at all Seafood udon was like blended miso soup Visual was ok butOverall, food was lack of taste"
"Came here for happy hour and this place is so cute and very insta worthy. It was very dark inside with music blasting. I would recommend this for a girls night or even date night. Going during the day felt weird as soon as I stepped outside to see it was sunny.Service was great and the food was outstanding. We ordered the kimchee fried rice, spring rolls and edamame. Highly recommend the rice and edamame! The fried wontons that is complimentary was also tasty and addicting.Drinks were fun but not strong. We each had 3 drinks and they were so easy to drink, but wasn't strong at all.I'd still return for a girls night during dinner before going out or another special dinner occasion!"
"I needed a new takeout/delivery Chinese food place and decided to give Mandarin Palace a try - very happy I did!I ordered delivery around 6pm on a Sunday. I was given a wait time of 45-55 minutes, which I felt was standard for a Sunday night. I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery was made in under 30 minutes!Based on the reviews I've read (and the prices), the meals labeled 'combination' seem to be smaller portions. They are still generous portions and could provide leftovers. I enjoyed the General Tso Chicken combination. It wasn't too saucy and I could actually taste the chicken - it wasn't all fat and breading. Looking forward to ordering again and trying their sushi!"
"It appears that a majority of the reviews on the Nine Thai Kitchen Yelp page are for a previous occupant of this space, Chez Novak. Must have been special, but its memory is wasted on the current southeast Asian inhabitants who have taken the cuisine in a significantly different and delicious direction. The dining room is small, with room for only 22 chairs. Lots of houseplants and reminiscences of Phuket. Friendly and attentive management actively engaged with customers. The owner is the chef. His family runs the front of house, but he delivered my Drunken Noodles with Chicken to me steaming hot from the wok. Broad rice noodles, mixed with pieces of tomato, broccoli, green and red pepper, onion, basil leaves and lemongrass, with medium Thai chili heat that made my nose run as expected. It was very good. It was cool to be back in my old neighborhood (26th & Brown). Things have changed for the better since the end of the last century. Girard Avenue has a nice peoples' vibe with lots of diverse culture and family streetlife. Harper's Ice Cream is right next door. My next stop."
"I've been disappointed in the sushi in West Chester until I found Fusion!! This place is so good! I love the Fantastic Roll. For non-sushi people, my mom gets chicken teriyaki and says Fusion is much fresher than other places around here. Also the restaurant was large, clean and staff was super attentive. Highly recommend."
"Good Asian food -Thai, Chinese, Suchi ,nice atmosphere, accommodating staff. Check out their website for menu and hours."
"GF friends, delight! Noodle 88 offers a specific GF menu which highlights what can be made gluten free, and their adjustments are delicious (Copy of Gluten free menu from fall 2023 included in pics!). I had the sweet and sour chicken, which came with broccoli; it was the most delicious sweet and sour chicken I've ever had! Everything was extremely fresh and tasty. Will certainly be back to try more."
"Did take out and had chicken pad Thai and tofu massaman. Our meals were good, but nothing memorable. The pad Thai noodles stuck together a bit too much but I think it's a function of being a take out versus eating there. The massaman curry was good. It was thinner in texture than I would have preferred. But overall it was an okay meal."
"Delicious sushi, always fresh and immaculately presented. Great ambiance, friendly and helpful staff (very polite). The presentation on the special rolls is very impressive - a great place to impress a date that loves sushi. Highly recommend!"
"The food and service (both robot and human) are very good here.Try the fried rice and Bao in addition to delicious bowls of ramen. The skewers (eggplant, lamb, asparagus) are great, too.A fun change of pace especially when we are carbo-loading."
"Amazing- they are back open for dine in eating and the all you can eat. Love the ayce as everything is freshly prepared and it includes the sushi. Staff is very pleasant and it is clean inside."
"Really nice place. Clean, bright and lots of choices! Tried the Singapore noodles with chicken and shrimp. Hearty portion for this dish, had to take some home. If you are into bubble tea you should like this place. Friendly service and a fast kitchen. Tried the bubble waffle w cookies and cream ice cream on top. It's worth a try!"
