"I tried the coffee next door at Crema and it was good but they don't make their syrups fresh. They have a large selection of coffee styles. We are next door at pier 402 and I would come back for their HH. My tuna nicose salad had plenty of tuna and tasted fresh. The Paloma was fairly priced and was very effervescent. The only downfall was the ran out of bread bowl for their clam chowder and they served it with overly buttered sourdough slices. It was meh. It was a casual Saturday but enjoyed getting out and trying a new spot."

"Great pizza plus good salads and wine. A nice place to share a pie before heading over to see a movie at the Elmwood Theater. I do wish they stayed open until at least 10. 9pm is such an early time to close, and we typically don't eat until 8:30 or so. Nonetheless, this place is cute. If you sit upstairs on a chilly night, it's nice, warm seating due to the heat rising from the pizza oven. We'll definitely be back."

Prices seemed fair for having dined in the Beverly Hills of San Jose.FoodI ordered the Tierra y Mar (steak and shrimp fajitas). I never had or even heard of soggy/soupy fajitas before. I ate most of my food because I was hungry but this was not was I was expecting. I will probably never order this here again. 2 out of 5 stars. I know everyone makes fajitas their own way but this didn't even look appetizing. Most of the other dinners looked good though that I saw throughout the dining area."

We had a few well made (strong) drinks in the bar, then walked into the dining area where a nice table with a golf course view awaited us.Within 30 seconds a friendly waiter checked in and told us about the specials. He made sure our water drinks were filled, brought out the fresh baked bread, and asked if he could get anyone anything else (drinks, etc.). My brother-in-law Steve and I ordered the 8 ounce prime rib. When it came, it looked a lot larger than 8 ounces. We were both glad we didn't order the larger size. The quality of the prime rib was first rate. Not very much fat at all, and perfectly cooked. The only downside (and this may just be my personal preference) is that I thought the horseradish sauce could have been hotter. It was just a touch on the mild side. Maybe they can offer a choice between mild and hot when people place a prime rib order? This, however, is not worthy of a star reduction... just a suggestion.My sister-in-law Suzie ordered the boneless beef short ribs. She loved it so much she offered bites to everyone at the table. It was delicious.My nephew ordered fish and chips... he didn't share, but said they were the best he's tasted.My wife had the salmon. It came in a very artful presentation. Onion rings on the top, spinach, etc. First rate all the way. She loved it.Two things really going here are the atmosphere, and the quietness. Looking out onto the golf course was very nice. Lack of noisiness was priceless. So many restaurants these days are LOUD. For me, since I'm a bit older now, it's difficult to hear what people are saying when there is a lot of noise. Several of us mentioned how nice it was. We all could relax and enjoy the experience.One of our friends brought in a home made lemon pie, and Julie (manager) didn't have a problem with our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dessert) - just as long as she and the waitress could have a small slice. Julie was very friendly, and it seems like she's trying very hard to offer a first class dining experience to everyone. If you're planning on doing this, though, I'd suggest that you do what we did - call in advance and ask if it would be okay.If you're in the area, I encourage you to come here for drinks and/or dinner. I think you'll be as impressed as we were. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area."

The texture, flavor and freshness is on point. Everybody working inside is so kind and they have a great seating area inside and outside. It's a shame it's only open Monday through Friday as I wish I could get my sandwich fix on the weekend! Angry beef and chicken panini were phenomenal."

We walked over and ordered one carne asada super burrito togo and a michelada there to drink while we wait for our one burrito. I was waiting outside with our dog and my boyfriend was inside drinking his michelada waiting for the burrito. About 10 minutes passed by and I asked my boyfriend, "the food isn't ready yet?" He let me know that it looked packed inside so we get them some time. About 25 minutes later... I told my boyfriend to ask because it shouldn't take that long for one burrito togo. He went up and told the cashier and she said, "oh they aren't making it yet, this is my fault." Uhm, no apology or anything? We were disappointed about the customer service here. The burrito was good, but that one experience with the service kind of put a sour taste in my mouth that I don't think I'd want to return any time soon."

"Generous portions and good food. Came here for a weekend takeout lunch and ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, lamb kofta wrap and a side of garlic fries. The menu may seem on the pricier side but when we got the food we understood why, the wraps were huge and fries were overflowing from the box. If you're not a big eater I think you could actually share a wrap with a side between two people.Food came out promptly and ingredients tasted like they were high quality. Each wrap came with a side of toom and hot sauce. My chicken shawarma wrap was different than I was expecting in that the chicken was covered in sauce. Might not be everyone's preference for those that prefer the taste of grilled meat but I enjoyed it. Fries were well seasoned and very crispy. Would come back again."

It was spicy and the shrimp were plump, plus their homemade tortillas were perfect!!The service was attentive and the music was not as loud as a previous review made it out to be. Maybe the restaurant read that review and turned it down, but my friend and I were able to have a conversation just fine.The prices are also very fair- under $40 for the whole meal! It came out perfect! It was quite tasty with just a slight kick to it. Everyone at our table seemed to like what they ordered. Even tasted the pear salad and two desserts - tiramisu and an apple bread pudding served with a scoop of ice cream. All were very good as well. Service was excellent. As we left, it was pretty much a full house. Would definitely recommend this restaurant."

"The first few times I had pizza from Marley G's it was at a party at a park. I enjoyed the pizza. We had several different pies. The eggplant pizza was a big hit with the group. I preferred the pepperoni pizza. I did not review the pizza after these two parties. A review of a lunch that had traveled across town and sat on the table might not be an honest review of the pizza.Marley G's is across the street from the parklet where I meet friends in Alameda monthly for lunch and conversation. I zipped across the street to try a slice for my lunch. I wanted to try a fresh-out-of-the-oven slice. I ordered the pepperoni. The thin crust had a lot of pepperoni and cheese. Often I don't eat pizza crust, but I ate this one. I would not be hesitant to order pizza to go. The slices in the park were as good as the one I had for lunch."

"Our favorite burger place in Fremont! Family-owned, they have the same warm and welcoming vibe as their other restaurants like Skilletz and Dinos. Don't be surprised to get some light banter from the owners and their family, they seemed to visit every table for some polite exchanges with regulars and with new patrons. They've been incredibly kind to us in the past and have gone above and beyond at Skilletz and Dinos. They do different community events like a Christmas Market and sometimes there are car meetups in the parking lot. When we went before the Decoto Bombas were doing a toy drive for the holidays. Overall burgers are always grilled to perfection and have a beefy, savory taste that is elevated from normal restaurant burgers. The fries are also fantastic and taste almost like larger versions of in n out fries. The Haystack: Angus Burger, bacon, fried onion stack and BBQ sauce. Would repeat, it looks large and tall but we can finish it easily.The Billy Roy: Classic cheeseburger on soft buns. They do overfill the burger with lettuce but the patty is rich and hearty and it pairs well with the additional lettuce. If you don't like that much you can always pull it out. Milkshakes: We try a different one every time and they've all been stellar, the kids probably keep requesting to come here knowing we'll get a milkshake to share. Definitely come here if you are in the mood for burgers!"

So, when I ended up having brunch at Fambrini's Cafe with my extended family, I was pleasantly surprised to have my expectations turned upside down within the first 15 minutes.Yes, it was crowded, but the ordering process and seating system were impressively efficient. The service was exceptional--everyone was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The seating, unlike most brunch places, was comfortable and cozy despite the limited space. It's clear they've put thought into making the service smooth while ensuring patrons still have their personal space.We ordered the Jalapeño Bomb Sandwich, the Pasta Con Pesto with shrimp, and a mimosa. The mimosa was refreshingly light and easy to drink, and the pasta was well-made (though I'm not a big pesto fan, so I focused on my sandwich). The sandwich, however, was the standout--it was absolutely delicious. The ciabatta bread was soft on the inside, crisp on the outside, and packed with flavor. Honestly, I could happily make a meal out of just their ciabatta bread and a dollop of garlic butter.I'm definitely coming back and can't wait to try more of their dishes--and the coffee--next time!"

"Definitely one of the best pizza in Bay Area! Came across Amici's East Coast from an influencer in instagram that post a very mouthwatering pizza picture on her feed. So I checked on yelp, there were so many people raved this pizza. I needed to check this pizza out and here's what we ordered:1. Manhattan Red Clam; It has clams, garlic, seasonings, and tomato sauce. 2. Hawaiian Pizza; it has honey cured ham and pineapple.For the side dishes we got;1. Beyond meat with penne pasta, which was so awesome for my husband who just started doing plant based. 2. Southwestern Salad. I love the spicy and sweet dressing that compliments well with the salad. The bacon crunch was like cherry on top. We love their thin crust pizza, and their sauce is so flavorful too. My kids can't get enough of their pizza. This is such a perfect dish to have if you're planning to have picnic at the park, or for potluck dish idea. For dessert we got Tuxedo Cake which was very moist and the chocolate was so creamy! We will definitely be coming back for their thin crust pizza, and next time we will order other flavors."

"A close friend of mine recently just opened up this amazing banh mi shop in Palo alto. He was kind enough to drop off some sandwiches to try to some coworkers and I at the hospital we work at. Let me first start off by saying that the first look of the sandwich looked amazing! I ordered the steak sandwich and it had a more than generous amount of thin sliced grilled steak which looked so appetizing. The first bite that I took got me hooked! All of the ingredients including the vegetables and secret sauce meshed so well together. The bread wasn't too overwhelming compared to other banh mi sandwiches I've tried. It was soft and complemented each bite without my taste buds having to search for the other ingredients. The steak was well marinated and grilled to perfection; it was tender and super easy to eat. The vegetables tasted fresh and had the perfect crunch to add to the tenderness of the steak. The bread is a special homemade Demi baguette and the vegetables are locally sourced so you can expect great quality and freshness with each bite. Do yourself a huge favor and try it out! Veggie egg rolls are good as well and come packed with lots of additional veggie sides, fantastic snack. Steamed broccoli and bok choy are great solo out added to a soup. The garlic noodles were probably my least favorite. There was a lot of added stuff to it which made it more like a garlic chow mein than a straight up garlic noodles to my taste buds. Wouldn't order that one again without changes.All in all there is something for everyone on the menu and you can get creative if you think ahead for a few meals as well or combine things in from your pantry!"
